April and Dr. Jones truly care about their patients. They are understanding, caring and go above and beyond to help you. I went elsewhere before and always felt judged and unheard. I just wanted to recognize some employees that go above and beyond….The two best counselors are by far Miss Kay and Mrs Brittany those two have come so far other counselors come into their office and ask them what to do on their computer or with their patients….. And that’s why they both have completely full caseloads!!!💥 I also want to recognize the best nurse there, Mrs Sonja and Mrs Poole does an amazing job as the Director and always goes to bat for all her patients, these women are the reason I’ve maintained sobriety.! Mrs Ernestine is the sweetest person ever I don’t know the new employees yet enough to speak on them. But we will get there Promise is the new guy and he’s super cool to. But I’ll be honest loosing Patrick and Tawanna has really made me miss my past counselors they were amazing and I still can reach out to them if I need to there amazing!! Ik so lucky I had someone like Brittany come in and be tye counselors I could lean in along with Mrs Kay I k is I can run to there office and it’s my safe place I can let out the truth about wanting to use and they always take the time to talk me down and make sure I’m 100x better than when I walked in! I’m probably the sickest one there so I k is I need a lot of attention and they go above and beyond every single time.

Ms Sonya is an amazing nurse and so very understanding, she doesn't talk to you like an addict. Ms Williams helps you with your insurance so patiently and makes sure you have a plan that you can afford. My counselor Ma Britt is so so sweet and anything that you need or need help with, let her know and she's on it. This is a great place full of understanding people, like family.

Saint Francis Hospital offers inpatient, partial hospitalization, dual diagnosis treatment, and outpatient services.
I highly recommend Mrs. Ashley Wilson and the staff at St. Francis. Mrs. Wilson is an outstanding psychiatrist who truly cares about her patients and their well-being. She is a great listener, very knowledgeable about medications, and always makes sure her patients feel heard, supported, and cared for. Her passion for helping others truly shows in the quality of care she provides. I would also like to recognize Mr.Arlington for his professionalism and great personality. He always makes sure my appointments are scheduled properly and provides excellent customer service. The reminder system at St. Francis is phenomenal and very helpful in keeping patients informed and prepared for their appointments. Overall, the care, compassion, and professionalism from the entire team have been a true blessing. Thank you all for the amazing work you do!

I’ve been seeing Ashley, a Nurse Practitioner, under Dr. John, for a year, as my Psychiatrist was retiring soon. Her care has been instrumental in my recovery. She is kind, compassionate and always goes above and beyond! The staff here is kind, as well. I had a slight issue with an employee, just having a bad day, I guess. Nothing major and I communicated that to Ashley and it was remedied immediately. But, everyone is kind and compassionate, from the office staff to the providers and I highly recommend this office for your mental health needs. I even saw a Doctor, here, when Ashley was on vacation and he was also kind and attentive.

This is maybe my second time here, I'm giving this place 5 stars because I have been in pain for months, going to see multiple different people at different places, Even went to ER on and off about my pain, dizziness, blackouts and extra heavy bleeding just to be sent home with no solution and people thinking it was just anxiety. I finally came here for just a regular annual pap smear because tuskegee was the closest appointment day I could get, Montgomery appointments were months out. Mind you I'm from Montgomery. I figured any opportunity to see someone else was an opportunity I could probably get someone to help me. I was willing to take the drive. I ended up seeing Rakia Williams and she already noticed abnormalities during the exam and scheduled me for an ultrasound (pelvic and transvaginal) but the results was inconclusive, I had a second one done and also ct scan, then finally and MRI, which determined I have Adenomyosis and other multiple issues. Now I'm finally scheduled for a hysteroscopy to determine treatment and can finally see the light at the end if the tunnel. I just want to thank Rakia Williams in womens health 🙏 for not giving up on figuring out my issues and concerns and responding to my calls as well as following up with me about information. Thank you for not thinking im crazy and that its all in my head. You are truly appreciated, patient, a kind soul, blessed and may you achieve all of you accomplishments and future endeavors. Thank You ❤️

I've been to almost every treatment center in the state of Georgia and a few in Alabama as well. I was more stubborn than most. However, when things got bad enough and I was willing to change, The Golden Rule taught me how to act like an adult and be responsible. They aren't going to put up with old behavior and I needed a place where I couldn't manipulate my way through. This place is hard work, but it works if you put in effort and give it a chance! Faith without works is dead.
