First let me say thank God for The Augustine Recovery Center! The road to finding a top notch Recovery Center for our loved one finally landed us at TARC after four different and unsuccessful experiences in four different recommended centers throughout the country. One thing that I still remember from our initial calls with Christine are the words, “We will not give up on your son.” They have been true to their word and more- the transformation we have seen in our son is truly amazing and I thank the wonderful staff for their knowledge, commitment and compassion throughout the recovery process. I feel as though the staff goes beyond what is required of them and believe that this is a key reason that TARC is so well respected among clients and their families. Staff is readily available for family members that have questions or just want an update on their loved one. The Family Weekends were amazing and packed with informative sessions as well as time for relaxation with family and the other clients and their families. TARC is a smaller recovery center which provides our son with individual attention and counseling as well as group sessions which promote unity and support among the clients themselves. We love that they provide a continuum of services after the initial three months of inpatient, transitioning clients to Cornerstone and then Sober Living all on their same property allowing for continuing services with the same wonderful staff that has supported them throughout their recovery! The bonds that form among clients, staff, and within the community have helped tremendously in supporting a long term recovery for our son. I want to personally thank the entire staff at TARC because each and every one of them played an important part in giving us our son back but a special shout out to his case manager Scott whose knowledge, patience and compassion got us all through some very difficult times. We are all forever grateful to you!

If you are looking for a long term rehab for your loved one, look no further. My brother was in a few rehabs before my mother and I found TARC and nothing else could compare. The way the entire staff truly cared about the recovery of the guys there and their families is extraordinary. My brothers case manager, Ryan, always stayed in constant contact with both my mother and I. He was always a phone call away if we had any questions or concerns. He also reached out to us at minimum, on a weekly basis to keep us updated on my brothers progress. He always showed genuine care, compassion and concern. No other facility he was in ever did that! They also offer weekly family support group meetings which have been so helpful. After visiting during one of their family weekends, I could see the positive community and its impact on my brother. They really focus on a healthy lifestyle, behaviors and routines which my brother has continued after leaving TARC. I am extremely grateful for all the staff at TARC and their role in my brothers recovery.

I chose Augustine Recovery because of Jason’s passion, honesty and commitment to recovery and trauma based treatment. Christine guided me through each step of the way to get our son there. Once he arrived, I received a call…he’s here, he’s safe. For the first time, I could breathe. Augustine Recovery has been a life changing experience. The family weekends are immersive, supportive, and meaningful. The treatment team was not just focused on my son; they were piecing together information about our family system in order to promote true healing. The commitment and support that we received was invaluable. Jon, our case manager and Karen, our therapist came together in every way possible to help my son and family. Jon was always one step ahead of me. He would listen and ask questions - often challenging my ideas and was always right in his approach. Karen, our therapist, always knew how to bring things back into balance. I truly appreciate the amount of time she spent to bring about the best outcomes in therapy. I have never witnessed such dedicated people interact with my son and be able to reach the depth of understanding the way they did. I was often in awe of them. My gratitude to Augustine Recovery and the entire staff is immeasurable. Trust the work that they do here and miracles unfold.

This is the first time I've been in a treatment center. The faculty is outstanding, 5 star. They care. Always courteous. My favorite nurse is a lady named Toni. She just has what it takes to make my mind go somewhere else than on my problems of the day. She keeps a close eye on everything going on and the clients as they pass her station. She recognizes symptoms and actually stops me to see if I need anything to help at that moment. She's a great listener and I will miss her so much after I leave to start my new life of freedom from drugs and alcohol and my daily overall mental health. I want to thank the people of Spencer's recovery for the fine work they do morning, noon and night to keep everyone comfortable and in good spirits. I would suggest to anyone having difficulty in daily life to seek help. It's here. They are here for you. I was in the worst stage of my life I was evicted from my home in Augusta ga and my wife passed away and facing homelessness with my two elderly dogs and was ready to give up I was lost in addiction, substance abuse combat related ptsd but here I found that I had a desire to not use or drink I know now I can trust again I was definitely lost in life but now I feel a I got a fresh start a new beginning a new chapter thanks to Dr. Pauls by the sea recovery the staff were amazing The people I met, Paul had the same desire to get better and thanks to Dr. Paul he was covering I was able to obtain four months recovery and looking forward to moving on to a healthier life. Jack is an outstanding counselor whose support has been instrumental in my recovery. I met him on my first day at the clinic — a day when I was sick, overwhelmed, and angry that I was even there…on my birthday, no less. I remember him saying to me that this was the best birthday present I could give myself. I didn’t believe him then, but now, over 2 years later, I can see that he was a 1000% right. I also remember how uncomfortable I was but Jack put me at ease immediately, he met me with kindness and compassion, and I feel so fortunate that on my first day, he was the first person I ran into. Throughout my first year of sobriety, Jack consistently went above and beyond. In the beginning, I remember connecting with him over cats- we were both cat-people. Through the first few months of my recovery, I was battling homelessness, & Jack always checked in with me and made sure my cat was ok and had food. That is above & beyond, genuinely kind, & exactly the traits you look for in a counselor. He always made himself available, provided honest and thoughtful guidance, and I appreciated when he asked me insightful questions that helped me understand my resilience, the circumstances of my recovery, and how I had the power to build a clear path forward. His approach is both realistic and deeply kind, and I always felt safe and supported in his care. And laughter! We were able to find humor in an otherwise complicated and dire situation. He always did everything he could to help me. I’ll never forget how supportive he was- you can tell he really cares. I still check in with him today, and he continues to be supportive and encouraging. I truly believe I’m sober today in large part because of his help, guidance, & support. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

I had my visit lab work, 01/09/2020 and my first doctor visit 01/10/2020, the reception, respect and care almost brought to tears. This is the first time since being enrolled in VA since 1985 that I was made to feel my service and sacrifices were truly appreciated. I came to Recovery Keys via a referral from the lead detox physician at the University of Florida. At that point, I was unable to even drive. My main addiction was alcohol. The program I entered into takes a three hundred sixty degree approach to the treatment alcohol and drug addiction. They use a complete approach, under the direction of physicians and addictionologists. Early on, I was not the easiest, most cooperative patient. As time went on, and with a great amount of patience and encouragement, I made substantial progress in controlling my addiction and actually understanding the root causes in order to carve out a new life. Around me I saw amazing progress among the other patients. The amount of knowledge, patience and caring at this facility is incredible. I am getting my life back and cannot express my gratitude enough to do justice to the program and all of those involved. Thank you.

The Early Ducks meet 7:30 AM, 7 days a week. My home group. Great sobriety--over a hundred years on a light day, hundreds of years when crowded, typically 20-40 attendees as an "open" mtg. I HIGHLY recommend this club with daily mtgs 07:30, 10:00, noon, 2:00 PM, 4;00 PM, 6:00 PM & 8:00 PM (Friday night NA). Good people, Great sobriety!

I love Harmony Hills. If you are looking for a place to get fully recovered and finally be free of your addictions and mental health issues, you are looking in the right direction and there is hope for you. The teachers are amazing here and will teach you so much if you’re open and honest with your true self and ready and willing to hear. Your recovery depends on you here but Harmony Hills gives you the tools you need to thrive and get better. There is opportunity here if you’ll take it. It’s not luxury but the view is beautiful and everyone is so nice and welcoming always and it makes up for it. Here they realIy treat you like family. I cannot say enough good things about Mrs Amber, my therapist and Mrs Mary the teacher. You can learn a lot from them and if you have the chance to request Mrs Amber, do so. Break the Cycle Counseling was not something I was honestly looking forward to doing at first. It was court-ordered as part of the requirements for completing my probation, so I went into it feeling a little unsure about what to expect. I called and spoke with Susan at the front desk, and she was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. She answered all of my questions and made the process easy from the very beginning. After completing my drug evaluation, I was assigned 12 classes with Jamie as my counselor. Jamie has brought up a lot of important points and helped me recognize things about my life that I had already started to see in myself. The classes have been easy to understand, informative, and, surprisingly, actually fun to attend. I want to sincerely thank Jamie and Susan for being so professional, friendly, and welcoming throughout this experience. Because of the way they have treated me, something I initially wasn't looking forward to became a much easier and more positive experience. It honestly seems like as soon as I walk in the door, I'm just about at completion. I only have two classes left, and I can't believe how quickly the time has gone by. I'm grateful for the experience and for the way Jamie and Susan have made the entire process so comfortable and positive.

Thanks to Mrs Ashley for being the best counselor. She was amazing and honestly really cool. She is strait forward and as long as you keep up with your homework and send it on time you won't have any problems. Easy classes and very quick. I'm glad I picked this online class, by the time I knew it I already graduated!!! (Quick tip) Just do ur homework ahead of time and just turn it in. I wanted to change/update a prior review. I had a minor miss understanding and lack of communication initially, but a manager called me and was very kind and helpful. Although I didn't ultimately end up going (I was able to safely take care of my health issue and feel a lot better now), that manager that called me really made a difference. She's not obligated to call me on her free time. But she did, because she wanted to know I was doing okay. That's something unusual these days... getting decent customer service. I wish anyone all the best if they are going through any health or personal issues.

I have been a client at this facility since March 2026. The most amazing part of this facility is my counselor. His name is Anthony Miller. Without Mr. Miller I wouldn’t have accomplished the goals that I’ve accomplished since my admission. He is amazingly intelligent. He offers great advice to further my process in recovery. I’m in the medical field and it’s such a breath of fresh air to have a counselor that knows so much about addiction and the recovery process. I set very specific goals and have met every single goal that I set since I’ve been there because of Mr. Miller. I don’t know what I would do without him. This place has literally saved my life! I have been with New Seasons Daytona Beach Treatment Center for years now. Over two different locations. They have always been very patient centered. Obviously opoid addiction comes with many issues that need to be conquered in order to truly recover and stay clean. I have certainly had my fair share of issues in the years I've been with new seasons. Every time I have, they have listened to me, did not judge, and worked with me, diligently, to get me back on track with my recovery. They truly do care at New Seasons. And the guy that monitors the hallways and helps patients get where they need to be, Kevin, I believe is his name, he is Always so helpful and kind. He makes it a point to make eye contact with each patient as they enter, and say Good Morning! And it's genuine, not forced.

Words can't express the gratitude I have for SMA Healthcare in St. Johns County in their assistance with my adult son's mental health challenges. More people need to know there are resources available for people in need and the quality of people available to help. Special shout out to the counselor Robert Colon. I needed a specific therapy called EMDR due to traumatic incidents. I had difficulty finding a therapist with the licensing to perform EMDR at a reasonable price. However here at SMA my therapist Miss Nicole was able to do exactly that, and thankfully they offered a sliding fee scale, so it was affordable. After I finished my therapy with Nicole, for the first time in my entire life , I no longer had intense suicidal urges and tendencies to self harm. If it wasn’t for SMA I wouldn’t have been able to get the help I desperately needed. I will forever be so grateful towards everyone here at SMA, you all truly helped save my life.

I switched over here from the Palatka office. Much more friendly clean environment and down to earth with patients and they are about the patients and not just here for a paycheck like the Palatka office.
