I went to several places this past Summer looking for help. It was my first time seeking this type of help. I left Sunrise due to my specific health issues that made my detox complicated. However, these people were by far the most caring and invested folks I found out pf all of the different ones I dealt with. The Practitioner was really outstanding. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I went from new seasons to this clinic, I was at 40 mg from new seasons- I was over sedated at 40 mg so they brought me down to 35 than to 30 and I was still over sedated at 30. So new seasons brought me down to 20mg. I was good at 20mg- I wanted to taper down though. I tapered down at 1mg a day. I was on methadone for a month and a week or two. I was going to dose for the last time- this memorial weekend that past we're my last 3 doses for 3mg,2mg and 1mg. I didn't know that I could get prescribed comfort meds by Jim or I would of done it before the weekend because it was a long weekend. I went into the clinic and cried to Christina than told her I was struggling. She got me prescribed comfort meds that day and so did jim. I got most of the comfort meds filled except one because the pharmacy wanted to speak with Jim first. I went into the office the next day to tell jim and he handled it right away. I went into dosing voluntarily but I was admitted to do IOP. IOP, counseling and the dosing has helped me so much- the dosing is more affordable at aspire as well. The comfort meds have really helped me- if you work the program it'll work. I got good sleep through the night and definitely feel better.

If you can endure the lengthy intake process, everything else is quick and efficient. All the staff, from the front desk to providers were on point, and informative. Yes there are some delays from time to time just from over crowding or should I say a lot of clients all at once. Worth a shot if your trying to change your life and get clean. January 2, 2024, my then 21 year old daughter entered ORC for alcohol and drug rehab. By a miracle of life, she survived a fentynol overdose on New Year's morning. To say the least, our family was living in the upside-down. A day after her admission, I was contacted by counselor Johanna and family trauma therapist Ace Cooper. If I can give this team 10 stars, I would. Their patience, presence and direction taken to help my daughter... words cannot express. My daughter has seeked counseling prior to this incident but with little true success... she would play pretend or dismiss doctor's recommendations very easily which evidently snowballed to alcohol abuse and drug addiction. Ace and Johanna's methods and team work saved my daughter. The family sessions during her stay at ORC were very productive and eye opening. She slowly regained remorse, emotion, and accountability. She has beaten the odds!! She is still consistent with counseling in her recovery journey. I can not say enough about this out patient program. Janiya and Minor helped save myself from drunken despair and I am back to my normal sober self. I learned the skills needed to protect my sobriety for the rest of my life. It is hard work and you have to do the homework and put the effort in but it is well worth it. I am very grateful to all at this program.

Unforgettable experience. Almost all staff there when I was there to rehabilitate, was thoughtful and had their hearts in the right place. The program directors, support councilors, and all other staff members on campus made sure almost daily to check up on the youth, and building solid foundations of trust needed to have consistent progress in therapy both in session and internal. There were opportunities to further your education and if you could show responsibility and determination to better yourself, your given opportunity’s to learn more hands on life skills, like painting or how to properly write a resume and apply for a Job. While from the perspective of being rehabilitated, things can seem negative and hopeless at times. When I was there I didn’t share an positive outlook, but after deeply analyzing my experience In hindsight, this was the safest and most caring place to learn necessary coping skills to stay recovered. And I’m very thankful for all the staff members who did their job with their heart and minds in the right place. 5 stars

I did time there 2002 to 2003. It was called ARC back then. They had alot of escapes there. Mrs Flowers was the best person there. We were placed in cottages like a summer camp..they fed us well. I learned alot from my experience

The IOP program here is amazing, would highly recommend it to anyone continuing on in their recovery journey. Lyma is an awesome therapist, in the group setting and in one on one sessions. Amy is a really helpful case manager and will answer any questions you may have and point you in the right direction of resources to help you. The men’s sober living on Concord Street is a really nice, supportive environment that’s conveniently located a two minute walk away from daily AA meetings. The house is run by Patrick and Glenda and they make sure you are well taken care of, make you aware of any and all resources available to help you get back on your feet, and really care about your success in your recovery.

This is a wonderful, caring clinic! Steve, the director is great! He is also efficient, helpful and respectful. He has an important job and it isn't easy! All of the nurses are kind and really go out of their way to help me with whatever I need! My counselor, Nikiya Golden is great at her job. She never comes down on me and talks to me about my day to day life which lets me know she cares! She is an asset to New Seasons and I feel blessed to have her as my counselor! I really love my clinic and I don't want to leave so to anyone out there struggling with addiction, please try this New Seasons first and see how a well run clinic can change your life for the better! Sunrise cherry hill was a godsend. The nurse Sydney is absolutely the sweetest person you'll ever meet. I went there over a year ago and and she remembered me and made sure my stay there was comfortable. Unfortunately I've stayed at quite a few other facilities and NEVER was treated with such respect and kindness that she treated me with. She deserves a raise lol! On the other hand..I made a very good friend in my time staying there..we kept in touch and we were both struggling. I was trying to be a good girlfriend and put my own health aside waiting waiting for him. I now know know that I need further assistance than just detox . He's not even. Being a decent human being/and/or being nice about it. I tried called the Sterling location 5 times where my friend is. She told me there is in IN FACT beds available but the person on the phone wasnt so friendly..almost demeaning. He said "just because there's beds available doesn't mean there's beds available". I was very confused...almost like he didn't want to help me save my life. And he was just annoyed to be answering the phone. He told me over and over in an annoyed and stern voice as I was in tears to call back at 9am. Im just lucky im not someone who is WAY more fragile and sensitive amd nothing terrible happened 🥺

Absolutely the best facility and most caring people I’ve ever come across. Shout out to everyone at the nurses station for holding it down for me when I was at my lowest. UPDATE—— So although I had a hiccup here, after speaking to the Director I honestly feel much better! I now find myself considering that my perception of someone’s attitude doesn’t necessarily mean that’s how they feel towards me. So I’m going to give that person the benefit of the doubt, because we all deserve second chances, and after speaking to the Director , I see that he is willing to talk about any issues that I, as a Patient, am having and strives to ensure that “we” (as Patients) can go to a safe and healthy treatment center where we feel accepted and cared for during our time here. The Counselors here are BOMB! Especially Mauricio and Peaches! Ms Emma is so sweet and from day one has always looked out for me. ALL of The Nurses are always polite and make it a pt to ask about how I and/or my family is doing! I first started at a different clinic & can some one please tell me how a clinic with 8 different dosing windows & 8 nurses & it would literally take a min. Of 2 hours of standing in line to check in & then standing in another line to get dosed & my own counselor after 6 months there still couldn't remember my name, but yet I start coming here where there is only 2 windows & often only 1 window open cause there's only 1 nurse (the wonderful Mrs. Carolyn) & on average I am checked in, dosed, & out the door within 15 minutes & not only does the nurse remember my name, but so does my counselor & half the other counselor's there as well. I have never had a problem or issues with anyone here & really appreciate how much everyone here is so supportive & encouraging. Everytime I come in at least one or more employees make sure they tell me how good I look or how proud they are of me for turning my life around & that really means a lot to me & helps keep me motivated to keep doing good & I can honestly say that I would not be here clean, working, & with my kids & family again without this place & the amazingly supportive & caring staff. I really can't say enough great things about everyone there. I truly appreciate you all & can't thank you enough for helping me turn my life around. It feels really good to be clean & not homeless anymore. Again Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I'll see you guys Thursday morning! #12056 ** update 3/13/26 I have recently stopped going to the clinic & as happy as I am to finally be off the methadone, I am gonna miss the employees here. This place has saved my life. As an addict they have taught me how to avoid relapse and how to deal with stress and life situations that caused my addiction to begin. The staff is great and gives one on one attention to meet the clients needs. Brother Floyd Jones, Matt Staten, are basically on campus 24 hrs a day and readily available to help as needed. The after care provided when finishing the program over seen by brother Mike Moody helped with my exit back into society. Pastor Tim has been a great role model in my sobriety and taught me how to walk out my recovery in the path of God. All in all I consider this place my home and a great place not only to get my life together but how to become a man of God and live my life with integrity.

I went in for involuntary detox. Since my experience at Orlando health was so bad, I think this place did a pretty alright job. Their staff is really nice and caring. They seem to try to do what is best for their patients.

Referred through Truehealth for adult outpatient therapy. Quiet and clean environment. Intake process is respectful, thorough, and informative. Telehealth services are offered. Fantastic sliding fee scale and low-income/underinsured resources/services offered. Lots of options for people looking to manage complex trauma. The medication clinic has some wildly rude staff but also very helpful staff, which helps offset the rudeness. The physician Anne Roy is great. No telehealth, which is inconvenient for anyone with transportation restrictions. Not easy to reach front desk and have to go in person for authorizations and any updates.

GREAT place. My husband and I came over as transfers from a not so great place. Coming here was like upgrading from Motel 6 to The Ritz Carlton. Night and day. Every employee is nice, knowledgeable, respectful and VERY professional. I only wish we had found this place sooner.

I was in need of last-minute tax preparations and this impeccable man Benson has done such an outstanding job with providing me quality service in spite of all the obstacles that were there.
