I went to the Haven a few years ago and I will be returning tomorrow. I am not proud of that, but I am glad that a facility like the Haven exists. They actually care at the Haven. It is so very comfortable and clean, great food and amenities but the employees care as well. Santino was amazing in helping me and if I had a family member that needed help I would tell them to go to the Haven.

Phenomenal place! All of the staff are very helpful and friendly. Anthony, client care coordinator is always checking in to make sure you are ok and if anything is needed, helps with a smile! Jason(therapist) is great, more in tuned than most I have seen. . Karen (EMDR) is gifted and am privileged to have been able to work with her. Magic Mike will blow your mind with his knowledge and things he can do. Food is good. Facility is clean. Beds on residential side are comfy.bon detox they are average. Such an amazing group! I have been to a few different rehabs and this one is top notch!!!

This was a great place to learn how to grow up. As an alcoholic, I avoided adulthood and had a ready made excuse as to why I didn’t achieve or succeed in things. “I’m a drunk.” Once I removed the bottle, I quickly saw how much maturing I needed to do in everyday, regular life. The guys at RBC get you moving towards adulthood.
There are simple rules to be kept and standards to live up to; youre required to work the 12 steps, get a job, and respect the grounds and the people that live and work there. They are simple rules that many of us come in not knowing how to follow or have bucked at all points in our active addictions. Slowly but surely, this place guides you away from old habits into new, more productive ones.
All in all, this place takes you from beaten and broken to strong and empowered if you follow the rules and suggestions laid right at your feet. I’d recommend RBC to anyone serious about changing their life and “becoming the man they were meant to be.”

Words can not explain the support and treatment I was able to receive during my stay @ CWC. The staff there was amazing and my therapist was very professional and helpful. I'm a very spiritual person and I felt like I was able to express my emotions and feelings very comfortably. No where is perfect, but this place allowed me the chance to grow and get closer spiritually than I've been in a long time. Everyone, from the Techs and all the way up to the supervisors and owner himself treated me with respect and kindness. I will forever be grateful for my time at CWC and the treatment it had to offer. I was treated like a person rather than just another number and was given an opportunity to get to know everyone there on some personal level. My favorite group therapists that stood out to me were Paul, Darrion, and Lenny. Those were my top 3. However, CWC has many programs and groups to choose from once u are admitted into there treatment center. They offer many great courses and treatment options. 2 of the top recommended courses they have there are; step track with Gary K. and Trauma track which is run by Isaac and Gabe, both very well trained and professional therapists. If u are thinking about finding somewhere to go to treatment at and try to make a change in your life, look no further, CWC (Comprehensive Wellness Center) is without a doubt a great place to start and/ or continue your journey to a better future and a new life of sobriety if you desire to do so. This place and the people at Bright Futures are truly something special. I’ve been through multiple rehab centers, and while each offered something helpful, I always ended up back in the same cycle—drinking, isolating, losing myself. I came to Bright Futures broken, scared, and exhausted—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. It wasn’t just the substance use that nearly destroyed me, it was the lack of hope.
From the very first phone call, I felt like I wasn’t just another intake. I spoke with someone who took the time to listen to my story, answer my questions about detox placement, insurance, and what to expect from PHP. I was skeptical at first. I didn’t believe in myself. But Bright Futures believed in me before I could.
When I arrived at the facility in Boynton Beach, I was immediately welcomed with warmth and zero judgment. I was assigned a case manager, Jennifer, who not only kept my treatment organized but supported me emotionally every step of the way. She helped coordinate everything—from therapy sessions to aftercare planning to helping me talk to my family again.
My primary therapist, Matt, made an enormous impact. He didn’t just run through a script—he took the time to dig deep with me, identify my trauma, and help me develop real coping skills. We worked through things I had buried for years. The group therapy sessions led by Ashley were raw and transformative. She created a safe space where I could share, cry, and most importantly—heal.
Melissa, part of the support staff, always made sure I was okay. Some days I didn’t need therapy—I just needed someone to sit with me or remind me to eat. Carlos, one of the techs in the sober living side, treated me like a human being when I was at my worst. They didn’t just do their jobs—they genuinely cared.
The clinical structure here is solid. I was placed in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) after detox, then moved into outpatient therapy and continued working on myself while staying in the sober living housing they set me up with. The facility was clean, the food was good, the housing felt safe, and the schedule helped me rebuild my routine.
The best thing about Bright Futures isn’t just the therapy or the services—it’s the people. Everyone from leadership to the cleaning staff seemed committed to helping us succeed. There were no shortcuts. Just honesty, consistency, and compassion.
I left Bright Futures with a recovery plan, coping tools, a support network, and something I hadn’t had in a long time—hope. I still check in with some of the staff. They didn’t just get me sober; they helped me remember who I am and who I want to be.

I have gone to many different outpatient treatment centers in Philadelphia and this was the most effective. I struggled with opiates and alcohol for years. After each treatment center I started to feel more and more hopeless. At Holistix they taught me that a hopeless heroin addict like myself does in fact have a chance to get and stay sober. Not only did they address my anxiety and depression which was at the root of my addiction and always led me back out but they encouraged me to get involved in Alcoholics Anonymous. Through AA I learned that it was possible to enjoy myself in sobriety. The staff at Holistix was amazing and every one of them made a difference in my recovery. It is always nice to hear from them when they call to check in.

The staff at this place was extremely caring and helpful. I'm sure I was a handful to deal with coming into this place as I don't remember much from the first day or so. I'm not one to open up to therapists very easily but he made it easy for me to talk about my situation and helped me work through all my issues one by one.
The Living quarters at Holistix were top notch, very comfortable, they don't try to cram a bunch of us in a small space. Hopefully I will never have to go back to this place, but I would definitely recommend it to any friends or loved ones that may be struggling with addiction or alcoholism

I attended Hanley for 60 days and attended Intensive Outpatient for one month. This was my second rodeo. I was a Prosecutor and Drug Court General Magistrate (Judicial) for 25 years and spoke at every facility you could imagine. Actively involved. I took the fall myself (go figure) and put myself into Hanley because I was well aware of their reputation. It was the best and most holistic experience of my life. Great facility etc. BUT that is not what matters. The 12 Step Concept they utilize along with dual quality education and therapies saved my life. I went to The Beachcomber in 2020 after 12 years struggling as an alcoholic. What I walked into wasn’t what I expected after a few stints at other rehabs. They were tough, hard on us. They spoke the truth which is something I hadn’t heard. I didn’t get sober as soon as I left, but I did soon after and I am so thankful for the experience I had there. My experience is different...my son is clean and sober 1 year tomorrow by the grace of God because of Genesis house.The staff here is absolutely amazing and I'm going to tell you the first couple of days were rough he was leaving every day and wouldn't follow the rules, but they never gave up on him 💙 I'm beyond grateful after 15 years of addiction I have my son back and he has his. When I came into Elan I was broken, I had no trust in rehab centers and they changed my way of thinking. They earned my trust and helped me save my life. The staff is truly the best hand picked employees a rehab center could have. All the therapists are phenomenal in what they do, they have all helped me and have gave me the criteria to live a honest clean sober life. The Techs are wonderful they’re so welcoming and do anything to make you comfortable, the lead techs Keri & Scott are so insightful. The family program that the therapist Lystra conducted was the most HEALING EXPERIENCE and has helped with a lifetime worth of damage. We keep in contact weekly and it’s the most beautiful relationship I’ve bonded with a therapist, thank you Lystra for all you do. The Director Barbara I will be forever grateful for she always made time to be there for me. The Clinical Medical staff knows what they are talking about and very understanding.
