Don’t listen to the other reviews MHRC is a great place. The staff are super friendly. They’re great at de-escalating situations and keeping problems to a minimum they understand different kinds of people and they understand how to talk to people. They’re very good at recognizing how you feel in that moment And they know exactly what to say. Everybody is human we all messed up so we can’t expect the staff to be perfect but I will say they are definitely in my top 10 cause I’ve been to a few since I was a child And trust me I’ve been to some bad ones, but MRC is definitely like 4 Especially with the audition of Miss Allison, she’s been Taking care of me since I was like 16 And their doctors & Techs They’re great. I don’t know man I might just be high LOL But I’m leaving for Oregon to do job course soon And I truly believe that if MHRC had Not saved my life in the way they did. I would not be here. I would not be in this situation. I would not be prospering the way I am right now so please If you are considering inpatient outpatient, whatever take me to consideration that their staff is extremely friend And remember everybody’s human, but they do a great job at what they’re supposed to do God bless

MHRC is always here to give me perspective that I don't have. Being a Frog at the bottom of a well isn't for everyone. I'm only giving it 4 stars because my provider needs a pay/benifit raise. 😇

This by far has been the best place I've been. I spoke to a very sweet lady named Tatyanna and she genuinely cared about what was going on. We talked like we knew each other during the intake form and she showed me the right path to good mental health

This place is amazing it saved my life it's a safe place and the snack bar has amazing food And the NA and aa meetings are to die for come by u won't regret it

I had a wonderful experience in this place. I reached the gift of desperation here. I grew up here, I spent 16 months working on myself. I've now been given a gift from God through this program. I get to live under the same roof with my 15 year old. I thank God for this place.

Great 7 am meetings held on Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

3 of my kids go to their pediatric department. I would give this place 5 stars if it was only based on how warm, welcoming, and wonderful everyone is. All 3 kids see Jen and she is amazing. Miss Erica and Miss Jackie are wonderful case managers. Dr Lepely and his team are very nice. He has ensured my kids have everything they need, even when we have had to make adjustments he knew just what to do. Now for the negatives… The wait time to see the doctor is pretty extreme. They schedule everyone for one like.. 3-4 hour time slot. It’s first come first served and there are always 30+ people waiting. I know not everyone has time to wait like that and it confuses me why they do it. It has been especially hard with 2 adhd girls who are being seen for behavioral issues 😓 I am just lucky I have had the time to wait on days like those. Some times we are there for 30 minutes, other times we are there for hours. I tried to get in to see them, myself, and after months of not having a therapist or doctor, I just had to go find a new one(I dropped my providers to see theirs). I did meet with the case manager and we also spoke over the phone a few months later. I mentioned I hadn’t been assigned anyone yet and nothing changed so I moved on. All in all, the care here is positive. With some ironing out of their scheduling and staffing issues I think this facility would be a whole five stars.

Shout out to Tae, Grace, Pam, Donna, Amber, and Stacy for your continual kindness, your tender care, and genuine compassion! These ladies brighten up my life and I am just so grateful. I started coming here 3 years ago and will continue to do so for the rest of my life because It is truly so hard to receive good help, but when it comes to Gateway in Kingsland, y'all exceed expectations! You are so amazing and incredibly helpful and resourceful when needed and I just can't thank you enough! You are the place I tell my family and friends about and I encourage anyone who needs help to go here.

Ive been with gateway close to two years now, and never once did I feel unwelcomed or unappreciated. Even when I switched my primary counselor, it never felt the same as the amazing women in gateway. The receptionist are always so sweet and will work with you to help sort iut appointments quick and easy. The counselors have my heart as well, they listen and understand me in ways I didn't think was possible. I wouldn't want to go to any other counseling office after gateway.

Lisa hill is a expert in helping people in such a human way!

Cynthia Clark is really helpful therapist---Breanna and Emmanuel good for med management/Psychiatry. I have been a patient for 15 years and they have helped me to see that I am not my diagnosis, but I do have a diagnosis. My dad and I didn't want to believe that I was severely mentally ill at first, but the more I accepted my illness as reality and my new normal, the more that the Drs and counselors are able to help me live a better quality life and still function as normally as possible. I see my diagnosis as a blessing in that it helps me to learn more about myself and in the process, help other people going through the same thing. Sometimes healing is a process and does not happen instantly, but I am able to cope better with all of the tools and support that I am receiving from family, friends and medical staff. I freaking love this place.

Any place that's trying to help the people are okay in this world. If we had more people helping instead of complaining it could make a difference. My goodness their not God,and they don't have power. He just says loves and have compassion with one another.

I have to say in defense of tradition house that Luke's recent post was in retaliation for him being told to pack his stuff and go, everything he said in his review was a lie and a complete fabrication. You're really saddens me how someone could sink so low as to try to tarnish the good reputation of tradition house. I believe it is the best and always has had the reputation of being the best sober House in Jacksonville. It is well-run, clean, comfortable and a safe and stable environment to rebuild your life. Humility and gratitude are key ingredients to a New Life. Hopefully Luke will get it one day! You know as they say, hurt people hurt people".
