Dr. Osbourne is inexperienced to deal with patients and doesn't know what he's talking about. He falsely accused me of lying to him and used that false accusation to deny me treatment. I would go so far as to say he's actually dangerous to people seeking treatment.

Please avoid this place at all costs! I should known better given their current google review but this is where my daughter’s insurance assigned us; as it was the closest one to Biloxi within the insurance network that provided what she needs. They aren’t the best but I’ve never had major issues until today. My daughter’s CRNP moved to another location so she was assigned to new one. I scheduled the appointment on today, a Friday, MONTHS ago. Fast forward to today, I waste my time checking her out of school, driving over an hour from Biloxi to get to Mobile, begin to check in just for the receptionist to tell me my daughter wasn’t on the schedule. She told me my daughter’s appt wasn’t until Oct 28th. She deduced that the scheduler rescheduled the Oct 17th appt because the new CRNP she was assigned to doesn’t work on Fridays. Then she asked if I was notified. I told her I was never informed or notified of this appointment change because I would have known since I would be coming from out of town and clearly wouldn’t have wasted my time driving this far for nothing. Because of the inconvenience, she consulted with manager to at least see if someone that was still in the office that could see my daughter. Go figure, no one would be able to see her so yup, we drove all that was just to have to get turned around. I wasted time and gas for this, not to mention checking her out of school for no reason. Although they do allow telehealth appointments, the first appointment with a new provider must be done in person. At least she was apologetic about the situation and I asked her for a school excuse for my daughter; which she provided. All that said, I’m done with this location! Come next week I will be canceling that appt and finding another doctor closer and somewhere else because it’s already bad enough that I have to come to Mobile regardless, or to at least the state line for a telehealth appointment because they are only licensed in Alabama and we live in Mississippi, but this has annoyed me and inconvenienced me greatly and all I get is apologies for my inconvenience. The scheduler, or no one for that matter, never communicated the change to me or even confirmed if that would work for us; because with my job’s schedule, Mondays and Fridays are the best days that I’m approved for to have appointments, so a Tuesday appointment is something I know I would have never agreed to! Like where is the communication?! I would be very cautious in scheduling with them, if at all, if you’re looking for services that they provide.

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Military members, veterans, and eligible dependents have access to specific insurance programs that help them get the care they need. TRICARE and VA insurance can help you access low cost or no cost addiction and mental health treatment. Programs that accept military insurance often have targeted treatment focused on the unique challenges military members, veterans, and their families face.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Sliding scale payments are based on a client's income and family size. The goal is to make treatment affordable to everyone. By taking these factors into account, addiction recovery care providers help ensure that your treatment does not become a financial burden to you or your family, eliminating one barrier to care.

A Safe, Healing Space

Leaving my old life felt like falling off a cliff. But here, I felt safe for the first time in years. The women-only setting helped me open up. Staff were kind and really listened. Some things felt a little strict, but I needed structure. I’m learning to trust myself again ... Read More

excellent trauma therapy

I came in carrying a lot. PTSD, addiction, anger... all of it. The clinical team didn’t flinch. EMDR helped more than I expected and some vets in group really got me. The food was just ok, but the care was real. It wasn’t easy, but I left feeling stronger.

Literally the worst mental health facility I have EVER gone to in my 13 years of getting help. Never answer the phones, never return calls, takes days to get medicine requests refilled after calling MULTIPLE times to essentially have to harass them for MY medication that THEY did not give me enough refills of to last between appointments. If my pharmacy sends a request to have authorization to refill my medication, I should not have to call 2-4 times afterwards over the span of multiple days to actually get those refills authorized. Everyone over the phone is rude consistently and I'm tired of having doctors that leave after a year max. Last time I needed my medication refilled, it took a week between requesting through my pharmacy and then 2-3 calls (all to voicemail because they DONT ANSWER THE PHONE) before the refill was actually authorized. People cannot just cold turkey medication like this! You are putting people IN DANGER. Do better.
