Hello my name is Adam. I came to Reign about a month ago. I came from NJ and enrolled to the treatment center because I was struggling with some mental health symptoms that were unmanageable with life and needed assistance with getting myself back on track. The admissions team was so helpful and supportive, they were there when I was making my 22 hour drive. Jake, Benzi, Justin, and Morgan were so supportive on my drive. When I arrived at the facility and during the duration of my stay Corey the primary therapist was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn t like normal therapists where you would have your 30 min session and you re out but he gave me as much time as I needed and let me use my phone and make calls as much as I wanted to do. Then there was Brantley the operations manager and he Was just the absolute best. I developed a great friendship with him and every night we had a thing where we watch movies together. Hello im Ashley and im an addict. My whole life has been filled with chaos and trauma. Some from my own doing and some that wasnt my fault. There is not a single bad word i can say abouy my experience at Beachway Therapy Center. My time there was cut short thanks to my own self-sabotaging behavior. Even then Beachway still treated me with compassion and the desire to help me. My situation was a unusual one. I came into the trauma program with a clean date of April 16th 2014. So at 11 years clean i was dealing with bipolar disorder, intense anxiety, a very unhealthy toxic relationship and an intense desire to break generational curses for my children. My history is one that involves homelessness, street drugs and a street mentality. Beachway took on the challenge of helping me work thru that trauma. I opened up to the program and other woman like never before. I had an amazing counselor, amazing case manager, and amazing staff that were there anytime i had moments of high anxiety or worry. I am so disappointed i ruined my chances of having a chance at going thru a trauma program with Beachway. Just in the short time i was there i did gain a small sense of self back. If you were like me and worry about making friends with the other clients because they wont understand you or like you, that is not even close to true. I found a sense of community that i couldnt find anywhere else in my life. If i manage to find a magic lamp, one of my wishes would definitely be used on looking young forever after that id wish to feel the peace and serenity i felt at Beachway. Thanks to them i had just enough courage to get me and my kids out of my bad situation. Now my goal is to continue with trauma therapy. Do not be me and let your past dictate your future. No matter how clean you are from drugs that trauma will creep up on you and when it does use tools like Beachway to seek help instead of the alternative, and please for the love of your higher power get out of your own way and accept their help before you get kicked out like i did. I am forever grateful. Thanks for letting me share my expierence, strength and hope.

My experience at Banyan was very good. The staff was very helpful, the therapy was extremely beneficial , and the food was great! Like with all rehabs, it is what you make of it. If you go there thinking everything is perfect, you’ll be disappointed, it’s not. If you go for simply a social experience, it’s not a resort. If you go because you’re serious about your recovery, it’s a great place to take the first step !

Loved Beachway. I was extremely anxious with everyday panic attacks, and the medicine was no longer working. At Beachway I found a way to control my attacks and anxiety. It is not easy and sometimes I felt like it wasn’t going to work.
We worked through my childhood traumas and I learned techniques on how to defuse my anxiety.
Loved Dina’s honest and hardcore classes and also Gigi’s trauma class.

This was a great place to learn how to grow up. As an alcoholic, I avoided adulthood and had a ready made excuse as to why I didn’t achieve or succeed in things. “I’m a drunk.” Once I removed the bottle, I quickly saw how much maturing I needed to do in everyday, regular life. The guys at RBC get you moving towards adulthood.
There are simple rules to be kept and standards to live up to; youre required to work the 12 steps, get a job, and respect the grounds and the people that live and work there. They are simple rules that many of us come in not knowing how to follow or have bucked at all points in our active addictions. Slowly but surely, this place guides you away from old habits into new, more productive ones.
All in all, this place takes you from beaten and broken to strong and empowered if you follow the rules and suggestions laid right at your feet. I’d recommend RBC to anyone serious about changing their life and “becoming the man they were meant to be.”

It s been a difficult journey to get here but the people at Haven have been most warm, helpful and accommodating. Their job can t be easy as there are so many people with so many serious needs here but I feel everyone has taken pause to make me feel they are there for me. As the parents of a loved one that received treatment in this program, we cannot say enough about the Immersion Recovery program. From Residential to PHP through IOP, not only was our loved one provided with an incredible amount of support and guidance in the journey to recovery, but the amount of support we received as a family was amazing. Weekly virtual family group is held by the family therapists Larae and Todd for families to log in and gather in a safe and welcoming space with each other and receive support. I went to Immersion in January, this is my second treatment center i went too in the past two years, unlike the first one i went too Immersion is 12 step focused! They have specific groups in residential where you read the big book as well. They guided me through the steps and profoundly changed my life.
Today I celebrated 4 months of sobriety thanks to immersion! I went through there detox—residential-PHP and iop program.

Immersion is one of the few programs that help and guide you through a thorough and in-depth 4th Step. They have specific 4th step personnel that will sit down with you and help you open your mind to all of the resentments you have had since your childhood. I probably won t have the words to express my experience @ R.U.I was there in 2020,my stay was probably close to 4/5 months and I can remember almost every single detail,probably because I still use every Tool I was exposed too.They taught me how to use meditation,which I continue to still practice Daily,One of the counselors gave a couple of lessons about a philosophy that I learned more about since then,which I continued to research and practice also for the past 4 years.I can proudly say I am a Stoic,Music Therapy is pretty much their baseline learning Tool, which is super effective.1 more super important item to bear in mind,everyone who works there,is or has been in recovery .The Alumni still check on me 4years later.A very important person to me is Dr.Barry, who I met in 2015 @ another rehab facility I was in almost 10 years ago, stayed on the phone with my wife for a solid 2 hours at about 11 pm while feeding his brand new baby daughter.I am now a recovery Coach here in NYC, I believe I have been good at what I do,because of Recovery Unplugged, I use everything I learned there, I try to give people an opportunity to use the fellowship models but I try to expose them to alternative methods of healing and recovery.Yes it was and remains to be a super important time in my journey to staying sober.Much love and Gratitude to everyone there!!

I had a Great experience at RUEveryone is very caring especially the Techs they run the show there, they take care of the clients more than anyoneSome of the group facilitators are a bit abrasive, although sometimes dealing with addiction you need abrasiveness like tough loveI only had a short time there due to insurance issues (not at all RUs fault)But in the short time I was there I felt safe, well taken care of, and inspired to stay sober from now on!I met some really GREAT people there Techs Staci,Josh,Dillon,Carl,Larry just to name a few and some residents trying to get sober just like meThank you RU for giving me a second chance at life! 4 stars

My stay and experience with URP has been great and very positive. The staff are here for you and can relate with your experiences. Having the open campus after doing residential is great. You are still held accountable but have freedom. Always have someone asking how I am feeling and willing to talk and share. Very positive place. This place was an incredible experience! The staff here was so caring and friendly. They took the time to listen and understand. They also offer massage, and equine therapy. Also they have acupuncture, chiropractor, a barber and nail tech that come select days! The food is also decent for a treatment center. I would visit again but only as an alumni.

When I came into Elan I was broken, I had no trust in rehab centers and they changed my way of thinking. They earned my trust and helped me save my life. The staff is truly the best hand picked employees a rehab center could have. All the therapists are phenomenal in what they do, they have all helped me and have gave me the criteria to live a honest clean sober life. The Techs are wonderful they re so welcoming and do anything to make you comfortable, the lead techs Keri & Scott are so insightful. The family program that the therapist Lystra conducted was the most HEALING EXPERIENCE and has helped with a lifetime worth of damage. We keep in contact weekly and it s the most beautiful relationship I ve bonded with a therapist, thank you Lystra for all you do. If you're looking for a place where the group facilitators and counselors are both knowledgeable and trying their very best to help everybody there, then look no further. Decatured meals are a step above hospital food, and the amount of structure in order that you can start to implement in your life with the daily routines here provide immeasurable value if you keep that structure moving forward after you leave.Do not allow, like I did for a time, slight grievances with arbitrary things to stop you from taking care of yourself. It's a rehab detox facility, not a five-star resort hotel.If you call this place and they start telling you all of the features and benefits that they have, be sure to verify what is actually an amenity that the detox facility versus what is only offered at their next level of PHP. There is no dedicated workout facility, there is no pool, and make sure to bring all of your own toiletries. Treat everyday there like it might be the day you learn something that keeps you sober and helps you reclaim your life. Take notes. Listen actively for the sake of understanding. Sit in the front row during group and speak up and ask as many questions as you can.Rooting for you!

Overall this was one of the most organized treatment centers I have been to. The staff seemed mostly well trained. I enjoyed most of the group therapy sessions and learned about my recovery. There was a good combination of different therapy modalities. My individual therapist was great. Very friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. The housing was very well maintained and comfortable. The COO was very hands on with the program and available for clients to approach with questions or concerns. The program did have its faults in my opinion but that is to be expected anywhere. If you are serious about staying sober and starting a new life I would recommend Bright Futures.

Al and the staff truly care, and they have become like family. Definitely a 5 star review! The nursing staff, specifically Jerry, Cynthia, and Kristina made me feel seen and respected. I felt like I was part of the beachside family. The techs are so kind, Rochelle, Christian, Moe, Dree, they all have made impacts on my recovery journey, gave me laughter and kindness, and they make stuff happen. My therapist Tamyra is hands down one of the best I’ve had in a while, she could articulate what I was feeling so perfectly even when I thought I wasn’t making any sense, and my feelings have been validated greatly being here. The community is tight knit, and the activities we get to do take some pressure off the stress of rehab. I would recommend beachside to anyone who needs help.

A year ago yesterday Kat picked me up from the airport. In 10 minutes, I'll be going to a meeting to pick up my 1-year chip From the moment I picked up the phone and spoke with the rep, Trisha, I had an amazing experience! She and my sister helped me coordinate my trip, as I was in no condition to do so myself. Within hours I had an airplane ticket and a bed.The first week is a daze. But I was comfortable, taken care of, and well fed. They also accommodated my dietary needs.The med staff paid close attention, monitoring vitals, and doing extra check-ins as needed (ex: coming during the night to check blood pressure if too low). The medication made detox comfortable, and made me feel safe (a major reason I chose a center was fear of DTs/death). The staff doctor was great, too.While there, we were offered groups that were very beneficial. These included relaxation/meditation/ mindfulness sessions, communication classes, and chiropractic services. There were fun activities like tiedye and group painting. H & I also came in daily, or was run by house staff. This was my intro to AA, which I've come to love and embrace.The rooms were comfortable, with a TV for each bed (head phones provided). My particular roommate situation was incredible! 3 of us text regularly, and are certain to be lifelong friends.The grounds are beautiful! The courtyard is a lovely place to relax and socialize. The back yard area has activities like corn hole and yard nuts. There's a sandbox that I called my beach, and would lounge and journal with my feet in the sand.Initially, I planned on detox, only, and then returning to Michigan. When I realized that detox was only the first step, they had reps from rehab facilities visit to help coordinate the second step.Shout out to Kenny, Kat. Marissa, Kenith, Rick and Felicai. I'm sure staff has changed, and that I've forgotten many names. But I'll never forget the amazing people that helped me start my road to recovery.
