Staff at Loomis care is very engaging. They genuinely do care about your success. Everything isn't always perfect but you can definitely get what you need here. I would recommend this to anyone that genuinely wants recovery.

Unfortunately, I have been to a lot of treatment centers. No one does it like Simple Path Recovery. The love, support, and care you receive there you won’t find at other facilities. I found stability, peace, and lifelong friends after struggling with opiates for almost 10 years. I was shown how to learn from my mistakes and appreciate them, but to stop holding on to them. The learning and care does not stop after clinical hours. The techs, staff, and other women in the program will teach you more than you ever could have known. You become a family! The tools and coping skills that I developed at Simple path saved my life. I truly believe this place and the people here are a Godsend!! If you are even just thinking about going to treatment I highly suggest reaching out to Simple Path, they WILL take care of you

I went here 5 years ago and I owe them a lot of thanks for saving my life. I’ve been clean for 4 years now. Most of the staff do a great job, and a lot of them will go out of their way to help you if you’re having a tough time. I met my fiancé there, (I know no rehab romances lol) and spent the best 4 years of my life with him after completing ocean breeze. Unfortunately, the love of my life passed away last year from the monster we call addiction. We spent almost all of those 4 years sober, but my fiancé felt depressed and relapsed. I did not see it coming, he was always so much stronger than me. At least there’s no more pain for him, and is reunited with his dad now.
Sorry for the rant, but I wanted to post this because of how much ocean breeze has done for me and others. Before, I didn’t have the tools to cope with reality. I’m also incredibly grateful I met my fiancé, Garrett there and was able to spend the happiest years of my life because of the help they gave to us both.

My experience at Ocean Breeze Recovery will be one a lifetime. The group sessions opened us up to see what we were really up against dealing with addiction. My counsellor Heather gave me very valuable one on one time that brought feelings and memories back and helped me to process them and move forward. The comraderie that was shared by the residents was strong and heart felt. The Community that stands strong together helps to prop up those that were weaker. This is something we can't handle alone. The outside meetings we attended showed us how to conduct ourselves in real meetings for when we would go home. The staff cared about our well being and help us as much as they could. With the things I learned and experienced from Ocean Breeze Recovery, I am applying everyday to stay SOBER. 19 MONTHS STRONG!!!

I’ve been here years ago. It helped me when I was homeless. I got into the program and end up getting a job they do provide bus passes for 30 days. It’s better than living on the streets, but you gotta wanna get help to go here, but the program is good.

This is the best clinic in a three counties, it's not all about making money, they actual help you any way they can, they go beyond above their duty, try them out, you'll be surprised, kind, compationate, careing all that and more, they even had tuition help, two weeks free. This clinic saved my life. I started with them in a Miami office-where after 17 years old trying to quit opiates-methadone was my last resort. They do start you off on a low mg (standard for state of FL) then raise the dose daily so if you’re a heavy fentanyl user it may take a few days to feel 100%, but it is a lot easier than struggling for 3 days in detox waiting for the fentanyl to leave your system to be able to take the buprenorphine (precipitated withdrawals). For a long time I tried to stop and stay off any maintenance medication, because people have stigmatized it saying “you’re switching one substance for another, what’s the point” the point is that there are 1 million and 1 ways to get clean, what works for me may not work for you. I have been successful going on year 4 thanks to this Clinic. Once my urine started coming out clean I quickly progressed to showing up once a month. If you have tried everything else and cannot stay clean, visit this clinic. They have more options than one for MAT to fit your needs. Whenever I had an issue or had to travel-getting a hold of the Director was always easy. They will also help you find an insurance that covers it so you don’t have to come out of pocket, but comparing it to spending $100/day the cost of the medication doesn’t even compare. They go above and beyond to help. They saved my life. Also, remove the stigma of MAT-my life is manageable now and the only side effect I experienced was success.

I want to say after being in the grips of a horrid addiction for 15+years, I debated on whether getting back on Maintenance treatment with methadone, due to the stigma and rumors. However, after trying countless times to quit “without anything” and repeatedly failing, when I made the decision to take the step to start treatment, I accepted that saving my life by any means necessary was no question the best option.
3 years later, I’m a 37 year old, financially secure, healthy, productive member of society and my family*. I’m accountable to everyone and everything and my life is no longer unmanageable.
I’ve tried and had success with Buprenorphine in the past, but when I relapsed in 2019, Fentanyl was the new street opioid and 100 times harder to quit than Heroin. One has to abstain from Fentanyl at least 3 days before taking it, whereas with methadone you don’t have to wait.
The owner and staff/nurses/counselors are professionals and there to help. There has never been an instant or emergency that they could not help me with.
I’m grateful for sticking through the first difficult days of my body and mind transitioning into sobriety. If you are thinking about it and don’t have the luxury of going to detox, do it. Save your life.
Since then I’ve cleared HCV and gotten healthy physically.

They are not miracle workers, but they sure try their best.
Very sad that some of our kids are sometimes beyond help.
In some ways we have to take some blame for this. This works best when we , as parents, are able to detect symptoms early and get them help early, denial gets in the way.
Sometimes is very difficult to see when our children are struggling mentally,
No parent wants to admit to this,
Even worse, we don’t know how to deal with it. Is difficult.
We were very lucky.
Ray , Katoya worked, and helped our daughter.
Yosi, worked with us, she helped us understand how to deal with this.
Without her help, I have no doubt things would have turned out different.
Today, our daughter is home, different person, graduated High school.
Most importantly, she is alive.

I absolutely loved this place. I went in feeling hopless. I am bipolar and I had anger issues and etc. I come out a changed person I can feel the peace within myself. Miriam my therapist was awesome. She had so much to give I had so much to learn but you have to be willing to listen. I think the therapy that you get at Holistix is probaly the best part. They are really good at what they do Iam home now and still clean thanks to this place. I have so many skills now. Thanks Holistix And Cathy the main moma (LOL) is the most awesome director that anyone could have shes a beautiful woman. Inside and out.

It’s late October 2025 and my time at Banyan - Stuart was over and I was on my way to Banyan - Pompano, where I was going to attend the “Faith in Recovery” program. I was starting all over again. New program, new facility, new staff, new case manager and new therapist. I have a practice I have been employing for decades when I am in a new situation. I observe and listen, getting to know the lay out of my new surroundings. Which I did. It seems just fine. Outside of one lousy roommate who has zero prospects in this life, everything else was fine. Again I attended every group that was listed and got to know the facilitators and my therapist. Everyone seemed qualified and willing to listen and help. I learned a lot to say the least. While attending, learning and practicing the Faith in Recovery program I finally found God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit - I found my sobriety.
My time at Banyan - Pompano is coming to an end tomorrow, Tuesday November 25th, 2025. I know that I am going to unfamiliar surroundings once again, but this this time I am not alone I have a co-pilot, Jesus himself. A man that will guide me as he is always way with me, helping me, assisting me and holding me accountable for all me thoughts and actions. It’s something, I never thought could happen just 2 months ago, but it did. I am truly not alone. I know there will be challenges, temptations and thoughts that will try to distract me from the path God has put me on, but with him by my side (always) I will not be distracted from doing the right thing. I will not fall victim to the Beast, Serpent or Devil who will try in vein to pull me to the “dark side”. I love you Jesus and will do my best to relay your word to all willing and open to listen. I am proud to say I am going to the Calvary House for Men. I will be affiliated with the largest church in Southeast Florida.

The approach these people take here to invest in each individual is Amazing. I've always known God and felt a connection to him but the repetition of combining God's word with our every day lives in this program has opened the Bible up to me in a way where God's word reads me I no longer read it. I no longer feel guilt or shame or condemnation I feel conviction more and more every day to do the right thing and put my best foot forward. If you find yourself in faith in recovery I believe God has a calling on your life to share your testimony and to be fishers of men/women.

To the parents leaving negative reviews, consider this: you might not be getting the full story from your loved one. In my experience, a blind detox was incredibly effective. As an addict, I would’ve tried to manipulate my way into getting more medication. Being blind to the process forced me to relinquish control and trust the staff, who absolutely knew what they were doing. The detox was smooth and well-handled.
let’s be real—you trusted a shady drug dealer to be honest about what was in their product, but now you’re upset about a licensed nurse administering a substance? That’s ironic, to say the least! Lmao!
This place was a huge blessing!!!! Just make sure to bring stuff to keep you occupied, when I was there we could not have our phones, so bring something to keep you busy! I honestly wish I could have lived there full time! I felt so safe! Thank you for making the start of my sobriety such a breeze!

This was my first time ever at a detox and what I could actually say is that this is the best detox. I’ve experienced lots of amazing food and the staff is great TJ Kathy Jen and Jonathan were my favorite out of the whole crew not saying that the rest of them weren’t respectful, but they were always accommodating me on my needs and checking up on me and making sure that I felt comfortable, especially with it being my first time ever at a detox treatment I definitely recommend this spot to people who are trying to get off drugs. I have lots of freedom. I’m able to have my tablet. They have amazing food. They’re super nice. They also give the shakes because I’m skinny. And it’s very well needed because I needed to gain weight and honestly, I’ve been here for four days and I’ve already gained 8 pounds
