Yeah tbh I have no idea why so many negative reviews, I love my therapist and psychiatrist really cool ppl. I’m starting to think a lot of these reviews come from the mental clinic owned by wellstone. The actual wellstone in Cullman has very nice staff and ppl maybe some ppl are delusional asl and is just spreading hate. Just know you guys do amazing work!

Wellstone is not some eutopia were they have a magic want that can cure the issues that you have n I certainly cannot speak for other people's experience. I came to them in the throws of years of untreated mental health and severe drug addiction and while they offered no magic fix. What they gave me was love,support,belief and a path forward. I had to do the work but they gave me the tools that set me up for success. The leaders, counselor and staff have never done anything but support me. They work tireslessy at a job that is far from glamorous. If you are reading this and you face a crossroads of your life and you don't know we're to start. I recommend them with every ounce of my heart. The IOP program is so beautiful and it matters not what baggage you bring. You will be greeted with empathy and without Judgement. I love every therapist ,physician and peer support counselor that I have had. They never gave up on me n what they gave me litterally saved my life and had it not been for them. I would not be here today. Today is the day to start your recovery. 5 million stars

Truthfully, the program has saved my life. I was so sick and it brought me back to life. I got tired, sick and tired of doing so many pain pills a day now I’m through the program. I feel 100% better. I was very satisfied with my experience at Bradford. I received excellent care from my treatment team and did an amazing amount of healing during my stay. My mental and physical health are better than they've been in years. My only regret is not coming to Bradford sooner.

At the end of Caleb’s review he is basically says that outreach ministries of Alabama only relies on FAITH. From Caleb’s viewpoint it is negative. But from my viewpoint this has been the ONLY thing that has sustained me from the power of addiction. No doctors ,no amount of medication, nothing from this world helped. I needed something more. This place is quite literally responsible for saving my life. I had to do some work too but with the help of Bradford it made it sooo much easier and comfortable. I would recommend Bradford 10 out of 10 times, the people there really care and will help you provided you give them the chance! Thank you Bradford!

The nursing staff and bhts are amazing. They make sure your comfortable and they help in every way they can. The facility is clean and well kept. They take your need for sobriety seriously. Most of the employees want your sobriety more then you do. They give tough love but are also compassionate. The food is amazing and I promise you will put on 10 to 20 pounds be4 to you leave. The classes are educational and intriguing. Recreational time is also fun and just for a couple hours you forget your in a rehab.

Bradford at Madisonis a wonderful place to get yourself back.on track.The employees are very accomodating and friendly.
Fellowship house really helped me get back on my feet. Great place. Great staff. A safe place to recover. They care about your mental and emotional health. I learned so much from my time there. I transitioned to the apartments. I’m so grateful for the time I spent at Fellowship House. It’s a great place to get the help you need.

I love this place. Great staff. Great food. The classes get kind of redundant but other than that its a awesome place to go rehab.
Just had surgery on my prostate the 20th of Nov 2025. Had to stay in the Hospital until the 24th my surgery went well I'm 65 years young and still in pretty good shape. Now I want to thank God and to the Doctor's and Nurses of the entire Uterologist team and the 4th floor Nurses for taking good care of me. Nothing but the best of care i received from all of you keep up the good work and may God continue to bless you, at home enjoying my recovery time with family.

I just changed my VA care from Tuscaloosa to VA Birmingham and had my 1st appointment yesterday. They are very friendly and Dr. Marzette seems like a good doctor. He's very friendly and doesn't rush anything. I believe I'm going to like this facility. The only problem I have seen is the parking.

I just called the main number and talked to the operator at the VA Hospital in Birmingham just to get some general information and the lady that answered was extremely nice and very helpful. So if there's other veterans out there looking for help these are some good people.

They saved my husband life . Prior we tried every thing nothing worked . The staff is very knowledgeable and understanding. Do what your supposed to do and the program works .
I went here for years and I have lived all of my counselors and staff. Terry is wonderful and dr. Atchley is great as well. He had another great doctor join him as well I believe its been a year or so since ive been. Either way this place is wonderful and saved my life over and over again.

Terry is the best person to run the place, Margaret was amazing to me and only had one counselor that I feel shouldn’t be there, but it happens, so we get up and go for treatment that saves our lives! Dr. At Haley is compassionate and cares about the patients.

They close at 10:45am on weekdays. They literally lock the door at 10:45am, and on Saturday and Sunday, they close at 8am. So please take this into consideration, or you might find yourself missing your dose.
Also, you have to be there by 9am if you are picking up take-home doses.
I think the hours they have listed, which is 5am to 1pm, might be when the working hours of nurses and counselors. But it does not refer to dosing hours.

They occasionally will go through phases of staffing shortages. where you will have an extremely long wait time. That was my only inconvenience as a patient of 2 years.

The Lovelady Center is awesome! I have learned to love my self again, how to love other and most importantly how to love God again. Impact Recovery was a great experience. This disease can make one feel alone and hopeless. In this place I felt welcome and embraced by the staff and other residents that share in this disease. They teach you not only to live a sober life but much more about a different way of life that is fulfilling and free. I honestly can’t thank Impact and their entire staff enough! I had no clue what to expect with them being my very first treatment center. I’ve never worked the Steps before and truly believed that I was just meant to live the same miserable life that I’ve been living until my death. They showed me that was far from the truth. I can proudly attest to that with today being 90 days sober! This is the longest I’ve been 100% off anything mind-altering since I was 14 years old.
From my very first call with the owner Adams to my last day of the 35 day program, everyone treated me with so much kindness and patience. They teach you everything you need to know in order to live a happy and healthy life without drugs/alcohol, you just have to be willing to not only learn what they teach but also put it all into practice in real life.
Wherever below rock bottom is, I was there for sure before Impact. This is the only clinic I've been to that seems to care about their patients all the way through-- the doctors, the therapists, and the front desk always are extremely courteous and considerate. Concerns you voice are taken seriously, and your input is considered regarding your own treatment. I have had such a pleasant experiences here. I was tested and evaluated by Dr. Hirsh in 2021. She was extremely kind and very professional. She cares a lot for her job and her patients.
I recently have had to get my youngest daughter tested for autism and adhd and so far our experiences have been pleasant. When we couldn't make it to the office, due to sickness, Dr. Hirsh was kind enough to let us keep our appointment and do our appointment through video call. We will have her testing done here soon and I'm sure that will go just as pleasantly as the rest of our visits here.

They do not close at no 345pm on Saturdays they close at 1230 no later than 1pm......also need to keep clothes for 1 dollars all the time....i shop here regularly when you put the clothes back to 1 dollar

My son was shot 4 times on Jan 31 on my granddaughter’s 13th birthday in front of his father in Bessemer. He was shot twice in the stomach and twice in the chest. He remained calm and called 911 and told God you saved me once so I know you will save me again. He was born three days after my 42nd birthday and received his name due to a healing when they said he was going to die. His name is Blesset Isaiah Person. After he was named after a Nigerian friend named Blessing and my sister-in-law said to name him Isaiah which means the Lord Saves I called and gave my assistant minister his name and the doctors’ cane in and said look like he’s going to pull through to which I responded there is no look like with God! Anyway UAB trauma surgeons are the best in the country. The surgery took about 41/2 hours. He lost a kidney, his spleen, a piece of his pancreas and has a bullet lodged in his back. First off when I made it to the 9th floor trauma unit Fonda gave me a coffee cake and Laquita continued to take care of me and my family daily! The nurses were heavenly divine. There was Abby Vice my favorite and Abby Hadaway my other favorite, plus Emily, and Shantia my son who relieved me and my son the patient’s favorite along with me. Omg all the nurses were so great. The PCAs’ Jason, Jordon, Brady, Daphne and the rest went above and beyond. As for the doctors’ the Trauma doctors were the best this side of heaven. Dr WAN was so kind and friendly. He explained my son’s condition very well as did Dr. Frutata and Dr Wu who discharged him today! Dr Amini made a great impression on me as well and Dr Weiner. They are exceptional and do their jobs in a manner consistent with excellence. I’m proud to have known them! I wish them continued blessings in order to continue to help others’ in their professional journey!💙🔥💙🔥💙🙏🏿

I have been to Tampa Florida VA and the Atlanta VA, I don't recommend them, but the VA clinic is superb. Customer service is beyond reproach. The staff are friendly, helpful and answered all questions. The facility is expanding and it is well designed, functional with all the amenities you could ask for. I have been in healthcare for over 50 years and I have never seen a clinic that compares. It is superb. I highly recommend this VA clinic.
