The Staff and facility at this location are great. However, because the call center is underfunded and non-existent you will not be able to communicate with the great healthcare workers here. If you want the patient advocate, pharmacy or any other service within a 24 hour period, I recommend calling the Veteran suicide hotline and asking for them by name. If you are lucky enough to know the direct line for the patient advocate, they may be able to help. If you call the central phone line, be prepared to not be successfully connected to any department. I would love to discuss this matter with any upper level staff of the hospital. Oh wait, you can t reach their offices.

My son has had a real battle with addiction and mental illness for the last 4 years. He finally agreed to go into another inpatient program and went to Reprieve this time. Previous rehab stints did not have much of an effect on him, and as soon as he was out, he went right back to his old habits. Reprieve was different. While he was at Reprieve, he would call me each week and tell me how he was learning about himself and different coping skills. This was not the case with other rehabs. As with any group setting, there will always be some angst when dealing with other individuals, but he managed to stay out of trouble, which was a first for him. He has been doing well since he got out, and I am learning to trust him again. For the first time in a very long time, he has a positive outlook and hope for the future. Reprieve's program works! I am very grateful he had the opportunity to go there.

If you are looking for help, this is the place to go. I have never met anyone as dedicated as Ms. Poole. I came there several years ago in a bad way and they did not have to take a chance on me but they did. The empathy, trust, and respect I was treated with bolstered my desire to succede at this program and I have. It has changed my life and I am forever greatful to Ms. Poole, Sonya, and the rest of the wonderful staff there. Over the years I have come in contact with just about everyone there and have been treated very well. Thanks again for all you do.

My counselor T always treats everyone I have seen with respect and always smiles always pleasant, Ms. Sonja always pleasant and helpful with all of your needs and always nice, Ms.Earnestine is always on top of the insurance needs of everyone and always so nice and pleasant, Ms. Poole is the best site mngr I ve ever dealt with always willing to help you with anything she can do for you, everyone goes above and beyond their duties and what I have seen the site is clean and in order. This place isn't too bad. They have a very high turnover rate as far as counselors and pharmacy techs go. Always new employees rotating in and out. The director is fair and friendly, I like her a lot. There are a few counselors that have been there for a long time though, they are awesome and for the most part always willing to help resolve an issue. I guess the biggest downside to this place is all the drama that goes down in the parking lot before the place even opens, lawd there's some crazy folks that go here!

My favorite location to dose at. The director is super nice and you can tell she cares. The receptionist is very nice and doesn t ever seem like she s upset to be at work, really welcoming. The nurses are great too but the nurse Tony is the MVP in my opinion She s always on top of things when I guest dose there and always atleast seems like she s happy to be there and to help. In my experience it s almost a thankless job and most people expect so much and can be super rude at clinics, but this clinic actually cares and does their best and you can tell.

I have been coming here since 2018 and have had my share of personal problems. But I ve been able to stay on and ONLY on methadone my entire time here thanks to Mr Willis and the doctors. The director Mr Willis is nothing short of a savior. I know this because I have researched how other patients are treated at other clinics around the country. The methadone subreddit r/methadone is where I ve learned a lot about the various methadone clinics and their practices. I m truly lucky to have Mr Willis as the director here.Mr Willis has single handedly kept me from going to the street on more than one occasion. Other clinics with a different director would not have worked as hard to help keep the patient on the right path.

VA Hospital on Chantilly set me up for three test prior to my physical the following week. I chose to go to the VA Hopital on Perry Hill Road since I knew they had very good breakfasts there. The service and professionalism was absolutely great! I arrived at the lab for bloodwork, EKG, and chest exray about a few minutes before 7 a.m. By 7:33, I was done with all 3. and had a delicious omelet, grits, biscuit, and coffee. I left the hospital right at 8 a.m. Wonderful experience and treated so well by everyone I came in contact with. Thank you, Don Walker, retired MSGT, USAF.

Valley Rescue Mission is more than just a shelter or recovery program it s a place of true transformation. This ministry changed my life forever, giving me hope, healing, and a renewed purpose. Through faith, love, and support, I was able to overcome addiction, rebuild my life, and restore relationships I once thought were lost. Now, as someone who serves in this ministry, I am honored to be the hands and feet of Christ, helping other women and children find the same hope that was given to me. Very interesting " Club ". A permanent setup in an old cabin. You cant see it from the road. Try to ignore that weird little building at the road with a couple old cars for sale. It has a sign on the front door " he-man woman haters club". Holds both AA and NA meetings. Back home in Cleveland Ohio, 90% of AA meetings are held in churches. A nominal "rent" is paid to the church each month. There's only one sober club in Cleveland. Keep going to meetings. It will grow on you after awhile till the miracle happens.
