I just want to take a minute and say thank you to everyone at Gateway for being so wonderful always! Shout out to Tae, Grace, Pam, Donna, Amber, and Stacy for your continual kindness, your tender care, and genuine compassion! These ladies brighten up my life and I am just so grateful. I started coming here 3 years ago and will continue to do so for the rest of my life because It is truly so hard to receive good help, but when it comes to Gateway in Kingsland, y'all exceed expectations! You are so amazing and incredibly helpful and resourceful when needed and I just can't thank you enough! You are the place I tell my family and friends about and I encourage anyone who needs help to go here.

Ive been with gateway close to two years now, and never once did I feel unwelcomed or unappreciated. Even when I switched my primary counselor, it never felt the same as the amazing women in gateway. The receptionist are always so sweet and will work with you to help sort iut appointments quick and easy. The counselors have my heart as well, they listen and understand me in ways I didn't think was possible. I wouldn't want to go to any other counseling office after gateway.

Starting point has helped me a lot. They genuinely care about people.

I wanted to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the support and guidance I've received from your team. Your dedication to helping me navigate my journey has been invaluable. The resources you provided, like insights into the DSM-5 and ICD-10 codes, as well as the encouragement to pursue my own research, have profoundly impacted my growth and understanding.I also want to share some feedback to help improve the experience for others. It would be beneficial to regularly review the treatment plan during visits to ensure we stay on track and understand our goals. Moving forward, I've realized the importance of having clear standards of care and seeing the treatment plan upfront. Everybody was nice and very helpful.. encouraging,, the worst was being told where I needed to be away from my significant other my surroundings when I had no funds to move on and they didn't offer any or a way to go

Cynthia Clark is really helpful therapist---Breanna and Emmanuel good for med management/Psychiatry. I have been a patient for 15 years and they have helped me to see that I am not my diagnosis, but I do have a diagnosis. My dad and I didn't want to believe that I was severely mentally ill at first, but the more I accepted my illness as reality and my new normal, the more that the Drs and counselors are able to help me live a better quality life and still function as normally as possible. I see my diagnosis as a blessing in that it helps me to learn more about myself and in the process, help other people going through the same thing. Sometimes healing is a process and does not happen instantly, but I am able to cope better with all of the tools and support that I am receiving from family, friends and medical staff. SLA took me in when no one else would they fed me clothed me gave me a bed to sleep in and a safe clean living environment.

This group of doctors are the best in the world I've never not been able to get help with anything I need and if they can't help they'll find someone to help u .. absolutely has changed and saved my life for the better

Groups has help me stay sober and live a productive life . It helps hold me accountable every week and there is someone to help me navigate through life . I’m very grateful for groups !

Gateway has saved my life with the shelter plus care . Giving me stability. I started with group therapy as well as individual. I have been stable in my own home for 7 years now. What a blessing it is to have the people with the patience and dedication to helping people with major mental health and drug issues. Thank you gateway.

Always treated well. My only complaint is they are not open Fridays.

Today was a good day at the VA. Nurse Darlene was nice and helpful. Got my info to the Dr. and arranged for test. Dont know the taller lady that drew blood but I am still amazed she was able to put the needle in to draw blood without me feeling it. Must be magic. Thanks ladies.
