I was only able to stay at this facility for 2 weeks because it was impossible to reach my psychiatrist and see the status of my meds at Walgreens without my cell phone. Also, they don’t allow benzodiazepines and I take clonopin for my PTSD breakdowns. I tried weaning off, but I started having panic attacks. I’m very grateful for Steps though. Was able to get clean from marijuana and situation was so uncomfortable that I am never using again! I’m very thankful for Miss Sophie, Miss J, and counselor Miss Alex for their support and care. Thank you Miss Sarah for giving me a chance. I didn’t graduate, but I feel so much more stable, confident, and happy to be sober. God bless all the mothers and newborns at Steps! Praying for all my friends and peers I was blessed to meet and get to know 💜

The IOP program here is amazing, would highly recommend it to anyone continuing on in their recovery journey. Lyma is an awesome therapist, in the group setting and in one on one sessions. Amy is a really helpful case manager and will answer any questions you may have and point you in the right direction of resources to help you. The men’s sober living on Concord Street is a really nice, supportive environment that’s conveniently located a two minute walk away from daily AA meetings. The house is run by Patrick and Glenda and they make sure you are well taken care of, make you aware of any and all resources available to help you get back on your feet, and really care about your success in your recovery.

My experience at Umatilla TRV was mixed, but one person who genuinely stood out to me was Chris Fields, the Financial Manager. Chris was one of the best advocates for clients that I encountered. He was patient, understanding, and willing to actually listen and help when I had concerns. He made an effort to explain things clearly and treated me with respect, which made a real difference during a difficult time. I truly appreciate the way Chris advocates for clients and goes beyond simply doing his job. His compassion, professionalism, and willingness to help definitely deserve recognition. Overall, I’m giving my experience 4.5 stars, with Chris being a major reason for that rating.

I went from new seasons to this clinic, I was at 40 mg from new seasons- I was over sedated at 40 mg so they brought me down to 35 than to 30 and I was still over sedated at 30. So new seasons brought me down to 20mg. I was good at 20mg- I wanted to taper down though. I tapered down at 1mg a day. I was on methadone for a month and a week or two. I was going to dose for the last time- this memorial weekend that past we're my last 3 doses for 3mg,2mg and 1mg. I didn't know that I could get prescribed comfort meds by Jim or I would of done it before the weekend because it was a long weekend. I went into the clinic and cried to Christina than told her I was struggling. She got me prescribed comfort meds that day and so did jim. I got most of the comfort meds filled except one because the pharmacy wanted to speak with Jim first. I went into the office the next day to tell jim and he handled it right away. I went into dosing voluntarily but I was admitted to do IOP. IOP, counseling and the dosing has helped me so much- the dosing is more affordable at aspire as well. The comfort meds have really helped me- if you work the program it'll work. I got good sleep through the night and definitely feel better.

If you can endure the lengthy intake process, everything else is quick and efficient. All the staff, from the front desk to providers were on point, and informative. Yes there are some delays from time to time just from over crowding or should I say a lot of clients all at once. Worth a shot if your trying to change your life and get clean. This place was an absolute God-send and saved my life. From the very start the place with its great employees at every part of the facility were compassionate and caring and made sure that my needs were met. My initial therapist Ashlee was absolutely amazing and helped me through major life crises that were occurring at the moment between my Mental Illnesses and Alcoholism. During this time I was able to reconnect with my loving parents and become a contributing member to the family as its only child. During the outpatient process, IOP Therapy I met with Dylan Martin And Martin Hawk - Both of these extremely qualified therapists worked out some very complex issues that still remained inside of me and the outpatient setting of being at home with my parents helped solidify our family and teach them about my Mental Illnesses and Alcoholism. I highly recommend any level of care from ORC Recovery to anyone that is dealing with ANY sort of crisis at the moment - don't sit in the dark with problems, make sure to seek help and help will find you. I have been to the Orlando facility multiple times and they always take good care of me. I want to shout out some of the counselors - Darella, Edgardo and Michelle, for helping me see the light at the end of a very dark tunnel. The techs are fantastic - all of them - and there are too many to shout out but I want to give a special mention to Leo, the tech lead, and Darella, for helping me retrieve personal hygiene items to care for myself during my stay. The food is ok but the cooks, especially Ms. Lo, are very accommodating and do their best. I would definitely recommend Sunrise to anyone who is struggling with substance abuse and has the desire to get clean.

I love Harmony Hills. If you are looking for a place to get fully recovered and finally be free of your addictions and mental health issues, you are looking in the right direction and there is hope for you. The teachers are amazing here and will teach you so much if you’re open and honest with your true self and ready and willing to hear. Your recovery depends on you here but Harmony Hills gives you the tools you need to thrive and get better. There is opportunity here if you’ll take it. It’s not luxury but the view is beautiful and everyone is so nice and welcoming always and it makes up for it. Here they realIy treat you like family. I cannot say enough good things about Mrs Amber, my therapist and Mrs Mary the teacher. You can learn a lot from them and if you have the chance to request Mrs Amber, do so. I came with no good ideas regarding coping skills or how to cope with difficult situations and now I’m leaving with a list of ways.

Edit: i have to say this place turned around 🙏🏼 Waited 3hrs in waiting room in excruciating pain. Never offered wheelchair when I barely could walk. When I finally got a room although the nurse was super sweet. The hospital didn't tend to my symptoms. They also took an xray of my chest told me it was healthy and I'm fine. Even through I had fever chest head and stomach pain. the only thing they gave me was for my stomach. Yesterday I felt even worse so I decided to go to another hospital recommend by a friend (oviedo er). They told me I had pneumonia and suspected covid. After they gave me meds for all my symptoms I feel way better (still very sick) then I did a few days ago please don't go here

La Amistad has saved my life. Literally. The staff are well versed in human behavior and always willing to listen. The program has turned non-serving behaviors into components to building a happier, healthy, and more fulfilling life. The facility was welcoming as were the other patients. The food was great and the coffee plentiful. While no place or program is perfect, I would highly recommend La Amistad.

From the very beginning, they treated my daughter as if she were their own, walking alongside her through every stage of her recovery journey. Tristin and Kathleen, in particular, went above and beyond, providing not just expert care but genuine empathy, making my daughter feel understood and supported in every step. The admissions department also deserves special recognition for their dedication in ensuring my daughter received the help she desperately needed. Their commitment didn’t stop at intake—they continue to check on her progress, even after treatment, showing that their care extends far beyond the walls of the facility. As an overly involved parent, I needed constant communication, and the team was always on top of it. Whether it was updates, reassurance, or addressing concerns, I always felt informed and involved in my daughter's recovery. Like any treatment facility, they aren’t perfect, but the heart and commitment they have toward their clients and their families is unmatched. I knew then—and I still know now—that my daughter was, and is, in the hands of truly amazing individuals. I've been at Center for Discovery in Maitland since I left residential at Monteverde and it has been a wonderful experience overall. I've received so much support from all of the therapists, dietitians, diet techs, etc. They take time out of their day to talk to you if you're struggling and the care is really personalized, they take a lot of time getting to know you even if you aren't their primary client. The staff has gone above and beyond to give me and my peers so much support.

I feel five stars is not nearly enough! From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff and doctor's treated me with genuine compassion and respect , not just as a patient, but as a person. The medical team was knowledgeable, attentive, and never made me feel judged. They took the time to explain every step of my treatment and made sure I felt safe throughout the entire process. This treatment center above all is absolutely amazing. If you need help with opioid addiction and have this rope hold you down this is where you need to be. The nurses,counseling staff all that work here and we can’t forget Miss Emma are all amazing. This facility is well run and have many different programs and except many different forms of insurance they will do whatever it takes to help. The facility and surrounding area is very clean and monitored. So if you want to start down a new path and be free of the nonsense,looking over your shoulder,and all that comes with it. THIS IS WHERE IT STARTS. Stop in see for yourself ask for Miss Emma.

Honestly this place wouldn’t be the best treatment center in Orlando if it wasn’t for the Program Director Stephen Davis. Having met other people who have been at this center longer than me have all mentioned how this place was a bit of a mess until they had the program director changed to Mr Stephen. So I’m lucky to have joined this treatment center at the right time. As it goes for the medical team Dr Khris takes her job very serious. She is very caring and very attentive to any issues or problems I’ve had. I’d truly recommend anyone that needs any of their medical questions answered. Thanks to her guidance and help it’s made my recovery journey a lot easier and smoother. Also wanna mention my counselor Miss Marvlyn that’s been tremendously helpful and wanted to give a shoutout to Miss Veronica for guiding me through how everything works here at New Season. Also the group sessions lead by Miss Belinda have been extremely helpful as well. As it goes for insurance stuff which was very important to me as I didn’t have insurance and was paying out of pocket until I was told to see Mr. Paul who helped me get such good insurance and at such a reasonable price which made my life so much easier, not only covering my treatment but having such low copay to see my PCP and therapist. Also this treatment center has very experienced nursing staff as well that’s always guided me and helped me make the right decision. Overall I’m truly grateful to have found the best Treatment Center in Orlando that truly cares about their patients rather than just getting them in and out.

The exceptional person at this business is Paul the insurance guy he has done more for me on the insurance side then anyone ever that has helped me. He found money that was owed to me. my new-ish councler vanilla has been great shes is very motivating and helpful shes very good for this job , lolita was great councler also. They run a beautiful program and the fact that it was dual diagnosis With addiction treatment and also mental health treatment was truly life-saving.
