I am impressed by the outstanding care provided by Appling Healthcare. It is evident patient well-being is their top priority.
One of the most commendable aspects of Appling Healthcare is the collaboration between departments. Whether it's the administration working closely with community partners, or the nursing staff coordinating with therapists, every team member is aligned in their commitment to patient care. In all honestly I'm VERY unhappy with the run-around we get at this facility. They have several P.A.'s or DNP's that all work under one MD (The MD is NEVER there) and the DNP's can't sign any prescriptions for controlled medications (only the MD can). Have to make a separate trip to come back a week or so to pick up prescriptions. We live an hour away so this method of doing business is very inconvenient for us. Counseling is also on a rotation. Most all is performed virtually and not in-person and you never seem to see the same person twice. So, in short, I would not recommend if you have access and the ability to go someplace else. I gave credit (extra star) because this place is open if you are in crisis mode and need someplace immediately, otherwise do your homework and find someplace else.

Why people at the VA clinic so RUDE especially them front desk people-and these doctors. Nobody cares on how you feel. You are not the ones that put our VA money in our pockets. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the way my appointment was handled today. I arrived at the clinic as scheduled, only to be informed—without explanation—that my appointment had been canceled. No prior notice was given, and no attempt was made to reschedule me in a timely manner. To make matters worse, I was told I won’t be able to see my doctor until August, which is completely unacceptable.

I’m not going to bad mouth my last clinic on South Side Savannah they do enough to them selves. I will just say the Clinical Director of New Seasons - Ms. Sonya is a very pleasant and knowledgeable
woman of faith and truth that makes you feel very comfortable . My only regret now is not listening to one of their patients I have known many years and not transferring much sooner . You can tell very quickly when you are in good hands of someone with a positive energy who is straight forth with you and that was a first!
Next was Ms. Michelle the financial manager who
was another very honest and helpful above and beyond what I expected! She too had a very strong spiritual personality and was willing to help me the best she could. They even offer a
grant for those with financial difficulties . The nurse Ms. Kimberly is even very polite and helpful. The Doctors are easy to talk with also!
It’s very hard to not say this is a first class facility
and can’t say anything bad about them. Especially those in charge who are very compassionate and in it for much more than a paycheck. Thanks , a transfer just in my second week and very pleased so far!

It's an amazing journey they go through. I know this place saved my son's life. Kindness, compassion and studying the AA 12 Steps and the way in which the program is run. It teaches responsibility, accountability and the tools to get and stay sober.
Thank you God for answering prayers he led my son straight to Bridges of Hope!! Thank you Jesus
It is now April 2024 and my son is still sober at 37 and in fact my nephew is getting ready to complete his 6 months and he is excited about being sober and they both know and love the Lord! God. He has answered my prayers and Bridges of Hope was the vessel.
It is now July 1, 2024 my son is 37 and in August it will be 3 years Sober!! Praise Jesus and Bridges of Hope! To God be the Glory! Don’t stop praying! Thank you Bridges!!!
ps at this moment we have another young man from our town who has just completed his first week!!!
My nephew completed 6 months and he is now 9 months sober!!!! Thank you Bridges!!!
We also have a friend from our church who completed 6 months and he is 11 months sober.
I’m giving God the glory!!! Bridges not only instills a sober lifestyle! They give the men a structure and tools to live. I have another son who is sober 10 months he went to an insurance based rehab and thank you Jesus he’s still sober but I don’t see the love for God and the commitment to following the steps like I see in my other son and nephew. Tur | Treatments Programs Payment Options | This place is a little bit like jail LOL. But it really gets you in the right frame of mind for the intensive outpatient program, which is the next phase. Rules here are heavy, waiting list can be long, chaos can be constant, group amount can be overwhelming, privacy virtually Non-Existent... But stay tough and stick with it. The intensive operation program is great. Well, better 🙂... Just obey the rules and you'll be fine! And remember, the rules exist for a reason. Avoid the pods of guys, a lot of the guys are just there because they're homeless. Not because they're looking to get sober. It's just a reality. I'm sure 30 days of this is not enough to get you sober, so if you plan on leaving after 30 days, be ready to work your own program when you get home. If you find the staff to be a little abrasive at times, well get over yourself , this is not a hotel. They're managing a lot of people in a very enclosed environment . Sometimes to do that they have to be blunt. And they have to be forceful. So if you get your feelings hurt, shut up. Grab a book, sit under a tree, or lay in your bed and read and work on your recovery. And regardless of some of the animals that are around you, respect others and practice being the human being that you want to become. This part of the program could stand a new property. This property is not the best. And well I suppose they could do a little bit better with weeding out the riff Raff. But whatever, you're not going to die. Get what you need to get and be pleasant to others. Later!

This treatment center is hands down the best one I’ve ever been to. Get ready cause my review is going to be a long one.
Their rules might be alittle more strict on things than other clinics but the people who work there make it worth it.
Cliff is the best counselor I’ve ever been to. Not only has he helped me understand more about my addiction but he’s helped me heal from some extremely traumatic and painful things that have happened in my life. He has helped me learn to laugh at myself, and I trust him , which is something I am not able to do very easily at all anymore with people. I don’t think
there’s anything I wouldn’t tell him. He’s helped me in beginning to forgive people , especially myself.
Miss Lorraine is firecracker and sweetheart all in one. She is fair and kind and she doesn’t pull punches. She’ll do anything in the world to help someone who is willing to help themself but she’s no pushover and she expects the best in us. I have grown to love her and have enormous respect for her. And I’m grateful to her for everything she’s done to help me with my recovery. She has encouraged me in ways she doesn’t even realize.
Nita!! One of the nurses. I adore Nita. If you want the truth, you ask Nita. She will encourage you, help anyway she can, but she will give you a swift kick in your behind if you need it. And I love that about her..she’s real! I always miss her when she’s out. Nita can make me laugh when no one can.
I could go on and on about so many of them like Miss Cindy, Melissa, Sonya, Miss Sharon, Cody..each and all of them are very special to me in their own way.
Cody is just getting started but I can already see he’s going to help a lot of people who desperately need it in his career. He was born to do this. He’s a great listener and he genuinely cares. His empathy for this struggle is genuine.
Each of us have our story about how we got to this place in our life. Some started recreational drug use, some from an injury and started with prescription, some started from an injury and came to depend on the prescription to get thru mental pain as much as the physical. Some started trying to numb the mental pain that had nothing to do with physical pain.Whatever your reason may be, I pray you’ll be able to get the help you need to be able to recover from it.
I do know this, if you truly are sincere in wanting help and to get better..and you do the work and are honest with them, this group of people at Reliance will be there to help you thru it. Find which counselor is your “fit” and show up everyday and decide you want your life to get better and with God and the help of this group of people and your willingness to change and you can do it!
I never thought my life would be this much better just 6 years ago. I didn’t care if I lived or died. But I owe a lot of it to the people at this clinic who stuck with me and believed in me and encouraged me to keep doing the next right thing. I still have a ways to go..but thankfully I have their support to be able to do it.
I found help, kindness and genuine support here… not just a daily dose. Thank you to all the people at Reliance because yall are all very special to me. ❤️

Georgia is ranked 8th nationwide in terms of addiction treatment affordability, with an average cost of addiction treatment of $55,475.
The costs of drug and alcohol rehab in Georgia vary widely and depend on several factors, including:
The costs of addiction treatment listed for cities and states are averages based on the cost of the treatment types listed above. These averages are high due to the cost of medical detoxification and residential inpatient rehab programs.
