My experience with this facility was it very clean, it's nice that you have your own rooms, the nurses and staff were also very friendly. However, for most of your stay here there is literally nothing to do except sleep in your room and watch tv in the group area :( And even all of the nurses agree that they don't really do anything to actually "help" most people, other than it being essentially a holding tank to help you detox. BUT, believe I did actually get some benefit during my stay. And, believe it or not, it was from having conversations with the other patients who were there during my stay. So, it COULD potentially help you in some capacity, but if you're looking for a place with an actual structured "program" or trained staff that will work with to help you figure out some solutions to whatever it is you may be struggling with, then I would find some place else.

This is great facility that focuses on the whole person. Mentally, physical and, emotionally. It's a place that also focus on living sober not just on the inside but especially how to live sober when you leave, it also focus on how to have fun in recovery. They also focus and teach you how to manage your life and the responsibilities of self. I learned how to look at the "man in the mirror". Great facility, great staff, great program! I recommend this facility if you get sober and stay sober!!!

Baptist Memorial Hospital Golden triangle is the best hospital. With a very caring staff. From the moment you walk in you’re treated wonderfully. During my last visit for a barium esophagus test everyone was beyond kind. Dr. Hussey and the ladies assisting my test went smoothly. Drinking barium next part of test was talking a pill. Even when Dr. Hussey told me the pill was struck. He said it would dissolve. Still was calm. I’ll be back next week. I know I’ll be in capable hands.

Stonewater Adolescent Recovery Center is a Joint Commission accredited substance use and co occurring (dual diagnosis) disorder treatment center for adolescents. While there is no residential program for girls, | Treatments Programs Payment Options | We didn’t know what to do when we realized our teen needed help. It’s not an easy decision to send your child to a residential treatment program and there aren’t many to choose from. I will say that sending our teen to Stonewater has been one of the best parenting decisions we have ever made. From our first phone call to admissions and to the last day of treatment, I have nothing but good things to say about the people who work there. They really care about helping these kids get their lives back on track. Trust the process and know that your child is in a great place with awesome people. Our teen just came home and he is better than I could’ve imagined. He is happy, healthy, and sober with goals and hope for his future. Thank you for saving our child and our family.

Although my son was unable to attend Stonewater because our health insurance company refused to work with us, Bridget and Kyle went above and beyond to connect us with a facility that was “in-network”, closer to home, and will provide a comparable level of care. While I’m disappointed that my son could not attend Stonewater, I will be forever grateful for the time, energy, and care they afforded us in making sure that our son received the quality care he so desperately needs! Thank you Kyle for the hours of research and time spent on the phone with me! Bridget and Kyle were so calming, warm, and empathetic. We will never forget what you did for us!

Stonewater truly cares about the boys and families who participate in their recovery program. Dropping our son off, sight unseen, was the hardest thing to do in a dark time, but Stonewater staff supported us every step of the way and put our fears at ease. Communication was prompt, caring and informative, as we navigated residential treatment center operations. What appealed to me when making a decision was first- that it was family owned and operated by those in recovery or affected by addiction and or mental health needs, second- there are a max of 14 adolescent males at a time, third- it has a program ending duration of 90 days, fourth- it’s on 65 beautiful acres, fifth- staff were interested in my son’s specific needs and if he was a good fit, sixth- Stonewater’s emphasis on family participation is key throughout the entire process of healing and seventh- guidance for families to research and develop after care plans from the start to have a plan in place upon release. My son feels it’s one of the best facilities in the country, he’s not felt this healthy in years and says it changed his life. To hear his testimony speaks volumes to the quality of care Stonewater provides.
