Their main focus is the wellbeing of their clients. I cant tell you how many times Josh and Doc have went out of their way to make sure im ok. Money isnt the only thing they are doing this for i believe they genuinly care about their clients and want them to gave better quality of life. They are a true blessing from God. If it wasn't for them, God, my mother, and my kids I wouldn't be here today. No lie. They have never once turned me away. They have been here through my very worst days to now my best days. You know growing up i never thought I would have ever even come close to having any addictions such as these street drugs. Always thought my addiction would have been makeup or high heels, but you know noone when they are little claims that they wanna be an addict when they grow up... unfortunately, it just happens. But by it happening i have met some of the most wonderful people in my life at this clinic. The most God sent individuals!! Miss Tonja has been here since day one and Amber. Miss Amber and Miss Tonja are my life. If they were to ever leave this location ohh my!! I know because of their help and dedication I will never relapse, I can now say that with full confidence, but it sure would not be the same here without them. Never. Not once did either of them turn me away and there were times that I definitely would have turned myself away but they didn't. They fought not only for my well being but my soul, my family, my children. They also, with my permission (they never do anything without permission from you), even involved my mother with my treatment. & that is something I truly love. My mother is my everything, my best friend, so her opinions, feelings, and thoughts matter to me. Theres nothing in this life my mother doesn't know about me. Just as Miss Amber and Tonja. I can honestly say that throughout the past 14+ years that I have been here (note, I choose to stay here. I don't have too) a ton has happened and my choices has caused tons of hurt and heartaches but I am no longer there anymore. & neither do you have to live that horrible life anymore. I highly recommend that you come to this very location and talk to them because they are not here for just the money. They are mainly here for you and your treatment, your wellbeing, your life, your family, your children, even your soul. YOU!! You can tell these people anything and everything and I promise you they will not judge you, they will not hold it against you. They will help you grow. They will help you become that person you were before your addiction. Or if you font even wanna be that person you were before the addiction than they can help you to be someone new and better!! Remember, there is always a way!! Always!! Don't ever let anyone tell you that there isn't or that it isn't possible because if I can do it than I know you can. Remember addiction does not discriminate. Addiction doesn't care if you are poor or rich, or if you are a doctor, lawyer, homeless, on disability, work for the state, a teacher, a customer service representative, it doesn't matter. Addiction doesn't care how old you are either. Addiction doesn't care about your skin color, your health concerns, none of that. The only thing addiction cares about is taking everything and everyone away from you and it will. If you allow it to. Don't allow the devil that pleasure anymore. Don't. Come to Montgomery Metro Treatment Center and speak to Miss Amber, Mr. Larry, Miss Tonja, anyone and get your life back. Remember anything is possible as long as you have God on your side and believe and TRY!! You will he surprised at just how powerful a prayer can be prayed in the name of Jesus Christ. They were there for me when my Brother passed without them holding me accountable, spent alot of time with me to make sure I didn't relapse. The program is definitely tough but sometimes that's what you need to break old habits. It’s pretty structured, with a lot of discipline and no shortcuts allowed. What really stood out to me was how much they lean on the Bible and its teachings. It’s a big part of the healing here. The issues that I currently possess are ones that are going to be with me for the rest of my life. 16 years down the road and I am still struggling to adapt and function in some ways. Throw in the fact that I am going through a divorce with a woman who has done nothing to ease my issues and I was forced to visit caradtar crisis center in Montgomery for help. I did not know what to expect but all of the therapists and psychiatrists made it clear why they were there and that was solely to assist. The other patients were there for reasons differing from mine but the therapists and employees all do a great job of remembering that we are there because we need their help and because of that, everyone was always helping. Not only did they help with their designated duties but they were also able to communicate with all of us in a way where they seemed concerned for us and although it was clear they had seen a lot of the other patients before, they never let themselves express frustration or agitation with their continued return. I understand the employees at carastar were hired to fill a role and accomplish responsibilities but I appreciate that they never acted like it was bothersome to help any of us and they NEVER came off as anything but a friend that was trying to help. The men's restroom near the waiting area is in deplorable condition! 1 urinal is wrapped up and out of order. The 2nd urinal floods the floor every other flush. I had to alert another veteran using a walker the floor was flooded. The sink faucets leak water. The overall condition is very bad. joe 3 weeks ago This is maybe my second time here, I'm giving this place 5 stars because I have been in pain for months, going to see multiple different people at different places, Even went to ER on and off about my pain, dizziness, blackouts and extra heavy bleeding just to be sent home with no solution and people thinking it was just anxiety. I finally came here for just a regular annual pap smear because tuskegee was the closest appointment day I could get, Montgomery appointments were months out. Mind you I'm from Montgomery. I figured any opportunity to see someone else was an opportunity I could probably get someone to help me. I was willing to take the drive. I ended up seeing Rakia Williams and she already noticed abnormalities during the exam and scheduled me for an ultrasound (pelvic and transvaginal) but the results was inconclusive, I had a second one done and also ct scan, then finally and MRI, which determined I have Adenomyosis and other multiple issues. Now I'm finally scheduled for a hysteroscopy to determine treatment and can finally see the light at the end if the tunnel. I just want to thank Rakia Williams in womens health 🙏 for not giving up on figuring out my issues and concerns and responding to my calls as well as following up with me about information. Thank you for not thinking im crazy and that its all in my head. You are truly appreciated, patient, a kind soul, blessed and may you achieve all of you accomplishments and future endeavors. My personal addiction was alcohol..but I was drinking to stop shaking from side effects from Gabapentin and being an artist that could have been career ending and Leigh absolutely saved me 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 if you are suffering from addiction of any sort or type please do yourself a favor and get some help from her immediately….I can guarantee you not only will she get you through it but she will check on you constantly and her staff as well!!
