Lifecore was quick at scheduling my initial appointment after my intake appointment. The wait was maybe 5 mins which is awesome compared to other medical facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful as far as my treatment plan. Would highly recommend.

I was there this year ngl it was pretty wild there. Erik, and Selena were the best tech of all treated the patients with more care than most. The worse tech was named OJ african dude always threw away food that was left over than letting a patient eat or drink. Waste no sugar was allowed along with forced to drink decaf. Dr. Pickett was an absolute fool of a worker. Place needs to be shut down.

The Extra Mile is an extremely special place. The team is incredible and is supportive and works cohesively to provide care to every individual. They foster a sense of community and truly impact the lives of individuals on a personal level. I know some of the most amazing individuals both clients and staff alike who I have worked alongside through my journey at the mile and can say that each continue to impact my life on a daily basis in the most incredible ways.
There’s a balance between structure and reflection to help individuals learn to have fun while being sober (this can be a scary and foreign thing to many in early recovery) while assisting in self-reflection and growth helping individuals connect through a combination of different treatment modalities tailoring to different learning styles too while also connecting to community, demonstrating what it means to have a support group, and offering time for exploration of self.

The Recovery House was better than I could have ever dreamed a rehab facility could be. I was welcomed with open arms and hearts, I felt so comfortable and safe there. I learned more about myself, my disease and the underlying causes than I had ever known before. I made life long friends and still keep in touch with them as well as the staff. Look no further if you are trying to decide on an inpatient program! You will never find one that even compares to the RH! You will have a lifetime of support from these amazing people. The 5 months that I ended up staying were the best 5 months of my life. If I could go back in time, I would have never left Columbus.

It is a place that I would definitely recommend, I saw my friend enter his worst stage of addiction and now that he left is a new man. Many times I saw him exhausted and stressed, but they helped him out of that problem

I actually attended this rehab when I was pregnant with my first child. Highly recommend!! You won't be disappointed! Wish I could go back. But gratefully I am 5 years clean now!! Glory be to God and the people he works through at this rehab!!

My experience with this facility was it very clean, it's nice that you have your own rooms, the nurses and staff were also very friendly. However, for most of your stay here there is literally nothing to do except sleep in your room and watch tv in the group area :( And even all of the nurses agree that they don't really do anything to actually "help" most people, other than it being essentially a holding tank to help you detox. BUT, believe I did actually get some benefit during my stay. And, believe it or not, it was from having conversations with the other patients who were there during my stay. So, it COULD potentially help you in some capacity, but if you're looking for a place with an actual structured "program" or trained staff that will work with to help you figure out some solutions to whatever it is you may be struggling with, then I would find some place else.

The staff , the DRs , the Nurses ,Techs , cafeteria workers, heck the maintenance guys and the lady’s that cleaned the rooms made my family feel like we was in our little small town in Arkansas where everyone knows and cares about everyone. 10/19/25 my daughter 20 years old was passing through the area on her way home from Atlanta when emergency struck , she had to have a life saving emergency surgery, these folks from the paramedics ER team ,3rd floor staff along with 2 very special Doctors saved our daughters life and we ar forever grateful this small hospital may not be not be new but it is filled with the best professionals/ people in the world that take care of business. This Hospital is top notch h the staff are excellent from The Doctors, CRNA, RNs, LPNs, Techs, Cleaning staff, dietary there was not a single person that wasn’t excellent!! In been to so many hospitals in the last 20 years over my health issues, I can only say this hospital is hands down the greatest hospital I’ve ever been in. I've worked at the fancy and expensive treatment centers before, but they cannot compare to the love and care we offer here at PACH. It's not about money. It's about saving lives and treating the root issues and trauma that lies underneath the addiction. We don't offer gourmet meals or access to a beach. We don't offer a cure. Went to an Urgent Care on a Saturday with leg pain. They referred me to the ER for an ultrasound to eliminate the possibility of a blood clot. There were not many patients at the time.
