They make you jump thru hoops to get dosed. Yet drop the ball when they forget to put your weekend takehome meds and you end up standing at the window for 30 minutes waiting for them to put the order in. They wouldn't even give the dose for that day. After standing at the doseing window for nearly 30 minutes suddenly they put a flag on me so I HAD TO GO SEE MY COUNSELOR to review my labs....but I HAD ALREADY WENT OVER MY LABS WITH A NURSE AND SHE REMOVED THE FLAG HENCE WHY I WAS AT THE DOSEING WINDOW.WHY? WHY DID SOMEONE PUT A FLAG BACK ON MY ACCOUNT WHEN THE FLAG WAS ALREADY REMOVED? ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE FOR TORMENTING SOMEONE THERE FOR HELP.You should go somewhere else where the people actually care about your wellbeing and not treat you like you are cattle in a stockade.

Thank you for not allowing me to dose within regular hours of operation! Thank you for denying me to get my daily dose and leavjng me the opertunuty to take it upon myself to find a way to keep from being sick because I have a separate list of rules given along with one other patient to follow. I arived within regular hours of operation and have been treated very poorly and very unprofessional because someone who feels they have the right to abuse their power over someone's life to smile and deny me my medication and don't care I tell you I will have to go out and seek medication to not be sick from withdraw. Knowing I have had three fitanol free drug screens deny my treatment. If I overdosed today you would have had the chance to had stopped my death by allowing me my medication. There are no words to describe a person in your position that takes pleasure in denying my dose. Everyday I have a stop dose so I cannot check myself in. I am everyday over a hour just to find someone to log me in. I have been singled out and I have to jump through hoops that No one else has to abide by. No one except myself would have been denied their dose today. I was turned away from getting a UA at 11:15 I woukd have been back there earlier if I could ever check myself in and not need my counselor to check in. When I first got to the clinic I waited outside my counselors office for ten minutes before I was told she wasn't in today and then told I needed a UA and was sent away and told to go to counselor from the UA office that I was at the UA room in time to complete a UA before 11:30 it's sick for anyone to take pleasure from denying anyone their medication because you have a position that allowes to deny me my medication. I did not agree to whatever paper you said I signed I was told to sign a paper saying I would have my services finished before 11:30 I told my counselor I agreed to that. I was told to sign a electronic signature box when I signed I told my counselor I would do my best to arrive before 11:30 never agreed to anything else and that I feel I was extorted to sign because I never agreed to a separate list of rules made for myself. I was never. Given a list of rules I needed to follow and sign I was just told to sign something I feel I have been extorted and singled out from any group that receives treatment from this clinic. I have also had my personal information talked about from Megan who I never gave permission juui

Our program director is very uncaring and and very unprofessional. She has been known to talk about patient care and has given out patient information and that is against hipa policy She is known for making rules for a select few patients that do not apply to the rest of the patients. She has refused medication to patients who have came during normal hours of operation. She has made patients take down their reviews and makes it difficult to get their medication within a timely manner. This review is not made from personal opinions. Megan has no problem telling a few patients they can not get their medication . Knowing she got trtq be putting a patients life in danger by refusing medication kn owing a patient will be going to get another dangerous drug off the street due to illness from not getting their daily dose.

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient
Intensive outpatient programs (IOP) involve frequent and robust therapeutic sessions for clients requiring high-level care. Clients may engage in a combination of medication assisted treatment (MAT), addiction counseling, recovery skills training, and holistic therapies for a minimum of nine and a maximum of 20 hours per week. Intensive outpatient rehab is designed primarily for persons in early recovery, those exiting detox or inpatient care, and those at an elevated relapse risk.
medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox
Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one's body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

Drug rehab in Florida provides quality treatment to help individuals overcome dependency related to a wide range of addictive substances. Programs address both the physical and mental aspects of addiction in order to help you make a full recovery.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
young-adult-program thumbnail image
Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

Research clearly demonstrates that recovery is far more successful and sustainable when loved ones like family members participate in rehab and substance abuse treatment. Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

New Season has become one of thee worst intolerable places I look forward going to! This used to be the place where when Calvin was our program director, you had someone that really cared about not only you as a person but how the clinic is ran daily. Almost everyday it takes so long to dose, the place is not kept up well, and every other month there’s a new counselor because no one wants to work here do to management. And to be honest I don’t even know who the program director is because she’s not personable and it seems like she doesn’t care for this clinic. This place needs a new program director who’s gonna care about the people who come here because we are humans. I really hope that things change very soon…

came here to guest dose and waited 45 minutes just to be seen and then was lead in circles because no one knew what they were doing. finally i got to wait another 20 minutes to dose. had to pay 25$ for a guest fee and then on top of that one dose here is 17$!! (insane they wouldn’t take my insurance because it’s from texas..) but at least the nurse i dealt with was super helpful and nice she even showed me what i would do next time to hopefully make it easier and faster.

Revision! After calming down I’m choosing to redo my review. The lackadaisical efforts of one shouldn’t reflect on the entirety of this place. Fact is this place has changed my life in a short time for the better. The medical staff is top shelf, nurses at the windows are great. The problem I had was that since starting this program I’ve done everything text book as im asked when I’m asked. They were short staffed due to vacation time, sick time, and in the process of hiring more staff. So I checked in with a wait time of 40 minutes 7:00 A.M. I was flagged. So I did exactly what i was told to do in the last class I attended “take homes” and I emailed my counselor 7:17 a.m. asking her to remove the flag so I could dose and I would make out 8:45 meeting. 8:42 am I get called to the window 1 hr and 42 min after arrivel. Window nurse says I still have my flags. I got to my 8:45 am meeting. 8:57 am door opens. I told my counselor what happened and i could only do my treatment plan if I could go from that to the dosing window immediately after because I would be late to work. I was late the day before because for the same issues with staffing I was here 2.5 hours. She said she couldn’t do that. When I’ve seen people walked to the front of the line by a counselor to dose for reasons out of their control causing them to miss their dose spot in line. I’ve since requested a counselor change and chose to stay here. One major reason is Ms Joy helping me out and showing me the proper channels to navigate through my mishap in a calm and courteous way. Original This place is garbage! Everybody’s gotta go by the rules but the counselors. Be prepared to wait 2.5-3 hours every day no matter what!
