Neuro Psychiatric Addiction Clinic is a 30 bed JCAHO accredited treatment facility located in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. The facility is licensed to provide substance abuse detox, residential treatment and dual-diagnosis treatment, as well as primary mental health residential treatment.

The MAT program at NAP treats individuals experiencing alcohol use disorder and opioid dependency with FDA-approved medications, such as buprenorphine, suboxone, methadone, and more. MAT is supported by evidence-based drug treatment so clients can eventually wean off the medication support.

Neuro Psychiatric residential rehab includes treatments such as individual and group therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and rational emotive behavior therapy. They run 12-step Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), Narcotics Anonymous (NA), and SMART recovery sessions. Clients can take part in holistic therapies including art, music, and recreational activities.

Levels of Care

Inpatient

Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Group Therapy

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). Trauma Therapy

Trauma therapy addresses traumatic incidents from a client's past that are likely affecting their present-day experience.
