I was at a place in Indiana that i thought was the best until I came to luminous. The support system and help they have n give there exceeds all expectations! I originally was going to a different program but couldn't wait for a bed n luminous took me the same day I called! By the grace of god I found this place because it's had a huge impact on my recovery. Getting sober is the easy part n recovery the real battle is STAYING sober n if u need help with the tools to doing so I suggest you call luminous. Scott (coach) runs amazing groups you can actually take from, Sean is a great therapists and doesn't miss a beat and Ed runs a great program. I'm not a bot and wasn't paid to leave this review lol I'm a resident who is just truly greatful to have had a chance to be in this program. Thank you guys at luminous I have a long journey ahead of me and I appreciate yal more than you know!! I know many people who have walked through the doors of Simple Path Recovery and not one has had a bad experience. This place has saved many many lives.

All the workers are awesome and have become like family, anytime day or night there was always someone you could talk to about anything and find a way to help you get it.

All the staff are great and makes you feel included. It is truly a phenomenal program.

It's a family business and it's shows. The staff members care and will go out of their way to help you. The therapists are knowledgeable, educated and personable. I was able to learn a lot.

What a wonderful treatment program.The staff are wonderful Glinda, Ray,BrianEdith ,Hanah,JP. The medical team go above and beyond to make sure meds are ordered and given as needed. This treatment center is worth a 5. I am so greatfull. When getting treatment the onlything you have to do is stay sober and heal yourself. You will have roof over your head a bed to sleep In also lunch.Meds are given when needed. Joaquin and Jeannie are amazing they showed me so much love .The two of them have open door policy .I came in so scared,sad and wanted to die .I was asigned a therapist that helped me with my traumas.John is the class coordinator he has compassion and really wants to see us succeed. John puts alot of work to make sure we have fun learning

Great staff who genuinely care laid back atmosphere I feel as if I gained sufficient knowledge of the aa program and doing the steps without any of the bs that comes with other treatment centers

This was a great place to learn how to grow up. As an alcoholic, I avoided adulthood and had a ready made excuse as to why I didn’t achieve or succeed in things. “I’m a drunk.” Once I removed the bottle, I quickly saw how much maturing I needed to do in everyday, regular life. The guys at RBC get you moving towards adulthood. There are simple rules to be kept and standards to live up to; youre required to work the 12 steps, get a job, and respect the grounds and the people that live and work there. They are simple rules that many of us come in not knowing how to follow or have bucked at all points in our active addictions. Slowly but surely, this place guides you away from old habits into new, more productive ones. All in all, this place takes you from beaten and broken to strong and empowered if you follow the rules and suggestions laid right at your feet. I’d recommend RBC to anyone serious about changing their life and “becoming the man they were meant to be.”

I was admitted into detox at summer house very impressed with the staff, and especially Jen. She was very helpful with whatever questions I have. She answered immediately.I couldn't have done it without her.

I couldn't recommend this place enough. All staff are exceptional and care genuinely about your well-being. The facilities are clean and comfortable. The nursing staff are attentive. God forbid I ever need a medical detox again, this is the only place I'd want to go. And I don't say this lightly: they've truly saved my life.P.S. The food is amazing.

Lifeskills is a program I didn t want to attend at first, but now after completing my time here I m so happy I did! I was able to take the time I needed to focus on bettering myself which is something I am eternally grateful for. I couldn t have done this without the support of all the therapists, doctors, techs and other clients. Dr. Nicolle, Dr. Spaedy and Ilissa were a huge aid in my mental health journey and recovery. I owe a lot of my success to them but also myself. They taught me I can do a lot more than I thought and how to believe in myself again! Several techs including Robince, Amber, Holly, Tamara, Garfield, and Sabastian played a huge factor in the recovery process outside of the classroom. Their positive attitudes helped me through the ups and downs of what recovery can be. They were a crucial part of the process and I will be forever grateful to everyone who helped me along the way. Thank you Lifeskills for helping me back on my feet and allowing me to blossom into the person I always wanted to be.

Upon my arrival at Lifeskills, I was a lost alcoholic who self-medicated with substances and I had lost my purpose in each and every way. I felt betrayed by those close to me, when first surprisingly 5150d and second shockingly Marchman Acted; thus, my arrival, in my eyes, was less than amicable and left a lot of confusion, to say the least.Arriving in FTL, undergoing a detox protocol, I received superb one on one attention, which heightened when I ended up in a wheelchair due to my severe withdrawals. Upon completing detox at FTL, I was transferred to Deerfield Beach and instantaneously felt a breath of fresh air. Swiftly, I was taken under the care of Tara, my primary therapist, Dr. Mirella, my family therapist, Dr. Spaedy, my psychiatrist; along with Dani, the Alumni Coordinator, and techs Gus, Kevin, Garfield and Diamond, who all were indispensable to me. I am so grateful to them for navigating my way back to finding candid reasons to not just survive but also lighting a fire for me to find purpose n' thrive.Due to the spectacular care at Lifeskills Deerfield Beach, which will be 99 days in totality, I was able to find the real me, be confident in my ability to stay sober, and discover my new life, which months ago I never thought was possible. I will always be very grateful to my whole clinical team, who I have to give a sincere shoutout to Dr. Forstadt, who ran not only my favorite group, Male Trauma, but also conducted the in-depth neuropsych testing.I hope that I can be an anchor for someone experiencing the alcoholic / drug addicted tailspin, in that Lifeskills South Florida gave me the key to escape.

I've spent the last 4 years of my life going through different treatment centers, all of them claiming individualized treatment, yet lifeskills is the first one I ve actually gotten an individualized treatment. My work with Doctor Alex has been wonderful and I ve gained more out of my time with her than I have with any other therapist ever. Dani has been great as well and has gotten me ready for my transition into the less intensive php at Lifeskills. So grateful for staff like Kevin, Garfield, Stephen. As every little part of this program contributes to the wonderful experience I ve had here. Thanks lifeskills
