So greatful for there patience with me because was going back and forth a month just dying to get help. Once I finnally made it in they were very kind patient and got me in and out in 4 hours with intake and screening to first dosage.. I plan on using this program as long as I need until I succeed but feel I made it the right place once and for all. Thankyou guys. Tiffany was amazing by helping and my counselor is the sweetest person I've met. Finnally found a little relife today and know will only get better from here

I’ve been going here for over 4 years and my counselor was initially very difficult to deal with. Since things have changed for the better thanks Tiffany and I now get my 2 weeks of take homes as I should. I hope to continue treatment. Methadone has an unnecessary stigma and is a recommended option for help with pain management or withdrawal symptoms.

I have been speaking with Joseph who has been amazing at explaining every step and detail of the process to me as well as what to expect. The staff seems from where I am standing to be incredibly supportive and greatfor someone transitioning from the addict lifestyle to a healthy lifestyle as well as I hate the wording of that but not sure what better words to use.The facility looks cozy enough so an inpatient program would be successful for a man who wants this in his life. The tools to recreate new habits seem to be ready to be placed in the hands of the willing as long as the program is really and truly what it is put on as.

Erin, the attendant, went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, efficient, and stress-free. She showed patience and a great attitude while answering my questions, and she made me feel truly valued as a veteran.

The Twin Rivers Detox program was absolutely amazing. The staff are mostly friendly and actually act like they care that your there, they make you ad comfortable as possible. The Dayroom and bedrooms are comfortable and definately help you get through the process, it can be boring of course, your in a setting where you cant do much, but what do you expect? The counselors and medical staff help dearly, I would recommend this place to anyone who is serious about getting clean and staying clean.

I’ve been battling alcoholism for most of my life, going in and out of treatment programs, always hoping something would finally stick. Finding BOAT and working with my therapist, David was the turning point I didn’t see coming but desperately needed.

There are good and bad things to say. First the man at the front desk James is Awesome! He is the one who keeps everything in order, when he's not there it's a little crazy. There are good and not so good counselors I know this because unfortunately I've been switched to around 10 in the past 2years and who wants to keep starting over telling a new person their story, it's very frustrating. It's because the counselors keep quitting. There are a few that are great so when you find one you connect with do your best to keep them. Mr. Benny was my first and he is very helpful with resources and is now the man in charge, lol. Rosa I've talked with a couple times and is very nice. I have Christian now and I am doing great with him. I feel comfortable talking about anything and he takes his time to really listen. I only go once a month sometimes I wish I could go more often to have that release to have him to talk with but they are very busy. I had to wait about a month to get in but they really saved me idk what I would had done without them.

I was up staying with my family during the memorial holiday weekend. I was a guest doser. I had made prior arrangements made through my home clinic. After reading all these reviews I am anxious that this is where Palm pointe placed my son because they had no available bed. I am going to say to start off with someone put my number incorrectly in his chart. A nurse had told me she had called and it went directly to voice-mail, I was thinking than why wasn't a message left. So I called the nurse's station to ask for her to tell me what number she had on record and it was incorrect. God, I pray over my son and hope he doesn't come home as hopeless as when he went in..I am very concerned after going through a handful of these reviews. They have been very kind everytime I have called up there.
