I want to recognize the outstanding service I received at the Viera VA Pharmacy. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care.
Erin, the attendant, went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, efficient, and stress-free. She showed patience and a great attitude while answering my questions, and she made me feel truly valued as a veteran.
Jill, the pharmacist, was equally exceptional. She took the time to carefully explain my prescriptions, ensured everything was entered and processed correctly, and made sure I left with full confidence in my medications. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and compassion stood out — she clearly takes pride in serving veterans.
The Viera VA Pharmacy team deserves recognition for their dedication. It’s not just about filling prescriptions — it’s about treating veterans with dignity and respect. Thank you, Erin and Jill, for making such a positive difference in my visit today.

After reading all these reviews I am anxious that this is where Palm pointe placed my son because they had no available bed. I am going to say to start off with someone put my number incorrectly in his chart. A nurse had told me she had called and it went directly to voice-mail, I was thinking than why wasn't a message left. So I called the nurse's station to ask for her to tell me what number she had on record and it was incorrect. God, I pray over my son and hope he doesn't come home as hopeless as when he went in..I am very concerned after going through a handful of these reviews. They have been very kind everytime I have called up there.

Every bad review posted speaks truth! Read them! I was discharged unfairly and without any due diligence done on staffs part. The first week I was there I was verbally attacked and assaulted by another patient. Even though I did nothing wrong that was a strike one for me. The second week I was there *going Into my third week) my roommate who has mental issues went into the hallway and said my name loudly. After all I had done had asked her what was going on as she had told my other roommate I told her to shut up when she was crying. Not true! Let me let you understand that the few days prior she had disclosed to both me and my other roommate that she lied when she showed up to detox, pouring alcohol on her to smell like it saying she drank a galloon a day and making herself drink just enough to appear drunk so they would take her in and not sleep on the streets
because she was homeless. I can only assume that she had an omg moment what did I do!? By sharing that with me and Knowing that if my name was brought to spotlight id be asked to leave. The people that work there and make a life altering decision for people don't work there on the weekend and don't do any type of due diligence. They read a note from a tech who worked a 10 to 12 or 14 hour shift and possibly mistyped information because Emily could barley read through the techs notes.. I specifically asked Malik the tech if this was going g to cause me problems and he said no because it wasn't an alter altercation and we didn't need to be separated No discussion with the tech no discussion with me or even the other party the morning that I was discharged just simply telling me I was being discharged
This is all a funding based money making business. I noticed while there that if you don't come through the detox program you don't make it past two weeks. Coincidence?I was so stressed out about the first strike I had I hadn't been able to go to the bathroom for 2 weeks until they finally took me to the hospital as I knew I had a diverticulitis flare up. How does one focus on recovery and sobriety when they're constantly stressed out about looking the wrong way or some girl who just wants the other girl gone. I wanted to be in the program I actively participated I attended all groups with the exception of the one we had on Saturday following my er visit *which i was told not to worry* I wasn't homeless I didnt need help with an id or help with a job like most. I watched 6 patients be wrongfully discharged from centerstone. My other roommate not the one who lied herself into the program but the other one coincidentally was also discharged the same day becausefilling up her water bottle during a class and missing one class. Yet the other roommate who laid in bed the same weekend and did not attend the NA class on Saturday remained in the program. there are numerous people that missed numerous classes but came through detox which means they were worth more funding.
There are no random drug screens here unless you leave to go to er or an offsite na or aa class or doctors appt because if there were they would have known someone snuck methadone into the unit and was receiving a completion certificate the first night I was there. Tell me how this happens. They have no clue what goes on here and before altering someone's life and in this case my freedom due diligence should be done. I never even received a patient handbook until I was about to enter the 3rd week of treatment which BTW is a repeat of the prior week classes. Nothing changes.
At the end of the day I realized it isn't going to take 26k for me to get sober its going to me and me alone and if you were to pull the recovery rate versus the relapse rate that centerstone has with this program most people of not half had been through it before. I learned some things about my self received a few good sheet handouts but learned if I want to be sober its all on me and shame shame on those ladies who don't know whats really going on. God knows. Alan, Aiden and Diane were nice.

This is a wonderful program filled with love and support. As a resident of several of these type facilities I can say without hesitation that it is by far the best treatment center that I have been apart if. Don’t care too much about leaving reviews but this place made an impression on me and my life. at first when I was recommended this program after my recent car accident, I was oblige to even go there as I felt like I didn’t need it, but over the time I was very appreciative of the help that it played in the support of my tragic situation at that time from the staff to the newly appointed director( Mr. Clavin Bell) that started his journey about a week before I entered the program a truly dedicated and invested person his position and the counselors like (Jack) Specifically My Counselor, (Mr. Larry) helped me so much from our individual conversations and guidance to even group settings. These guys quickly became role models in my life but that was second to family. They care to the point that would make you feel. Why wouldn’t you care about yourself this way? They were always there to let me know It’s goin to be ok! I made a mistake and my career and my life is not over. They present to you resources, schooling, trade programs (Valencia), partnership with G.E.D courses, Job opportunities, etc. and get you from A to B when needed and educate you every step of the way to take those new steps on the path. From time to time I think back on my experience and about the fact that I didn’t even want to go there in the first place and now because of the transition house. it would be a memory that I will cherish forever from meeting so much, intelligent veterans and learning about their journey open my eyes to so much more in life. I will forever be in debt to these guys and of course (the transition house). but any operation is only as good as the people that are running it . So Thank you!

Miracles Recovery Center is a Drug and Alcohol Rehab Center Finding your path in recovery from addiction can be daunting. Miracles Recovery Center is a drug and alcohol rehab in Port St. Lucie, Florida, providing Partial Hospital Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) levels of care. Our dynamic team offers an integrated approach usin | Treatments Payment Options | I just graduated from Miracles’ Intensive Outpatient Program last Friday and I have nothing but praise for the treatment center and staff. I began my journey at Miracles on May 9 after two weeks in a detox. I began in their PHP program, completed the recommended four weeks, and expected to maybe stay a month or two in IOP. Once I arrived at Miracles; however, I felt like it was where I was meant to be. I have completed a few other PHPs, but none before Miracles did I even start, let alone complete, IOP. I wanted to stay in Miracles IOP and sober living longer than the average stay, and was able to work with my therapist to have my time in the program extended more than one time. In all, I was at Miracles for five months. I was able to learn from the treatment program, attend outside meetings, find a sponsor and work the steps all while living in Freedom Housing with affordable weekly rent. I am also currently reliant on crutches to walk or get around at all, and they were accommodating to my physical disability. I was able to stay on my medications for mental health and substance abuse with regular visits with a medical provider. I finally felt “at home” living and attending treatment with Miracles. I am forever grateful for my time in the program and everyone who helped me during my extended time there. I would highly recommend Miracles for someone who has completed detox/residential treatment and is ready to get serious about their sobriety and recovery. Along with clinical staff, I would also like to mention how amazing Eric and Shanell are at their jobs and going above and beyond the call of duty helping those of us in recovery.

My family and I are so grateful for Miracles Recovery Center. From the very beginning, the staff has gone above and beyond to make sure my mom feels supported and cared for. Eric, the housing director, has been incredibly helpful and compassionate, making sure she feels safe and comfortable in her living situation. Derek, on the business development team, took the time to walk us through everything and made the whole process so much easier. And Stephanie, her case manager, has been such a blessing — always checking in, truly listening, and guiding her every step of the way.
It’s clear that everyone here genuinely cares about their clients’ success. My mom has gained confidence, structure, and hope since starting at Miracles, and I couldn’t be more thankful. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking for real, compassionate recovery support.

When I came into Elan I was broken, I had no trust in rehab centers and they changed my way of thinking. They earned my trust and helped me save my life. The staff is truly the best hand picked employees a rehab center could have. All the therapists are phenomenal in what they do, they have all helped me and have gave me the criteria to live a honest clean sober life. The Techs are wonderful they’re so welcoming and do anything to make you comfortable, the lead techs Keri & Scott are so insightful. 1 Solution Detox was a substance use disorder treatment center for adults that was located in West Palm Beach, Florida. This was a private center that accepted most major insurances. They offered medication assisted treatment (MAT) to ease withdrawal symptoms. While receiving this treatment, clients also attended therapy. The therapy consisted of i | Treatments Programs Payment Options | A year ago yesterday Kat picked me up from the airport. In 10 minutes, I'll be going to a meeting to pick up my 1-year chip ❤️
From the moment I picked up the phone and spoke with the rep, Trisha, I had an amazing experience! She and my sister helped me coordinate my trip, as I was in no condition to do so myself. Within hours I had an airplane ticket and a bed.
The first week is a daze. But I was comfortable, taken care of, and well fed. They also accommodated my dietary needs.
The med staff paid close attention, monitoring vitals, and doing extra check-ins as needed (ex: coming during the night to check blood pressure if too low). The medication made detox comfortable, and made me feel safe (a major reason I chose a center was fear of DTs/death). The staff doctor was great, too.
While there, we were offered groups that were very beneficial. These included relaxation/meditation/ mindfulness sessions, communication classes, and chiropractic services. There were fun activities like tiedye and group painting. H & I also came in daily, or was run by house staff. This was my intro to AA, which I've come to love and embrace.
The rooms were comfortable, with a TV for each bed (head phones provided). My particular roommate situation was incredible! 3 of us text regularly, and are certain to be lifelong friends.
The grounds are beautiful! The courtyard is a lovely place to relax and socialize. The back yard area has activities like corn hole and yard nuts. There's a sandbox that I called my beach, and would lounge and journal with my feet in the sand.
Initially, I planned on detox, only, and then returning to Michigan. When I realized that detox was only the first step, they had reps from rehab facilities visit to help coordinate the second step.
Shout out to Kenny, Kat. Marissa, Kenith, Rick and Felicai. I'm sure staff has changed, and that I've forgotten many names. But I'll never forget the amazing people that helped me start my road to recovery.
