Waypoint Recovery is amazing yet similar to a third world country. No Facebook,snap, internet, email. Let alone a phone. However I was there for help and the staff was very compassionate about what they do. They truly do want to help you if your willing to accept it and help yourself. Special thanks to Jared, lane, ginger, Tara, and Matt. For all your support. The CEO is even active in the community always looking to improve Waypoint. And knows each patient by name. Say's a lot. Waypoint recovery was what started my journey to recovery and truly saved my life. The staff there are amazing from the BHA the nurses the doctor the clinician staff I especially got so much help from Tara and Lane. I don’t know without them. Really nice employees and it actually works! My partner and I had tried every kind of opioid use disorder treatment before this, including suboxone. The methadone program at Crossroads is a game changer. The staff are SO nice. I was shocked, as most other treatment places we have been to, the staff has seemed really over worked and burnt out. Jasmine at the front desk is truly a delight. She is so positive and will really work with you if you are having trouble financially. The nurses are also wonderful. Shout out to Tina. And also the nurse with black hair and tattoos. She is so so nice. And also the nurse who sits at window 4- she always asks me how I’m doing, if I have weekend plans, etc. These women have been amazing. Can’t forget the counselors either! I love Janae, she’s awesome. I miss Dr. Feisser. I’m so sad that he left the practice as he truly helped me to get sober and back on my antidepressants too.

There are people yelling down the hallway at each other. There are people walking down the hallway with hard soul shoes. When doing a treatment, we need silence. I went to this safe haven back in 2016 and they helped save my life. Today is 2024. I have stayed clean since. This place is truly a blessing. I was at the old facility and my PC family was amazing. I met so many people wonderful souls and have amazing memories with them. Thanks to Kelvin Durant for putting a fire under me and challenging me to stay clean. It worked. Just for today I’m still here and lived to tell the tale. I recommend it to anyone.

Best decision I ever made was to come here, July 25th, 2010. I'll b 14yrs sober in july!! I have never regretted that decision to get clean. Thank uuu all for yallz help, support, and looove!! If anyone's still there from waaay bk when, I'm the one who made all the kandi for everyone there and ppl were calling me "the butterfly lady". I'm constantly telling ppl about this facility. There's only 4 of us, myself included that has been sober since they left there. Unfortunately alot of ppl went bk out in their addictions and are no longer alive and some are bk in prison. But, that's the price u pay when u don't take the program seriously or u don't really wanna get clean!! I'm sooo thankful I wanted this for myself and the Lord Jesus Christ has kept me sober since!! I highly recommend BrightLife of Hilton Head, SC. Staff was supportive, house manager Lisa looks out for us! Nursing and tech support were always resourceful and pleasant. The women’s house was comfortable and safe. Many extra outings were made. Therapists were highly trained and knowledgable.

I got my wife (and life) back! I love her more than anything, but I’d be lying if I said she made it easy. She would have left if the staff hadn’t encouraged her to stick it out. They made her the priority when they could have easily cast her aside and given up on her. A lot of people did, but they didn’t!

This place saved my life. They have a great director and the staff listen and care. If you have Medicaid you can dose free and even get free rides. No one out there should be suffering hell on earth withdrawals as long as this place is open. But like always, grown adults cry like little children if they mess up and have to face the consequences. Such as getting your take home meds taken away and having to go everyday. If you decided to get high and then have a dirty screen that is on YOU. In this regard it's like a daycare Center for childish adults. If you do the program as you should you can get your life back.

I became a patient of crossroads back in 2018. At first I was problematic, not doing well but I also wasn’t doing anything that I was supposed to. Once I actually worked the program I began to excel. I was one of the few lucky ones who had the same counselor my entire time there. But thanks to her I am who I am today. And now I myself am a counselor at a methadone clinic! Methadone saves lives, and it definitely saved mine!

.... I DONT RECOMMEND THAT ! I just transferred back here to Crossroads and they have changed so much for the BETTER. I'm actually 20 mgs lower then I was at Myrtle Beach treatment. IM NO LONGER SICK, AND NOT USING !!! Within a week of being back at crossroads my dose was starting to work again ... Everyday I was sick and dosing at Myrtle Beach treatment. AND I WAS AT 120.???? Here I'm at 100 and the medicine is actually WORKING... SO PLEASE BELIEVE ME , STAY AT C.O.H OR CROSSROADS... The medicine not only doesn't work at the other clinic ,but if you have blue cross you end up paying 120 a month .. Here it's only 30 a month... IM SO GLAD I GAVE THIS PLACE A SECOND CHANCE... The director is GREAT. The whole staff is great... I love my counselor here. They have updated their facility too... I give crossroads 💯.

What an outstanding experience at Ralph's, I enjoyed talking to my counselor, she actually seemed to care about her patients unlike some of my past counselors at other facilities, there is a structured program to follow that helps you to stay sober! I've been going to this clinic for years and to be honest I would recommend them to anyone who needs help. They treat everyone with respect and they do whatever they can to help. They can be at times a little busy but it's just the hours because they are only open from 5am to 10am. But they really try to do their best on getting you in and out. Starting Point is really a great place and the doctor is so funny and he doesnt talk to you like most doctors. He talk to tou where you understand he doesn't say all these medical words lol. Also he will answer any questions you have.

What an outstanding experience at Starting Pont, I enjoyed talking to my counselor, she actually seemed to care about her patients unlike some of my past counselors at other facilities, there is a structured program to follow that helps you to stay sober! I would recommend this center to anyone who needs a real change!

I personally don't have a substance abuse or achol addiction and have been court ordered to attend the center. There's a lot of things
I DON'T like about the center. Let's just say I like the ANIMALS but I DON'T like the CIRCUS!! However, since I've been there, Renee the intake Administrative coordinator, is one of the sweetest and most caring people I have met thus far at the center alongside Loretta Evans the UA collection personnel. My personal experience with counselors Ashley K., Christy L., Carrie and Ms.Quarterman has had it challenge. I can truly say that they are not there for just a pay check.
