Been going here for years love the dr and the nurses and the office staff

I love coming here. They have really helped me with my problems that I've been having for a while now. Only thing I would change is being able to see the therapist more than just once a month. I've got memory problems and it's hard to remember what's happened in a months time.

It was ok , I just gave someone a ride here.

My friend gave the same bad review almost word for word like this lady. WANNA KNOW WHY? Read until the end to understand WHY SHE SAID IT. FIND OUT what led her to the program. Do you know ANYone with a crazier story?? A lady I've known for 30 yrs literally carried a glow home w/ her! Her journey didnt start off that way. Her mom died while she was n jail She had bn running from warrents. In a moment of clarity, she decided to turn herself in. I was there the last time she wud evr see her mom alive as she came to say bye for jail. Her mom turned 2 me n said" i can die tonight now," She knew with her deep calls to deep knowing, that She released the reigns to HIM!! She wouldnt be the rescue this time for the 1st time. Back to my friend. While she was running, theirs zero stability sleeping n cars w her very violent Methed crazed boyfriend. he used her to get resources from her loved ones thru her. She was now addicted too & so ashamed. She dig her hole deeper with him right inside her ear! She lost custody of her minor child then once news of her moms death came, She wanted death! Not realizing how close meth already had her. She welcomed anything that offered her EXIT doors from that jail..Later, her mind wud clear and truth shined into the darkness that was her life, She explained her earlier days to me. Back to.that EXIT DOOR THEY'D BN EYEING.Her and another Inmate devised a sort of "EXCAPE PLAN" to be released to the usual court appointed REHAB & simply disappear from there BACK ON THE RUN. Only God intervened. Her family found a new REHAB when she was released for RESTORATION RANCH they drove her straight from our state to Alabama. All was well until around 4 or so wks in. She wrote me a diff kind of letter. What her letter said to me, The young lady who wrote her opinion on review of the program calling R.R. "BULL**** & WONT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY" is why I give this review. That bad review stirred my memory back to that different kind of letter my friend wrote me!! It was full of this near exact same wording! Down to Ive tried my best but THIS IS B.S. and I wudnt send anyone here so come get me now! I saw a pattern. Wait ur mom and I "rescued" u from the last rehab too. Lol She sure pulled at all my heart strings. See, Her mom told me something that stuck with me." she had stood in God's way for her childs whole life "even now in late 30s. She said this was the very 1st time she told her child NO. She told me she stood in God's way too long. She gave me a mandate b4 passing. She said make sure everyone knows she never lost faith. Her daughter stayed there and OMG what a powerful life changing experience she had. She speaks nothing but amazing things. It changed her in her core. We.drove together to her graduation. I even saw a famous person graduating along with her. She has shown me many warning signs since then, with my own kids. Later on, I mentioned that one letter she wrote n early days. She was WOWED by how far she had come since participating at this place rightly named RESTORATION Ranch. She told me she.was mad at the process and she was sooo rebellious and wouldve done and said anything to run away again bc thats all she'd ever done. This was her first accomplished thing in life that she saw thru. She just didnt like to follow rules and they gave them a planned out day. She laughed abt the letter later on. If u read this far, May God Bless You and give you the strength to move out of HIS WAY. This is truly putting your child into HIS HANDS

This place did something I thought was never going to happen. They helped save my daughter. She did a complete 360. For the first time ever, she's my daughter again. I never thought this day would come. I am and will forever be greatful for the help they gave her. She had be to at least 3 other faculties and she didn't last a week. She's going on 7months now. Thank you so much.

I walked into this place with the shirt on my back and they came and asked me to list my sizes so I did and they not only clothed me but showed me love and what I needed to know to stay clean and sober it's the best intense therapy I've ever had and today I have 1 year clean a healthy relationship and a good job and I know that they are always there if I need them but hands down best people I met

I reached a really low point in my life and realized that I desperately needed help. Decided to come here and I was determined to really work the program. Of course, it's not easy but thankfully I received the help of some great people.

A great place with great people.... This program really works if you are truly ready to get control of your life... It will work if you work it. It has saved many lives including mine. Starting this program was the best decision I made. The people who work there genuinely care about the clients and do what they can to help you overcome the disease of addiction.

I've been trying to get someone I felt comfortable enough to talk to because of being judged or frankly we all live in the small community, I was lucky, I was blessed with a Smart,caring and no judgement/ truly what her career is meant to be. The only thing that I was blown away with, I have tried therapy before and time after time I couldn't get it, I see from my point of view yes antidepressants are something that helps but hand ✋ in hand ✋ if there's just one person who is like me very anxious don't know why, think u may have a heart attack then please post back because I was shamed by a Dr there because I told him I needed help,@51 menopause and life I was shamed.. I can't hardly go somewhere and this dread blanket's me.. to my therapist thank you,--- But they should never listen to anything outside of you because other people sometimes are meddling in ur life and//part of THE PROBLEM....

My son was shot 4 times on Jan 31 on my granddaughter’s 13th birthday in front of his father in Bessemer. He was shot twice in the stomach and twice in the chest. He remained calm and called 911 and told God you saved me once so I know you will save me again. He was born three days after my 42nd birthday and received his name due to a healing when they said he was going to die. His name is Blesset Isaiah Person. After he was named after a Nigerian friend named Blessing and my sister-in-law said to name him Isaiah which means the Lord Saves I called and gave my assistant minister his name and the doctors’ cane in and said look like he’s going to pull through to which I responded there is no look like with God! Anyway UAB trauma surgeons are the best in the country. The surgery took about 41/2 hours. He lost a kidney, his spleen, a piece of his pancreas and has a bullet lodged in his back. First off when I made it to the 9th floor trauma unit Fonda gave me a coffee cake and Laquita continued to take care of me and my family daily! The nurses were heavenly divine. There was Abby Vice my favorite and Abby Hadaway my other favorite, plus Emily, and Shantia my son who relieved me and my son the patient’s favorite along with me. Omg all the nurses were so great. The PCAs’ Jason, Jordon, Brady, Daphne and the rest went above and beyond. As for the doctors’ the Trauma doctors were the best this side of heaven. Dr WAN was so kind and friendly. He explained my son’s condition very well as did Dr. Frutata and Dr Wu who discharged him today! Dr Amini made a great impression on me as well and Dr Weiner. They are exceptional and do their jobs in a manner consistent with excellence. I’m proud to have known them! I wish them continued blessings in order to continue to help others’ in their professional journey!💙🔥💙🔥💙🙏🏿

This would probably be my go to place any time I'm suicidal again. Its amazing. You see a doctor daily and the environment is amazing. You can watch tv,or play board games or cards all day. You can literally sit on a phone call with someone all day,as long as you want. You can be in your room too all you want and relax,sleep more of you want. Food is amazing,and they make sure you're full. I went when there wasn't alot of people so they were constantly giving us seconds. Staff is sweet and chill. You can color or draw all day if you want. Sadly the showers were like luke warm or cold. But you can shower any time and as many times as you like. It felt like home. You can even wear your own clothes there and make sure to bring an abundance of clothing to wear and be washed daily. You can see a psychiatrist and doctor and all daily and i felt like they really listened and cared how i felt and helped me pave a way to success. And if i needed a med to try out it was easy to get approved for,such as an inhaler for my asthma or something to help me sleep better. Just tell them and they will try it out for you that night or the next. They also have coffee,which may appeal to others but not me,i dislike coffee. You do have to be in your rooms by ten pm i believe,but you don't have to be asleep,just in your room.

The environment and the staff were great during my stay. I will say that the communication could be a bit better because I didn’t know I was discharging until the last minute but other than that I have no complaints.

I love the staff at BHG Savannah, TN!! Mrs. Neely Maddox our FNP is amazing!! She cares about us and she goes out of her way to meet our needs! She is easy to talk to and she listens and I know that I can trust her! I don’t trust people easily but I know that I can trust her! My counselor is Maria and she is amazing also! I can talk to her about anything and I can trust her also. I never have any problems when I dose. The dosing staff is wonderful!! I just love and respect all of the staff there!! I have been a patient there almost two years and they saved my life!! They saved my marriage also!! THEY DEFINITELY DESERVE A BIG BIG 5!!!!!!

These people go above and beyond..IF u are ready to get ur life back on track this is the place for u .. they can AND WILL give u the tools to do it. They CARE ABOUT YOU !

None of the other programs that I have attended can be compared to the program offered by Place of Hope, I think this place is the best option for anyone suffering from any addition, the staff treats with love to be healed and come back to be happy. Thanks to this program I'm now closer to God, I noticed the damage that was causing not only to me but also the people I love. They saved my life and I don't have enough words to say thank you!

The person I took to this facility DID NOT want to go but he needed help so he dealt with it, and he was glad he did by the time he was released. The counselors were knowledgeable and guided them from experience instead of preaching about things they had no clue about. Thank you Cedar Lakes for what you are doing to help people with nothing left in them.

Great place to recover

The Phoenix house is a great wonderful place to be. They saved my life an without them I know I wouldn't have such a great quality of life like I do today. I'm getting my life back one day at a time. I'm forever thankful to them. Everyone there especially the staff. Mrs Kim and John.b and Jim.J. was an still are my new family. I miss you all dearly an thank God for bringing me to the Phoenix house. From the bottom of my heart thank you all.

I will never forget this place or forget the staff that were there at my time. They saved my life and it was strict because of Covid at that time. I had the best time in my recovery and grateful for the help I received.
