Do not come here if you have probationer/DFCS evaluations to get done. When you call to set up your walk-in appt, the staff does not tell you that your case worker/PO needs to sign a request form & they will not see you if you don’t have it signed. Made my process longer by three weeks & was stressful.
This not only happened to me, but to two other people on separate days. I had to come in the first time- was told to do a walk in assessment & was faced with this issue.
I have yet to see the professional I was sent here to see, so this review is based on just the initiating processes alone- which are terrible & waste people’s time.
ETA: The staff themselves in the physical building are all doing their best with what they can. Obviously the state of communications is a result of lack of support from the State & local government. I really enjoyed my time with the staff I interacted with & I wish the best for those who work here.

I have been coming here for about 2 years and Ashley is always super sweet. They have always been professional and they have automated calls to remind you of your upcoming appointments. I'm very sad to see such bad reviews on here. I guess the only people that bother with a review is the people who have bad experiences. They have helped me so much!

I wasn’t to happy at the start because I had to drive over a 110 miles for 90 days and and you can’t imagine how hard of a task that is when you are a working person, and I cried about my dose forever, trying to get clean, but once I got to the right dose I got it done. The doctor was great. The nurses was great. My counselor Cody was great just getting over. That first hump was almost impossible but I’m clean again thank you when someone’s trying. Try to give them a little lead way it could be the difference in them getting well.

This place is very hands-on-If you have Medicaid it’s wonderful to go to.. Otherwise, you have to pay $15-19 a day! Out of pocket .
After five years, I finally found a place that takes my insurance that I have through work…
I was actually sad to go because I built a relationship with my counselor and the front desk attendant as well as the billing lady, but they never wanted to even try to run my insurance…

This treatment center is hands down the best one I’ve ever been to. Get ready cause my review is going to be a long one.
Their rules might be alittle more strict on things than other clinics but the people who work there make it worth it.
Cliff is the best counselor I’ve ever been to. Not only has he helped me understand more about my addiction but he’s helped me heal from some extremely traumatic and painful things that have happened in my life. He has helped me learn to laugh at myself, and I trust him , which is something I am not able to do very easily at all anymore with people. I don’t think
there’s anything I wouldn’t tell him. He’s helped me in beginning to forgive people , especially myself.
Miss Lorraine is firecracker and sweetheart all in one. She is fair and kind and she doesn’t pull punches. She’ll do anything in the world to help someone who is willing to help themself but she’s no pushover and she expects the best in us. I have grown to love her and have enormous respect for her. And I’m grateful to her for everything she’s done to help me with my recovery. She has encouraged me in ways she doesn’t even realize.
Nita!! One of the nurses. I adore Nita. If you want the truth, you ask Nita. She will encourage you, help anyway she can, but she will give you a swift kick in your behind if you need it. And I love that about her..she’s real! I always miss her when she’s out. Nita can make me laugh when no one can.
I could go on and on about so many of them like Miss Cindy, Melissa, Sonya, Miss Sharon, Cody..each and all of them are very special to me in their own way.
Cody is just getting started but I can already see he’s going to help a lot of people who desperately need it in his career. He was born to do this. He’s a great listener and he genuinely cares. His empathy for this struggle is genuine.
Each of us have our story about how we got to this place in our life. Some started recreational drug use, some from an injury and started with prescription, some started from an injury and came to depend on the prescription to get thru mental pain as much as the physical. Some started trying to numb the mental pain that had nothing to do with physical pain.Whatever your reason may be, I pray you’ll be able to get the help you need to be able to recover from it.
I do know this, if you truly are sincere in wanting help and to get better..and you do the work and are honest with them, this group of people at Reliance will be there to help you thru it. Find which counselor is your “fit” and show up everyday and decide you want your life to get better and with God and the help of this group of people and your willingness to change and you can do it!
I never thought my life would be this much better just 6 years ago. I didn’t care if I lived or died. But I owe a lot of it to the people at this clinic who stuck with me and believed in me and encouraged me to keep doing the next right thing. I still have a ways to go..but thankfully I have their support to be able to do it.
I found help, kindness and genuine support here… not just a daily dose. Thank you to all the people at Reliance because yall are all very special to me. ❤️

I’m not going to bad mouth my last clinic on South Side Savannah they do enough to them selves. I will just say the Clinical Director of New Seasons - Ms. Sonya is a very pleasant and knowledgeable
woman of faith and truth that makes you feel very comfortable . My only regret now is not listening to one of their patients I have known many years and not transferring much sooner . You can tell very quickly when you are in good hands of someone with a positive energy who is straight forth with you and that was a first!
Next was Ms. Michelle the financial manager who
was another very honest and helpful above and beyond what I expected! She too had a very strong spiritual personality and was willing to help me the best she could. They even offer a
grant for those with financial difficulties . The nurse Ms. Kimberly is even very polite and helpful. The Doctors are easy to talk with also!
It’s very hard to not say this is a first class facility
and can’t say anything bad about them. Especially those in charge who are very compassionate and in it for much more than a paycheck. Thanks , a transfer just in my second week and very pleased so far!

I've only been once but will soon be going back. The wait was a tad long but other than that all the staff treated me with a smile on there face. I've never found a doctor that I wanted to talk bout my issues with but the doctor there really listen to me and didn't make me feel like I was broken. Tech Jen saved my life, but she probably doesn’t know that. I came in lacking basic hygiene necessities. She made sure I got deodorant and toothpaste. I dropped my sunglasses and they broke. She walked out to her car and gave me a $50 pair of hers, no questions asked. In my darkest moment, Jen showed me love and compassion. I pray she gets everything good in this life.

The staff was professional and kind I would like to point out the excellent kindness of the ladies in the assesment office. It is hard these days to find people of their quality and caring. The only downside that I experienced was not being informed by the doctors at any time during her stay as to her condition or her treatment. Thank you Dave barnes

I liked most of the staff and Nurses. I really liked Ashlyn, Christy, and a black nurse that worked night shift. The food was pretty good and they kept it clean and with several things for me to do. It helped me a lot being there

My husband came home in April from his stay at Bridges. As a spouse I can’t say enough good things about this rehab. This was his fourth rehab at other places and hopefully the last. The program is fair, AA balanced and the guys have to work to stay. It is extremely well run and organized and the guys know what to expect. The camaraderie between staff and residents is genuine and the program works if one wants it to. I am very thankful to Chad and his guys for aiding my husband in his sobriety. One day at a time.

I love the hope center very nice, loving, caring, and respectable people. They make you feel so welcomed and loved. I absolutely love how they help the community as well as the kids. Giving the kids some positive learning and entertainment. Keep up the great work guys.

I'm in Daytona Beach frequently and find it worth the drive to visit the EDI club. The mixture of new comers and old timers almost always make for a good meeting content. The clubhouse itself is almost all ways open and excellently managed! I'll keep coming back.
