My husband and I just got transferred to this location. It is so much nicer and easier than their Carmichael location. It's drama free you don't see and hear clients cussing each other. Im so glad to be at the Orange Park location.

Dr Parsons is by far the kindest doctor I have ever had while being prescribed this medication for 14 years. I recently found out that I am pregnant and the stress is high. I’ve had a horrible time keeping my medication down and it’s really caused me to have some issues. I’ve called so many times to talk to her and she always calls back personally. She’s so kind, she already got me off of my antidepressant. I never thought I would be off of it. She’s so informative, more than anybody I’ve ever seen. I’m treated like a human being here. I couldn’t appreciate it more especially during this stressful time. If you are looking for a good doctor that cares, this should be your last stop.

Lisa, Betty, and Doctor P, I called up today, not expecting much, but knowing my job was in jeopardy. I was sick, I needed help. Withing hours, I was able to sea a doctor, and get prescribed. There is a huge weight off my shoulders, not worrying about " my next one" or how much money i spend chasing it. For the next month, I can sleep, work, and be a Husband, Father, Son, Brother, not worrying about my problem. I used what little vacation time I had to take today off work, because.... I was sick... I can not say enough wonderful things about Allegro. I am in and out of the community multiple times a month, whether participating in events, visiting a resident or dropping items off and every time I walk in it feels like home. The community is always spick and span - residents and staff have smiling faces throughout - and the environment is so positive. I will continue to spread the word in the community on how amazing Allegro is!

After touring several senior living communities, we decided Allegro was the perfect fit for my mom. Suzanne and the staff have been wonderful and very helpful in the process! My mom really enjoys being there and has made many friends.

Anne is sales is so friendly and outgoing. She made it such a smooth transition for me from home to my new home at Allegro. I really appreciate her and everything she did for me. Also, so thankful for Margo in transportation. She is always prompt and follows the schedule. She has such a great attitude.There are so many staff here from Laverne in housekeeping and the wonderful servers in dining that makes Allegro truly special.

I had a very positive experience during my hospital stay. The surgery itself went smoothly, and afterwards the doctors were extremely informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions. The anesthesia team was wonderfully calm and reassuring while preparing me, which made a big difference in easing my nerves. The nurses provided truly incredible care throughout my recovery. They were attentive, compassionate, and always ready to help with even the smallest needs. Their kindness and professionalism gave me comfort and confidence every step of the way. I’m deeply thankful for the way they looked after me—it meant so much during a difficult time. Overall, I felt well cared for at every stage, and I’m grateful to the entire team for making my stay easier and more positive than I could have imagined.

This is for the Baymeadows location, as it's the one I have experience with. The staff are very accommodating and professional. The counseling I received was more than I ever expected. I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed!

Ron Cipriano & Associates Counseling, the staff there are always very pleasent and very professional group. Sometimes when you first walk in there and your first point of contact IS Miss Melissa , you start to feel better already . She has a very nurturing way about her . Makes me feel like I'm with friends . I haven't been coming here too too long, but I'm glad I did. They have already helped me so much ,they have no idea. I'm lucky to have found Ron Cipriano office.

Brittany Lauria has helped me so much with my recovery and dealing with past trauma. She is a phenomenal counselor. She is such a caring person and is really there for her clients. She is a god send!!

I have a wonderful peer her name is Stephanie Brown,& I am so very grateful for her &clay behavioral,she's a wonderful peer who does everything to help that she possible can!! My trauma has even lessened because she's always there to talk with me!! I just wanted to say thank you for everything & Dr.Menges is amazing as well as the rest of the staff including the pharmacy!! I'm so thankful for everything!!

The road to recovery is so much easier and less rocky because of the people at the Loche Rane location. Brittany is so kind, caring and honest that I felt comfortable opening up and being completely transparent with both myself and the people around me. The people who do not come out of their services bettered are the ones who never truly took advantage of the wonderful opportunity before them.

I love the whole team and my kids enjoy all them the good with working with my family times and days we have work and school they are sweet

3 of my kids go to their pediatric department. I would give this place 5 stars if it was only based on how warm, welcoming, and wonderful everyone is. All 3 kids see Jen and she is amazing. Miss Erica and Miss Jackie are wonderful case managers. Dr Lepely and his team are very nice. He has ensured my kids have everything they need, even when we have had to make adjustments he knew just what to do. Now for the negatives… The wait time to see the doctor is pretty extreme. They schedule everyone for one like.. 3-4 hour time slot. It’s first come first served and there are always 30+ people waiting. I know not everyone has time to wait like that and it confuses me why they do it. It has been especially hard with 2 adhd girls who are being seen for behavioral issues 😓 I am just lucky I have had the time to wait on days like those. Some times we are there for 30 minutes, other times we are there for hours. I tried to get in to see them, myself, and after months of not having a therapist or doctor, I just had to go find a new one(I dropped my providers to see theirs). I did meet with the case manager and we also spoke over the phone a few months later. I mentioned I hadn’t been assigned anyone yet and nothing changed so I moved on. All in all, the care here is positive. With some ironing out of their scheduling and staffing issues I think this facility would be a whole five stars.

I have to say in defense of tradition house that Luke's recent post was in retaliation for him being told to pack his stuff and go, everything he said in his review was a lie and a complete fabrication. You're really saddens me how someone could sink so low as to try to tarnish the good reputation of tradition house. I believe it is the best and always has had the reputation of being the best sober House in Jacksonville. It is well-run, clean, comfortable and a safe and stable environment to rebuild your life. Humility and gratitude are key ingredients to a New Life. Hopefully Luke will get it one day! You know as they say, hurt people hurt people".

It is a great place to start over

The main strength in this treatment facility are the prevention program options that are available. Recovery and sobriety are not a one program fits all type of success story. Each client can take part in a program that is specific to what they may need to work on. This treatment facility also reinforces many life skills and general recovery skills that reinforce their main program. The main weakness in this facility is that it is an older building.

Epic is amazing. Highly recommend — 10 stars if I could! ❤️ A huge thank-you especially to my coordinator Cheryl — she is an absolute angel who fought for me every single day, handled every detail with compassion, and never let me fall through the cracks. Counselor Annie is incredible; her empathy, wisdom, and tough love pulled me out of some of my darkest moments. And Sue the nurse — wow. Her kindness, patience, and clinical expertise made me feel safe and actually cared for, not just treated. What sets Epic apart is that they never gave up on me, even when I had completely given up on myself. Cheryl, Annie, Sue, and the whole staff truly want your recovery and your best life — it’s not just a job to them, you can feel it. They believed in me until I could believe in myself again. If you or someone you love needs help, this is the place. I love these women with all my heart and will be forever grateful for Epic Recovery Center.

The staff has always been extremely helpful in so many ways and more than happy to do so. And the mars program has been a tremendous help in my sobriety and recovery as well. I am very grateful for epic and all the resources they offer. I have been sober for 1 year and 10 months now and I have epic to thank because without them and the resources they provide, I really don’t know if I would still be sober. Thank you epic!

I am grateful for the kind treatment I received, when taking such a huge step for me, admitting I’m a functioning addict and have been for years off and on. First day to the rest of my life free of street prescription pain killers. Goals for regaining my entire life and then some! Jesus thank you for sending me here. Been going to this one since the week they opened and in my 20+years (I've come to terms with being on matenence for the foreseeable future) and this is by far the best one out of the 4 places and 3 states.

The staff here is what makes this place so special, Kathy and the head gentlemen now running the place have compassion, if you do the right thing this place can save you. Very thankful for the staff everyone of them. Deserves a applause

Jackson has been so great to work with! I have four kiddos ages 26, 22, 10 and 7 and have worked with a few different counselors over the last 20 years. My youngest and I currently see Jackson for some behavioral challenges. I can honestly say that Jackson goes above and beyond and in my experience one the best counselors around for children! I highly recommend!

I have to say I absolutely love my one on one's with Jackson I am absolutely able to be myself and express my feelings and he completely understands

Great Cust Service, Awesome Staff

I needed a specific therapy called EMDR due to traumatic incidents. I had difficulty finding a therapist with the licensing to perform EMDR at a reasonable price. However here at SMA my therapist Miss Nicole was able to do exactly that, and thankfully they offered a sliding fee scale, so it was affordable. After I finished my therapy with Nicole, for the first time in my entire life , I no longer had intense suicidal urges and tendencies to self harm. If it wasn’t for SMA I wouldn’t have been able to get the help I desperately needed. I will forever be so grateful towards everyone here at SMA, you all truly helped save my life.

I switched over here from the Palatka office. Much more friendly clean environment and down to earth with patients and they are about the patients and not just here for a paycheck like the Palatka office.
