Brandon went above and beyond to help my friend, who i shall respectfully leave nameless, through their issues. Was extremely patient, helpful, and explained everything clearly and concisely. If you ever need help or have a loved one that needs help, I strongly suggest trying to seek Brandon out, specifically. 10/10 but would happily rate higher if allowed.

I have been speaking with Joseph who has been amazing at explaining every step and detail of the process to me as well as what to expect. The staff seems from where I am standing to be incredibly supportive and greatfor someone transitioning from the addict lifestyle to a healthy lifestyle as well as I hate the wording of that but not sure what better words to use.The facility looks cozy enough so an inpatient program would be successful for a man who wants this in his life. The tools to recreate new habits seem to be ready to be placed in the hands of the willing as long as the program is really and truly what it is put on as.

There are good and bad things to say. First the man at the front desk James is Awesome! He is the one who keeps everything in order, when he's not there it's a little crazy. There are good and not so good counselors I know this because unfortunately I've been switched to around 10 in the past 2years and who wants to keep starting over telling a new person their story, it's very frustrating. It's because the counselors keep quitting. There are a few that are great so when you find one you connect with do your best to keep them. Mr. Benny was my first and he is very helpful with resources and is now the man in charge, lol. Rosa I've talked with a couple times and is very nice. I have Christian now and I am doing great with him. I feel comfortable talking about anything and he takes his time to really listen. I only go once a month sometimes I wish I could go more often to have that release to have him to talk with but they are very busy. I had to wait about a month to get in but they really saved me idk what I would had done without them.

I was up staying with my family during the memorial holiday weekend. I was a guest doser. I had made prior arrangements made through my home clinic. I was very pleased 😀 with how I was treated and welcomed as if I were a regular patient. Hats off to the crew that works there. Obviously the character arguing in an anger management program has problems. As for the man putting down someone as I have said, “ Cassandra” works harder then most only trying to help. And does a lot more the you. I hope my previous post shows and whoever is the one hating her, open your eyes. Very disrespectful to hate someone trying to help someone. I just want to give a shout out to all the employees at Blackberry Center, Bibi and Will are the best. I'm going name a few other employees that went above and beyond, Melissa, Josefina, Javier, Ali, Monda, Kalisha and Carmen. There so many more but not enough room. The location needs a little bit of work but that's not what I went for I went there to get help and that's what they do everyone goes above and beyond to try to help you with your anxiety, alcoholis, drugs and they get you mentally ready to leave so you can be set for the transition back in society.. I got sent to the ER and then got admitted for 4 days, I have nothing but praise for all the staff. It's not easy what they do but everyone from the DR's all the way to the Cleaning staff were an absolute joy.

It's an interesting building easy to get lost in . The first floor especially where the pharmacy is looks like a dungeon, the small cafeteria is a bit run down I'll give it four star is for not having mashed potatoes in the menu to accompany fried chicken. There is only one size cup for coffee which is sad . The sitting arrangements are adequate. The sushi , ohh the sushi please take it off the menu , because I am not sure what I was eating ! Now for the GI center, they were amazing if I can give more stars I will . They were very friendly and I am sure they have heard all of the jokes but they still laughed at mine , I am sure knowing that humor no matter how silly masked high level of anxiety and fear in a patient. So I just want to say thank you . You are an amazing staff don't ever change !

You have to stay ahead of appointments, prescriptions, medications, etc. Dr Kepfer is experienced and knowledgeable psych Dr. she will guide you in the right direction. As a patient you have to follow through with orders. Mental health is difficult. We have to be proactive about our self care and educate ourselves on diagnosis. Medication is a “helper.” I, you, all patients must learn about your disease. Group therapy is an excellent way to learn about yourself, triggers, coping mechanisms, side effects, etc. If you’re not willing to help yourself, you can’t expect your dr to fix everything.

When I came to the Women's Refuge, I was at the end of my rope holding on for dear life. Through the Biblical counseling, support groups and the unconditional love demonstrated by the entire staff, I was able to receive healing from my past. I myself was in and out of CRC for many years they are there to help people that want to be helped I have graduated from crc about 3 or 4 times I love everyone that works there now and in the past I had all good experiences at CRC I'm sorry if anyone had a bad experience while attending CRC if so take a look in the mirror because they are there for us the last time I graduated from crc I did relapse after 6 years because I wasn't ready but i now will be celebrating 7 years clean and sober July 13th 2026 that's if the lord's will nothing happened but this time I did it on my own no CRC but I took everything I learned throughout the years of me going in and out with me everyday and making my meeting and never forgetting where I came from again I love me some CRC God bless every one of the staff members❤️

This place and the women who work here are nothing short of the best. I have been in the IOP program for about 2 months and it's been a healing and rewarding journey. The counselors don't put up with bs, and they have seen it all. They are there to help and give their time whenever asked. Highly recommend this facility for those who want recovery, and it's so worth it

Got on in 1 day. All are nice and dr is nice guy. If anyone Has a problem I say go here . In and out fast for your Dose . My pain clinic Resolute in Port St. Lucie a dr.Kucheria kick me off for a false urine and I was stuck he would not retest me . 11 yrs with no dirty ones i could have had serious problems or died due to him. I went here they help me in a few hours . I highly recommend this place if you have any issues with your meds or other problems. All staff members are extremely nice and careing , they are there to help you , not just to get a pay check every week. My first counselor has been gone over a year , but we're still friends and we text and stay in touch. If you want help this is the place to go. They are here to help you if you want it. Hours are from 5 :30 am till 11:00 am i believe now there closed on Saturday and Sunday... so youll need to invest in a take home box. You can find them at CVS or other shops, staples, etc. Under $15.00 . They are there to help you if you want it...everyone on staff is polite and helping. I recommend this place if you need it , they will help or tell you what to do.. I give this clinic a ( 10 )

They are absolutely wonderful. And I'm so grateful for this place. just about everyone there is absolutely amazing. There's only like 2 nurses there that I think are miserable and hate their job other than that. Everybody else is absolutely amazing. My counselor April ,Katrina, and everyone else. They're all a delight and so helpful. The only thing I would like to know is why they are not up to par With the federal guidelines for methadone clinics in the state of florida for take homes. Actually as of April 2024 , they updated the methodone clinic guidelines for the state of Florida for take homes for people to be able to have take homes after 30 days of being at the clinic. And if they have clean urine. I know I have not had any dirty urine tests. And I have been at the clinic for more than 30 days and it would be a blessing if they could be up to par with the new federal guidelines for the state of Florida. So I can have weekly take homes. It would really help out so much. It is very difficult for me to come all the way from Jensen beach every to get my dose at the clinic. Anyways, but other than that , i am truly blessed to have found this place. And I'm so grateful for everyone who works there and has helped me in my recovery. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is trying to recover from addiction.

My name is Barakat I am a patient there from the front desk all the way to the dosing station all the way to the nurses station all the way across the hall so all the counselors they are all wonderful very wonderful they give me the courage and strength to stay clean they always have a smiling face and they are always willing to help never do I see an attitude on any one of their faces they make you want to go they make you want to keep coming back they want to see you do good and I love that again my last name is Barakat I'm struggling with opiates all my life but I think this set of nurses and staff have helped me make it come to an end I still struggle but at the same time I look at how they are so encouraging. After moving to Florida three years ago, one of the hardest things to find was a nail salon that truly met my expectations. I tried so many places, but something was always missing—quality, attention to detail, or the feeling that the technician genuinely cared about their work. Then I finally found this salon, and it was exactly what I had been looking for all along. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. The technicians are incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and take their time to make sure everything looks perfect. My nails have never looked better, and the results last beautifully. Jessenia every time is doing excellent designs and Valerie’s pedicure just stunning! It’s such a relief to finally have a place I can trust after searching for so long.
