Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Sliding scale payments are based on a client's income and family size. The goal is to make treatment affordable to everyone. By taking these factors into account, addiction recovery care providers help ensure that your treatment does not become a financial burden to you or your family, eliminating one barrier to care.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

Clients typically choose inpatient rehab when they are in early recovery or are experiencing a crisis that puts them at an increased risk of relapse. They reside at the treatment center for the length of their program, which may range from two weeks to more than 18 months, depending on the program design. Intensive psychotherapy is often the primary treatment modality, but clients in inpatient care may also receive holistic treatment and recovery-focused life skills training.

Often referred to as "day treatment," a partial hospitalization program (PHP) offers an intensive treatment option that allows individuals to return home at night. PHP treatment typically requires a minimum of 20 hours a week for an average of 90 days. Participants attend daily therapeutic sessions, receive medication management, and have access to skilled medical professionals. While costs can vary, most insurance will fully or partially cover a partial hospitalization program.

24-hour clinical care in Florida is an essential part of treatment, particularly with medical detox. Withdrawal symptoms can be severe, and supervised detox provides around the clock access to medical professionals who can adminsiter proper medications and treatment to address these symptoms and step in should an emergency occur. This intensive clinical care will help curb the withdrawal effects, minimize substance dependence, and prepare you for the next step of treatment.

12 step programs support recovery through emotional, psychological, and spiritual development to address the root causes of addiction. These programs are peer directed, with participants regularly attending 12 step meetings, which are anonymous, free, and accessible day and night, year-round. Recovery is based on "working the steps" to understand the source of addiction, take accountability for one's life choices, and relinquish control for that which cannot be changed. Age-specific, gender-separate, and other specialized programs are widely available.

Rehab aftercare programs are a collection of highly individualized services designed to promote long-term recovery. These services evolve as your needs change. Case managers and recovery teams typically begin formulating the rehab aftercare service plan early in the recovery process to facilitate your reintegration back into the home, workplace, and community.

Telehealth offers many benefits for Florida residents. It lets you see your healthcare provider from anywhere. This saves time because you don't have to travel to a doctor's office or take time off work to get there. It also provides more options, because you can choose health care specialists who are located far from you.

When a person has alcohol use disorder (AUD), also referred to as alcoholism or alcohol addiction, they experience withdrawal symptoms when they stop drinking. These specialized rehabs offer the care needed to overcome both disorders, which drastically increases your chances of success in long-term recovery. Should be negative 1000 . I checked myself out today . Took 1.5 hours before I lost my crap and called the police so I could get my belongings . Stayed 30 days . Getting off the airplane and into the car I was picked up in it all started there . The man driving got a call telling him to pull over and park because they didn't have a bed for me . First week Ricky the female therapist twisted my words . Called my husband 2 times trying to cause us problems on our only 15 minutes of talking a day supervised . 2nd day in my husband was called asking for my $1500 co-pay although insurance is in my name and I was there for alcohol treatment . You can't sleep at night because every 15 minutes they come in your room to make sure you are still there . They immediately take your phone and any other important items so they have leverage to keep you longer . They tried to make me stay an extra 3 weeks because my insurance pays so well . I agreed to 30 days not 60 . They refused to give me a return to work note so I had to call my primary provider back in Maine to get an appointment to get a return to work note . They will drag as much time as they can from anyone they can manipulate into staying . It's more like prison. Nothing but them on a power control . Josea was the best for me . Excellent therapist. She is the absolute only one that helped me . It's just a money hungry company that doesn't care about the clients . Stay away from this place they will lie and twist everything to make you think you need to stay longer . They extended my time to end when my fmla would end . Calling my insurance tomorrow to tell them not to pay after today . This place stressed my husband out and he was even there . I told them my mom called yesterday to tell me she has lung cancer and they didn't care and still tried to get me to stay . I was crying after finding out . Not one worker even asked me what was wrong . They kept trying to get me to take valum when I kept saying no I didn't need it .Stay far away from this place . 2 years ago I was at a rehab in California and never was treated as bad as this place treated me . Walter is definitely a liar and is the one that refused to give me my passport wallet all the needed things to go home . Call police if this ever happens even if you have to walk off property to get a phone because your's most likely locked up so you can't use it for situations like mine . Also this place has cock roaches it's gross . There was blood in my single on the bathroom door as well as the bedroom closet door . Wine bottle cap under the sink .
