I go to the PBHA office on SR 7 in Wellington to address my hearing needs (i.e. cleaning, repairs, periodic exams). I bought my first rechargeable set of hearing aids here which still provide excellent service 4 yrs later. The staff are very knowledgeable and always provide excellent service. When they answer my questions, I feel like I am in class. There is always something new to learn. Definitely a good team to work with

I have been to rehabs previously, however Beachside was the first rehab where the 12 steps were not a mandated expectation. It was truly a holistic experience, offering sound therapy, reiki, massages, fitness activities and more. The onsite gym, albeit small, offered dumbbells, treadmill, Peloton Bike, and a Nordic Row. I would have preferred if it included a few kettle bells, but overall the extent of the gym was more than I expected. The cafeteria was always clean and well stocked - the chefs were friendly and warm. Whether it was the salad bar or the amazing curated meals, or the classic cheeseburger - the food was never a source of concern for me. The entire staff was outstanding - from the Ops Manager Rasheed, down to every single BHT. House Keeping staff were muy bueno. Kitchen staff, therapists, recreational staff, I could go on and on with lists and praise. I have never felt so heard and so welcomed as I did by the Beachside employees. There were some inequities between the PHP and Residential program, but nothing that caused me any significant concern - just areas where I submitted suggestions to improve processes. I truly am thankful to Beachside for the serenity they provided while I was there and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a need for Mental Health or Substance Use Rehab.

This place and the people at Bright Futures are truly something special. I’ve been through multiple rehab centers, and while each offered something helpful, I always ended up back in the same cycle—drinking, isolating, losing myself. I came to Bright Futures broken, scared, and exhausted—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. It wasn’t just the substance use that nearly destroyed me, it was the lack of hope. From the very first phone call, I felt like I wasn’t just another intake. I spoke with someone who took the time to listen to my story, answer my questions about detox placement, insurance, and what to expect from PHP. I was skeptical at first. I didn’t believe in myself. But Bright Futures believed in me before I could. When I arrived at the facility in Boynton Beach, I was immediately welcomed with warmth and zero judgment. I was assigned a case manager, Jennifer, who not only kept my treatment organized but supported me emotionally every step of the way. She helped coordinate everything—from therapy sessions to aftercare planning to helping me talk to my family again. My primary therapist, Matt, made an enormous impact. He didn’t just run through a script—he took the time to dig deep with me, identify my trauma, and help me develop real coping skills. We worked through things I had buried for years. The group therapy sessions led by Ashley were raw and transformative. She created a safe space where I could share, cry, and most importantly—heal. Melissa, part of the support staff, always made sure I was okay. Some days I didn’t need therapy—I just needed someone to sit with me or remind me to eat. Carlos, one of the techs in the sober living side, treated me like a human being when I was at my worst. They didn’t just do their jobs—they genuinely cared. The clinical structure here is solid. I was placed in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) after detox, then moved into outpatient therapy and continued working on myself while staying in the sober living housing they set me up with. The facility was clean, the food was good, the housing felt safe, and the schedule helped me rebuild my routine. The best thing about Bright Futures isn’t just the therapy or the services—it’s the people. Everyone from leadership to the cleaning staff seemed committed to helping us succeed. There were no shortcuts. Just honesty, consistency, and compassion. I left Bright Futures with a recovery plan, coping tools, a support network, and something I hadn’t had in a long time—hope. I still check in with some of the staff. They didn’t just get me sober; they helped me remember who I am and who I want to be. I have been here and did not appreciate until I saw what’s out there. I was lucky enough to be sponsored. I just have chronic insomnia and extreme anxiety, of course they would not let me take my prescription meds Long story short I didn’t sleep for 30 days perhaps 15 minutes to an hour a night but compared to everything else out there this was a golden opportunity. I should’ve stayed two more weeks as my friend was going to be in the Bahamas. My situation is alcohol. I thank the Hanley center very much for sponsoring me. I was so lucky. Sometimes you don’t realize it right away. It was only my second time in rehab when one other girl I knew had been in rehab 35 times. I must add this is no slouch of a rehab. There are people from very good homes and have gone even to Ivy League schools, but no one knew what the word insomnia meant which I found quite odd. I’ve been diagnosed my whole life with that. I felt like a guinea pig each night they tried to give me some psych med to put me to sleep. Finally, I gave up and would only take melatonin and maybe Advil it still didn’t put me to sleep…if I could turn the clock around I would go back and stay the extra two weeks my friend was in the Bahamas for two weeks when she was supposed to pick me up, so she wanted me to stay longer. I should have listened to her. I am looking into rehab centers now. The reviews are very scary and there is no one to sponsor me. After leaving it has been a total nightmare. The wrong person picked me up and they tried to scam me for $. perhaps I should give you five stars. I also should not have been drinking coffee cause that is caffeine. Hanley helped me accomplish what I could not do on my own. That is to learn how to live a happy and fulfilling sober life. I have never been to a rehabilitation facility before but I cannot imagine another facility that could be any better than Hanley has been to me. Both during, and even after I was a patient.

This place has changed my life. I came in literally at rock bottom and they built me back up one day at a time. From every single tech to the cleaning people truly care for your recovery. I went to The Beachcomber in 2020 after 12 years struggling as an alcoholic. What I walked into wasn’t what I expected after a few stints at other rehabs. They were tough, hard on us. They spoke the truth which is something I hadn’t heard. I didn’t get sober as soon as I left, but I did soon after and I am so thankful for the experience I had there. When I came into Elan I was broken, I had no trust in rehab centers and they changed my way of thinking. They earned my trust and helped me save my life. The staff is truly the best hand picked employees a rehab center could have. All the therapists are phenomenal in what they do, they have all helped me and have gave me the criteria to live a honest clean sober life. The Techs are wonderful they’re so welcoming and do anything to make you comfortable, the lead techs Keri & Scott are so insightful. The family program that the therapist Lystra conducted was the most HEALING EXPERIENCE and has helped with a lifetime worth of damage. We keep in contact weekly and it’s the most beautiful relationship I’ve bonded with a therapist, thank you Lystra for all you do. The Director Barbara I will be forever grateful for she always made time to be there for me. The Clinical Medical staff knows what they are talking about and very understanding. Pastor Craig is the best motivational staff member he’s made a world of a difference in my life. Diane’s groups are AMAZING! I’ve learned so much about why I did what I’ve done and she has always been there for me. If you wanna get deep in the Big Book Larry can direct you with any question and answers you have. A year ago yesterday Kat picked me up from the airport. In 10 minutes, I'll be going to a meeting to pick up my 1-year chip ❤️ From the moment I picked up the phone and spoke with the rep, Trisha, I had an amazing experience! She and my sister helped me coordinate my trip, as I was in no condition to do so myself. Within hours I had an airplane ticket and a bed. The first week is a daze. But I was comfortable, taken care of, and well fed. They also accommodated my dietary needs. The med staff paid close attention, monitoring vitals, and doing extra check-ins as needed (ex: coming during the night to check blood pressure if too low). The medication made detox comfortable, and made me feel safe (a major reason I chose a center was fear of DTs/death). The staff doctor was great, too. While there, we were offered groups that were very beneficial. These included relaxation/meditation/ mindfulness sessions, communication classes, and chiropractic services. There were fun activities like tiedye and group painting. H & I also came in daily, or was run by house staff. This was my intro to AA, which I've come to love and embrace. The rooms were comfortable, with a TV for each bed (head phones provided). My particular roommate situation was incredible! 3 of us text regularly, and are certain to be lifelong friends. The grounds are beautiful! The courtyard is a lovely place to relax and socialize. The back yard area has activities like corn hole and yard nuts. There's a sandbox that I called my beach, and would lounge and journal with my feet in the sand. Initially, I planned on detox, only, and then returning to Michigan. When I realized that detox was only the first step, they had reps from rehab facilities visit to help coordinate the second step. Shout out to Kenny, Kat. Marissa, Kenith, Rick and Felicai. I'm sure staff has changed, and that I've forgotten many names. But I'll never forget the amazing people that helped me start my road to recovery.

Just spent a well needed 3wks at 1 solution detox. The entire staff is great. Directors , Doctors ,techs ,nurses and therapist all do their job with ❤️. I would definitely recommend treatment there to anybody struggling with a drug/alcohol disease. Rick W

Our daughter went through the Transformations Treatment Center a few years ago (she is a First Responder) and the difference that it has made in her life and the lives of her friends, co-workers and our family cannot really be described with words, but I continue to feel very grateful for the change that she has made for herself and others. This place is very dirty. The doctor there was unable to help me and I ended up leaving the center in a private ambulance which I had to wait nearly 2 hours to be transported to the hospital. They lied to family and said I was doing well and healthy when I lost 11lbs in a week because of they were unable to cater to my dairy and shellfish allergy. On the bright side, you are able to order drinks to the center and still partake in drinking and smoking with certain staff.

I have a huge on going love and gratitude for beach house and everyone involved. From directors to cleaning staff. Absolute top tear. I should be dead or in prison. With out beach house I'm convinced I would be. Not only did beach house get and teach me how to live sober, they showed how to be a man of integrity. Most of all this process has developed me into the man that God had ment me to be. I miss all of the beach house team, though they frequently check in on me. Several off them. Not just a general anonymous text. I want to name them, but there is so many. Oh and I miss the amazing food. Also top tear. Beach house is a big part of my testimony. I pray and thank God for all of you.
