The staff, facilities, food, counselors, nurses, housekeeping-literally every part of what I experienced during my stay at BRC exceeded expectations. I needed help and was willing to receive it and accept where I was at in life at that time. Will, Nikki and the multiple techs went above and beyond in their duties and I will forever be grateful to them for the care and compassion they gave me. My experience at Beachway was a 100/10. The life skills I learned are priceless and that’s putting it lightly. Beachway was the third treatment center I had been to, following the sudden loss of a loved one. I had prior sobriety before beachway and was convinced that I was only there because of a death, and that that was why I was spiraling. The staff at Beachway saw I needed much more help than that. They all knew before I did that if that death didn’t happen, I probably wouldn’t have stayed sober anyway. There was still much more therapy to be done, and more to learn.
The staff took a genuine care in doing so, and looking back at their clinical process they are nothing short of a power house of a team. I never felt so cared for as a human being by people that just met me. The staff quickly became my family, cheering me on while also taking it extremely serious. They are unapologetically honest, which in my experience is the #1 thing needed in recovery. Many of the things they said to me during my time there still stick with me (a year later) and help me navigate life!
I tell anyone that has a loved one with Substance abuse or mental health issues about beachway.

I owe Beachway my life for sure. I won’t lie and say that I loved every minute of it because I didn’t. A lot of it was very painful, because confronting inner demons is painful. It was a lot of group therapy (especially given how afraid of people I was going in), but they truly helped me gain sobriety and face down my trauma. And they put up with a lot of my crazy behavior while I was going through withdrawals in detox. Like any rehab, you’ll get out of it what you put into it. Surrender to the process for best results. Rehab isn’t a magic wand that makes problems vanish. Rehab gave me the opportunity to accept the ways in which I cause my own suffering instead of blaming everyone around me, while surrounded by professionals who prevented me from hurting myself while my dried out, and helped me identify the underlying causes of my addiction. It will be tough. It will be scary. It will be worth it. I wish I’d gone sooner. The staff there are wonderful and don’t get enough credit. Thank you Beachway.

This was a great place to learn how to grow up. As an alcoholic, I avoided adulthood and had a ready made excuse as to why I didn’t achieve or succeed in things. “I’m a drunk.” Once I removed the bottle, I quickly saw how much maturing I needed to do in everyday, regular life. The guys at RBC get you moving towards adulthood.
There are simple rules to be kept and standards to live up to; youre required to work the 12 steps, get a job, and respect the grounds and the people that live and work there. They are simple rules that many of us come in not knowing how to follow or have bucked at all points in our active addictions. Slowly but surely, this place guides you away from old habits into new, more productive ones.
All in all, this place takes you from beaten and broken to strong and empowered if you follow the rules and suggestions laid right at your feet. I’d recommend RBC to anyone serious about changing their life and “becoming the man they were meant to be.”

I went to treatment here twice, and what I will say is this place is a real gem but your experience is going to depend upon your mentality, take accountability people that’s the most important part. When it was my second time coming into treatment I was baker acted out of state. I called Jennifer the virtual manager in the late hours of the night annd she picked up and I told her I was going to end my life. I was tired. She stayed on the phone with me until police came and calmed me down. I remember sitting there with my eyes closed just listening to her voice telling me to breathe and she’s going to help me. She’s an angel in human form she’s one of the sweetest most caring humans I’ve ever come across. Next up is Paul Paul will open his arms to you and make you feel welcomed like there’s never no judgement with the guy he’s very supportive and my god is he smart. The man is great. He’s written a few books the past year and every word deserves to be seen by everyone. Tarah I love you thank you for always being supportive and a shoulder to cry on you are such an inspiration. Ron you’ve got the best attitude better than anyone I ever met your always so happy. Malika is sweet and has the best smile she’s so funny and always makes others smile and laugh. Gary I don’t have enough words for you your very valuable in my recovery journey don’t ever forget that. I just want to start by saying that I absolutely advocate for this facility. It’s the best I’ve been to, and I truly felt like I was receiving help while here. My only true critique is that they work on (remove and upgrade) the fluorescent lights, they give really bad migraines and can make it hard to focus. The staff is very kind, sweet, and you can tell they care. They’re as accommodating as possible and do their absolute best to assist you - within reason of course. They have excursions for you after your first week to have the chance to get out while you’re here. Plus the community of individuals that you have with you is phenomenal. And there’s a nice track to walk, a beautiful labyrinth to walk on a grounding journey, a pickleball court, and an awesome pool! I truly appreciated my stay here and am honestly so much better for it.

I had no idea what was going to become of me when I was sent to Immersion’s PHP program from a different residential treatment center. I knew I was an alcoholic, but that’s pretty much it. It has been a month since I finished my program there, and looking back, I can say they saved my life. The entire staff legitimately cares. From the therapists, to the 12-step contacts, to the techs, they made me feel welcome and heard at all times. I have never been happier, healthier, and more determined to continue on this recovery journey. Immersion deserves a lot of credit for where I am in life.

I will forever be grateful for my time at We Level Up- Lake Worth! This is where my Sobriety journey started. The staff welcomed me with open arms, and made sure I was comfortable. This is the place where I started to become vulnerable and honest with myself. This is where I met some of the most genuine, kindest women and men, that became life-long friends. While my time here, I felt apart of a family. I enjoyed every single meeting and class I participated in. Level Up does an outstanding job at facilitating a schedule each day, incorporating men and women groups, gym time, art, music, mindfulness etc. I looked forward to Big Book Study with Melissa and the H&I meetings. The staff here genuinely cares about my wellbeing and sobriety. My relationship with Level Up did not stop when I walked out the front doors, Roger is still checking up on me and I cannot be more grateful. There’s opportunities for me to attend alumni meetings which is so great. I cannot say enough positive things about Level Up, and will always recommend my family and friends to go here when needed.

I just left allure and it checking myself in and staying there to complete the residential after detoxing was the best decision I’ve made in decades. The clinical director Brad and the operations director Joey have an amazing staff around them. Most are in recovery and they UNDERSTOOD me. Going to treatment can be nerve wracking and their team made sure I was comfortable and welcomed. I spent over 3 weeks there and not once did I feel out of place or unsafe. They helped me work through all of the problems i had in my life when I admitted myself in the wake of my active addiction and I left with a purpose and the guidance and aftercare I needed to remain sober in the future. There’s no magic pill or wand to cure sobriety but they genuinely care and motivate you to put in the work and learn the tools to stay clean. I went to The Beachcomber in 2020 after 12 years struggling as an alcoholic. What I walked into wasn’t what I expected after a few stints at other rehabs. They were tough, hard on us. They spoke the truth which is something I hadn’t heard. I didn’t get sober as soon as I left, but I did soon after and I am so thankful for the experience I had there. This place and the people at Bright Futures are truly something special. I’ve been through multiple rehab centers, and while each offered something helpful, I always ended up back in the same cycle—drinking, isolating, losing myself. I came to Bright Futures broken, scared, and exhausted—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. It wasn’t just the substance use that nearly destroyed me, it was the lack of hope.
From the very first phone call, I felt like I wasn’t just another intake. I spoke with someone who took the time to listen to my story, answer my questions about detox placement, insurance, and what to expect from PHP. I was skeptical at first. I didn’t believe in myself. But Bright Futures believed in me before I could.
When I arrived at the facility in Boynton Beach, I was immediately welcomed with warmth and zero judgment. I was assigned a case manager, Jennifer, who not only kept my treatment organized but supported me emotionally every step of the way. She helped coordinate everything—from therapy sessions to aftercare planning to helping me talk to my family again.
My primary therapist, Matt, made an enormous impact. He didn’t just run through a script—he took the time to dig deep with me, identify my trauma, and help me develop real coping skills. We worked through things I had buried for years. The group therapy sessions led by Ashley were raw and transformative. She created a safe space where I could share, cry, and most importantly—heal.
Melissa, part of the support staff, always made sure I was okay. Some days I didn’t need therapy—I just needed someone to sit with me or remind me to eat. Carlos, one of the techs in the sober living side, treated me like a human being when I was at my worst. They didn’t just do their jobs—they genuinely cared.
The clinical structure here is solid. I was placed in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) after detox, then moved into outpatient therapy and continued working on myself while staying in the sober living housing they set me up with. The facility was clean, the food was good, the housing felt safe, and the schedule helped me rebuild my routine.
The best thing about Bright Futures isn’t just the therapy or the services—it’s the people. Everyone from leadership to the cleaning staff seemed committed to helping us succeed. There were no shortcuts. Just honesty, consistency, and compassion.
I left Bright Futures with a recovery plan, coping tools, a support network, and something I hadn’t had in a long time—hope. I still check in with some of the staff. They didn’t just get me sober; they helped me remember who I am and who I want to be.

When I came into Elan I was broken, I had no trust in rehab centers and they changed my way of thinking. They earned my trust and helped me save my life. The staff is truly the best hand picked employees a rehab center could have. All the therapists are phenomenal in what they do, they have all helped me and have gave me the criteria to live a honest clean sober life. The Techs are wonderful they’re so welcoming and do anything to make you comfortable, the lead techs Keri & Scott are so insightful. The family program that the therapist Lystra conducted was the most HEALING EXPERIENCE and has helped with a lifetime worth of damage. We keep in contact weekly and it’s the most beautiful relationship I’ve bonded with a therapist, thank you Lystra for all you do. The Director Barbara I will be forever grateful for she always made time to be there for me. The Clinical Medical staff knows what they are talking about and very understanding. I got so much out of this program, and I am forever grateful for the help that I received. The nursing staff was available 24 hours a day. My detox was very comfortable, and easy to get through. The massages and chiropractor was extremely helpful. All of the groups were small and personable. If it wasn’t for coming here I don’t think I would have gained the tools to stay clean. So glad the made the decision to get help here. Thank you to all of the staff you guys were amazing.

i came here two years ago it was my third attempt to get sober and it stuck. in all my worst times music always helped pull me through and although i couldn’t have my phone they gave me an ipod and uploaded my favorite artists and it gave me so much comfort. a lot of the staff are also in recovery so i trusted them and you can tell they actually care and want to see you get better. i love this place very much <3

This place is great made the right choice in going here. Megan was an amazing therapist who pushed me in ways others have not. The facilitators were amazing. Remix with Tyler and Mariah were by far some of the most impactful groups I’ve been apart of. The food was always on point which is always a huge benefit. The entire kitchen staff was amazing. Sarah and Chae not only provided some of the best food I’ve eaten but also were quick to make me feel at home having long talks after the dinner rush to going as far as making me chicken noodle soup when I was sick. The techs were awesome, Sammy is an absolute gangster and Keelie not only severed as the first person most people were welcomed by but one of the cheeriest and happy people that RU is lucky to have as a face of the company. If you or a loved one struggling I can not recommend this place enough. (Also has a nice gym if you are into that)

I attended Hanley for 60 days and attended Intensive Outpatient for one month. This was my second rodeo. I was a Prosecutor and Drug Court General Magistrate (Judicial) for 25 years and spoke at every facility you could imagine. Actively involved. I took the fall myself (go figure) and put myself into Hanley because I was well aware of their reputation. It was the best and most holistic experience of my life. Great facility etc. BUT that is not what matters. The 12 Step Concept they utilize along with dual quality education and therapies saved my life. I live by the Steps, follow what they inspired me to do and I am reborn. No scintilla of a desire for a drink. Actively involved with them still and always will be if they will have me!

The experience I had at this facility was absolutely phenomenal! I cannot express how much I was able to grow and develop as an individual within the walls of Recreate. I spent 28 days here for the PHP portion of my recovery, and all I can say is I highly recommend this facility to individuals who are serious about their sobriety and want to see that change made in their lives. The staff was incredible, and the community around me did nothing but life me up with encouragement. I was able to express myself truly without any form of judgement thrown my way, and finally find the self-worth I have been yearning for my whole life.
