About the video appt w the doctor reviewed here, you can also make an appt to see her in person at her office by trussville. Ive seen 2 therapist here and i love them and the doctor! They actually try to help and arent there to just listen! They also listen to your opinion/suggestions rather than try to just throw meds at u. Everyone is so nice! Including the nurse! Easy to get appointments! The best place by far that I've been to! At least give them a try!!

The staff is doing much better since a corporate administrator has come on board.However, they never a finance person who knows a thing about how to do the finances for the patients. The corporate headquarters makes a fortune off interest because of this situation. At one point the owed me $4000.00! I did receive a check but had to get to the administrators at the headquarters to get my money back. If you are a patients with health insurance beware!!!!!

It s a great place. The parking is extremely easy. It is located beside the railroad tracks up on a hill. They do draw blood and do labs in house, which is extremely convenient. My sister s life was saved there in 2011, and none of us ever thought it was possible she was in such a dark place. She was lost to her family, her kids, and was difficult to anyone who hadn t already cut ties with her. Today, almost 14 years later, she s living a clean, healthy life and even giving back in that same building that saved her. It s nothing short of a miracle. I ve volunteered at The Lovelady Center and seen firsthand the dedication and compassion of the staff. Their hearts are in this mission. As a husband of someone who received treatment here I can honestly say I am very thankful for the staff that helped my wife in recovery. She quickly felt welcomed and was empowered in her recovery. Their Alumni and Family program continues the support after discharge. I have learned a great deal through the weekly virtual meetings and I know my wife also appreciates I have gained knowledge through the experience of others how to best support and validate her. It is without a doubt that receiving treatment and continued therapy at Magnolia Creek our marriage has benefitted.

Nurses/front desk/dosing staff are great, really sweet people who treat you like you're human. I love that THEY OFFER GRANTS that cover all or most of your treatment.
Focus is definitely not on counseling here, and your experience can vary pretty widely depending on who you get. I'm currently on a by-the-book stickler counselor, but they never last long so hopefully my next one will be better. I think I've had 5+ counselors I've gone through in less than a year because they come and go so quickly.
Dr. Archibald tends to be less than sympathetic to addicts. I'm not sure why people like that work in these places but I guess maybe they start wanting to help then get jaded. One good thing about him though is that he'll prescribe narcotics like Xanax and Adderall on top of the Methadone if you play your cards right.

I learned those are people who are there to help you and they are actually very serious about health and recovery. Now I am a happy, functioning, productive member of society. Counselors knew where to take me and were non-judgemental. Everyone acts as if you are the only client because they give you their full attention (and there is a lot of people coming really)

This was the best thrift store I have been to in a while as far as being neat, clean and employees are friendly. The prices are just a bit higher on a few things but for the most part it averages out when they have 50% off on seasonal clothing. Also this organization is for a local charity that does so many things for the county. The employees are very helpful and nice. If you are looking for antique items or vintage items they are stocked. I can t wait to go again!
