The Bradley center really did treat me good I was going threw a lot of stuff and when I would talk to some doctor there they diagnosed me pretty fast but the meds they prescribed me with it helped me a lot I feel so much better with my self. And I met really cool people. And we played the Wii there so I loved it I had so much fun. The food was good the games was fun and the workers were really sweet but the bad thing I would say is the bed I js didn’t feel comfortable it felt like a big grocery bag that was the size of a twin bed blow up bed and when my cousin went she found blood under her mattress after they make us take off the sheets and put it on the floor the day we’re about to leave

I visited the V.A. Medical Center in Tuskegee, AL, on Nov. 14, 2025 for an audiology evaluation. It was my first time ever being at the facility. I've been working with the V.A. on my disability rating which was recently increased to 100 percent. I've been retired from the Air Force for 35 years and applied for V.A. benefits only after my wife's urging. The folks at the Center, from Dr. Hardy in Audiology, to all of the support staff I met while there, could not have been nicer. They treated me with respect and dignity and thanked me many times over for my service to our country. I am returning today for my hearing aids and I'm anxious to meet even more of the staff. I'm blessed to have the Tuskegee V.A. Medical Center nearby. While I was there on Nov. 14, I also made an appointment with Primary Care and with the Dental Office. I'm looking forward to these visits and receiving treatment from the many medical professionals serving our veterans.

The Staff and facility at this location are great. However, because the call center is underfunded and non-existent you will not be able to communicate with the great healthcare workers here. If you want the patient advocate, pharmacy or any other service within a 24 hour period, I recommend calling the Veteran suicide hotline and asking for them by name. If you are lucky enough to know the direct line for the patient advocate, they may be able to help. If you call the central phone line, be prepared to not be successfully connected to any department. I would love to discuss this matter with any upper level staff of the hospital. Oh wait, you can’t reach their offices.

I’ve loved this place since i started going. The front desk lady Mrs. Portia is a sweetheart and my therapist MaryBeth has been a true blessing to me! Also the nurse and doctors i see are amazing!!!! I just want to thank me. Jessica, Mrs. Tori, ms.suzie, and Mr. Marvin. They have been wonderful. They are open to any thing. They have helped me more than they even really know. I've been to almost every treatment center in the state of Georgia and a few in Alabama as well. I was more stubborn than most. However, when things got bad enough and I was willing to change, The Golden Rule taught me how to act like an adult and be responsible. They aren't going to put up with old behavior and I needed a place where I couldn't manipulate my way through. This place is hard work, but it works if you put in effort and give it a chance! Faith without works is dead.
