Yeah tbh I have no idea why so many negative reviews, I love my therapist and psychiatrist really cool ppl. I’m starting to think a lot of these reviews come from the mental clinic owned by wellstone. The actual wellstone in Cullman has very nice staff and ppl maybe some ppl are delusional asl and is just spreading hate. Just know you guys do amazing work!

Wellstone is not some eutopia were they have a magic want that can cure the issues that you have n I certainly cannot speak for other people's experience. I came to them in the throws of years of untreated mental health and severe drug addiction and while they offered no magic fix. What they gave me was love,support,belief and a path forward. I had to do the work but they gave me the tools that set me up for success. The leaders, counselor and staff have never done anything but support me. They work tireslessy at a job that is far from glamorous. If you are reading this and you face a crossroads of your life and you don't know we're to start. I recommend them with every ounce of my heart. The IOP program is so beautiful and it matters not what baggage you bring. You will be greeted with empathy and without Judgement. I love every therapist ,physician and peer support counselor that I have had. They never gave up on me n what they gave me litterally saved my life and had it not been for them. I would not be here today. Today is the day to start your recovery. 5 million stars

Truthfully, the program has saved my life. I was so sick and it brought me back to life. I got tired, sick and tired of doing so many pain pills a day now I’m through the program. I feel 100% better. The Lovelady Center is awesome! I have learned to love my self again, how to love other and most importantly how to love God again. Impact Recovery was a great experience. This disease can make one feel alone and hopeless. In this place I felt welcome and embraced by the staff and other residents that share in this disease. They teach you not only to live a sober life but much more about a different way of life that is fulfilling and free. I can’t say enough about the staff”s authenticity and genuine care and understanding of someone going through and battling this illness. It comes from their own life experiences that are relatable to our own, as they all have battled this disease and live to share and help others achieve the same.

I honestly can’t thank Impact and their entire staff enough! I had no clue what to expect with them being my very first treatment center. I’ve never worked the Steps before and truly believed that I was just meant to live the same miserable life that I’ve been living until my death. They showed me that was far from the truth. I can proudly attest to that with today being 90 days sober! This is the longest I’ve been 100% off anything mind-altering since I was 14 years old. From my very first call with the owner Adams to my last day of the 35 day program, everyone treated me with so much kindness and patience. They teach you everything you need to know in order to live a happy and healthy life without drugs/alcohol, you just have to be willing to not only learn what they teach but also put it all into practice in real life. Wherever below rock bottom is, I was there for sure before Impact. Adams, Chad, Shaun, Colby, Schwartz, Dikis, Taner, Moody, Sam, Kathleen, and Emily, you are all a Godsend and I thank you for honestly saving my life. This is the only clinic I've been to that seems to care about their patients all the way through-- the doctors, the therapists, and the front desk always are extremely courteous and considerate. Concerns you voice are taken seriously, and your input is considered regarding your own treatment. I don't want to name any one person, because legitimately, everyone here has been extremely good to me. I'd recommend them.

I have had such a pleasant experiences here. I was tested and evaluated by Dr. Hirsh in 2021. She was extremely kind and very professional. She cares a lot for her job and her patients. I recently have had to get my youngest daughter tested for autism and adhd and so far our experiences have been pleasant. When we couldn't make it to the office, due to sickness, Dr. Hirsh was kind enough to let us keep our appointment and do our appointment through video call. We will have her testing done here soon and I'm sure that will go just as pleasantly as the rest of our visits here.

I was impressed with Mekiah (hopefully I got the spelling right). She answered all off my questions professionally and was a customer service pro. I worked in customer service for over a decade, so it's is very hard to get a 5 star review from me. She is wonderful and I hope she gets a raise!

I have been to Tampa Florida VA and the Atlanta VA, I don't recommend them, but the VA clinic is superb. Customer service is beyond reproach. The staff are friendly, helpful and answered all questions. The facility is expanding and it is well designed, functional with all the amenities you could ask for. I have been in healthcare for over 50 years and I have never seen a clinic that compares. It is superb. I highly recommend this VA clinic.

stayed for one week on two separate occasions on the adolescent psych ward. kind nurses, nice activities, and good food. some older nurses were rude and the dress code is a little strict. i left feeling better than i did when i arrived!

They have a wonderful Patient Care Tech!! He’s a cute white guy, They called him J.B. He was on night shift. I think his name was James. But this guy was an awesome PCT. He was very nice and polite to all the patients and he was very uplifting to me and Everyone around him and he also kept everyone laughing. He also cleaned up after us where other pct’s just sat in the area where the Nurses were and some even were so rude and would even provoke patients. 🙄 The Nursing Staff for the most part was kind and caring. Of course you have a few that are A holes but that’s to be expected anywhere you go! The Doctors were also nice and came around once a day.

I had a family member in the geriatric unit, and there are not enough thank you’s that I could give to our family member’s social worker, nurses, doctors, and all staff. They are extremely open to working with you as a family, and take great care of your loved one. They show care, kindness, patience, and professionalism. The incredible progress and help that we received having our family member here could never be repaid. Should you need it, they will be a great advocate for your loved one. Thank you so much!

I’ve had four in the last 7 months and my most recent one just left.

It was always nice place under the elderly couple that used to run it. It's changed into a very cold and distant place lately. Institutionalizing something seems to do that.

Two men there are very unprofessional all they want is money too lenient they track you on a Life360 app.. They don’t abide by the strike program rule they set forth..run away if you are looking for real help this is not the place but if you want a place where you can manipulate the system all the freedom you want this is it

The Trek program changed my life! I love the staff, the therapist and they truly care about your recovery! I took so much away from HQ that I’m now giving back by mentoring. Troy and Melissa have done an amazing job and the support care that they have for the spouses was huge during that dark season. THANK YOU HQ!!

Most of the people who work in this center are nice to me, my counselors were very friendly and comprehensive, they provide the greatest family counseling services, the love that they show to help children is sincere. I recommend all kind of people to visit them, really worth it.

To start, I am someone who has to live everyday by working to manage my several diagnoses... I will always need psychiatric medication and that's ok! I was facing new and extreme insurance issues that prevented me from getting very important psychiatric medication that I've been on for years. Mountain Lakes went above and beyond. In a very scary time for me...)pay $700/mo for one rx which was unfeasible..or be checked into the hospital)... They picked me up and took me to my appts and worked with the insurance company for months until they got my medicine covered! I also felt I wasn't heard during my psych eval and felt I had an additional diagnosis. After a year of therapy and psychiatrist appts, they did amend my diagnosis..they listened to me and had evidence to back their diagnosis. They did right by me. Sarah Dettweiler is the psychiatrist I have been seeing and she's very good at what she does..she's calm and very nice..not intimidating and listens! Brenda..I had an episode at her when I was waiting for my medicine and this sweet lady was always very very nice. Also I had a few counselors I wasn't happy with and they switched me to Brittany...she's truly the best I've ever had. I feel my care is safe in their hands and I trust them!

I had an extremely abusive childhood. It takes a lot for me to learn to open up. I’d been hospitalized over 20 times in 3 years for hurting myself. I never thought I’d be able to get even slightly better. I was told I was going to live in a facility for the mentally ill and disabled. But i have one last try here! I’m harm free for over a year! I have job, car, and house. I’ve succeeded. Thanks to everyone here. And you can too. 💕

This is the first place that's ever truly helped me. They actually seem to care and want to get you help as soon as possible each time. They know they are working with mentally ill patients and are extremely understanding of circumstances in your life. They deserve every bit of 5*

Wonderful complex in Highland Park. Very close to great restaurants and parks. This is a well-managed complex.

When I return home from a trip and enter the gated community of condos surrounded with lush greenery and palm trees, I know I have returned to my oasis in the city. I love the Southern atmosphere the Condo Association has created, and I always feel welcome and at home in the surroundings. The property is well maintained and clean from rubbish. The swimming pool looks as though it would fit well within the confines of any upscale resort vacation facility and, like the surrounding area, is clean and well maintained. The complex is located on the cusp of downtown Birmingham, and the airport is less than ten minutes away. A well connected Interstate system surrounds our city, and it's easy to navigate from my condo to any other location within the city or venture further out by car or from the nearby airport.

I have multiple friends that live at Hanover Circle Condominium and I have spent many, many days over the last 10+ years visiting them. It is also a treat to go to Hanover because I feel like I am entering a tropical resort each and every time I go to visit. I am greeted as I come through the front gate with a beautifully landscaped area with a five-tier fountain with topical water lilies and goldfish. The property also has Bevolo gas lanterns in the parking lot and around the beautiful pool area. To make the property even better, it is smoke-free so everyone can enjoy the area without breathing cancer causing smoke. I am also amazed at the quality of resident that management has been able to attract to the property. Everyone I meet is very nice and the type of people you want to be around-doctors, lawyers, professors, elected officials, medical students, dental students, optometry students, law students, etc. You simply do not find this level of detail and quality resident anywhere else. In addition, the property is very secure with the gated access and cameras all about the property.

Took my son with Autism’they have been good to him and his therapist melody treats him with love and passion ‘never gets aggressive or aggravated at him’don’t base your decision on this place by google reviews‘most reviews are those mad for different reasons’
