Hello my name is Adam. I came to Reign about a month ago. I came from NJ and enrolled to the treatment center because I was struggling with some mental health symptoms that were unmanageable with life and needed assistance with getting myself back on track. The admissions team was so helpful and supportive, they were there when I was making my 22 hour drive. Jake, Benzi, Justin, and Morgan were so supportive on my drive. When I arrived at the facility and during the duration of my stay Corey the primary therapist was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn t like normal therapists where you would have your 30 min session and you re out but he gave me as much time as I needed and let me use my phone and make calls as much as I wanted to do. Then there was Brantley the operations manager and he Was just the absolute best. I developed a great friendship with him and every night we had a thing where we watch movies together. Gina was a great group facilitator and had very informative groups. Overall I had an amazing life changing experience,

My daughter was just came home from treatment at Lakeview/Stepping Stone! After a very long struggle with alcohol, as a family we gave her an ultimatum to go to this facility for treatment. She was very reluctant and it took ALOT of persuasion but she finally committed to going. I ve struggle with finding the appropriate words to describe this experience for my daughter as well as our family. From the very moment I reached out to Tommy to the minute I called the facility to pick her up we had the absolute BEST CARE! My daughter has described the staff as being ANGLES ON EARTH !! These wonderful people saved her life!!! It took a lot of courage for her to commit to this as she was leaving behind a baby and a husband. She said the minute she stepped inside the door her anxiety went away. The staff was genuinely there to help her recovery. I was a resident at Lakeview for 42 days. I am an older person and was apprehensive about fitting in . There was no need to worry I was treated with respect and dignity. My alcohol addiction came later in life and a family member found Lakeview for me. I have read many reviews both positive and negative. I must say that I was cared for and cared about. I was a resident with women from all walks of life and ethnicities and I saw treatment equally across the board. When there were objections from fellow residents about treatment I was able to see both sides however , my observation was that many times there was an unwillingness on the part of the resident to completely comply to the prescribed regimen. This is not a place to go if you want to be coddled. If that s the case you may not be ready for recovery. But I can tell you I worked the program, gave myself over to the process of recovery and came out the other side. I certainly ran up against obstacles but this program taught me how to deal with them in a positive successful manner. I would personally like to recognize Karen, Kaylee, Shanna, Meredith and Suneeta to name just a few. The therapists are a great group, but it goes much deeper than that. The staff is there 24/7 and I was made to feel safe at all times through their dedication and teamwork.If you want to free yourself of addiction and are ready for a new life consider this treatment. I can tell you I didn t always agree with some protocol but this program gave me the tools to state my concerns, be heard and come to a resolution that benefitted me and stay in compliance with Lakeview s policies.

I ve been to stepping stones on a few occasions and always had a good experience. While rehab is no vacation and not always the most enjoyable (for obvious reasons) the staff and the resources they give you are why I decided to return there when I needed help. Everyone from the therapists to kitchen staff treats you with respect and dignity. Jessica the aftercare coordinator is the kindest soul and always has been an ear to bend when I needed a moment to regroup and a problem solved. Can t say enough good things about everyone there. Stepping stones is an amazing place to go to reset and get back on course when struggling with addiction. I would recommend it to anyone I know who needs the same help I did.

God saved my life and he used gateway to do it, I can't stress enough how incredible the staff and resources here are, it's detox so it's no picnic but the staff absolutely does their best to truly listen to each patient and make the process as easy as they can. Getting help is scary but if more people understood just how easy the team at gateway make it to stay on track, it takes the fear right out of it. I'm over 30 days sober, and it didn't cost me a dime. My only regret is not checking in years sooner but better later than never. We do recover, and it's thanks to people like the folks at gateway that fast track it. May God bless every soul that puts in hours at this place you're angels

Recovery Keys changed my life. The facility was very discrete, clean, and comfortable. The staff members there are very professional and highly qualified to handle all types of recovery. Just like everyone, I was skeptical and embarrassed about seeking treatment and I was pleasantly surprised about how wonderful the experience was. All of the employees and doctors there truly care about all of their patients on a personal level. I wasn't treated like a patient, I was treated like a person that wanted and needed help. I am going to miss everyone that helped me in my recovery process and I plan on stopping back in from time to time to say hello to all of the people that saved my life. Wekiva was wonderful during my recovery process. The staff was very kind and our groups were not only informative but quite fun at times. I felt very safe while I was in impatient, they even helped me with my seizures while I was there. The staff was very attentive to my needs and always made sure I had the medication that I needed to level me out. I went in severely depressed and suicidal but came out in the greatest of moods. I thank Wekiva and all of their staff for everything they did for me. I will be returning for their Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) within the week to further continue my higher level of care. As much as I don't want Brittany to be too booked and busy for me, after seeing her for several months, she definitely deserves an amazing review. I ve been in therapy before, but I ve never had a therapist as exceptional as Brittany. She is truly great at what she does. While I may not be an expert in therapy (aside from my own experiences as a patient and a Psychology course I took in college), Brittany checks every box of what makes a good therapist.She creates an incredibly therapeutic, neutral, and non-judgmental space where listening is her priority. She doesn't project her personal opinions and judgments but instead provides strictly therapeutic advice, allowing me to come to my own conclusions while still offering valuable insights from her wealth of knowledge in psychology and mental health.I tend to talk a lot, and it s been such a healing and validating experience to have someone actively listen and empathize, while also guiding me with the answers I ve been searching for in my journey to understand myself better. Ron Cipriano & Associates Counseling, the staff there are always very pleasent and very professional group. I came to Ron's program after several bouts with alcohol, where once I had a drink I no longer could determine when I would stop. I was both terrified and frustrated. Through the Recovery Dynamics method Ron, Steve and Christy helped me gain understanding of the build up of emotions and my inability to manage them. They have provided me with structure to process these now. I would recommend Ron's program to anyone looking to better their life and regain their peace of mind.

I enrolled in the program after completing a 4-month inpatient rehabilitation stint In Port St lucie. The staff here have always been amazing and responsive from the very first day I contacted them. Like any other rehab, you only get out of it what you put into it and if you are willing to do the work. Each person is given individual attention, the group therapy discussions are amazing, and I would strongly recommend this program to anyone that inquires about it

Don t listen to the other reviews MHRC is a great place. The staff are super friendly. They re great at de-escalating situations and keeping problems to a minimum they understand different kinds of people and they understand how to talk to people. They re very good at recognizing how you feel in that moment And they know exactly what to say. Everybody is human we all messed up so we can t expect the staff to be perfect but I will say they are definitely in my top 10 cause I ve been to a few since I was a child And trust me I ve been to some bad ones, but MRC is definitely like 4 Especially with the audition of Miss Allison, she s been Taking care of me since I was like 16 And their doctors & Techs They re great. I don t know man I might just be high LOL But I m leaving for Oregon to do job course soon And I truly believe that if MHRC had Not saved my life in the way they did. I would not be here. I would not be in this situation.
