The Recovery House was better than I could have ever dreamed a rehab facility could be. I was welcomed with open arms and hearts, I felt so comfortable and safe there. I learned more about myself, my disease and the underlying causes than I had ever known before. I made life long friends and still keep in touch with them as well as the staff. Look no further if you are trying to decide on an inpatient program! You will never find one that even compares to the RH! You will have a lifetime of support from these amazing people. The 5 months that I ended up staying were the best 5 months of my life. If I could go back in time, I would have never left Columbus.

It is a place that I would definitely recommend, I saw my friend enter his worst stage of addiction and now that he left is a new man. Many times I saw him exhausted and stressed, but they helped him out of that problem

I actually attended this rehab when I was pregnant with my first child. Highly recommend!! You won't be disappointed! Wish I could go back. But gratefully I am 5 years clean now!! Glory be to God and the people he works through at this rehab!!

My experience with this facility was it very clean, it's nice that you have your own rooms, the nurses and staff were also very friendly. However, for most of your stay here there is literally nothing to do except sleep in your room and watch tv in the group area :( And even all of the nurses agree that they don't really do anything to actually "help" most people, other than it being essentially a holding tank to help you detox. BUT, believe I did actually get some benefit during my stay. And, believe it or not, it was from having conversations with the other patients who were there during my stay. So, it COULD potentially help you in some capacity, but if you're looking for a place with an actual structured "program" or trained staff that will work with to help you figure out some solutions to whatever it is you may be struggling with, then I would find some place else.

I stayed at Cady Hill for 90 days. The staff was amazing!! Last month made 2 years clean for me. Thank you all for everything!! I highly recommend this place. It's super clean, the food was great, and the staff makes you feel welcome and loved!!

I've worked at the fancy and expensive treatment centers before, but they cannot compare to the love and care we offer here at PACH. It's not about money. It's about saving lives and treating the root issues and trauma that lies underneath the addiction. We don't offer gourmet meals or access to a beach. We don't offer a cure. But we do offer help to those who are willing to receive it. Willingness and honesty are necessary for life change. Give us a call if you or someone you love needs help.

Went to an Urgent Care on a Saturday with leg pain. They referred me to the ER for an ultrasound to eliminate the possibility of a blood clot. There were not many patients at the time. I was seen in a timely manner. All of the employees were very kind, caring, and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

Lifecore was quick at scheduling my initial appointment after my intake appointment. The wait was maybe 5 mins which is awesome compared to other medical facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful as far as my treatment plan. Would highly recommend.

Our therapists have been wonderful. Our first therapist took another job but she was kind enough to sit on sessions with his new therapist as he adjusted. One can not fault someone else for bettering themselves. My understanding new therapist have to work under someone for a year before being allowed to proceed to the next step of their own practicing business. This may explain the revolving door of therapist. We have been very fortunate with the two we have had. I do think management may not take or listen very well to suggestions or input for therapist from what I have seen. But with any job there's always two different sides to every thing. Just our experience.

I was there this year ngl it was pretty wild there. Erik, and Selena were the best tech of all treated the patients with more care than most. The worse tech was named OJ african dude always threw away food that was left over than letting a patient eat or drink. Waste no sugar was allowed along with forced to drink decaf. Dr. Pickett was an absolute fool of a worker. Place needs to be shut down.

Great place. Staff was very friendly. Dr. Hipp has the best bedside manner. Took our 4yo girl in for a cut to her eyebrow. He played with her and get her to relax before glueing the wound shut. Don’t want to have to go back because, well, it’s a hospital and you don’t usually go unless something is wrong. If we do have to go back, we won’t be worried.

( Ok I have since been back and changed from 1 star ⭐️ to ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ and it took 6 months but my counselor is so good that I gave actual doctor a try and he is amazing ‼️ He actually helped me and listened not only that explained why a certain med works for me and not others! I’d definitely go to them because Mr. A is amazing and best therapist I’ve had EVER and I’ve had several from North Dakota, South Dakota and MS !
