About Central Florida Treatment Center

One thing that stood out is that the center works hard to provide treatment access to all. They offer free aids such as qualified American Sign Language interpreters to help patients with hearing impairments. They also provide interpreters for people with limited English. They offer other assistive devices such as taped and braille materials, visual fire alarms, readers, assistive listening devices, and captioned films.

When you begin treatment, you’ll attend the clinic seven days per week to receive your MAT dosing. Some of the medications used include methadone, buprenorphine, and naloxone. You’ll have an initial assessment to determine what medication is best for your situation.

You’ll also have a minimum of one weekly counseling session. The counseling session is a requirement for treatment. You can have more than one session per week if you desire. The goal of counseling is to help you address the root causes of addiction so you can move into long term recovery.

The philosophy of the program is that drug dependency is a spiritual, emotional, physical, and mental disease. The treatment plan includes a period of at least six to 12 months on medication and receiving counseling, and then a process of tapering off the medication support once you achieve stable recovery and sobriety. In the end, you’ll be able to live a truly substance free life.

This horrible place DESTROYED the beautiful large (landmark) shade TREE! OMG, how TRAGIC and EVIL! WHY?! HORRENDOUS! Now when people get in their vehicles to leave, they've become death traps. Florida sun = 180-200° INSIDE car, not the 140°, as previously thought. Everyone will need to open all doors and pray that their a.c. will start working. (At least it's only open for the earlier hours of morning). The world NEEDS more trees! That MAJESTIC TREE gave life saving shade. How is it POSSIBLE that this place is so CRUEL?! THAT is just VILE!! They need to plant some trees NOW, and NOT just shrubs. (I haven't been there; saw it from the highway).

First of all, I got there at 802 on a Saturday morning with 23 people still in the building dosing. I was told I couldn't dose because she was shutting the machines down. Meanwhile, I could not get in the parking lot because there was an Uber driver in the middle of the parking lot that refused to move. There's no control over the parking lot. And that's ridiculous if somebody's in there dosing, you can't be shutting the machine down 2 minutes.

Accepted Insurance

Please contact to verify your specific insurance provider.

Central Florida Treatment Center works with several private insurance providers, please contact to verify your specific insurance provider.

Other Forms of Payment

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one's body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

Drug rehab in Florida provides quality treatment to help individuals overcome dependency related to a wide range of addictive substances. Programs address both the physical and mental aspects of addiction in order to help you make a full recovery.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Programs

Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

Accreditations

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) is a branch of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Established in 1992 by congress, SAMHSA's mission is to reduce the impact of substance abuse and mental illness on American's communities.

Ì started going to this clinic when I moved here from New York. Kaylee was my counselor and she was great she genuinely cared about my recovery and progress and growth. Since then Kaylee is no longer there and I was assigned a counselor named Benny... he has put in 0 effort to help me with my treatment. He does the bare minimum as a counselor and its sad that my recovery was placed into the hands of someone who can care less about my recovery and is just there to receive a pay check, But they are administrative detoxing me for non compliance due to me having trouble urinating, but every month I have produced urine and passed my tests but they still treat me like I am bothering them, mean while I have given nothing but clean urine every single month some times late but I do produce and they are kicking me off of my medication. Benny needs to go this field is not for him. P.s Kirsty has been nothing but professional and helpful to me you can tell she genuinely cares about helping her patients get they're life's together and helping them with anything else they need I wish I was switched to her instead of Benny.. such a shame how little they care about they're patients life's.
