My experience with this facility was it very clean, it's nice that you have your own rooms, the nurses and staff were also very friendly. However, for most of your stay here there is literally nothing to do except sleep in your room and watch tv in the group area :( And even all of the nurses agree that they don't really do anything to actually "help" most people, other than it being essentially a holding tank to help you detox. BUT, believe I did actually get some benefit during my stay. And, believe it or not, it was from having conversations with the other patients who were there during my stay. So, it COULD potentially help you in some capacity, but if you're looking for a place with an actual structured "program" or trained staff that will work with to help you figure out some solutions to whatever it is you may be struggling with, then I would find some place else.

Very laid back atmosphere and not a long wait time.Staff and Doctors I’ve seen have always been Courteous and feel like it’s helped me for the better.

The staff , the DRs , the Nurses ,Techs , cafeteria workers, heck the maintenance guys and the lady’s that cleaned the rooms made my family feel like we was in our little small town in Arkansas where everyone knows and cares about everyone. 10/19/25 my daughter 20 years old was passing through the area on her way home from Atlanta when emergency struck , she had to have a life saving emergency surgery, these folks from the paramedics ER team ,3rd floor staff along with 2 very special Doctors saved our daughters life and we ar forever grateful this small hospital may not be not be new but it is filled with the best professionals/ people in the world that take care of business. I hope you never need them ,but in the instance you do know you are in well trained loving hands. Thank you 🙏 North West

This Hospital is top notch h the staff are excellent from The Doctors, CRNA, RNs, LPNs, Techs, Cleaning staff, dietary there was not a single person that wasn’t excellent!! They saved our daughters life in an emergent situation and they all checked on her frequently after. 100% recommend this hospital!!

In been to so many hospitals in the last 20 years over my health issues, I can only say this hospital is hands down the greatest hospital I’ve ever been in. From the er room thank you for your fast acting response and great care as soon as I pulled up , to the cleaning staff for doing such an amazing job cleaning up after me in my room , to the nursing staff wow thank you all so much you guys are the absolute sweetest people ever in a hospital and to the doctor man I can definitely say you are there to help hess as l people it’s not about the money to you or any of the nursing staff you all are so loving caring spirit filled I’ve ever seen thank you for everything, to ginger wow my and my daughters life is about to change because you cared enough to help us find a safe place to live god bless you , to the administrator wow you have the greatest staff a hospital could ask for and you come to my room and introduced yourself that was new to me that don’t ever happen where I’m from thank you for hiring the staff you have there god bless you all and thank you to the third floor staff I can’t say thank you enough God bless you all

My experience in this place was very challenging, but every effort really worth now I feel better than I have in a long time. My therapist is an excellent counselor, he listens to me and truly does everything he can to help. I would like to say thanks to everyone who was part of this and have helped me get on the road to recovery.

Wanted to share my latest experience here at Oxford. I did have some reactions to the detox meds and instead of taking any chances they sent me to the emergency room in Oxford to get checked out as I am a previous stroke victim. I appreciated the concern on my behalf the medical staff had for me. And I want to give a special shout out to Michelle Lytham who was the person they sent to pick me after after I was cleared at the hospital. She remembered me from another time I was a client her and met me with a huge smile and was very concerned. On the ride home she went on and on about making sure I was ok. They are lucky to have her on staff. Also my therapist Sabrina and my case manager Monica are going above and beyond to try to see that I do not return unless I'm coming to speak as an alumni. Also was happy to see Barry in the morning meetings. Such an insightful guy when it comes to addiction and addressing the clients in a knowledgeable and fun way. Oxford is lucky to have him as well. I guess I shouldn't expect that a 35 year addiction would go away easily. But as some people say "third times the charm" I know much better this time what not to do after leaving. Hope to come back as an experienced speaker. Much love to all

This place absolutely saved my life. I was on a fast track to death, but thanks to the staff and other patients here, I finally have my life back. Thank you everyone at Oxford for everything! And thank you Barry. I owe you more than you know!
