Hello my name is Adam. I came to Reign about a month ago. I came from NJ and enrolled to the treatment center because I was struggling with some mental health symptoms that were unmanageable with life and needed assistance with getting myself back on track. The admissions team was so helpful and supportive, they were there when I was making my 22 hour drive. Jake, Benzi, Justin, and Morgan were so supportive on my drive. When I arrived at the facility and during the duration of my stay Corey the primary therapist was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn t like normal therapists where you would have your 30 min session and you re out but he gave me as much time as I needed and let me use my phone and make calls as much as I wanted to do. Then there was Brantley the operations manager and he Was just the absolute best. I developed a great friendship with him and every night we had a thing where we watch movies together. This is the first time I've been in a treatment center. The faculty is outstanding, 5 star. They care. Always courteous. My favorite nurse is a lady named Toni. She just has what it takes to make my mind go somewhere else than on my problems of the day. She keeps a close eye on everything going on and the clients as they pass her station. She recognizes symptoms and actually stops me to see if I need anything to help at that moment. She's a great listener and I will miss her so much after I leave to start my new life of freedom from drugs and alcohol and my daily overall mental health. I was in the worst stage of my life I was evicted from my home in Augusta ga and my wife passed away and facing homelessness with my two elderly dogs and was ready to give up I was lost in addiction, substance abuse combat related ptsd but here I found that I had a desire to not use or drink I know now I can trust again I was definitely lost in life but now I feel a I got a fresh start a new beginning a new chapter thanks to Dr. Pauls by the sea recovery the staff were amazing The people I met, Paul had the same desire to get better and thanks to Dr. Paul he was covering I was able to obtain four months recovery and looking forward to moving on to a healthier life. I was totally messed up, with no end to the pain, emotional train wreck, and sickness! I had resigned my self to the fact that I would never be normal again. But after sticking with the program and listening to the people and going on my journey I am back to being a normal functioning happy person! I came to Recovery Keys via a referral from the lead detox physician at the University of Florida. At that point, I was unable to even drive. My main addiction was alcohol. The program I entered into takes a three hundred sixty degree approach to the treatment alcohol and drug addiction. They use a complete approach, under the direction of physicians and addictionologists. Early on, I was not the easiest, most cooperative patient. As time went on, and with a great amount of patience and encouragement, I made substantial progress in controlling my addiction and actually understanding the root causes in order to carve out a new life. Around me I saw amazing progress among the other patients. The amount of knowledge, patience and caring at this facility is incredible. I am getting my life back and cannot express my gratitude enough to do justice to the program and all of those involved. Thank you.

I participated in the 30 day residential rehab at Epic and had an AWESOME experience. The staff and therapists are amazing - there are too many great people to mention by name. The counseling I received from our therapists was top notch, and the Epic staff as a whole made sure that I had medication, housing, and all available financial resources set up upon my exit from the program. The food was good and the daily 12 step meetings prepared me for what to expect in recovery.The only room for improvement I can think of is that it would be nice to have a fenced in outdoor area or some sort of set up where patients could be outside more. We usually got to walk for at least 30 minutes - an hour each day, but it can sometimes be depressing to be stuck inside for hours on end.I would highly recommend the detox and/or residential program to anyone who is struggling with substance dependency.

I had my visit lab work, 01/09/2020 and my first doctor visit 01/10/2020, the reception, respect and care almost brought to tears. This is the first time since being enrolled in VA since 1985 that I was made to feel my service and sacrifices were truly appreciated. The reception received from Deborah Lincoln who checked me in, to LPN Paige Smith who took my vitals and recorded my medical history and my doctor, Dr. Deepali Agralwal was the finest and best ever received. The psychiatrist that my son sees is absolutely amazing! He has done wonders for my son. The new therapist he sees is also awesome too. Both of them have been nothing short of a God send when helping with my son's problems. The reason they are not getting 5 stars is the fact his ex therapist called dcf on me saying I was physically abusing my son when I was not and that person who called and they know who it is needs to be fired for a false accusation! She also sucks when it comes to kids with autism, ODD, Adhd and IED. All she wants to do is sit and talk with your kid without you around when they are under 6 years old NOPE! That does not help at all. She needs her license taken away!

So anyone who needs help and wants sobriety I highly recommend Beaches Recovery. Chris Colcord is truly an angel and the staff at Tides, Mike, Lindsay, Celeste..my counselor Matt! Absolutely amazing team there. And then when you move over to Beaches, Elizabeth is the best therapist, constantly advocating and fighting for us..and the house techs Jennifer, Dawn and Sydney truly care and help with any and all that you need. I could never thank them all enough for everything and being apart of my journey in sobriety. I will forever be thankful. My experience at BTC has been eye opening. I have learned quite a bit about the struggles and biology of addiction. The staff there is very professional. Our counselor Jamie does a fantastic job with our group. She keeps it on point, educational and interesting. I would absolutely recommend their services.

So my experience at harmony hills was great. I ended up with a 2 week extension because for once after my son's death and so many therapists later, I was finally getting somewhere.Melvin,Tim,Greg,&Amber helped me through this from 1on 1 to trauma tract and then some. BHT's WOW where do I start. They were AMAZING especially Shannon,Jessica,Sherman & Big Greg,but all in all the entire BHT staff does their job and they treat everyone equally their isn't no favortism.The nursing staff just wouldn't be the same without Tom on it he really knows and cares for his patients as well they all do but he gives you that true comfort.Mr Josiah the Executive Chef man his food is 5 star by itself along with his staff beside him especially Mrs Gwen. So all together it doesn't matter how many reviews anyone reads good or bad it's what YOU AS A INDIVIDUAL put into your recovery and mental health.and follow rules I was there when some of these people and their bad reviews was there so do what the book says , don't have sex , have drugs trying to be snuck in. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I meant to write this review a lot earlier but I'm in my last treatment center for IOP when I was referred to Harmony hills I was raised skeptical about even going to treatment I had wasn't familiar with what to expect first I want to just think Erica rigsby from business development that she really made this admission very pleasant she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable she explained everything very clearly and it was a very pleasant experience I didn't know what to expect but to tell you the truth it was actually one of the most times in my life that I felt at complete peace Harmony hills is on acres and acres of Greenland overlooking a beautiful scenery and a horse ranch in front of it The staff is incredibly compassionate and sweet you can feel the love there Dr Kaplan is one of the best doctors that I ever seen He's probably the best one and the nurse practitioner the summer she's amazing and you can have access to them every single day the nurses are extremely sweet and caring and they're available 24 hours The food is incredible you know you have six different The chefs and the menu is to die for I'm really happy that I went there not to mention the the facilitators and the therapist are above and beyond I went to two treatment centers after that for PHP and IOP and nothing compares to Harmony hills Tim Sullivan and Greg Jeff and Amber the whole cell theater is were amazing and also the case manager I mean that she was very nice so if you want to get better and you want a true healing place I recommend this place and I have it on the back of my mind if God's forbid I ever needed a boost bag or a reset or any type of mental maintenance that's the place that I would go
