My Son came back to us a Responsible, Christian Man. Able to stand on his own and pay his own bills for the first time in Many years. I Truly Know With All My Heart That AA&TC Saved My Son's Life! I will be eternally grateful for all the hard work they invested in my Son. I know he is in God's hands and I know he is a Christian. Everything about him changed for the better. Money could not buy the Blessings we have received or the life that was Saved! It was hard for us all to let go and let God, but that is exactly what had to happen to save my son's life. AA&TC knew exactly what he needed and what we needed as his family. If your son needs saving and you have realized that You can't save him. Call AA&TC because they can help him have a New Life! Promise. Thank You Bay Minette, AA&TC, and Pastor Kieth for the Miracle you gave us!

I just want to say that God and this program saved my sons life. He was headed down a very dark path of addiction and depression. I have prayed for YEARS for him to be free of his addiction. But I wasn t giving God enough credit, so that s when He showed me how big and strong He is. Not only did He help my son break free from his addictions, He saved him. My son now has a personal relationship with God. Prior to this my son even told me he wasn t sure there WAS a God. He has now completed his year there, and not only did he get saved and baptized (his choice...not a requirement or demand) he has chosen to stay and become an intern to help others with the same issues. He has done some public speaking, giving his testimony (which is amazing considering the things he did...also amazing he lived through it). I always told him that God had plans for him bigger than he could imagine. I m here to tell you PRAYERS WORK! But I only prayed for his freedom from addictions. Not only did God do that, he went a step further and convicted him of listening to degrading rap music and gave him a voice to use to tell of His mercy that is freely given for all of us. He feels led to help others in similar situations. Praise and Glory to Him!! No, this is not forced religion as the previous review suggested. This is a program that tells you that God loves each and every one of us the same and wants us to come to the altar and ask for His help. He loves us so much that He gave His Only begotten son to save each and every one of us. I thank God for this wonderful program!! Instead of celebrating my sons graduation and promotion to internship, I could easily have been burying him had it not been for this program and Gods mercy.

This is a really good place if you are serious about wanting to recover. There is a lot of freedom In this program seeings you can leave everyday to work so I would say that this is not the best choice of program if you are coming straight off of the drugs you should pry go to a higher level of care first then here. When your on campus it is pretty structured not a lot of free time they definitely don’t just want your money as others have said they Hardily take anything that compare to the services and food and shelter they provide speaking of witch there is an amazing cook there Mike he prepares all the food which is of 5 star quality a lot of variety and always good. Staff really cares for you here they want to see you succeed really it all depends on what attitude you bring to the table that determines how sussceful and good your stay here will be. Thank you to all the staff for everything y’all do.

Everyone here fussing about EP should consider these people you complaining about get paid little to care for your loved one and usually are dealing with a crisis. If it takes 10 minutes before they can get to the phone, trust and believe it s not because they re relaxing in their office ignoring you. It s because they are doing things like helping someone stop banging their head on the wall. Your phone call just isn t that important.

I can not express how grateful and impressed I am with the care I received in the ER at Atmore Community Hospital. This morning (12/7/2024) I was brought to Atmore Community Hospital ER by my friend after waking up in the early morning hours with severe abdominal pain and vomiting blood. Due to my extensive medical history I knew I needed immediate medical attention. As an ER Nurse with 21 years experience in level one trauma centers to smaller community hospital, the care and level of skills and competencies was beyond anything I could have imagined! This facility and team truly made me feel like I could trust them with my life, which is exactly the scenario I was in this morning. I can not say enough about how grateful I am to Atmore Community Hospital! This is the exactly the kind of facility I not only trust my care with, but moreover a facility I would be honored to work for! However due to the seriousness of my illness, Atmore ER staff had to transfer me to USA Medical Center in Mobile for higher level of care and services not available at Atmore. Every moment I spent in the ER at Atmore Community Hospital I continuously monitored, pain and nausea levels were assessed and treated!!! Again words can not express how thankful I am to the Emergency Department staff at Atmore Community Hospital!A VERY SPECIAL AND PERSONAL THANK YOU TO:Dr. O-Gorman MD (ER Attending Physician)Whitney BSN-RN (ER Nurse)Jenna BSN-RN (ER Nurse)Again my sincerest Thanks,Jeremy RaslerNA-C,CCT-C,CMT-C,CRAT-C,CVT,CES-A,CES-P

Earlier this month, we were visiting my in-laws in Atmore when our five-year-old son had a trampoline accident and sliced open his bottom lip. We rushed to this E.R., praying the whole way there that he'd receive excellent care. God certainly came through that night. Nurse Sydney was *so* kind and compassionate, and Dr. Lee was very patient and gentle with our little Isaiah. Their empathy and unrushed demeanors helped alleviate so much of the stress from this traumatic event. As a nurse myself, I walked away thoroughly impressed. Thank you both for taking such wonderful care of our son!

I transferred around Fl quite a bit the last couple of yesrs and the panhandle area is without a doubt the most in need of quality MAT. THE ONE IN Panama city is the worst, long lines no phasing past 6 and you are treated like a criminal. Bei.g a phase 27 that was out of the question for me so I enrolled here. The people were great, the clinic was efficient clean and friendly my issues were that it was over 200 miles round trip and the biggest they stand there and watch you pee. I have shy bladder and was to the point of having to use a catheter because it was taking an hour or more to do a urine sample.I transferred to Tallahassee clinic the drive was a little shorter but they just pat you down before a urine test so that made it way easier BUT the Tallahassee clinic has huge turnover and currently just 2 councelors, they are more interested in squeezing money than helping even at phase 27 they want you to attend 2 groups a month, 4 so called physicals a year and so on...dont get me wrong, the counselors are good and want to help but it is obvious that they have thier hands tied by corporate. If lakeview could use cameras pat downs or anything other than the stand and stare method for tests i would transfer bsck despite the extra drive...yall PLEASE give that some thought i know I speak for others ss well...you have a really good clinic with really good people you shouldnt abuse patients and staff with this archaic practice.

I work construction out of town a lot,so I've been to a few dozen clinics from Philadelphia PA to Jacksonville FL. By far this facility is 10 times more professional, quick responses for whatever reasons. Cleanest facility, friendliest, caring staff I've dealt with. If you've ever had to guest dose before,it can be a nightmare!! Maybe you didn't have any problems, but I have with other clinics. Not this one! They'll make sure you get the best help possible. I would never go anywhere else.WARNING! If you're not serious about sobriety then you may prefer the other dumps. Still give them a call! They saved my life!! I would love to see more of your bhg facilities in the Mississippi area and maybe have a federal guideline on amount of your dosage for guest dosing because I have been places where there was no problem but I've been to several states like Tennessee and I was taking more than their maximum level and I had to wait 2 weeks for a state approval. Of course I was working and it being 6 hours from my hometown I had to go home one day a week until they got it straight. I wouldn't have waited for 2 days in the waitroom thinking everything was going to be fine if someone would have told me or like I said every state be on the same thing or ar least respect the other states that aren't at the same dosage levels. We still have problems and are paying patients for treatment and I was furious after working 2 nights without and set there from 6 until 12 and then be told come back in the morning maybe we will be heard back from them. Communication is really what needs to be done between the states and the different companies policies.

Revision! After calming down I m choosing to redo my review. The lackadaisical efforts of one shouldn t reflect on the entirety of this place. Fact is this place has changed my life in a short time for the better. The medical staff is top shelf, nurses at the windows are great. The problem I had was that since starting this program I ve done everything text book as im asked when I m asked. They were short staffed due to vacation time, sick time, and in the process of hiring more staff. So I checked in with a wait time of 40 minutes 7:00 A.M. I was flagged. So I did exactly what i was told to do in the last class I attended take homes and I emailed my counselor 7:17 a.m. asking her to remove the flag so I could dose and I would make out 8:45 meeting. 8:42 am I get called to the window 1 hr and 42 min after arrivel. Window nurse says I still have my flags. I got to my 8:45 am meeting. 8:57 am door opens. I told my counselor what happened and i could only do my treatment plan if I could go from that to the dosing window immediately after because I would be late to work. I was late the day before because for the same issues with staffing I was here 2.5 hours. She said she couldn t do that. When I ve seen people walked to the front of the line by a counselor to dose for reasons out of their control causing them to miss their dose spot in line. I ve since requested a counselor change and chose to stay here. One major reason is Ms Joy helping me out and showing me the proper channels to navigate through my mishap in a calm and courteous way.OriginalThis place is garbage! Everybody s gotta go by the rules but the counselors. Be prepared to wait 2.5-3 hours every day no matter what!

Alta Pointe has helped my brother tremendously these past four years. The therapist he had the first time he came helped him so much with giving him tools and so many resources. He had recently gotten a new therapist about a few months ago and she is the absolute best. My brother loves going to her and truly enjoys the work they do in their session. My brother always shares with me the resources and advice he gets from each session and the crafts they do haha. Also, the doctor (Dr. Bray) is a real Godsend. My mom and brother loves her so much. She is always going above and beyond for my brother. Thank you guys from my family and I for everything you do! We truly appreciate the work, every resource, tool, advice you have given him so far. It truly helps him so much.
