I’ve never stayed in a treatment center that long in my life… if you knew me, that would say a lot. I have been in and out of these facilities over 15+ years. It was very clean, I love the food, The rooms in residential were like a hotel room. They were beautiful. Best of all, the staff. From the techs all the way up to leadership, great people! The cleaning staff were on point! Huge shout out to Jordyn, Ashley, Anthony, Nick V, Roni, Rick, Penny, Corey, Harriet, Shay, Matt, and most of all my therapist, Jason. I don’t think I’ve would’ve stayed the amount of time that I stayed without my therapist, Jason. Along with the support from the staff. It was a great group of people when I was there. Truly amazing people, that wanted better. The only cons I can say about this facility, is the lack of communication between the departments. Nursing, techs and leadership are all on different communication levels, which can be become very complicated for the client. They should be more aware of medications that people need daily, so clients are not running out of medication’s… The techs need to be trained across the board on what’s right and what’s not right. Each tech had a different opinion or decision on something, with certain people.. That was the only real negative experience I had at this facility. Everything else was great, the staff and the clients! As I said, don’t take peoples reviews to heart. Everyone has a different experience when they’re going through this type of thing. The education and guidance we received were phenomenal and gave us a much deeper understanding of addiction, recovery, and how we can support our son and our family moving forward. In 10 minutes, I'll be going to a meeting to pick up my 1-year chip ❤️ From the moment I picked up the phone and spoke with the rep, Trisha, I had an amazing experience! She and my sister helped me coordinate my trip, as I was in no condition to do so myself. Within hours I had an airplane ticket and a bed. The first week is a daze. But I was comfortable, taken care of, and well fed. They also accommodated my dietary needs. The med staff paid close attention, monitoring vitals, and doing extra check-ins as needed (ex: coming during the night to check blood pressure if too low). The medication made detox comfortable, and made me feel safe (a major reason I chose a center was fear of DTs/death). The staff doctor was great, too. While there, we were offered groups that were very beneficial. These included relaxation/meditation/ mindfulness sessions, communication classes, and chiropractic services. There were fun activities like tiedye and group painting. H & I also came in daily, or was run by house staff. This was my intro to AA, which I've come to love and embrace. The rooms were comfortable, with a TV for each bed (head phones provided). My particular roommate situation was incredible! 3 of us text regularly, and are certain to be lifelong friends. The grounds are beautiful! The courtyard is a lovely place to relax and socialize. The back yard area has activities like corn hole and yard nuts. There's a sandbox that I called my beach, and would lounge and journal with my feet in the sand. Initially, I planned on detox, only, and then returning to Michigan. When I realized that detox was only the first step, they had reps from rehab facilities visit to help coordinate the second step. Shout out to Kenny, Kat. Marissa, Kenith, Rick and Felicai. I'm sure staff has changed, and that I've forgotten many names. But I'll never forget the amazing people that helped me start my road to recovery. The trauma group runs three times a week, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. I'd been to programs that mentioned trauma-informed care and then gave it maybe one session. Here it was built into the schedule in a real way, with a dedicated trauma therapist. That frequency made a difference because you actually had time to open something up and then come back to it before too much time passed.

This is a dicey review - only because everybody has their own different experiences with places like this. My personal opinion, don’t take reviews to heart. Everyone’s experience is different. Mine personally, was amazing. The staff was amazing. I’ve never stayed in a treatment center that long in my life… if you knew me, that would say a lot. I have been in and out of these facilities over 15+ years. It was very clean, I love the food, The rooms in residential were like a hotel room. They were beautiful. Best of all, the staff. From the techs all the way up to leadership, great people! The cleaning staff were on point! Huge shout out to Jordyn, Ashley, Anthony, Nick V, Roni, Rick, Penny, Corey, Harriet, Shay, Matt, and most of all my therapist, Jason. I don’t think I’ve would’ve stayed the amount of time that I stayed without my therapist, Jason. Along with the support from the staff. It was a great group of people when I was there. Truly amazing people, that wanted better. The only cons I can say about this facility, is the lack of communication between the departments. Nursing, techs and leadership are all on different communication levels, which can be become very complicated for the client. They should be more aware of medications that people need daily, so clients are not running out of medication’s… The techs need to be trained across the board on what’s right and what’s not right. Each tech had a different opinion or decision on something, with certain people.. That was the only real negative experience I had at this facility. Everything else was great, the staff and the clients! As I said, don’t take peoples reviews to heart. Everyone has a different experience when they’re going through this type of thing. I am very grateful for the support I had at The Haven in West Palm Beach. Truly. 🙏

Comprehensive Wellness Center played a major role in my recovery. They got me on the correct medications that were monitored and educated me about the amygdala hijack. What my brain was doing to me before I drank or drugged. Also, I was educated on great breathing exercises and grounding techniques that still help me today. They have amazing staff along with very clean places to do residential. I felt comfortable and safe and enjoyed groups. Their catered food is very good, also, they gave me a gift card so I can buy and cook what I enjoyed. I continued my sobriety after being successfully discharged and now live in their Sober home where I am accounted for, committed to and an active member of AA. Beachside was a very comfortable, clean, and calming environment. The staff were friendly and the small client population made for friendships and companionship. The nursing staff were also friendly and efficient. The food was good and options were offered at every meal. The single occupancy rooms were spacious and comfortable. The therapeutic sessions were informative and helpful. There were numerous leisure activities, as well. The intake process was lengthy and I urge the client to read the forms before signing. Beachside is worth looking into for residential rehab.

There are simply no words to express how deeply grateful our family is to the Hanley Center. I believe God led our son there at exactly the right time and that the people at Hanley were an answer to our prayers. Our son needed inpatient treatment for alcoholism, however, our local facility had no inpatient beds available. Outpatient treatment was offered, but it wasn’t enough. When we contacted Hanley, Renee Rogers and her entire admissions team immediately stepped in. They treated him as an emergency admit, worked with his insurance, and made the entire process happen quickly and seamlessly. When he landed at the airport, a car was already waiting for him. Their professionalism was matched by an extraordinary level of compassion and genuine care. My husband and I attended family week, which was truly life-changing. The education and guidance we received were phenomenal and gave us a much deeper understanding of addiction, recovery, and how we can support our son and our family moving forward. I strongly encourage every family to participate. Our son’s primary therapist, Michael Friedman, was simply exceptional. He is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, compassionate and gifted at what he does. We will forever be grateful for the role he played in our son’s recovery. To Renee Rogers, her entire admissions team, as well as Michael Friedman, thank you for literally saving our son’s life. You are all incredibly gifted humans and such an integral part of his journey. We will forever be grateful and I wholeheartedly recommend the Hanley Center to anyone struggling with addiction.

Coming into another detox and rehab was not what I wanted to go through again. I was 3 1/2 hours away from home and just lost my job. Allure ending up being the best thing for me. I was able to focus on my sobriety and get the help I needed. The techs, counselors and nurses are very understanding and can relate to what we all were going through. With their strength and hope I left there ready to give this program 100% on a daily basis.

I went to The Beachcomber in 2020 after 12 years struggling as an alcoholic. What I walked into wasn’t what I expected after a few stints at other rehabs. They were tough, hard on us. They spoke the truth which is something I hadn’t heard. I didn’t get sober as soon as I left, but I did soon after and I am so thankful for the experience I had there. When I came into Elan I was broken, I had no trust in rehab centers and they changed my way of thinking. They earned my trust and helped me save my life. The staff is truly the best hand picked employees a rehab center could have. All the therapists are phenomenal in what they do, they have all helped me and have gave me the criteria to live a honest clean sober life. The Techs are wonderful they’re so welcoming and do anything to make you comfortable, the lead techs Keri & Scott are so insightful. The family program that the therapist Lystra conducted was the most HEALING EXPERIENCE and has helped with a lifetime worth of damage. We keep in contact weekly and it’s the most beautiful relationship I’ve bonded with a therapist, thank you Lystra for all you do. The Director Barbara I will be forever grateful for she always made time to be there for me. The Clinical Medical staff knows what they are talking about and very understanding. I was a recent patient at Genesis house. I found the property to be beautiful and spacious. All of the facilitators were knowledgeable and were concerned with getting the patients better. The nursing staff was top-notch. Even the Alumni coordinators are spectacular at their jobs. The Therapist really dig deep into finding out why you use or drink and help you find your recovery. I loved the staff especially Brian and my case manager Lee. I learned so much out of the groups. A year ago yesterday Kat picked me up from the airport. In 10 minutes, I'll be going to a meeting to pick up my 1-year chip ❤️ From the moment I picked up the phone and spoke with the rep, Trisha, I had an amazing experience! She and my sister helped me coordinate my trip, as I was in no condition to do so myself. Within hours I had an airplane ticket and a bed. The first week is a daze. But I was comfortable, taken care of, and well fed. They also accommodated my dietary needs. The med staff paid close attention, monitoring vitals, and doing extra check-ins as needed (ex: coming during the night to check blood pressure if too low). The medication made detox comfortable, and made me feel safe (a major reason I chose a center was fear of DTs/death). The staff doctor was great, too. While there, we were offered groups that were very beneficial. These included relaxation/meditation/ mindfulness sessions, communication classes, and chiropractic services. There were fun activities like tiedye and group painting. H & I also came in daily, or was run by house staff. This was my intro to AA, which I've come to love and embrace. The rooms were comfortable, with a TV for each bed (head phones provided). My particular roommate situation was incredible! 3 of us text regularly, and are certain to be lifelong friends. The grounds are beautiful! The courtyard is a lovely place to relax and socialize. The back yard area has activities like corn hole and yard nuts. There's a sandbox that I called my beach, and would lounge and journal with my feet in the sand. Initially, I planned on detox, only, and then returning to Michigan. When I realized that detox was only the first step, they had reps from rehab facilities visit to help coordinate the second step. Shout out to Kenny, Kat. Marissa, Kenith, Rick and Felicai. I'm sure staff has changed, and that I've forgotten many names. But I'll never forget the amazing people that helped me start my road to recovery.

Just spent a well needed 3wks at 1 solution detox. The entire staff is great. Directors , Doctors ,techs ,nurses and therapist all do their job with ❤️. I would definitely recommend treatment there to anybody struggling with a drug/alcohol disease. Rick W

I came to Beach House Recovery from South Louisiana, during the darkest and hardest time of my life. Helpless , hopeless, and no light in sight. My personal experience: This place welcomed me with open arms when I arrived at 11pm and all of the staff and techs and therapist were always very helpful and I did feel they truly cared. They showed me what healing and recovery truly is. With a clean and beautiful campusc great food, and awesome amenities such as a pool, pickleball, basketball court, and a nice workout room. I was able to not only heal physically but mentally and emotionally. It took a few days to settle in but I made a great group of friends who were serious about recovery and healing. The treatment was very educational and eye opening. This place and the program saved my life and I will forever be grateful for Beach House Recovery and their staff and Drs and nurses and the lifetime long friends in sobriety I met there ♻️✌️

I honestly don’t know where I would be today without Beach House’s amazing alumni coordinator, Heather. If it wasn’t for her, I truly don’t think I would have ever come back to Beach House when I needed help the most. She believed in me, encouraged me, and reminded me that my story wasn’t over, even when I couldn’t see that for myself. She has taught me so much about what it truly means to stay sober, to take recovery seriously, and to keep showing up even on the hard days. More than that, she has helped bring me closer to God and shown me how much faith can play a role in recovery and in everyday life. She helped me to understand the vital importance of a 12 step program and a Higher power and that IS THE ONLY reason I am still sober today. The impact she has had on me goes far beyond her job title — she has genuinely helped change the direction of my life.
