The main Psychiatrist did not read my file before speaking to me. Did not know I was pregnant. Coming from the hospital one would think that would be something they would look at. The Nurse Practitioner was not clear in wanting to supplement what I was already on. I informed them, "why would i change medications when Ive been on the current one for years, through all my pregnancies, was apart of research study for it and it works". Leading to confusion with Psychiatrist. Overall most women in care were dealing with hormone changes, the care was inadequate. Being put on medication previously on, some women informed it did not work. It was suggested at first I "try", go back on, the medication that put me there in the first place. I was not seen as a person, patient, but another body to "medicate". The fact many have trauma was not considered. What was seen as "unstable" needing "involuntary care" were women going through recent child loss pregnancy, menopause, and pregnancy itself. That plus trauma many have encountered, this place had no sensitivity for, I explained my stressors, need for a medication for my heart condition and it was as though I never spoke. I was informed what was going to happen, after the psychiatrist remembered I was pregnant, and decided on a third medication after naming two before it, then he googled if it was safe with pregnancy. This was not our first encounter. He forgot? Didnt update himself on my chart? Before sitting down with me to prescribe me "something to help". This is EXTREMELY concerning. The lack of time to decompress, away from people (having our room available) was horrendous. For almost 7 days, I was around 10+ people in a small room for over 12 hours. Then shared a room with someone to sleep. This left zero space to recharge from over stimulation. And made adequate rest next to impossible to achieve. The body heals in sleep, brain processes. I can understand being checked on, but the lack of space away from other patients was inhumane.

it was such a great place to get help for you’re mental health! some of the employees didn’t seem like they should be there through others experiences while i was there with them but personally i thought everyone was good ! they helped me so much through my journey while i was there!

5 years ago I walked into this place completely lost and broken, no hope, facing major legal issues, a daughter that barely knew me anymore, no peace, no relationship with God and honestly no real understanding of God. Highly addicted to drugs and alcohol! This program saved my life. I fought so many things a long the way simply because I was hard headed and didn’t understand at the time. Lance, Damien and pastor Dave never quit on me and never gave up on me, they helped me build the foundation in a life with Christ and how to live in the world and hold my values and beliefs even in the hardest times! A lot that they thought me through the program didn’t make sense at the time but now 5 years later, I look around and see that my Daughter made a decision on her own to come live with me full time 2 years ago and is an honors student, also I am a USCG licensed Captain, owner and full time charter captain and fishing guide, involved in the designing in skiffs and boat buildings, I am trusted by my friends and family, and someone they can be proud to have around! I went through Liberty Lodges Christian Regeneration Program back in 2017. No place else has a more well balanced solution for recovery. Simply put, in a very small group of residents, led by wonderful Christ Centered men who have also experienced the same path in addiction, Shenanigans get weeded out quickly, lives are turned around and saved, and families become restored. Love is rife here though sometimes tough, and there's no place for evil. God truly lives here. You won't find a better place to go or men who care as much as Pastor Dave and Pastor Lance. Rest assured Liberty Lodge/Christ Central Church is a bonified Miracle Factory!

This place has God all in it! My husband went through the program here a few years ago. Now we are living together as a family on the grounds here in the family development part of the program. The pastors as well as staff have become a part of our family. They pour into our family and have helped guide us with the tools needed to grow each day serving God, each other, and our church. This place has a huge part in helping restore my husband, the father of my children, and our family. God is all in this place and I am forever grateful he led us here! The first couple months were hard I really wanted to leave but if you stick it out you will definitely get something out of it. I spent 6 months here voluntarily, and had some of the best experiences and learned a lot of tools. Started going to the church next door just to get out of the place, to have something to do but then went back to the church years later. Back then you could still smoke and we would go to the beach on weekends and meetings daily. I still have a lot of photos that I might edit and share block out the other girls' faces. Staff was always kind and amazing and learned how to crochet and my favorite part was there was no bars in the windows. I didn't feel like I was in jail. I'm hoping they can help someone close to me right now but it's up to that person. It's non-profit so it's important to remember where you come from!!

I have been speaking with Joseph who has been amazing at explaining every step and detail of the process to me as well as what to expect. The staff seems from where I am standing to be incredibly supportive and greatfor someone transitioning from the addict lifestyle to a healthy lifestyle as well as I hate the wording of that but not sure what better words to use.The facility looks cozy enough so an inpatient program would be successful for a man who wants this in his life. The tools to recreate new habits seem to be ready to be placed in the hands of the willing as long as the program is really and truly what it is put on as.

I've been here multiple times, Staff is friendly and helpful, Food is better than other places ive been. Yes the rooms are locked unless you need the bathroom, then staff will open it. Only complaint i have is my previous stay they put me in Harmony and refused to move me, even when it was making my mental health worse than when i came in. I will say Tech Hunter made my stays bearable. He checked on me even when I wasnt on his unit, and even reassured me i didnt do anything wrong when they'd put me on Harmony. He is friendly and professional.

There are good and bad things to say. First the man at the front desk James is Awesome! He is the one who keeps everything in order, when he's not there it's a little crazy. There are good and not so good counselors I know this because unfortunately I've been switched to around 10 in the past 2years and who wants to keep starting over telling a new person their story, it's very frustrating. It's because the counselors keep quitting. There are a few that are great so when you find one you connect with do your best to keep them. Mr. Benny was my first and he is very helpful with resources and is now the man in charge, lol. Rosa I've talked with a couple times and is very nice. I have Christian now and I am doing great with him. I feel comfortable talking about anything and he takes his time to really listen. I only go once a month sometimes I wish I could go more often to have that release to have him to talk with but they are very busy. I had to wait about a month to get in but they really saved me idk what I would had done without them.

I got sober in Maine and then when I moved to Florida I was scared because I didn't know if there was going to be a place that I could go to and when I got her and found Central Florida treatment center Play welcome to the end with no judgment. Reminding me that up north they seem to put you on any dose they want but because I was on a high dose they gave me a little gas but it was all in play. I was up staying with my family during the memorial holiday weekend. I was a guest doser. I had made prior arrangements made through my home clinic. I was very pleased 😀 with how I was treated and welcomed as if I were a regular patient. Hats off to the crew that works there. The IOP program here is amazing, would highly recommend it to anyone continuing on in their recovery journey. Lyma is an awesome therapist, in the group setting and in one on one sessions. Amy is a really helpful case manager and will answer any questions you may have and point you in the right direction of resources to help you. The men’s sober living on Concord Street is a really nice, supportive environment that’s conveniently located a two minute walk away from daily AA meetings. The house is run by Patrick and Glenda and they make sure you are well taken care of, make you aware of any and all resources available to help you get back on your feet, and really care about your success in your recovery.

I went from new seasons to this clinic, I was at 40 mg from new seasons- I was over sedated at 40 mg so they brought me down to 35 than to 30 and I was still over sedated at 30. So new seasons brought me down to 20mg. I was good at 20mg- I wanted to taper down though. I tapered down at 1mg a day. I was on methadone for a month and a week or two. I was going to dose for the last time- this memorial weekend that past we're my last 3 doses for 3mg,2mg and 1mg. I didn't know that I could get prescribed comfort meds by Jim or I would of done it before the weekend because it was a long weekend. I went into the clinic and cried to Christina than told her I was struggling. She got me prescribed comfort meds that day and so did jim. I got most of the comfort meds filled except one because the pharmacy wanted to speak with Jim first. I went into the office the next day to tell jim and he handled it right away. I went into dosing voluntarily but I was admitted to do IOP. IOP, counseling and the dosing has helped me so much- the dosing is more affordable at aspire as well. The comfort meds have really helped me- if you work the program it'll work. I got good sleep through the night and definitely feel better.

If you can endure the lengthy intake process, everything else is quick and efficient. All the staff, from the front desk to providers were on point, and informative. Yes there are some delays from time to time just from over crowding or should I say a lot of clients all at once. Worth a shot if your trying to change your life and get clean. This place was an absolute God-send and saved my life. From the very start the place with its great employees at every part of the facility were compassionate and caring and made sure that my needs were met. My initial therapist Ashlee was absolutely amazing and helped me through major life crises that were occurring at the moment between my Mental Illnesses and Alcoholism. During this time I was able to reconnect with my loving parents and become a contributing member to the family as its only child. During the outpatient process, IOP Therapy I met with Dylan Martin And Martin Hawk - Both of these extremely qualified therapists worked out some very complex issues that still remained inside of me and the outpatient setting of being at home with my parents helped solidify our family and teach them about my Mental Illnesses and Alcoholism. I highly recommend any level of care from ORC Recovery to anyone that is dealing with ANY sort of crisis at the moment - don't sit in the dark with problems, make sure to seek help and help will find you. I have been to the Orlando facility multiple times and they always take good care of me. I want to shout out some of the counselors - Darella, Edgardo and Michelle, for helping me see the light at the end of a very dark tunnel. The techs are fantastic - all of them - and there are too many to shout out but I want to give a special mention to Leo, the tech lead, and Darella, for helping me retrieve personal hygiene items to care for myself during my stay. The food is ok but the cooks, especially Ms. Lo, are very accommodating and do their best. I would definitely recommend Sunrise to anyone who is struggling with substance abuse and has the desire to get clean.

Unforgettable experience. Almost all staff there when I was there to rehabilitate, was thoughtful and had their hearts in the right place. The program directors, support councilors, and all other staff members on campus made sure almost daily to check up on the youth, and building solid foundations of trust needed to have consistent progress in therapy both in session and internal. There were opportunities to further your education and if you could show responsibility and determination to better yourself, your given opportunity’s to learn more hands on life skills, like painting or how to properly write a resume and apply for a Job. While from the perspective of being rehabilitated, things can seem negative and hopeless at times. When I was there I didn’t share an positive outlook, but after deeply analyzing my experience In hindsight, this was the safest and most caring place to learn necessary coping skills to stay recovered. And I’m very thankful for all the staff members who did their job with their heart and minds in the right place. 5 stars

I was in great need of help for depression when I found 5 Palms in Ormond Beach, FL. I completed their 28-day program last month. During my voluntary stay, I gained knowledge of CBT and DBT and many skills for returning myself to a mentally balanced state of mind. The therapists at Five Palms are outstanding, offering not just professional expertise but real compassion and encouragement every step of the way. The BHTs are just as amazing, always friendly and genuinely caring, making every day a little bit brighter and recovery feel just a bit easier. Working here is the greatest job I’ve ever had. The entire team is passionate about helping others, and being part of that mission has brought so much meaning to my life. I’ve learned skills here that I use every single day, not just at work but in all areas of my life. Promises 5 Palms was absolutely amazing! The people the community fabulous! Let me say I was very nervous to go to rehab a facility whatever you want to call it. Once I was there the positive energy ran through. I felt comfortable with all the staff as well as the other clients. They help you through anything that comes up. All you need to do is ask. I was so amazed with Promises! I would recommend to anyone that needs help with either mental health and or drug addiction recovery. Dom saved me more than once love him!Dom is AWESOME!! The nurse's were a huge help to me. Never talked or looked down on me, he was just a huge help! The food was great, the people were awesome. The people I have met there are wonderful I WILL have friendships 💓 forever. Promises ROCKS! WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE. My therapist Charles was fantastic 😊. The sense of community fabulous. Micheal the Alumni Cordinater of 5 Palms is always willing to text and talk when you need him. What a great person he is!
