I recently has the privilege of having Dr. Beckman take care of some medical issues with my grandmother. She was fantastic and very patient with her, listened to her and ran some test on what she thought her problem could be. She found the problem and give her some meds to clear things up. My grandmother being a administrative RN over 30 years was very happy with Dr. Beckman and her bed-side manner and the way she explained what they would be doing. I m proud to have a hospital so close to my house that has a team of Doctors and nurses that we have that care about treating people and getting the better. The ER visit may be long or may be short just know if you have to wait the ER is probably packed and they are working as fast as they can to get to everyone. Winfield has a great group in the ER and With Dr. Hajjar on staff they can t be beat in this part of the country. I appreciated the care and time they took with my elderly grandparent.

I tried everything... LITERALLY EVERYTHING! I now have 5 months sober, have a stable full time job, and custody of both my children back. It definitely takes doing the work on yourself as well but methadone is a great support medication while getting through these things. Life couldn't be better. Everytime I call this rude lady answers says I'm not enrolled and to call Memphis. I call Memphis and they say I'm enrolled, and have been and to call Tupelo back. Rude lady answers again, the loop continues. Meanwhile my wife who is also a veteran was seen right away despite enrolling after me. *Update* called big VA who went through Memphis down to Tupelo. Big VA said Tupelo needs to assign me a primary care manager. The nice big VA lady tried to get ahold of anyone there and no one answered... She was on the phone for 35 minutes... She tried to get a patient advocate and nothing. Still no appointment I am literally just trying to get a physical and labs. Day 3 and who knows what amount of hours. Going in person tomorrow. What a joke.Edit: I went in person and got an appointment. The medical staff is outstanding. They're five stars the admin staff is a solid zero.

I stopped a 20 year addiction to cocaine and alcohol in November, 2024. After my treatment I was released to Bradford Health Services for "intensive outpatient" classes. When I first entered this program, I could never imagine my life with out drugs. But after time and much patience & love from the staff and my brothers and sisters in Christ, I realized that there is a much better way to live. It has been a while since I graduated and I an now 47 years old. There is not any situation that I have been faced with in life that Restoration Ranch did not prepare me for. I an so grateful that I reluctantly entered this program because it changed my life for them better. I spent Thanksgiving & Christmas there and I felt so loved. Best VA clinic around has been my experience. I know from time to time the phone doesnt get answered but you will see that anywhere. My health care at this facility gets a 5 STAR PLUS ratings. Receptionists do their job so not being overly friendly does not come into play. The nurse for Dr. Thompson is spot on, friendly, and never fails to ask how I am feeling. Dr. Thompson never rushes through my appointment. He tells me whats going on with me,and then asks If I have any questions or concerns. I am well taken care of.

My experience with this facility was it very clean, it's nice that you have your own rooms, the nurses and staff were also very friendly. However, for most of your stay here there is literally nothing to do except sleep in your room and watch tv in the group area :( And even all of the nurses agree that they don't really do anything to actually "help" most people, other than it being essentially a holding tank to help you detox. BUT, believe I did actually get some benefit during my stay. And, believe it or not, it was from having conversations with the other patients who were there during my stay. So, it COULD potentially help you in some capacity, but if you're looking for a place with an actual structured "program" or trained staff that will work with to help you figure out some solutions to whatever it is you may be struggling with, then I would find some place else.

I was there this year ngl it was pretty wild there. Erik, and Selena were the best tech of all treated the patients with more care than most. The worse tech was named OJ african dude always threw away food that was left over than letting a patient eat or drink. Waste no sugar was allowed along with forced to drink decaf. Dr. Pickett was an absolute fool of a worker. Place needs to be shut down.
