***Disclaimer: My review is concerning a delivery experience to the facility.*** This facility placed a very large order of 99 items at Sam's. I accepted the order, and saw that there was no tip attached to it, but assumed since it was such a large order, the customer probably wanted to wait until after everything was delivered before tipping, which is understandable, so I proceeded with shopping for the order. Things didn't exactly go the way I thought they would, but I've since been tipped (and tipped fairly) for the amount of effort required to complete their order. I really appreciate their willingness to address and rectify this ordeal. It says a lot about the level of importance they place on the people they encounter in the day to day operations of the center, which inadvertently also says a lot about the quality of treatment I'm sure they also give to their patients. Going to treatment for the first time was probably the hardest decision I’ve had to make. I wouldn’t change that choice for the world. Although I wasn’t sure it was where I needed to be, it was exactly where I needed to be and I am so grateful for the opportunity to recover there. The skills I learned there will help carry me through my recovery and I feel prepared to do so. After leaving, I feel so much more like myself! It was amazing to be able to find myself again at Magnolia Creek! I never thought there would be anything I would miss there after my first couple of days, but I stuck it out and trusted the process and left having met some of my favorite people. The connections and experiences I had there are priceless! The staff is great as well. Sometimes it may feel like you’re alone, but the staff truly cares so much about you, your recovery, and your aftercare. They truly do know what they are doing and have a plan, so trust it! Magnolia Creek taught me so many valuable skills and brought me so many connections. I 100% recommend MC!

It was so hard to make the decision to return to treatment as I had been to other facilities before. I am so glad I chose Magnolia Creek. When I walked in not only was I welcomed by clients but by staff. I am so thankful for the staff there and the kindness they showed and how they encouraged me through the entire process. The staff at Alsana Birmingham Zelda was amazing. They were very considerate of my needs and provided a safe environment for me to heal from my eating disorder.

I felt more love and support here than I've ever felt in my life. This place has become a safe place for me where I feel loved and accepted and like I can be myself. The staff and clients accepted me and supported me for who I was in a nonjudgmental way.

We are getting ready for an upcoming move and The Foundry has picked up donations at our home twice. Both times our Donation Specialist was Tremaine Perry. Tremaine and the man with him were the most pleasant and professional people I have dealt with in a long time. They worked quickly and efficiently, were polite and Tremaine kept the biggest, most infectious smile on his face. If you have items to donate, I highly recommend calling the Foundry!

The current reviews are no good. "The Foundry" (Bessemer AL) through Jesus Christ has saved many lives and families. And like many rehabs, you get back what you put into it. I owe my life to "the Foundry". They are not racist, bigots or anything else. Through the the teaching of Jesus Christ the Foundry saves lives.

The Foundry has helped me totally transform my life! I battled addiction for 26 years. With the help of The Foundry I was able to break those chains that held me down for so long. I have to give all the Glory to God, but they have created an environment that nurishes the body,mind, and spirit! They teach people that we're not perfect, we can't let our past define us, and how important your relationshio with God plays in recovery! The place is not perfect but I am giving The Foundry a 5 star rating because Absolutely Everything You need to change is there. I'd like to personally thank each and every staff member there because of there dilligance in helping make a change in so many peoples lives!

This is a true place of recovery and community . The staff truly care because they've been where we have been . The structure and accountability is set in place to create growth within recovery.alr is a safe predictable and recovery based community.

What a wonderful experience I had at this location! The building is beautiful and all the people I had to come in contact with were pleasant and accommodating! I was in the cath lab and had a Mother and Daughter duo who were fantastic! Faith (the mother) started my IV on the first try and I am a hard stick! All the people in the cath lab were so nice and explained everything they were doing! There was a “comedian” in there to that kept things lively which sure eased the anxiety! I’d give this group 10 stars if I could! Great experience!

I went Thursday for a mammogram. I was ushered straight in, no waiting. The front desk staff was extremely polite and courteous. The technician that did the testing was so friendly and super professional in her actions, making me feel totally at ease in what can be a very embarrassing position. I highly recommend.
