Why you don’t have a 5 star rating I don’t understand. I have brought my grandchild for 3 years. He is a different young man. All the therapists and kindness they have given him. Doing this storm we had to leave.still no power. They worked with me for three days to get his medicine. Took three drugstores to finally find it. The office and Dr. never stopped till I got it. Thank you so much in this stressing time. They care about us so 5 star every day.

Dont know the taller lady that drew blood but I am still amazed she was able to put the needle in to draw blood without me feeling it. Must be magic. Thanks ladies.

Chasity is great i would be gone now if not for her. *** Update*** So Chasity is still great but. Don't call the helpline I called wanting to speak to someone and they just kept asking if I wanted to Kill myself or someone else after answer several times and asking to speak with someone, I got a surprise at my door. Sherriff department placing me in cuffs in front of all my neighbors and took me to the inpatient where they took me cause they don't understand how insulin is done. Then they kept me 5 days and straight stopped me on 20 some odd medicines. I'm stilled messed up from it a yr ago. Now I'm suing. Good luck if you have to go.

I greatly prefer this Legacy Behavioral Health Clinic over the Valdosta office. It is not near as busy or chaotic and you do not feel in danger as you do at the Valdosta one. The staff are nice and helpful unlike the Valdosta office where you are treated rudely. The only downfall is they do not have a pharmacy at this location due to it being a smaller office so you will need to use the Legacy clinic's pharmacy at the Valdosta or Tifton location for you prescriptions or another pharmacy. I highly recommend this office for treatment. They recently moved locations. They are now located at 203 Industrial Park Rd Adel, GA and no longer on Hutchinson Ave.

My daughter’s therapist has been there for her each and every time we have needed her no matter the time of day. She is interested, caring, knowledgeable, and she is involved in every aspect of treatment. Also, she never fails to follow up with her. My daughter also has a Para pro that comes to our house weekly to help her with her coping skills, and many other issues that help her deal with day to day life.
I can’t begin to say enough about these amazing people. They have quickly become a part of my family just by the amount of caring and support that they have given my family.

I went here a few years back. Court order, even though I was the victim. But the group and staff really helped me on my healing journey. The information I learned helped me break Generational Curses. It helped me from having a victim mindset to a survivor mindset. It taught me so much that I share my growth with my children. My experience at hillside had it’s ups and downs but i promise you they work really well with the patients here. I won’t be disclosing my cottage but my stay here was amazing! I stayed for about 2 and a half months. This was my first ever residential facility. I was nervous at first but as i got well adapted it felt like everyone there understood me. Hillside really helped me with the DBT skills and lessons. Along with the conant school, the teachers were amazing!. Great staff as-well for the cottages. Some of my favorites were Ms. Tess, Ms. Lena, Ms. Lee, and Mr. Austin. (He was night staff)
Overall hillside helped me get back on track and i would recommend immediately! Thank you hillside for everything! ❤️

I’m not sure why this hospital have two stars but goddamnit I’m gonna be the first person to give it 10 stars. MY DOCTOR was top-tier as Sweet and understanding and doctor son had the most sweetest spirit and he was understanding the night. Staff is top-tier and they make me laugh while I was having a mental breakdown beyond exhaustion. I really enjoyed my stay there and I met Some beautiful strong women who’s more stronger than me I really really like MY DOCTOR and I hope to see him again If life gets too much for me, I needed to take a break for my busy life just to deal with my emotions And staff got them together for me. I’m glad I have A place to go when I’m Overwhelmed and the staff is so respectful the daytime staff in the night I honestly don’t understand the bad reviews …… I wish I would’ve stayed longer just to be with MY DOCTOR nevertheless, I’m giving them 10 star …. For the past few years I’ve been truly desperate and I couldn’t sleep at night because I was so worried about Daniel. I know God has always had a plan for my son but sometimes it was like he was running as hard as he could from The Lord. When you’re out in the world I guess you really don’t think about anything but your next selfish act or poor decision. My son has been at The Men’s Challenge Center in Dublin since November 1, 2018 and for the first time in years, he looks, sounds, acts, and IS the man that God intended him to be! He is finally doing really well and this transformation has been absolutely a miracle! The people at the Men’s Challenge help the men come to know The Lord Jesus Christ and with training, encouragement, & responsibility they make the battle winnable! I’m so excited every time I see or talk to my son Daniel now because it’s “leaps and bounds” growth every month! I have ALWAYS known that God has a plan for my Daniel and now Daniel knows God has a plan him...a plan for the good! Now instead of running from The Lord Daniel is chasing after Jesus as fast as he can! Here at Mens Challenge they leave the 99 and go after the one lost sheep! Praise The Lord!

Honestly I love Dr Durden, he's amazing and so sweet. I have white coat syndrome which either makes me ramble or I don't speak at all, he was so courteous and cracked a lot of jokes while listening to me the whole time. I have ADHD and did not want to be on stimulants so we tried something I was on as a child, sadly it no longer seems to work so he put me on something else that works wonders. He listened to me communicate my issues, gave advice and simultaneously told me the probable cause of the issue. I will say front desk does rent to never answer calls, and they don't really speak unless you ask them questions. As far as that goes o can get over it relatively easily as I'm not too conversational with most and it makes checking in less awkward for me. The phone issue is a bit aggravating but when I call the operator instead of front desk she helps me out pretty quickly and is very courteous.

The IC3 coordinator is amazing as well. When he says that he is going to be there for you anyway, he can; he means it; no matter what time or day. If I didn't have these two amazing people step in when they did; we wouldn't have gotten the help we needed. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Do not come here if you have probationer/DFCS evaluations to get done. When you call to set up your walk-in appt, the staff does not tell you that your case worker/PO needs to sign a request form & they will not see you if you don’t have it signed. Made my process longer by three weeks & was stressful.
This not only happened to me, but to two other people on separate days. I had to come in the first time- was told to do a walk in assessment & was faced with this issue.
I have yet to see the professional I was sent here to see, so this review is based on just the initiating processes alone- which are terrible & waste people’s time.
ETA: The staff themselves in the physical building are all doing their best with what they can. Obviously the state of communications is a result of lack of support from the State & local government. I really enjoyed my time with the staff I interacted with & I wish the best for those who work here.

I live with Schizophrenia and also Bipolar II. I have been using services at the Thomasville location for more than 10 yrs. I get Therapy, I see the doctor, & I've attended Wellness Groups. GA Pines is all about recovery and I can say with confidence how VALUABLE GA PINES services are because I am a living example! I have been in recovery since 2013. I have been working here since 2014 in Administration. I have found my niche because I am doing something I know about. Before Recovery I was lost, I felt like I was watching life from the window of a house I could not leave. Therapy has raised my self-esteem, taught me boundaries, helped me overcome feelings of hopelessness & despair. I'm no longer ashamed of my mental illness.
