Im a veteran with small cell lung cancer, I just came from Orlando to colorado springs to be with my brother and his family. I can't say enough about the oncology Dr's at Lake Nona. Top notch care and everyone really cares about the patient. Thank you all!

I absolutely LOVE this place. Who ever says they love a hospital or a place like this. Everyone is so nice, respectful and “ty for your service everytime”. Expect for having issues with the mental health side of this facility everything else is perfect. It could be my fault but I’ve battled depression hard core since losing everything from health to finances to marriage due to covid and losing my career, tried counseling but can’t drive there once a week so I’ve tried to go to a civilian therapist then I get approved but no1 calls. Regardless this facility it the best!!

I just want to say Thabk you to all the staff here, I went there very sick, very confused, and feeling totally defeated they all worked to get me to the right place, and even with my complaining, and my not being able to breathe crap everyone was totally awesome, not many people tells you guys when you have did an amazing job only when they feel like you haven’t, I just wanted to take the time out and say Thank you I appreciate all you do!!

Referred through Truehealth for adult outpatient therapy. Quiet and clean environment. Intake process is respectful, thorough, and informative. Telehealth services are offered. Fantastic sliding fee scale and low-income/underinsured resources/services offered. Lots of options for people looking to manage complex trauma. The medication clinic has some wildly rude staff but also very helpful staff, which helps offset the rudeness. The physician Anne Roy is great. No telehealth, which is inconvenient for anyone with transportation restrictions. Not easy to reach front desk and have to go in person for authorizations and any updates.

This is a wonderful, caring clinic! Steve, the director is great! He is also efficient, helpful and respectful. He has an important job and it isn't easy! All of the nurses are kind and really go out of their way to help me with whatever I need! My counselor, Nikiya Golden is great at her job. She never comes down on me and talks to me about my day to day life which lets me know she cares! She is an asset to New Seasons and I feel blessed to have her as my counselor! I really love my clinic and I don't want to leave so to anyone out there struggling with addiction, please try this New Seasons first and see how a well run clinic can change your life for the better! Also, i can't forget Andre, the manager. He is awesome just like Steve is! I have had some problems that Andre helped with in a hurry! Didn't try to push me on someone else! So make the correct decision and go to this New Seasons!

Great place! Everyone I've dealt with has been super nice. They really do make you feel at home. Especially, Belinda she's so very nice! I highly recommend this place

I started coming here about a year ago. At that time, I was lost for the first time in my life and didn’t know what to expect. From day one, the staff here showed me what real care looks like. Before finding this place, I went to another location just until I could see the doctor here, and the difference was night and day. That first clinic was everything you’d expect in a bad way — chaotic, impersonal, and focused on money over people. Here, it’s the complete opposite. This team truly cares about their patients and runs a tight ship. That credit goes to Mike, the director. On my very first day, he checked me, and I respected him instantly for standing up for his work family. He doesn’t let anyone disrespect them, and that leadership shows. Sharka at the front desk is incredible. She deals with some very strong personalities every single day, but still manages to greet everyone with kindness and make you feel welcome. I honestly don’t know how she does it, but I salute her for it. Leon was my counselor, and he’s as genuine as they come. I ask a lot of him, but he’s always there for me. I travel often for work, and he always makes sure my guest dosing is handled properly. Emma was the person who first helped me join, and she continues to help me in so many ways. She’s also amazing and always willing to go the extra mile. And the nurses — they’re the best. They make sure you leave with a smile when you can, and they understand when you can’t. Please respect them and the work they do, because this is not an easy job.

I'm here to say this treatment ctr is second to none as far as quality treatment and encourage you to go on with your life..I've been there a few years..off and on..they make it easy to do the right thing...I can't say names but thank you Ms E. And Ms.C ...they help this old veteran accomplish my goals of travel out of America more than once..the Dr. Don't play but he's a well studied Dr. And only cares about his patients as long as they try to do the right thing..and even better there's a veteran as CFTC director...

I have been going to this treatment center for several months now the staff from the secretary at the front desk to the counselor and the nurses in the windows they have been wonderful always treating me very well very helpful and supportive and I am thankful for the hours and time they dedicate to this program God's angels thank you all for everything you do everyday. Nothing much to say except if you are serious about your sobriety this is the place.I like many others hit the bottom underneath the rock but buy the grace of God and tools acquired from F.S.M my life is new.

This place has saved my life. As an addict they have taught me how to avoid relapse and how to deal with stress and life situations that caused my addiction to begin. The staff is great and gives one on one attention to meet the clients needs. Brother Floyd Jones, Matt Staten, are basically on campus 24 hrs a day and readily available to help as needed. The after care provided when finishing the program over seen by brother Mike Moody helped with my exit back into society. Pastor Tim has been a great role model in my sobriety and taught me how to walk out my recovery in the path of God. All in all I consider this place my home and a great place not only to get my life together but how to become a man of God and live my life with integrity.

im from savannah ga, and I had the pleasure of meeting a very kind young man today! he came in and asked if I had a sweet tooth and showed me all these delicious looking cheesecakes and beignets. I got the cookies & cream and mango cheesecake. I also got the Nutella beignets. let me tell you...these sweet treats are the best ive had in a while!!!! so so worth it and he was SO SO sweet. I will be coming to Jacksonville to grab some more treats soon! 🫶🏼 I didnt get his name but if you see this, youre amazing and I loved the treats thank you so much again!!

The current staff on the program/operation division are loving and caring towards all their clients. The staff also prioritize safety and security for their clients and staff.

This is the best psychiatric hospital in the area! I felt comfortable to be myself, the staff are amazing, and I feel very safe there. I use this facility for when I have an emergency and I feel comfortable sending my loved ones here if they are ever in a mental health crisis. Thank you for caring for me and my loved ones! 🫶🥰

I had a great experience with the Nurses, MHT's, Bob the builder, Billy, Travis, Shaun, Bianca, the cleaning ladies, Ruby, Juli, the patients, Wooslie, Nurse Melissa, Nurse Georgina, Ms. Clawdet, Dr. Cordova, Dr. Allan, Dr. Ammend, Ivana, Kiki my day one, Michelle, Isaiah, Ava, Abigail, Jesus, Cordell, Dr. Kadir, the nursing students Monica, and Markda, Jorge, everyone at intake when I first got there, Gianna, Ms. Yaya, Yolanda, Marcus, Mark, Brian, Ginny, all the staff cooking the amazing food, Frankie, Mr. Micheal, Freiyah, they all taught m e to speak with actions vs just words. I want to thank God first my family the nurses, and I feel hopeful now to get an education to become a nurse. There are many more not mentioned that will be mentioned when it comes to my mind again but over the coarse of being at the hospital for over a month I feel motivated again to do the things and achieve what I thought I couldn't achieve so thank you.

As a recent patient at this facility I wanted to share my experience to hopefully help others if they are new to getting treated. The nurses and techs at this hospital are amazing and helped me so much to feel comfortable! I hope they all get raises and big bonuses because of how well they cared for me. Their names are Carlos, Joey, Shideh, and Mo for the nurses. And the AMAZING TECHS Isabella, Shawnay, Wilson, Battle, and Tye. All of these team members did an amazing job caring for me. I want to give a really special shout out to Bella, you made me feel so safe and seen and I adore you <3. PLZ get help with your mental health if you need it. This facility helped me set up affordable out patient treatment as a poor person.

I was particularly impressed by how Shahira effectively de-escalated a challenging situation with a patient during my visit to see my son at the Behavioral Center, demonstrating remarkable patience.

I highly recommend this place I got the help I needed and thanks to Miss. Joanne for motivating me to participate and getting me out of my room to get involved. She also found my phone which everyone one thought was loss. I’ll be honest when I first met her I was intimidated because Miss Joanne is on point. She doesn’t share coat anything. But that tough love got me going and participating in groups to the point I felt so comfortable I would not be quiet. lol. Love u Miss Joanne and thank you. We need more of you in this world!!!!

I will have to start of by applauding a few of the staff members Mrs Joanne, The nurse mrs kim, and Alex but without a doubt the whole staff did play a part in me getting better. To start i know tosome people they think you cant get help in these kinds of places but i do conquer, because the saying goes closed mouths dont get fed. so here they have plenty of things to do also they have alot of group sessions. besides with patience the staff are more than ready to help i u talk to them. the meals are great and also do mention your dislikes and allergies. you get to wear ur regular clothes. and wen u ask nicely the night staff woud help with ur laundry. i would recommend this facility over any facility overany places ran by ASPIRE healthe Partners for the reason of my past experiences with them.
