This place has helped me so much!! It’s a really great place to go to if you need Help. Ms.Poole is so awesome she has helped me more than I can even count. In 2017 when I started coming Ms.Poole was my counselor and she was amazing! She always made sure I was okay and she listened to me when I I was going through hard times and she really cared. She always tried to help me. She even bought me me and my kids food for me to take to my house when I was going through a hard time. Now she is the Director and she is amazing at that. She makes sure that everything is by the book and she makes sure all of her patients are treated how they are supposed to be!!! I love Ms Poole! She is amazing And Ms Twanna is my counselor now and she is amazing also she really cares about her patients. Whatever anybody is going through she will listen to you and try to help you in anyway that she can. I love her too!!! This place is awesome if you need help they will really try their best to do whatever they can to help!! If you are looking for help, this is the place to go. I have never met anyone as dedicated as Ms. Poole. I came there several years ago in a bad way and they did not have to take a chance on me but they did. The empathy, trust, and respect I was treated with bolstered my desire to succede at this program and I have. It has changed my life and I am forever greatful to Ms. Poole, Sonya, and the rest of the wonderful staff there. Over the years I have come in contact with just about everyone there and have been treated very well. Thanks again for all you do.

The Bradley center really did treat me good I was going threw a lot of stuff and when I would talk to some doctor there they diagnosed me pretty fast but the meds they prescribed me with it helped me a lot I feel so much better with my self. And I met really cool people. And we played the Wii there so I loved it I had so much fun. The food was good the games was fun and the workers were really sweet but the bad thing I would say is the bed I js didn’t feel comfortable it felt like a big grocery bag that was the size of a twin bed blow up bed and when my cousin went she found blood under her mattress after they make us take off the sheets and put it on the floor the day we’re about to leave

I visited the V.A. Medical Center in Tuskegee, AL, on Nov. 14, 2025 for an audiology evaluation. It was my first time ever being at the facility. I've been working with the V.A. on my disability rating which was recently increased to 100 percent. I've been retired from the Air Force for 35 years and applied for V.A. benefits only after my wife's urging. The folks at the Center, from Dr. Hardy in Audiology, to all of the support staff I met while there, could not have been nicer. They treated me with respect and dignity and thanked me many times over for my service to our country. I am returning today for my hearing aids and I'm anxious to meet even more of the staff. I'm blessed to have the Tuskegee V.A. Medical Center nearby. While I was there on Nov. 14, I also made an appointment with Primary Care and with the Dental Office. I'm looking forward to these visits and receiving treatment from the many medical professionals serving our veterans.

The Staff and facility at this location are great. However, because the call center is underfunded and non-existent you will not be able to communicate with the great healthcare workers here. If you want the patient advocate, pharmacy or any other service within a 24 hour period, I recommend calling the Veteran suicide hotline and asking for them by name. If you are lucky enough to know the direct line for the patient advocate, they may be able to help. If you call the central phone line, be prepared to not be successfully connected to any department. I would love to discuss this matter with any upper level staff of the hospital. Oh wait, you can’t reach their offices.

I’ve loved this place since i started going. The front desk lady Mrs. Portia is a sweetheart and my therapist MaryBeth has been a true blessing to me! Also the nurse and doctors i see are amazing!!!! I just want to thank me. Jessica, Mrs. Tori, ms.suzie, and Mr. Marvin. They have been wonderful. They are open to any thing. They have helped me more than they even really know.
