New Season - Daytona Methadone Treatment Center FL 32114

About New Season Treatment Center – Daytona

In the beachside community of Daytona Beach, Florida is the New Seasons Treatment Center. This is an opioid addiction recovery treatment center that works with men and women who are ready to start recovery from their opioid use struggles.

While the care here is offered in an outpatient setting, they can provide medically supervised detox so that you can start your recovery safely. Once your body has reached a point of stabilization, medication assisted treatment is usually the next step to help you manage ongoing withdrawal symptoms and cravings.

FDA approved medications that are available here include methadone, buprenorphine and Suboxone. You’re simply not swapping out medication use from one form (your opioid dependency) to another. Instead, these FDA approved medications are recognized as having effective influences on helping individuals achieve and maintain their sobriety.

As a national leader in opioid addiction recovery, the framework here at New Seasons Treatment Center is one that recognizes clinical approaches to care are most effective when supplemented by therapeutic approaches. This might include counseling and cognitive therapies to help reframe your thinking.

It’s this type of approach that allows individuals seeking care here to find success in their journey to recovery. It’s also the reason why New Season is recognized as being more than just a traditional methadone clinic.

It also doesn’t hurt that you’ll be receiving care and one of the most beautiful and highly sought-after communities in the central Florida coast. Known for its white sandy beaches, beachfront national parks and incredible outdoor and family amenities, Daytona Beach is a thriving community. It’s a perfect community to set down roots as you start your journey to recovery.

I wouldn t say this clinic has always been in and out or one of the best clinics. But recently; since they have hired a new Director and staff, all the workers have been on top of everything and it s been in and out very quick. All the worker, and counselors are very kind and helpful, the front check in host is always willing to go out the way to help people whenever he can and just in the last year or so the changes have been immense

My husband and I have been going to this clinic for about 9 years now. It has had its ups and downs like any place would, but I can say, without any doubts, it saved my life. The methadone itself is great and does the job in eliminating withdrawals and cravings. However the real gems in this clinic is the staff and there are some i'd like to mention by name because they go way above and beyond.Annette, a long time counselor, is always there to talk no matter what. She is very "real" and nothing is off limits to discuss. She is quick to get things accomplished and to make things go as smoothly as possible. She has formed a great professional bond with him, she's one of the people in his first line in his support group. when life is tough, or great, she's always thereStephen, another long time counselor, and my counselor is always dressed to the 9s and conducts himself accordingly, always with grace and respect. He is so involved with his patients he's gained more than a few "grandkids" from his patients kids. My child is autistic and calls hisway grandpa stephen. His office is always full because so many patients enjoy his groups, which he always brings Krispy Kreme doughnuts too. He has particularly helped me, remembers every detail I tell him of what's going on. He's more like a psychologist than a counselor at times. When you open the front door, 95% of the time you can expect to see Kevin, a bright light in our morning routine. He is always there with something positive say and a helping hand to help us get through the occasional chaotic mornings that can arise. He is patient, organized, kind and good at descalating, he is who you see in and out, to leave with a positive day. Finally there's Tia, a nurse that knows the names of plenty of patients. She asks about my husband, my kid, jokes and talks with me. Always an enjoyable funny person. She goes out of her way to way to feel excepted and unders the struggles that arise in substance recoveryPs thank you for the kids room for our son, who is young and not in school so he has to accompany us, and all the patients are so sweet to him.

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

inpatient iconInpatient
Clients typically choose inpatient rehab when they are in early recovery or are experiencing a crisis that puts them at an increased risk of relapse. They reside at the treatment center for the length of their program, which may range from two weeks to more than 18 months, depending on the program design. Intensive psychotherapy is often the primary treatment modality, but clients in inpatient care may also receive holistic treatment and recovery-focused life skills training.
outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox
Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one's body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

Drug rehab in Florida provides quality treatment to help individuals overcome dependency related to a wide range of addictive substances. Programs address both the physical and mental aspects of addiction in order to help you make a full recovery.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
young-adult-program thumbnail image
Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

Research clearly demonstrates that recovery is far more successful and sustainable when loved ones like family members participate in rehab and substance abuse treatment. Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

This place could be better. However, they have some amazing nurses now, Jessica is awesome, Jason, Steve and Kevin are great counselors. Roberta also has been a big help. My one true complaint is I go once a month. When it's my turn to go see the nurse, I am pushed back over and over because the nurses don't want to pour all my bottles. Why do I have to be punished for doing the "right thing"? That's what it feels like. I've been here longer than 95% of the staff. I appreciate the help and this has helped me get my life under control. BUT STOP TAKING ALL THESE OTHERS BEFORE ME! I AM TRYIMG TO MAINTAIN A JOB JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE.

Strictly a cash cow operation so if it’s not truly in your heart to do it, it’s going to do nothing besides hinder you. They will continue the up your dose just putting the liquid handcuffs on you. I went three years with no dirty UA’s and they just weren’t phasing me up and then when I finally did get phased up a little bit since most of the people there are still an active addiction you can’t count on them to have cars or to even give you rides after accepting payment for it and I couldn’t afford Uber to while paying all my own bills living independently so I had missed some days but still returned with a clean UA and after finally getting some growth and had a week take homes they did Account. I had one extra one because I didn’t believe in taking it if I didn’t feel I needed it because that would defeat the purpose so I had one extra and tried to return it. They gave me a warning on that and then due to personal home issues I didn’t show up which I paid for physically because of the withdrawal was de phased, even with clean UA and the best part is since my insurance covers all about co-pay I have over $300 tacked on as a bill for unpaid co-pays for days and weeks. I was absent and received no services in the first place or no medication still they’re seeking payment for that if that’s not a company just worried about their own financial gain. I don’t know what is us in Recovery struggling enough day-to-day trying to put ourselves back together and become better citizensbut then to have a program that’s supposed to add us in this pull us down trigger us and add more on our plates than necessary. It’s sickens me. Something needs to be done about it.

I attend new seasons, Daytona and my counselor‘s name is Anthony. I have had many counselors at new seasons Daytona, but none of them are even close to as good as Anthony. I look forward to our counseling sessions every month. He always has time for me And His advice is something I treasure. I am very fortunate to have Anthony as my counselor, and I hope that he stays as my counselor for many years to come.

Kevin at New Seasons Daytona Beach has always been a tremendous help when needed! Though I am a telehealth, I look at Kevin as my counseling "buddy" For if I have any questions, and I am unable to reach my telehealth counselor. He has also been great at keeping my spirits up and reminding me that recovery is a process and I appreciate that

Anyone that has been here at least one year or more, will tell you that the clinic can be frustrating, slow, even maddening at times. Whether it be because the counselors have what seems like continuous stops or flags on your account, or no one showed up to open the clinic (happened only 2 times), or because the wait to dose is 3 hours long bc all but 1 or 2 of the nurses quit with no notice. Sooooo.... When you walk in this clinic and see Mr. Kevin there sitting at the front desk and with his big ol' smile and a twinkle in his eye, welcomes you in with a kind or motivating word, or music, it is noticed!!! And very appreciated by most anyone who isn't, just by default, a jerk!! Thank you Kevin! 😊 😉 🙏🏽💯🙏🏽💯🙏🏽💯🙏🏽💯🙏🏽💯🙏🏽
