This was my first experience in a recovery program. From day one, I was met with great staff members and welcomed right in to the community. There was no time wasted in getting started with the program. My housing accommodations were very comfortable. Any issues that came up were taken care of. I feel very confident I got the most I could have out of this program. I highly recommend this program

I have been in 4 rehab and sober living facility's in the past 10 years. The 30 days I have spent at The Recovery Team has been by far the the most beneficial program I have been apart of. The group facilitators are very knowledgeable and deeply invested in the care of there clients. The facility is well maintained and has many recreational activitys. There living quarters are comfortable and cleaned by staff daily. The staff is attentive and empathetic too there clients. The Recovery Team has the best resources for long term recovery of any rehab facility I have experienced.

The people here are so caring, they attend to each patients needs immediately and with a smile. They truly care about each patient. The staff knows every patients name which made me feel comfortable and at home right away. All of my needs were met here anytime I needed anything. It was taken care of right away. The atmosphere is very upbeat and positive. The rooms are very clean and well taken care of and the grounds are beautiful! I would recommend this facility very highly!!!

I went to The Beachcomber in 2020 after 12 years struggling as an alcoholic. What I walked into wasn’t what I expected after a few stints at other rehabs. They were tough, hard on us. They spoke the truth which is something I hadn’t heard. I didn’t get sober as soon as I left, but I did soon after and I am so thankful for the experience I had there. I advise anyone to send their loved one there for a chance at a real and amazing life. Thank you to the Beachcomber.

Our daughter went through the Transformations Treatment Center a few years ago (she is a First Responder) and the difference that it has made in her life and the lives of her friends, co-workers and our family cannot really be described with words, but I continue to feel very grateful for the change that she has made for herself and others. Every month I call Delray Healing Center for my appointment and medication among other things and I would like to thank the customer service and Tina especially. I usually get her on the phone and she makes it very simple which these days is not always the way it is with some offices. I really do appreciate all her help along the way. I really do enjoy my therapy sessions and I really feel like I am finally moving forward. She is very easy to speak to and she has been a very big help for me. The representative that I spoke with on the phone made sure that she got me in before my medication ran out. I also got a lot of help from the head of customer service. These people are AMAZING!!! Friendly, welcoming, thorough! They reduced my anxiety by 98% within a few minutes of walking thru the door. After having some negative experiences at other " therapy " centers I was beginning to get discouraged and starting having to consider lowering my expectations of how things should go and and the DCofH smashed that thought out of my mind and made me feel safe like I had finally found my home and wish I hadn't spent so much energy trying to get other places to raise their standards which never works 😆. I'm so glad that things worked out the way that they did and I was able to completely part ways with my old office which had me on some " waiting list ," for more than six months! Thanks to the staff at Delray Center for Healing, you can't help the fact that you are awesome!!! Here are a couple of pics showing me how they've made me feel, "Zen," balanced, happy and thoroughly enjoying my life and I credit the staff especially Melissa, Amanda, AND also especially those that man the phones and handle any issues that come up in between visits! Its been some years since I went through DAF's 60 day residential treatment program. I have to say that I am horrified by some of the reviews written on this website. By some of the descriptions I'm sure that some of their policies have changed, especially with court ordered people. Having a colorful background myself I can understand some of the policies listed in the complaints could be very true. When you are looking at jail time or court ordered treatment, the treatment time would really sound like a walk in the park. I have spent time in jail once and know that what isn't nailed down will disappear or will be fashioned into something else. Let me be clear, jail is not a walk in the park, its serious and dangerous because the people there are dangerous, that's why they are there. So as far as DAF is concerned, they are dealing with some dangerous people, not all from court ordered. You also have to remember why your there in the first place and what kind of havoc you have created in not only your own life but in the lives of the ones you loved most. They have to have policies in place to protect everyone and some people won't like them. DAF is a business and like any business it takes money to keep in operating. They may take a lot of court ordered people, I don't know, but I do know the state pays, which is more than some other situations. I have nothing but gratitude for DAF. They were there for me when I needed them, and they helped me create the foundation of my recovery. They took me in when no one else would and gave me 3 hots and a cot and armed me with enough information that I haven't found it necessary to return for additional help from them. They gave me life skills to continue with MY RECOVERY! To me its what you make of it. If you go looking in this world for trouble, you will find it. If you go looking for good, you will find that too. Its up to you to make the most of where your at and with what you have period. Coming from nothing, something was better. Thank you DAF.

Coming here was a hard decision, but it ended up being the right one. I got real help for both my PTSD and my drinking. The trauma therapy was strong, and EMDR actually helped more than I thought it would. Met other vets too which made a big difference. Staff was caring but they could use a few more hands. The psych team knew their stuff, for sure. Place wasn’t perfect, but it gave me a shot at peace and that means everything.

Every month I call Delray Healing Center for my appointment and medication among other things and I would like to thank the customer service and Tina especially. I usually get her on the phone and she makes it very simple which these days is not always the way it is with some offices. I really do appreciate all her help along the way. Thank you for your help Tina! Overall I am very happy with Delray Healing Center and my psychiatrist, Haley Puk, has really been amazing. I really do enjoy my therapy sessions and I really feel like I am finally moving forward. She is very easy to speak to and she has been a very big help for me. I will continue with my therapy at Delray Center for Healing! Lauren Kozen This month I had to call and make my appointment later than normal. The representative that I spoke with on the phone made sure that she got me in before my medication ran out. I also got a lot of help from the head of customer service. These people are AMAZING!!! Friendly, welcoming, thorough! They reduced my anxiety by 98% within a few minutes of walking thru the door. After having some negative experiences at other " therapy " centers I was beginning to get discouraged and starting having to consider lowering my expectations of how things should go and and the DCofH smashed that thought out of my mind and made me feel safe like I had finally found my home and wish I hadn't spent so much energy trying to get other places to raise their standards which never works 😆. I'm so glad that things worked out the way that they did and I was able to completely part ways with my old office which had me on some " waiting list ," for more than six months! Thanks to the staff at Delray Center for Healing, you can't help the fact that you are awesome!!! Our son was in the NAVIGATE program at SCMHC for 2.5 years. He received his monthly injection from the nurses at SCMHC. Both Lenny and Kathy are out-of-this-world amazing in every way. They made the one hour monthly trip worth every minute. They have embraced our son with love. Their humor and gentle care toward him— and us, his parents, has been such a weight lifted in tremendously tough times. The staff we have encountered (primarily Candy and Justin) have also been considerate and helpful. I am so thankful for the monthly services we received at the SCMHC. **Our son recently experienced a mental health crisis and voluntarily checked himself in here for inpatient stabilization. He just ended a full week here; they took great care of him. Sure, this place is old and doesn’t visually present well, but the care is the most important thing and believe me, they care! 🩵❤️

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this behavioral health center and the care our loved one received. From the very beginning, we felt that he was truly being cared for, supported, and treated with compassion. The communication with our family was exceptional. Inaldo, the nurse practitioner, consistently kept us updated on everything that was happening, answered our questions, returned our calls, and made sure we understood what was going on throughout the stabilization process. Knowing that our loved one was in a place where the team was genuinely focused on getting him fully stabilized gave our family so much comfort during an incredibly difficult time. A special thank you to Inaldo, who was absolutely amazing, as well as Vanessa, the nurse, and everyone else on the team. Each person we interacted with was kind, patient, professional, and compassionate. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did for our loved one and for our entire family. Mental health crises are extremely difficult for everyone involved, and having a team that communicates, listens, and truly cares makes such a difference. I have been in 4 rehab and sober living facility's in the past 10 years. The 30 days I have spent at The Recovery Team has been by far the the most beneficial program I have been apart of. The group facilitators are very knowledgeable and deeply invested in the care of there clients. The facility is well maintained and has many recreational activitys. There living quarters are comfortable and cleaned by staff daily. The staff is attentive and empathetic too there clients. The Recovery Team has the best resources for long term recovery of any rehab facility I have experienced.

The people here are so caring, they attend to each patients needs immediately and with a smile. They truly care about each patient.
