This place and the people at Bright Futures are truly something special. I’ve been through multiple rehab centers, and while each offered something helpful, I always ended up back in the same cycle—drinking, isolating, losing myself. I came to Bright Futures broken, scared, and exhausted—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. It wasn’t just the substance use that nearly destroyed me, it was the lack of hope. From the very first phone call, I felt like I wasn’t just another intake. I spoke with someone who took the time to listen to my story, answer my questions about detox placement, insurance, and what to expect from PHP. I was skeptical at first. I didn’t believe in myself. But Bright Futures believed in me before I could. When I arrived at the facility in Boynton Beach, I was immediately welcomed with warmth and zero judgment. I was assigned a case manager, Jennifer, who not only kept my treatment organized but supported me emotionally every step of the way. She helped coordinate everything—from therapy sessions to aftercare planning to helping me talk to my family again. My primary therapist, Matt, made an enormous impact. He didn’t just run through a script—he took the time to dig deep with me, identify my trauma, and help me develop real coping skills. We worked through things I had buried for years. The group therapy sessions led by Ashley were raw and transformative. She created a safe space where I could share, cry, and most importantly—heal. Melissa, part of the support staff, always made sure I was okay. Some days I didn’t need therapy—I just needed someone to sit with me or remind me to eat. Carlos, one of the techs in the sober living side, treated me like a human being when I was at my worst. They didn’t just do their jobs—they genuinely cared. The clinical structure here is solid. I was placed in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) after detox, then moved into outpatient therapy and continued working on myself while staying in the sober living housing they set me up with. The facility was clean, the food was good, the housing felt safe, and the schedule helped me rebuild my routine. The best thing about Bright Futures isn’t just the therapy or the services—it’s the people. Everyone from leadership to the cleaning staff seemed committed to helping us succeed. There were no shortcuts. Just honesty, consistency, and compassion. I left Bright Futures with a recovery plan, coping tools, a support network, and something I hadn’t had in a long time—hope. I still check in with some of the staff. They didn’t just get me sober; they helped me remember who I am and who I want to be. In this Facility that ii can no longer call a facility its my home away from home now that i will aways visit. From day one i was meet by Ashly my Guardian Angle. Most competent, down to earth, chill human I've ever meet. All the extremely professional loving and caring i found a family here. Roillie is the best at what she does she doesnt just hear you she actually listens. Malissa is a little fire cracker the best at what she does. I came to Lighthouse last year with nothing—no Social Security card, no driver’s license, and everything I owned fit in a backpack. I went through the full program (PHP and IOP) and left with 9 months sober. Lighthouse may not be the biggest facility, but that’s actually what made my experience so impactful. I never felt like just a number. The staff genuinely cared, and you can feel that from the moment you walk in. There’s real support and real love there. By the time I completed the program, I was a completely different person. They didn’t just help me get sober—they helped me transition back into real life. Today, I have over a year sober, my own place, and stability I didn’t have before. Lighthouse also helped me take care of important life things like getting my Social Security card, driver’s license, and even setting me up for Hep C treatment. That kind of support goes way beyond what most places offer. Everyone there—from the owner to the techs—is involved and accessible, which says a lot about how the place is run. I highly recommend Lighthouse to anyone serious about getting their life back, especially being located in Delray Beach, the recovery capital.

Beachcomber is a life-changing place. I'm currently doing IOP and have loved the groups and all the care that has been given to me. Ty is a great facilitator with lots of knowledge. I stayed at Rocklay Sober Living for six months, and it was an amazing experience. The Shabbos meals were incredible, with Michelin-style food prepared by a talented chef. You might think it's a scam, but I think the watershed for my 17 years of being clean if it wouldn't be for them. I wouldn't be here today. Thank you watershed for giving me back my life. My name is Jeanette Kungis. I was there in March 28 of 2008. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. And I did it without going to aa or na meetings, I've gone maybe to 7, when I first got out and I have them on my keychain, but that's it. I didn't need AA or NA because I knew in my heart. I was gonna stay clean because I was never a drug attic. I don't come from a drug addict, family. Between September of 1999 and June of 2001, I'd lost enough people in one lifetime to last 3 or 4, and I couldn't handle it. Depression medication wasn't working, so I started self-medicating. And i'm glad I did because that's if I didn yet on drugs, I would have never known about the brain tumor I had and probably would have been dead 3 years later. Thanks to my period being out of whack, I talked to my gynecologist, he found my brain tumor and when they opened up my head, it was just starting to attach to my brain. And my doctor said, yeah, my headaches were because of my depression. Wrong and that's why he had to take an early retirement. He thought I was gonna sue him, but I didn't. I'm not that kind of person. So again, thank you watershed for my sobriety.

I liked that all the nurses were recovering too most of them made me feel very comfortable even though I was far away from my W.V. home but I enjoyed it ty sorry they ended up closing. I was even there for Christmas and they was very helpful I met some people I will never forget patients and workers wish I could see again.

This place is ok. You have to realize this is Florida, so you are going to get cockroaches. Just ask staff for a fogger they are happy to get you one. I have had no problems with staff. Long days keeping you busy. Van rides get tiring. We do outings Everglades on a airboat was amazing all the Alligators was just coll. The best thing about this place is the LIV Program. Very Understanding place. Dr. Greg was helpful therapist. If considering to attend other Rehabs I recommend this facility. Also "Barbara" on the phone call was very truthful and it was as she said it would be like. Simple Path is more than a rehab facility, they treat you like family. Each and every person will help you on your recovery journey not because it's their job but because they truly care. They saved me from myself more than once. You are not just a number at Simple Path. The groups are small enough to give each and every person individualized care. Many clients actually find it hard to leave, myself included due to the level of commitment from the staff. I can't say enough about this rehab, it's more than just being on the beach, although that's really nice too. It truly is the best!

Unfortunately, I have been to a lot of treatment centers. No one does it like Simple Path Recovery. The love, support, and care you receive there you won’t find at other facilities. I found stability, peace, and lifelong friends after struggling with opiates for almost 10 years. I was shown how to learn from my mistakes and appreciate them, but to stop holding on to them. The learning and care does not stop after clinical hours. The techs, staff, and other women in the program will teach you more than you ever could have known. You become a family! The tools and coping skills that I developed at Simple path saved my life. I truly believe this place and the people here are a Godsend!! I have been to rehabs previously, however Beachside was the first rehab where the 12 steps were not a mandated expectation. It was truly a holistic experience, offering sound therapy, reiki, massages, fitness activities and more. The onsite gym, albeit small, offered dumbbells, treadmill, Peloton Bike, and a Nordic Row. I would have preferred if it included a few kettle bells, but overall the extent of the gym was more than I expected. The cafeteria was always clean and well stocked - the chefs were friendly and warm. Whether it was the salad bar or the amazing curated meals, or the classic cheeseburger - the food was never a source of concern for me. The entire staff was outstanding - from the Ops Manager Rasheed, down to every single BHT. House Keeping staff were muy bueno. Kitchen staff, therapists, recreational staff, I could go on and on with lists and praise. I have never felt so heard and so welcomed as I did by the Beachside employees. There were some inequities between the PHP and Residential program, but nothing that caused me any significant concern - just areas where I submitted suggestions to improve processes. I truly am thankful to Beachside for the serenity they provided while I was there and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a need for Mental Health or Substance Use Rehab.

I have been here and did not appreciate until I saw what’s out there. I was lucky enough to be sponsored. I just have chronic insomnia and extreme anxiety, of course they would not let me take my prescription meds Long story short I didn’t sleep for 30 days perhaps 15 minutes to an hour a night but compared to everything else out there this was a golden opportunity. I should’ve stayed two more weeks as my friend was going to be in the Bahamas. My situation is alcohol. I thank the Hanley center very much for sponsoring me. I was so lucky. Sometimes you don’t realize it right away. It was only my second time in rehab when one other girl I knew had been in rehab 35 times. I must add this is no slouch of a rehab. There are people from very good homes and have gone even to Ivy League schools, but no one knew what the word insomnia meant which I found quite odd. I’ve been diagnosed my whole life with that. I felt like a guinea pig each night they tried to give me some psych med to put me to sleep. Finally, I gave up and would only take melatonin and maybe Advil it still didn’t put me to sleep…if I could turn the clock around I would go back and stay the extra two weeks my friend was in the Bahamas for two weeks when she was supposed to pick me up, so she wanted me to stay longer. I should have listened to her. I am looking into rehab centers now. The reviews are very scary and there is no one to sponsor me. After leaving it has been a total nightmare. The wrong person picked me up and they tried to scam me for $. perhaps I should give you five stars. I also should not have been drinking coffee cause that is caffeine. Thank you again for the opportunity, Miss Donna Quinn. I recommend this place to anyone seeking help.

Hanley helped me accomplish what I could not do on my own. That is to learn how to live a happy and fulfilling sober life. I have never been to a rehabilitation facility before but I cannot imagine another facility that could be any better than Hanley has been to me. Both during, and even after I was a patient.
