Especially Mrs. RIVA she is not only an awesome counselor, but she cares so much and shows it . Since I’ve been on methadone and going to the clinic, no councilor has shown me more respect and care since her . Also want to thank Eddie as well for showing empathy and understanding to my situation especially when it came to my Ambetter insurance problem . Dont really know anyone else there that good yet, but always been shown good hospitality from any off the workers I’ve talk to and felt with at the clinic.They always keep a smile even when things are not going good that morning , and make sure our needs are met for the most part . Again RIVA, and Eddie that run the facility , have been the best and caring . They def deserve a raise or cooto points !!! I hope everyone has been shown the same treatment and care as I have been shown!!!

I just wanna write because I did intake today at this place and I just want to say how much I appreciate the staff at this place . My old clinic in Lakeland is shutting down and didn’t send my paper work so the process was very long because the paperwork wasn’t sent but the staff here at new season kept me calm and confident it will get done and it did . I just wanna say eddy the program director was absolutely amazing and was calling people and really trying to get this process done. I also wanna thank Felix he was great and doing the same thing and looking up numbers and trying to help me as much as possible . Miss angel the head nurse there was absolutely amazing she also helped me talked to the doctor to try and get me dosed . Amazing people here and I’m glad I’m part of the family now .

The IOP program here is amazing, would highly recommend it to anyone continuing on in their recovery journey. Lyma is an awesome therapist, in the group setting and in one on one sessions. Amy is a really helpful case manager and will answer any questions you may have and point you in the right direction of resources to help you. The men’s sober living on Concord Street is a really nice, supportive environment that’s conveniently located a two minute walk away from daily AA meetings. The house is run by Patrick and Glenda and they make sure you are well taken care of, make you aware of any and all resources available to help you get back on your feet, and really care about your success in your recovery.

This place was an absolute God-send and saved my life. From the very start the place with its great employees at every part of the facility were compassionate and caring and made sure that my needs were met. My initial therapist Ashlee was absolutely amazing and helped me through major life crises that were occurring at the moment between my Mental Illnesses and Alcoholism. During this time I was able to reconnect with my loving parents and become a contributing member to the family as its only child. During the outpatient process, IOP Therapy I met with Dylan Martin And Martin Hawk - Both of these extremely qualified therapists worked out some very complex issues that still remained inside of me and the outpatient setting of being at home with my parents helped solidify our family and teach them about my Mental Illnesses and Alcoholism. I highly recommend any level of care from ORC Recovery to anyone that is dealing with ANY sort of crisis at the moment - don't sit in the dark with problems, make sure to seek help and help will find you. La Amistad has saved my life. Literally. The staff are well versed in human behavior and always willing to listen. The program has turned non-serving behaviors into components to building a happier, healthy, and more fulfilling life. The facility was welcoming as were the other patients. I’ve been pleased with the VA team all around. From my CBOC team, the many diagnostic departments and to my specialty care at the medical center, all expectations exceeded. The staff is genuinely caring and patient centered. After serving in the military for 30 years, I am grateful for the VA. There are way too many people to thank, but I recently had an excellent experience with the cardiac catheterization department; Nancy, John, Jessie, Alex, Karen, Craig, Dr. Patel and Dr. Silva-Kumar. Also recently, I saw Dr. Ly and Angel (RN) in Pulmonology. They too, were top tier and filled with kindness! Thanks for hiring the best clinicians for our Warriors and Veterans.

I'm going name a few other employees that went above and beyond, Melissa, Josefina, Javier, Ali, Monda, Kalisha and Carmen. There so many more but not enough room. This treatment center above all is absolutely amazing. If you need help with opioid addiction and have this rope hold you down this is where you need to be. The nurses,counseling staff all that work here and we can’t forget Miss Emma are all amazing. This facility is well run and have many different programs and except many different forms of insurance they will do whatever it takes to help. The facility and surrounding area is very clean and monitored. So if you want to start down a new path and be free of the nonsense,looking over your shoulder,and all that comes with it.
