This treatment center is hands down the best one I ve ever been to. Get ready cause my review is going to be a long one.Their rules might be alittle more strict on things than other clinics but the people who work there make it worth it.Cliff is the best counselor I ve ever been to. Not only has he helped me understand more about my addiction but he s helped me heal from some extremely traumatic and painful things that have happened in my life. He has helped me learn to laugh at myself, and I trust him , which is something I am not able to do very easily at all anymore with people. I don t thinkthere s anything I wouldn t tell him. He s helped me in beginning to forgive people , especially myself.Miss Lorraine is firecracker and sweetheart all in one. She is fair and kind and she doesn t pull punches. Graduation Date was 12/27/23. I spent a year at The Bridges Of Hope, started in Morven,Ga Facility, then got moved to the Chauncey, Ga Facility. The Staff, Chad, Josh and Jay go above and beyond to make sure every resident gets the help and attention they need, and to make sure their stay is as comfortable as possible. Do not come here if you have probationer/DFCS evaluations to get done. When you call to set up your walk-in appt, the staff does not tell you that your case worker/PO needs to sign a request form & they will not see you if you don t have it signed. Made my process longer by three weeks & was stressful.This not only happened to me, but to two other people on separate days. I had to come in the first time- was told to do a walk in assessment & was faced with this issue.I have yet to see the professional I was sent here to see, so this review is based on just the initiating processes alone- which are terrible & waste people s time.ETA: The staff themselves in the physical building are all doing their best with what they can. Obviously the state of communications is a result of lack of support from the State & local government. I really enjoyed my time with the staff I interacted with & I wish the best for those who work here.

I've only been once but will soon be going back. The wait was a tad long but other than that all the staff treated me with a smile on there face. I've never found a doctor that I wanted to talk bout my issues with but the doctor there really listen to me and didn't make me feel like I was broken. I enjoy this meeting weekly. Lifelong friends. Sober. There are people with mandates. That's part of it. Overall? Great people, great atmosphere. Been in this same location for many years..must be doing something right. Grateful for this meeting.
