This woman is sooooo awesome! She s the director over the pregnancy rehab I was at; and was my therapist for 4 months. At the time I was so stubborn and hated the fact I was court ordered to rehab but looking back; I am so grateful for this woman. She dealt with the mornings I didn t want to get up and participate in groups, she dealt with my pregnancy mood swings, she helped me through the emotional roller coaster I was on with coming off drugs and being pregnant. During labor with Lydia, she was the person I called to come up there at 9cm dilated, and she zoomed up there just in time to meet baby Lydia as she made her arrival. She encouraged me, showed me new ways to cope with life and the obstacles life throws my way. When they say god has a reason for everything, I truly believe that. When I didn t have support, he sent me to this rehab to gain the support I truly needed. From the staff, peer support, other clients in the program. The support was just unbelievable. Mrs. Heather for laying the law down, her spunky energetic, quirky attitude, she cared deeply for us. Mrs. Latrice for her positive pep talks, being real and all the way honest with everything, quick to check us about reality. Mrs. Ashley for her bubbly, and always positive outlook on life. Mrs. Jennifer for always just going with the flow. And Ole Clayton for always making light of things, always laughing and showing his soft side when it came to the babies, they all attached to him. I d have to admit, they were my home and my village, something I never had

I ve stayed here twice. It really is a good place to be when your in distress. Nowhere is perfect but they helped me. If I ever need to be hospitalized again I d go here. I d recommend it to my family and friends if they needed help. The last time I was there I was in icu psychosis from being on a ventilator for a week. At first I was hallucinating so bad I thought I was a hostage. They were really patient with me when I didn t even know where I was and kept trying to leave. With the right medications and some time I got back to normal. The food is good. The staff has to deal with all kinds of people and they do a good job. I give it 4 stars because like I said nowhere s perfect. No psyc hospital anyway.

Completely impressed by my care today. I finally gave in and headed to the ER for kidney stones. I walked in, checked in, and wasn t even to a chair before I was called back. Admission was a breeze, I was offered warm blankets, and I didn t wait longer than 20 minutes between care providers. Three hours was my total time to arrive, provide history, get an IV placed, get a CT, run pain meds and a bag of fluids, get printouts of prescriptions and a referral, and be discharged. I d like to thank those whose name I remember and anyone I left out: Katherine my nurse, PA Lee, Khyle my phlebotomist, the female students, my transport ladies, my radiologist, and my admission girls. I am seriously blown away by the cheerful attitudes, empathy, and appropriate care I received today, Sept 10 from 8:30-11:30am. If kudos are given by management, please ensure today s ER team is recognized.

I was transferred from hell called MS State hospital to here in October of 2009. My stay lasted until June of 2010. I walked I and thought this place was going to be like the rest. I was wrong. This place saved my life. The third shift were loud and obnoxious and a few of the first and second shift staff were, in my opnion, not meant to be there. The therapist, phychiatrist, "the board", and everything else was different. Most of the people there would go out of there way to help you. The one on one time, walking around outside talking to a trusted staff member, the nurses were amazing and patient, especially Nurse Scott. They helped me obtain my GED. If this place is still the same as is was when I was there, I would HIGHLY recommend this place. I wish they had an adult facility because I need the care this place gave me as a teenager. Plus the food was decent too. They made the place feel somewhat like a home than just a facility, which made treatment easier.

I would never go anywhere else.WARNING! If you're not serious about sobriety then you may prefer the other dumps. Still give them a call! They saved my life!! I would love to see more of your bhg facilities in the Mississippi area and maybe have a federal guideline on amount of your dosage for guest dosing because I have been places where there was no problem but I've been to several states like Tennessee and I was taking more than their maximum level and I had to wait 2 weeks for a state approval. Of course I was working and it being 6 hours from my hometown I had to go home one day a week until they got it straight. I wouldn't have waited for 2 days in the waitroom thinking everything was going to be fine if someone would have told me or like I said every state be on the same thing or ar least respect the other states that aren't at the same dosage levels. We still have problems and are paying patients for treatment and I was furious after working 2 nights without and set there from 6 until 12 and then be told come back in the morning maybe we will be heard back from them. Communication is really what needs to be done between the states and the different companies policies.

All I can say is this clinic changed my life in so many ways.I moved to Alabama from Indiana and was promptly told I was on enough OxyContin to kill an elephant. No DOCTOR WOULD SEE ME UNTIL OFF OF THE OXYCONTIN. So I ended up here on Methadone,,, the most amazing thing happened after 20+ years on OxyContin for RSD I was able to hold my 17year old sons hand for the 1st time PAIN FREE. I recently moved to Ocean Springs, MS from Memphis. I had to transfer to a new clinic from Memphis. This so happened to be the clinic I transferred to and I am SO GRATEFUL that I did. What sold me was when I was calling treatment centers, New Seasons in Biloxi seemed annoyed when I called to ask about what I needed to do to transfer. So I called this clinic to see if it would be a better fit, and less complicated and believe me it was!The counselor Jami from the clinic immediately called me back the same day I called to ask about their services, she had me come in the same day, fill out the paperwork, and got my transfer paperwork from Memphis. The next day I was a permanent client and dosing with them. That is what sold me! The counselors are wonderful. Jami got me into the clinic the same day that I called as a transfer. That is unheard of usually it takes a bit of time to transfer, but Jami doesn t play. She gets the job done and recognizes how important this medication is for those who truly need it.Phenomenal staff work here. From the counselors to the nurses and the doctor. As a former nurse myself I will say this clinic has some of the kindest nurses I ve ever met. One of the nurses came up to me my first day and welcomed me to the clinic. It s a small clinic so it feels more family like. The staff is always willing to help and they will go far to do so.My only complaint is that they aren t sure if I can do split dosing. I metabolize opiates at a rapid and fast rate, this was confirmed by a blood draw to see what my blood level of methadone is after 24 hours and before I dose for the next day.The optimum level is in the 400s mine was at 100, which is extremely low. So in TN I was given split doses 60 MG face dose and 60 mg take home. This allowed me to live a normal life without unpleasant withdrawls. But even with that draw back I am very grateful for this clinic. The other set back is they don t take insurance. There is a grant which I m currently trying to get on so that is very helpful but if you don t qualify it can get pricy. It cost 15 a day and they only do the orange wafers. Which is great if you like the pill form better as I do. It s also cheaper from New Seasons. The methadone wafers at that clinic are $22.00. That 7 dollar difference doesn t seem like much but believe me it really is. It s a 49 dollar difference weekly.Methadone saved my life. I was total abstinence from all drugs including methadone for four months when I got off of opiates. Unfortunately, I experienced severe post acute withdrawl and wasn t able to live a normal life as others do who never used opiates.I attended meetings NA/HA and AA. Which I believe are VITAL to recovery. But doing so alone without methadone was too difficult for me. The damage done to my brain was long lasting and became obvious when I still couldn t function as I did before I used opiatesI dealt with severe panic attacks, and being unable to experience pleasure in anything. For example, a beautiful sunrise usually makes me smile and makes my soul feel warm, but I couldn t experience that feeling anymore because of the damage opiates had done on my brain. So after four months I had to get on methadone in order to be able to experience pleasure in everyday activities as other people do. Antidepressants wouldn t work, because that isn t the chemical my brain was lacking from the damage done by opiates. So methadone for me is a life saving medication. As it is for so many others.I continue to do meetings, intensive outpatient, go to conventions, and see a therapist for my recovery. Alongside with methadone.I m a firm believer in this medication that with it and the psychological part of recovery (meetings, therapy, etc) that a happy life is once again possible with the freedom from addiction.

For all of us who continue to stay because we love the company we love what we do. Even when people in the community try to talk bad about the company as well as you see a lot of the bashing on public forums. You have a lot of dedicated employees that take up for the company all we're asking is for a 40-hour work week instead of the outdated 37.5 times are hard for alot of people and for those who may not experience hard times and dont understand how a difference this can make for some God Bless You. We all love Tuerk he is a very Nice man and we all appreciate him.

Ok, so after almost two years with Dr. Sinclair I feel like I can give an honest review of my experience so far.SO, as far as Sinclair goes, there is no one better in my opinion. He is caring, respectful and educated. He is the type of person you walk away from and the rest of your day is a little brighter. However, the office staff? Oh lawd hammercy. It's a hot mess express. No one knows what's going on. Seems like no calls to the nurse line is documented, ever. I needed to be in his refill clinic and the nurse made me an appointment but for two months out and reassured me that I would be able to get refills even though my appointment was two months away. Found out that she made me an appointment with someone else (whom I've never seen) instead of Sinclair AFTER I requested refills through my pharmacy and got a call from the nurse saying that I couldn't because it was time to make an appointment. I told her I was scheduled and she told me it was with someone else so magically, she got me in the very next day with Sinclair for the refill clinic. Phew, that's just my recent experience with the staff. LolAnyway, I highly recommend Sinclair and I'll follow him anywhere he goes. My quality of life has just overall been better since he has been my doctor. I have switched medications soooooo many times to find the right med combo and he has been there in the trenches with me through it all. 11/10 stars!
