This is great facility that focuses on the whole person. Mentally, physical and, emotionally. It's a place that also focus on living sober not just on the inside but especially how to live sober when you leave, it also focus on how to have fun in recovery. They also focus and teach you how to manage your life and the responsibilities of self. I learned how to look at the "man in the mirror". Great facility, great staff, great program! Hands down best treatment I ve ever had. Cady Hill would have made my 9th and last rehab. The director is awesome and in recovery himself so I feel he understands us and knows what kind of treatment we need. All the staff there and therapist were amazing. Even the interns. Groups were awesome! I think about this place everyday and I LET these people help me.

My experience with this facility was it very clean, it's nice that you have your own rooms, the nurses and staff were also very friendly. However, for most of your stay here there is literally nothing to do except sleep in your room and watch tv in the group area :( And even all of the nurses agree that they don't really do anything to actually "help" most people, other than it being essentially a holding tank to help you detox. BUT, believe I did actually get some benefit during my stay. And, believe it or not, it was from having conversations with the other patients who were there during my stay. So, it COULD potentially help you in some capacity, but if you're looking for a place with an actual structured "program" or trained staff that will work with to help you figure out some solutions to whatever it is you may be struggling with, then I would find some place else.

Everytime I call this rude lady answers says I'm not enrolled and to call Memphis. I call Memphis and they say I'm enrolled, and have been and to call Tupelo back. Rude lady answers again, the loop continues. Meanwhile my wife who is also a veteran was seen right away despite enrolling after me. *Update* called big VA who went through Memphis down to Tupelo. Big VA said Tupelo needs to assign me a primary care manager. The nice big VA lady tried to get ahold of anyone there and no one answered... She was on the phone for 35 minutes... She tried to get a patient advocate and nothing. Still no appointment I am literally just trying to get a physical and labs. Day 3 and who knows what amount of hours. Going in person tomorrow. What a joke.Edit: I went in person and got an appointment. The medical staff is outstanding. They're five stars the admin staff is a solid zero.

I was there this year ngl it was pretty wild there. Erik, and Selena were the best tech of all treated the patients with more care than most. The worse tech was named OJ african dude always threw away food that was left over than letting a patient eat or drink. Waste no sugar was allowed along with forced to drink decaf. Great place. Staff was very friendly. Dr. Hipp has the best bedside manner. Took our 4yo girl in for a cut to her eyebrow. He played with her and get her to relax before glueing the wound shut. Don t want to have to go back because, well, it s a hospital and you don t usually go unless something is wrong. If we do have to go back, we won t be worried.
