Josh is quite literally the BEST. I have been with him since my recovery journey back 6 years ago, at the time he worked at a facility in Montgomery & was running the entire place & kept it afloat for a long time. You could tell he had a passion for genuinely helping addicts. When he started his own recovery center I knew there was no way I couldn’t follow him there. I’m glad I did because this business is the most smooth running, quiet, welcoming & respectable recovery business around me. He is a big part of why I’ve stayed clean for as long as I have. BEST CLINIC EVER!!!
Josh is honestly one of the biggest reasons I'm not actively using or worse today. They genuinely want people to be the best version of themselves. Most of the interactions I've had are about life and growing and leadership and of course golf. Not a money game here like most places. If you want use their services to improve your life just be honest and they will do everything in their power to help you. I moved an hour and a half away but drive there still after a year cause they are that good.

I visited the V.A. Medical Center in Tuskegee, AL, on Nov. 14, 2025 for an audiology evaluation. It was my first time ever being at the facility. I've been working with the V.A. on my disability rating which was recently increased to 100 percent. I've been retired from the Air Force for 35 years and applied for V.A. benefits only after my wife's urging. The folks at the Center, from Dr. Hardy in Audiology, to all of the support staff I met while there, could not have been nicer. They treated me with respect and dignity and thanked me many times over for my service to our country. I am returning today for my hearing aids and I'm anxious to meet even more of the staff. I'm blessed to have the Tuskegee V.A. Medical Center nearby. While I was there on Nov. 14, I also made an appointment with Primary Care and with the Dental Office. I'm looking forward to these visits and receiving treatment from the many medical professionals serving our veterans.

The Staff and facility at this location are great. However, because the call center is underfunded and non-existent you will not be able to communicate with the great healthcare workers here. If you want the patient advocate, pharmacy or any other service within a 24 hour period, I recommend calling the Veteran suicide hotline and asking for them by name. If you are lucky enough to know the direct line for the patient advocate, they may be able to help. If you call the central phone line, be prepared to not be successfully connected to any department. I would love to discuss this matter with any upper level staff of the hospital. Oh wait, you can’t reach their offices.

I have heard all the bad stories about Montgomery facility and I’m glad to be with Tuskegee VA. I enjoy the staff here to the fullest and most of all they care!Absolutely love this VA facility.

I had an appointment with Micah Hutton. I arrived on time to sign paperwork. The days leading up to my appointment Carastar sent several emails and text messages to confirm. I confirmed and came on time. After 30 minutes of waiting I approached the clerk and asked was he there she said it was suppose to be over the phone. WHY TELL ME TO COME TO THE FACILITY IF MY APPOINTMENT WAS OVER THE PHONE AND WHY DIDNT ANYBODY TELL ME??

Excellent service when applied via therapy. Workers come and go due to the current times and economy which is understandable. Very detailed and empathetic individuals who look after those in need. Primarily treat the root issues of trauma that others overlook. My only recommendation would that helped me in the military are therapy dogs.

When you think there is no place to go or turn to there is! Just breath and bring in the stuff you need. They are there for you. It take time to get to where they need you to be. Wait time sometimes long to see a Dr. Who can get you on Medical needs. You can call to make an earlier appointment to see the therapist or even leave a message for them.. They return your call promptly. I can't say how graceful I am to have them on my side to make me; me again. Thank you for believing in who I am and for what my brain injuries make me with out medical treatment.

Where to start. The checkin lady in the er was efficient. The triage nurse was short when I was explaining that my Mom was told to go to the er asap. I told her what Mom's Dr. needed them to check which was blood test, urine test and chest xray. Mom's Dr. didn't tell us what she was looking for, just what needed to be done to diagnose Mom. She told me quick like that Mom was their patient now. The other nurse took her vitals and didn't tell her what they were. After waiting 30 min. Dr. Wah.... came in for a minute, didn't introduce himself and asked a few of the same questions as the triage nurse. All he ordered was a urine test and xray. The xray tech was a nice guy and very compassionate. We saw the Dr for another minute at the end. Not one nurse checked in on us in the over 2 hours we were there. My Mom is 91 and she was having anxiety in that small room. I'm like some of the other reviews,in that, I wouldn't take my dog to Whitfield ER. Very dissatisfied with the visit. By the way Mom's Dr was looking for some type of infection which would more than likely show up in a blood test.

When someone answered she said,” I have To deal with this nonsense” she didn’t realize she was still connected. She sent me to the wrong person so I had to call back and I have been on hold for over an hour to make an appointment to pick up hearing aids for my father.

My whole life I've heard horror stories about the VA. The last 2.5 years we have lived with my dad to take care of him. I have nothing but great things to say about the Oxford VA and the nationwide VA pharmacy. They take great care of my dad and are VERY thorough with his care. The nurses treat him like gold and flirt with him, which he loves. They provide almost anything he needs: some of his prescriptions, a hospital bed, liquid thickener, oxygen tank, eye services, psychiatric services, etc. Any time I have had to call they have been sooooo polite and helpful. Same with the pharmacy. I forgot to re-order one of my dad's prescriptions and they got it to me by the NEXT day. The VA isn't perfect, but I feel like they really care about their veterans and their health.

He is friendly, kind and listens to what you have to say. I transferred my care here from that train wreck Rainbow City location. MUCH happier here!

On October 20, I brought my husband to the ER, since that very first day we were here, we have received the best care! Staff was amazing, when we had concerns they were addressed quickly. I would give a negative 10 Stars if I could!!! I would not take my worst enemy to this place!!. No communication skills. Lack of staff to properly care for patients. Please Beware and take your family somewhere else. As I picked up my daughter was told the CEO got fired yesterday (Tuesday). Not sure about this but my daughter said due to her behavior she wasn't allowed a food tray. Also the doctor would not listen to her that she could not take a certain medication

When I return home from a trip and enter the gated community of condos surrounded with lush greenery and palm trees, I know I have returned to my oasis in the city. I love the Southern atmosphere the Condo Association has created, and I always feel welcome and at home in the surroundings. The property is well maintained and clean from rubbish. The swimming pool looks as though it would fit well within the confines of any upscale resort vacation facility and, like the surrounding area, is clean and well maintained.
The complex is located on the cusp of downtown Birmingham, and the airport is less than ten minutes away. A well connected Interstate system surrounds our city, and it's easy to navigate from my condo to any other location within the city or venture further out by car or from the nearby airport.

I have multiple friends that live at Hanover Circle Condominium and I have spent many, many days over the last 10+ years visiting them. It is also a treat to go to Hanover because I feel like I am entering a tropical resort each and every time I go to visit. I am greeted as I come through the front gate with a beautifully landscaped area with a five-tier fountain with topical water lilies and goldfish. The property also has Bevolo gas lanterns in the parking lot and around the beautiful pool area. To make the property even better, it is smoke-free so everyone can enjoy the area without breathing cancer causing smoke.
I am also amazed at the quality of resident that management has been able to attract to the property. Everyone I meet is very nice and the type of people you want to be around-doctors, lawyers, professors, elected officials, medical students, dental students, optometry students, law students, etc. You simply do not find this level of detail and quality resident anywhere else. In addition, the property is very secure with the gated access and cameras all about the property.
