The Staff and facility at this location are great. However, because the call center is underfunded and non-existent you will not be able to communicate with the great healthcare workers here. If you want the patient advocate, pharmacy or any other service within a 24 hour period, I recommend calling the Veteran suicide hotline and asking for them by name. If you are lucky enough to know the direct line for the patient advocate, they may be able to help. If you call the central phone line, be prepared to not be successfully connected to any department. I would love to discuss this matter with any upper level staff of the hospital. Oh wait, you can’t reach their offices.

If you get miss Belle as your therapist she is wonderful!! She helped me work through the difficult emotions I was having and I am doing so much better after my visit here. It's not all flowers and chocolate, the atmosphere is drab and dreary. But it did allow me to have a time out from my life and realize what matters most. I know that hasn't been everyone's experience on here but it sure helped me.

My fiancé currently does not have insurance and is unemployed at this time. I called Pathways on Monday and asked if they saw patients without insurance and the girl, her name was Ashley I believe, was very helpful and let me know that they do see patients without insurance and walked me through how to get him in. We went to the Department of Labor on Monday and got his income verification, then went to Pathways Tuesday morning early as a walk-in because that’s what you have to do to be seen for free. We got lucky and he was seen within 30 minutes of getting there! Every person that works there was pleasant and friendly. The staff at the front were friendly to every patient that came in, and they actually seemed to enjoy their jobs, and truly care about making sure patients got the help they need. I heard them communicate with people over the phone as well, and they were friendly and helpful. I have a lot of experience with doctor’s offices, and worked in many myself, and it is refreshing to be greeted by friendly, helpful, non- judgmental staff. Thank you SO much for your help today, you have no idea how much it means to me personally, but to my fiancé as well. 🙏🏻

When you think there is no place to go or turn to there is! Just breath and bring in the stuff you need. They are there for you. It take time to get to where they need you to be. Wait time sometimes long to see a Dr. Who can get you on Medical needs. You can call to make an earlier appointment to see the therapist or even leave a message for them.. They return your call promptly. I can't say how graceful I am to have them on my side to make me; me again. To start my visit I went into the main entrance I was quickly met with help and great directions to the emergency department. I was quickly taken to the back with friendly care. They checked on me often. I had the flu so I had an awful headache they made sure I had water, medicine, if I wanted the chair up, or the lights off for my headache. The two nurses (one male and one female) were so attentive! And the doctor Nickolas bass was a straight shooter and explained everything well.
