The staff , the DRs , the Nurses ,Techs , cafeteria workers, heck the maintenance guys and the lady’s that cleaned the rooms made my family feel like we was in our little small town in Arkansas where everyone knows and cares about everyone. 10/19/25 my daughter 20 years old was passing through the area on her way home from Atlanta when emergency struck , she had to have a life saving emergency surgery, these folks from the paramedics ER team ,3rd floor staff along with 2 very special Doctors saved our daughters life and we ar forever grateful this small hospital may not be not be new but it is filled with the best professionals/ people in the world that take care of business. This Hospital is top notch h the staff are excellent from The Doctors, CRNA, RNs, LPNs, Techs, Cleaning staff, dietary there was not a single person that wasn’t excellent!! They saved our daughters life in an emergent situation and they all checked on her frequently after. 100% recommend this hospital!!

In been to so many hospitals in the last 20 years over my health issues, I can only say this hospital is hands down the greatest hospital I’ve ever been in. From the er room thank you for your fast acting response and great care as soon as I pulled up , to the cleaning staff for doing such an amazing job cleaning up after me in my room , to the nursing staff wow thank you all so much you guys are the absolute sweetest people ever in a hospital and to the doctor man I can definitely say you are there to help hess as l people it’s not about the money to you or any of the nursing staff you all are so loving caring spirit filled I’ve ever seen thank you for everything, to ginger wow my and my daughters life is about to change because you cared enough to help us find a safe place to live god bless you , to the administrator wow you have the greatest staff a hospital could ask for and you come to my room and introduced yourself that was new to me that don’t ever happen where I’m from thank you for hiring the staff you have there god bless you all and thank you to the third floor staff I can’t say thank you enough God bless you all

I stopped a 20 year addiction to cocaine and alcohol in November, 2024. After my treatment I was released to Bradford Health Services for "intensive outpatient" classes. Allison Neal and Melissa Wisdom are 2 employees at this facility. I have to say that they show more care and gave more help to me, than anyone in my entire recovery. They truly blessed my walk. And if it wasn't for them, I would have relapsed a couple of times. They need their praise.

Best VA clinic around has been my experience. I know from time to time the phone doesnt get answered but you will see that anywhere. My health care at this facility gets a 5 STAR PLUS ratings. Receptionists do their job so not being overly friendly does not come into play. The nurse for Dr. Thompson is spot on, friendly, and never fails to ask how I am feeling. Dr. Thompson never rushes through my appointment. He tells me whats going on with me,and then asks If I have any questions or concerns. I am well taken care of.

I was there this year ngl it was pretty wild there. Erik, and Selena were the best tech of all treated the patients with more care than most. The worse tech was named OJ african dude always threw away food that was left over than letting a patient eat or drink. Waste no sugar was allowed along with forced to drink decaf. Wanted to share my latest experience here at Oxford. I did have some reactions to the detox meds and instead of taking any chances they sent me to the emergency room in Oxford to get checked out as I am a previous stroke victim. I appreciated the concern on my behalf the medical staff had for me.
And I want to give a special shout out to Michelle Lytham who was the person they sent to pick me after after I was cleared at the hospital. She remembered me from another time I was a client her and met me with a huge smile and was very concerned. On the ride home she went on and on about making sure I was ok. They are lucky to have her on staff. Also my therapist Sabrina and my case manager Monica are going above and beyond to try to see that I do not return unless I'm coming to speak as an alumni.
Also was happy to see Barry in the morning meetings. Such an insightful guy when it comes to addiction and addressing the clients in a knowledgeable and fun way. Oxford is lucky to have him as well.
I guess I shouldn't expect that a 35 year addiction would go away easily.
But as some people say
"third times the charm" I know much better this time what not to do after leaving. Hope to come back as an experienced speaker. Much love to all

The nursing staff and bhts are amazing. They make sure your comfortable and they help in every way they can. The facility is clean and well kept. They take your need for sobriety seriously. Most of the employees want your sobriety more then you do. They give tough love but are also compassionate. The food is amazing and I promise you will put on 10 to 20 pounds be4 to you leave. The classes are educational and intriguing. Recreational time is also fun and just for a couple hours you forget your in a rehab.

Birmingham Recovery Center provided a space for me to heal mentally, physically, and spiritually during this season in my life. Looking back at my time at BRC, I was met with 1 on 1 therapy, group processing, while being held accountable. I learned how to get honest and vulnerable with the help of the staff there. BRC played a pivotal role in helping me build a foundation for my life while healing from my past. So that I could move forward and live life on life’s terms. I honestly can’t thank Impact and their entire staff enough! I had no clue what to expect with them being my very first treatment center. I’ve never worked the Steps before and truly believed that I was just meant to live the same miserable life that I’ve been living until my death. They showed me that was far from the truth. I can proudly attest to that with today being 90 days sober! This is the longest I’ve been 100% off anything mind-altering since I was 14 years old.
From my very first call with the owner Adams to my last day of the 35 day program, everyone treated me with so much kindness and patience. They teach you everything you need to know in order to live a happy and healthy life without drugs/alcohol, you just have to be willing to not only learn what they teach but also put it all into practice in real life.
Wherever below rock bottom is, I was there for sure before Impact. This is the only clinic I've been to that seems to care about their patients all the way through-- the doctors, the therapists, and the front desk always are extremely courteous and considerate. Concerns you voice are taken seriously, and your input is considered regarding your own treatment. I have had such a pleasant experiences here. I was tested and evaluated by Dr. Hirsh in 2021. She was extremely kind and very professional. She cares a lot for her job and her patients.
I recently have had to get my youngest daughter tested for autism and adhd and so far our experiences have been pleasant. When we couldn't make it to the office, due to sickness, Dr. Hirsh was kind enough to let us keep our appointment and do our appointment through video call. We will have her testing done here soon and I'm sure that will go just as pleasantly as the rest of our visits here.
