I’ve had a really positive experience at New Seasons. The doctor is wonderful — caring, attentive, and easy to talk to. Breeze Anne and Joy both run great groups; you can tell they genuinely care about the patients and our recovery journeys. Breeze Anne especially goes above and beyond to make people feel supported and understood.
The wait times can get a little long, but it’s clear the staff are doing their best, especially with how many patients they serve. I also think it’s great that they’ve partnered with 904 Health — Unity, who works with them, is awesome and has been such a great addition to the clinic.
The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the new staff member who handles the drug testing. She isn’t very professional in how she speaks to patients — often talking down to them and creating unnecessary tension. There’s also a confusing sign on her door that says “knock and then wait,” yet she’s yelled at patients for knocking. It might help to replace that with something clearer, like “please wait to be called.”
Overall, New Seasons has done a great job hiring friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive staff — this one person just doesn’t reflect the otherwise amazing team. With that small change, I’d happily give them 5 stars.

I think New Seasons is a great treatment Center … I have an amazing counselor Miss Joy , she listens and is compassionate. Also there New IOP Program is awesome , Mr Steven is a great teacher and you actually learn things about yourself and your addiction that is helpful . If anyone needs help I totally recommend New Seasons!! ❤️

My experience with Bridgeway over the past month has been excellent. The practice makes it easy to get started. I didn't have to wait long for my initial appointment, and the new patient process was very smooth. The front desk staff for Psychiatry and Medication Services are sweet and incredibly helpful. My provider, Candi, is wonderful; she's clearly knowledgeable and was very thorough in taking my history. I truly felt heard and respected as a patient. She is also proactive in managing my medication needs. Highly recommend Bridgeway! :)

Ive been a patient here for over a year now and I believe the staff that works here has a true heart to serve others in maintaining stability of mental health. Dr April is thorough with questions she has asked me to be sure my medication was correct. I say this, bc I have seen significant improvement in consistency in all areas of my life. Also, she isn’t just a doctor handing out meds at random- like I’ve experienced in another state When I was prescribed two separate addictions unaware of what those meds would do at the time. I feel a sense of security and confidence coming here! The nurses were really helpful when I had a blood pressure issue, the front desk assistance is on it, and the pharmacy is SO MUCH MORE feasible that I am able to AFFORD my meds!

Leaving a review on purely the juvenile side.
Firstly it does offer benefits and the staff do try to help you out to the extent of their ability to, though the amount of care or help you get is Highly dependent on what staff is working in your unit on that specific day so at times its iffy to say the least, they do offer schooling Wich is a plus. Laundry is done for you if you set it within a laundry basket at the end of the day Wich is also great as well as 3 meals Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner. and 3 snacks a day.
You usually get put in a room with a roommate but if your a no roommate person (The reason you sent there usually) Decides if you are an no roommate person and not allowed to have one.
Things this place needs...
Firstly some roommates are disgusting and cant clean up after themselves and it unhygienic would be nice to have someone clean it out.
Secondly more availability to people who CAN change things for example, medicine,room,portions of food. all of that and get your stuff brought in approved... because doctors are only available at certain times and you cant just sit down and talk when you want Wich kinda sucks but I do understand they have stuff to do.
Thirdly from a patient perspective it seems sorta-kinda understaffed and like their underpaid sometimes by the way some staff just don't care.. you ask them for something and their dismissive or tell you to shut up.
All and all if some issues are fixed and certain things are improved upon this could help more people in the future, I hope this review is taken into consideration and maybe things could be changed? like reviewing staff behavior towards the youth side.

I cannot describe how excellent level of care is that I receive here. Everyone is incredibly kind and empathetic. I am forever grateful for my therapist, Mary, and Catie, my PA. I would not be able to excel in life, much less function, without the care they have provided me. The receptionists are also always welcoming when I come in. The staff at AltaPointe organizes everything for me so that I don’t have to worry; I can focus on growth and healing. A huge thank you to the AltaPointe staff, and I would 10/10 would recommend receiving care here.

This place was like HOME to me. They have the kindest and most understanding staff. They offer one on ones and really give you the time and opportunity to reflect on everything your going through. They keep it light hearted and fun when rough conversations were had the day before. They do daily check in and really form genuine and professional connections with their patients. I was able to call back months later to have the staff remember me and list little details I had shared with them. I miss this place and loved that I had the opportunity to go there. This place has helped me so much!! It’s a really great place to go to if you need Help. Ms.Poole is so awesome she has helped me more than I can even count. In 2017 when I started coming Ms.Poole was my counselor and she was amazing! She always made sure I was okay and she listened to me when I I was going through hard times and she really cared. She always tried to help me. She even bought me me and my kids food for me to take to my house when I was going through a hard time. Now she is the Director and she is amazing at that. She makes sure that everything is by the book and she makes sure all of her patients are treated how they are supposed to be!!! I love Ms Poole! She is amazing And Ms Twanna is my counselor now and she is amazing also she really cares about her patients. Whatever anybody is going through she will listen to you and try to help you in anyway that she can. I love her too!!! This place is awesome if you need help they will really try their best to do whatever they can to help!! All of the staff members are really sweet and they do their job to make sure the patients are well tooken care of. New season Metro Treatment Center is amazing!!! If you are looking for help, this is the place to go. I have never met anyone as dedicated as Ms. Poole. I came there several years ago in a bad way and they did not have to take a chance on me but they did. The empathy, trust, and respect I was treated with bolstered my desire to succede at this program and I have. It has changed my life and I am forever greatful to Ms. Poole, Sonya, and the rest of the wonderful staff there. Over the years I have come in contact with just about everyone there and have been treated very well. Thanks again for all you do.

Well, I moved to Cairo ga 3 years ago from Michigan. The first time visiting the VA in Tallahassee 3 years ago right after I moved here was a shock. Small compared to what I'm used to. I went to the Detroit VA and the Ann Arbor VA. Both facilities were like going to tallahasee Memorial Hospital.. huge. They had parking garages 4 levels. So that was the first thing I noticed. As far as treatment goes, no complaints. Although I would like to see anger management classes or group therapy there.

Everywhere you go even in hospitals or food services you're going to have your good and bad. Life management services the community regardless of ability to pay or type of insurance. The staff were amazing. Detox they took very good care Of me. No one knew my bad behavior, caused by seizures. 5 different types. Walking talking worst. I'm mean violent, after seizures. They dealt with me, kindly, I wasn't nice at all. I still have doctors they set me up with. 5/6 years ago, I was there. Before you judge staff, look at yourself. Detox, is hard.
