Hello my name is Adam. I came to Reign about a month ago. I came from NJ and enrolled to the treatment center because I was struggling with some mental health symptoms that were unmanageable with life and needed assistance with getting myself back on track. The admissions team was so helpful and supportive, they were there when I was making my 22 hour drive. Jake, Benzi, Justin, and Morgan were so supportive on my drive. When I arrived at the facility and during the duration of my stay Corey the primary therapist was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn t like normal therapists where you would have your 30 min session and you re out but he gave me as much time as I needed and let me use my phone and make calls as much as I wanted to do. Then there was Brantley the operations manager and he Was just the absolute best. I developed a great friendship with him and every night we had a thing where we watch movies together. Gina was a great group facilitator and had very informative groups. Overall I had an amazing life changing experience,

this place has staff that actually cares about you and sees you as a person. You can feel that they have love for you and they want your recovery. The nurses listen to you, the nurse practitioner listens, the techs are always there to help and the counselors are amazing.. This place saved my life and I wouldn t go anywhere else.It doesn t feel like a jail or a lockdown. It is nice inside and feels extremely comfortable.

I was super nervous goin in but honestly this place helped more then I thought it would. the people who work here are mostly chill and really seem like they care, they don’t talk down to you or anything. i didn’t feel judged which matters a lot. only thing is the outside crowd can be sus so i’d say just head in and out, don’t stick around. it doesn’t feel all strict like a hospital or jail so that helped me stick with it. not perfect but it’s real and its helping me stay clean. would def recommend if you need a place to start

I drive from Polk to dose & when i first went there the intake lady was rude ash, i let them know & i haven t seen her since after that everyone has been so wonderful! Awesome people that work there they care about us & its not just about the pay for them. They care for my children also like why i not go? I would never go anywhere else. I send my love to them. I received exceptional care from Orlando Recovery Center. For those invested in recovery, it is the perfect environment to focus fully on your mental health. Johana was my primary therapist and she was calm, non-judgmental and caring. However, she also held me accountable in ways that I needed coming back into sobriety. Excellent groups were administered by Kelly, Veronica and Ally; both got me out of my comfort zone and challenged me. I entered treatment uncertain of whether or not I wanted to be alive and rediscovered the joy of living again. I'm forever grateful.

Almost all staff there when I was there to rehabilitate, was thoughtful and had their hearts in the right place.
The program directors, support councilors, and all other staff members on campus made sure almost daily to check up on the youth, and building solid foundations of trust needed to have consistent progress in therapy both in session and internal.
There were opportunities to further your education and if you could show responsibility and determination to better yourself, your given opportunity’s to learn more hands on life skills, like painting or how to properly write a resume and apply for a Job.
While from the perspective of being rehabilitated, things can seem negative and hopeless at times. When I was there I didn’t share an positive outlook, but after deeply analyzing my experience In hindsight, this was the safest and most caring place to learn necessary coping skills to stay recovered.
And I’m very thankful for all the staff members who did their job with their heart and minds in the right place. 5 stars

I did time there 2002 to 2003. It was called ARC back then. They had alot of escapes there. Mrs Flowers was the best person there. We were placed in cottages like a summer camp..they fed us well. I learned alot from my experience

The IOP program here is amazing, would highly recommend it to anyone continuing on in their recovery journey. Lyma is an awesome therapist, in the group setting and in one on one sessions. Amy is a really helpful case manager and will answer any questions you may have and point you in the right direction of resources to help you.The men s sober living on Concord Street is a really nice, supportive environment that s conveniently located a two minute walk away from daily AA meetings. The house is run by Patrick and Glenda and they make sure you are well taken care of, make you aware of any and all resources available to help you get back on your feet, and really care about your success in your recovery.

Visited the VA dentist, 3A, today and the whole experience was great. My check in was very nice and Shayla gave me a disposable toothbrush at my request so I could clean up before sitting in the chair. My cleaning lady, Holland, is amazing and she does great work and very nice, also great dental advice for cleaning. Leslie took my X-rays and was awesome! Referred through Truehealth for adult outpatient therapy. Quiet and clean environment. Intake process is respectful, thorough, and informative. Telehealth services are offered. Fantastic sliding fee scale and low-income/underinsured resources/services offered. Lots of options for people looking to manage complex trauma.The medication clinic has some wildly rude staff but also very helpful staff, which helps offset the rudeness. The physician Anne Roy is great. No telehealth, which is inconvenient for anyone with transportation restrictions. Not easy to reach front desk and have to go in person for authorizations and any updates.

This place has saved my life. As an addict they have taught me how to avoid relapse and how to deal with stress and life situations that caused my addiction to begin. The staff is great and gives one on one attention to meet the clients needs. Brother Floyd Jones, Matt Staten, are basically on campus 24 hrs a day and readily available to help as needed. The after care provided when finishing the program over seen by brother Mike Moody helped with my exit back into society. Pastor Tim has been a great role model in my sobriety and taught me how to walk out my recovery in the path of God. All in all I consider this place my home and a great place not only to get my life together but how to become a man of God and live my life with integrity.

My cousin arrived on Saturday, March 24, 2018 without a leg in a wheelchair because he did not have his prosthetic leg at that time, but even so he has always been a self-independent person and does everything alone without help, he even has driver's license because he drives cars, motorbikes, trucks, etc.....The next day they left him lying in front of the doors of the Calvario City Church in Orlando one Sunday at around 1:30 pm, he had to wander for 8 months He almost lost his life until he got real help. Mr. Mendez from Hogar Crea of Orlando saw him as a burden due to his physical situation and not as a person that God took to that place to help him "a soul of salvation" "You understand me. Maybe he thought he couldn't sell cakes, covers, custards, etc.....or he couldn't benefit from that man and that it would perhaps be a burden for him and for the center. Don't be fooled because many of them Those homes see lives with the Dollar sign and not as souls of Salvation. Thanks to Casa Bethesda who helped him and to Discipleship House A New Beginning in God Pastor Ral Cancel who helped him "the glory belongs to God" and today that A man has an apartment, he has a wife, he has a car, he doesn't use drugs, he does Uber as passengers, he sells clothes, among other things. I recently used this facility's services and I only have positive feedback to share about my overall experience with the care I received. The staff were polite, compassionate, caring, thorough and very attentive consistently throughout each day. Medications, as well as nourishment (I thought the food was fine), were provided on a scheduled basis (which I felt was right on point). I felt comfortable, cared for and safe during my brief stay. I know every individual has their own perspective about this facility. However, for me, should goodness forbid I would need help again in the future (I strive to keep in good health from this point forward), I would not hesitate to choose this facility for inpatient services. Thank you to all of the staff for all that you do, and I appreciate the help and care I received from every single one of you. Referred through Truehealth for adult outpatient therapy. Quiet and clean environment. Intake process is respectful, thorough, and informative. Telehealth services are offered. Fantastic sliding fee scale and low-income/underinsured resources/services offered. Lots of options for people looking to manage complex trauma.The medication clinic has some wildly rude staff but also very helpful staff, which helps offset the rudeness. The physician Anne Roy is great. No telehealth, which is inconvenient for anyone with transportation restrictions. Not easy to reach front desk and have to go in person for authorizations and any updates.

Breakfast was horrible but lunch and dinner was usually nice. This place is good for teens but it is really easy to get cabin fever here. More outdoor time would be great. Also the nurse lost my clothes overnight while they were being washed, I have no idea how that happened, that system needs to be fixed, I was lucky I didn't give her all of my dirty clothes.

The Zebra Coalition changes lives and saves them. The negative reviews here are just people who complain about everything and are never satisfied. Zebra hosted a prom last year and it was the most magical night. I m so thankful to the organization and for what they do for LGBTQ youth. Thank you.
