My experience at Umatilla TRV was mixed, but one person who genuinely stood out to me was Chris Fields, the Financial Manager. Chris was one of the best advocates for clients that I encountered. He was patient, understanding, and willing to actually listen and help when I had concerns. He made an effort to explain things clearly and treated me with respect, which made a real difference during a difficult time. I truly appreciate the way Chris advocates for clients and goes beyond simply doing his job. His compassion, professionalism, and willingness to help definitely deserve recognition. Overall, I’m giving my experience 4.5 stars, with Chris being a major reason for that rating.

This place was an absolute God-send and saved my life. From the very start the place with its great employees at every part of the facility were compassionate and caring and made sure that my needs were met. My initial therapist Ashlee was absolutely amazing and helped me through major life crises that were occurring at the moment between my Mental Illnesses and Alcoholism. During this time I was able to reconnect with my loving parents and become a contributing member to the family as its only child. During the outpatient process, IOP Therapy I met with Dylan Martin And Martin Hawk - Both of these extremely qualified therapists worked out some very complex issues that still remained inside of me and the outpatient setting of being at home with my parents helped solidify our family and teach them about my Mental Illnesses and Alcoholism. I highly recommend any level of care from ORC Recovery to anyone that is dealing with ANY sort of crisis at the moment - don't sit in the dark with problems, make sure to seek help and help will find you. Thank you very much ORC. May you continue to serve the Orlando Area with Honor and Dignity.

I love Harmony Hills. If you are looking for a place to get fully recovered and finally be free of your addictions and mental health issues, you are looking in the right direction and there is hope for you. The teachers are amazing here and will teach you so much if you’re open and honest with your true self and ready and willing to hear. Your recovery depends on you here but Harmony Hills gives you the tools you need to thrive and get better. There is opportunity here if you’ll take it. It’s not luxury but the view is beautiful and everyone is so nice and welcoming always and it makes up for it. Here they realIy treat you like family. I cannot say enough good things about Mrs Amber, my therapist and Mrs Mary the teacher. You can learn a lot from them and if you have the chance to request Mrs Amber, do so. I came with no good ideas regarding coping skills or how to cope with difficult situations and now I’m leaving with a list of ways.

I can't say enough good things about this treatment facility. The most important one is that everyone on their staff truly cares about your recovery. Greg is the best addiction therapist I have ever met. (unfortunately I have met a lot) He gives incredible insight into where the weak links in your recovery plan could be. The techs are all amazing, Easy, Katie, Megan, David, Shane, and everyone else...just really great people!! And of course all of the nurses are fantastic and truly caring. The experience was so good I'm planning on never going back!!

I've been In this program for a week or so It's a great place to find peace in your struggles with mental health and addiction. My therapist Greg is awesome he really cares about his clients he also takes out time with other clients Jose also takes out a lot of time with clients Nya the kitchen manager makes sure her clients are feed well Miguel also makes sure the clients are feed well. All of the nurses take pride in there job all of the techs # Katie, Ashley, Rachel, Megann, Brittany on night shift, Shane, Jay, Mr Edwin, Easy, David and Brittany on day shift also do a amazing job. The maintenance team also does a great job, this is a great place to get your life together. The leaders of heroes mile are also doing a amazing job keeping things in order.

Edit: i have to say this place turned around 🙏🏼 Waited 3hrs in waiting room in excruciating pain. Never offered wheelchair when I barely could walk. When I finally got a room although the nurse was super sweet. The hospital didn't tend to my symptoms. They also took an xray of my chest told me it was healthy and I'm fine. Even through I had fever chest head and stomach pain. the only thing they gave me was for my stomach. Yesterday I felt even worse so I decided to go to another hospital recommend by a friend (oviedo er). They told me I had pneumonia and suspected covid. After they gave me meds for all my symptoms I feel way better (still very sick) then I did a few days ago please don't go here

La Amistad has saved my life. Literally. The staff are well versed in human behavior and always willing to listen. The program has turned non-serving behaviors into components to building a happier, healthy, and more fulfilling life. The facility was welcoming as were the other patients. From the very beginning, they treated my daughter as if she were their own, walking alongside her through every stage of her recovery journey. Tristin and Kathleen, in particular, went above and beyond, providing not just expert care but genuine empathy, making my daughter feel understood and supported in every step. The admissions department also deserves special recognition for their dedication in ensuring my daughter received the help she desperately needed. Their commitment didn’t stop at intake—they continue to check on her progress, even after treatment, showing that their care extends far beyond the walls of the facility. As an overly involved parent, I needed constant communication, and the team was always on top of it. Whether it was updates, reassurance, or addressing concerns, I always felt informed and involved in my daughter's recovery. Like any treatment facility, they aren’t perfect, but the heart and commitment they have toward their clients and their families is unmatched. I've been at Center for Discovery in Maitland since I left residential at Monteverde and it has been a wonderful experience overall. I've received so much support from all of the therapists, dietitians, diet techs, etc. They take time out of their day to talk to you if you're struggling and the care is really personalized, they take a lot of time getting to know you even if you aren't their primary client. The staff has gone above and beyond to give me and my peers so much support.

Honestly this place wouldn’t be the best treatment center in Orlando if it wasn’t for the Program Director Stephen Davis. Having met other people who have been at this center longer than me have all mentioned how this place was a bit of a mess until they had the program director changed to Mr Stephen. So I’m lucky to have joined this treatment center at the right time. As it goes for the medical team Dr Khris takes her job very serious. She is very caring and very attentive to any issues or problems I’ve had. I’d truly recommend anyone that needs any of their medical questions answered. Thanks to her guidance and help it’s made my recovery journey a lot easier and smoother. Also wanna mention my counselor Miss Marvlyn that’s been tremendously helpful and wanted to give a shoutout to Miss Veronica for guiding me through how everything works here at New Season. Also the group sessions lead by Miss Belinda have been extremely helpful as well. As it goes for insurance stuff which was very important to me as I didn’t have insurance and was paying out of pocket until I was told to see Mr. Paul who helped me get such good insurance and at such a reasonable price which made my life so much easier, not only covering my treatment but having such low copay to see my PCP and therapist. Also this treatment center has very experienced nursing staff as well that’s always guided me and helped me make the right decision. Overall I’m truly grateful to have found the best Treatment Center in Orlando that truly cares about their patients rather than just getting them in and out.

The exceptional person at this business is Paul the insurance guy he has done more for me on the insurance side then anyone ever that has helped me. He found money that was owed to me. my new-ish councler vanilla has been great shes is very motivating and helpful shes very good for this job , lolita was great councler also.
