The staff , the DRs , the Nurses ,Techs , cafeteria workers, heck the maintenance guys and the lady’s that cleaned the rooms made my family feel like we was in our little small town in Arkansas where everyone knows and cares about everyone. 10/19/25 my daughter 20 years old was passing through the area on her way home from Atlanta when emergency struck , she had to have a life saving emergency surgery, these folks from the paramedics ER team ,3rd floor staff along with 2 very special Doctors saved our daughters life and we ar forever grateful this small hospital may not be not be new but it is filled with the best professionals/ people in the world that take care of business. This Hospital is top notch h the staff are excellent from The Doctors, CRNA, RNs, LPNs, Techs, Cleaning staff, dietary there was not a single person that wasn’t excellent!! They saved our daughters life in an emergent situation and they all checked on her frequently after. 100% recommend this hospital!!

In been to so many hospitals in the last 20 years over my health issues, I can only say this hospital is hands down the greatest hospital I’ve ever been in. From the er room thank you for your fast acting response and great care as soon as I pulled up , to the cleaning staff for doing such an amazing job cleaning up after me in my room , to the nursing staff wow thank you all so much you guys are the absolute sweetest people ever in a hospital and to the doctor man I can definitely say you are there to help hess as l people it’s not about the money to you or any of the nursing staff you all are so loving caring spirit filled I’ve ever seen thank you for everything, to ginger wow my and my daughters life is about to change because you cared enough to help us find a safe place to live god bless you , to the administrator wow you have the greatest staff a hospital could ask for and you come to my room and introduced yourself that was new to me that don’t ever happen where I’m from thank you for hiring the staff you have there god bless you all and thank you to the third floor staff I can’t say thank you enough God bless you all

I stopped a 20 year addiction to cocaine and alcohol in November, 2024. After my treatment I was released to Bradford Health Services for "intensive outpatient" classes. Allison Neal and Melissa Wisdom are 2 employees at this facility. I have to say that they show more care and gave more help to me, than anyone in my entire recovery. They truly blessed my walk. And if it wasn't for them, I would have relapsed a couple of times. They need their praise.

Yeah tbh I have no idea why so many negative reviews, I love my therapist and psychiatrist really cool ppl. I’m starting to think a lot of these reviews come from the mental clinic owned by wellstone. The actual wellstone in Cullman has very nice staff and ppl maybe some ppl are delusional asl and is just spreading hate. Just know you guys do amazing work!

Wellstone is not some eutopia were they have a magic want that can cure the issues that you have n I certainly cannot speak for other people's experience. I came to them in the throws of years of untreated mental health and severe drug addiction and while they offered no magic fix. What they gave me was love,support,belief and a path forward. I had to do the work but they gave me the tools that set me up for success. The leaders, counselor and staff have never done anything but support me. They work tireslessy at a job that is far from glamorous. If you are reading this and you face a crossroads of your life and you don't know we're to start. I recommend them with every ounce of my heart. The IOP program is so beautiful and it matters not what baggage you bring. You will be greeted with empathy and without Judgement. I love every therapist ,physician and peer support counselor that I have had. They never gave up on me n what they gave me litterally saved my life and had it not been for them. I would not be here today. Today is the day to start your recovery. 5 million stars

The nursing staff and bhts are amazing. They make sure your comfortable and they help in every way they can. The facility is clean and well kept. They take your need for sobriety seriously. Most of the employees want your sobriety more then you do. They give tough love but are also compassionate. The food is amazing and I promise you will put on 10 to 20 pounds be4 to you leave. The classes are educational and intriguing. Recreational time is also fun and just for a couple hours you forget your in a rehab.

Birmingham Recovery Center provided a space for me to heal mentally, physically, and spiritually during this season in my life. Looking back at my time at BRC, I was met with 1 on 1 therapy, group processing, while being held accountable. I learned how to get honest and vulnerable with the help of the staff there. BRC played a pivotal role in helping me build a foundation for my life while healing from my past. So that I could move forward and live life on life’s terms. My brother is in Freedom Hall healthcare. The Drs, nurses, cna’s, PT, housekeeping and kitchen staff are all very caring. They go above and beyond for Charles and the family sitting with him. I have sat at 6 different facilities with family. None come close to meeting the high standard Freedom Hall reaches.

As many other reviews here say, going to treatment was the hardest decision I’ve ever had to make. I knew I needed help, but I was terrified of the process of getting it, especially because I had never known anyone who had done intensive mental health treatment like the kind Magnolia Creek offers. But after completing my treatment at MC, I can honestly say that it is the best and most important thing I have ever done for myself. Magnolia Creek taught me not just about how to recover but also about what led me to my ED in the first place—and why that origin matters.
The group therapies stand out as some of the best conversations I’ve ever had about mental health—all the clinicians at MC contributed to making these talks so meaningful, but especially Sam and Madison! My individual team changed my life with such personal, passionate, empathetic, recovery-focused care. Anna, my therapist, helped me do things in the weeks I was in treatment that I never thought would be possible for me. Because of her and my dietitian, Emma’s, expert care, I am now able to not only handle my ED but also start living a life full of love and care for myself. Anna and her loving spirit and unmatched emotional intelligence challenged me when I needed it and nurtured me when I couldn’t do it for myself. She has left a handprint on my heart I will carry with me in my recovery forever. I also am so thankful for Dylan’s leadership in the nutrition space at MC; his dedication and passion for what MC is doing and for the clients’ recoveries made so much possible for me while I was there.
The rest of the staff at MC was also key to making my experience what it was. I was so scared of what treatment would be, but the RCSes and facility staff made me feel so looked after and safe that I was able to really focus on the hard work of recovery and to let the other worries fade. I’m so grateful for the kindness and care that the staff of MC showed me in my time there.
My life is forever changed by the wonderful programming and people of Magnolia Creek. I can never say thank you enough to everyone there for allowing me the space to imagine and create a better life for myself. I cannot recommend MC—and treatment—more.

Jennifer j Wilson did a false report on my son and left him struggling in jail without help, he had a brain injury at age 11, I had got another report from a mental health officer in which he took the time to get his records, she put false information in his report even charges that where filed on him without the accurate mental health reasons, my sons mental health rights were violated, this place definitely need to be shut down

One of the best recovery programs I been in. I have Been in and out of rehabs never really finishing the programs in the past, however when I came to apex It became the exception. I not only completed the program and graduated, I have met some of the most compassionate, highly qualified mentors and therapists. The community and fellowship there is one the best people I came across. You can tell they love what they’re doing and passionate about the work they’re doing. I want to give a huge shoutout to my therapists who’ve helped me in this journey with my sobriety, Casey, Raquel, and Bryan.
