Weekly massage, weekly acupuncture, weekly chiropractic. I wasn't expecting any of that going into an outpatient program. The physical side of recovery gets ignored a lot, and it shouldn't be. My body had been through a lot and having those services available throughout the week, not as a one-time thing, actually helped.

I came to Lighthouse last year with nothing—no Social Security card, no driver’s license, and everything I owned fit in a backpack. I went through the full program (PHP and IOP) and left with 9 months sober. Lighthouse may not be the biggest facility, but that’s actually what made my experience so impactful. I never felt like just a number. The staff genuinely cared, and you can feel that from the moment you walk in. There’s real support and real love there. By the time I completed the program, I was a completely different person. They didn’t just help me get sober—they helped me transition back into real life. Today, I have over a year sober, my own place, and stability I didn’t have before. Lighthouse also helped me take care of important life things like getting my Social Security card, driver’s license, and even setting me up for Hep C treatment. That kind of support goes way beyond what most places offer. Everyone there—from the owner to the techs—is involved and accessible, which says a lot about how the place is run. I highly recommend Lighthouse to anyone serious about getting their life back, especially being located in Delray Beach, the recovery capital.

I've been at this facility for 2 months. When I came in I did not initially think that I was going to change but after great conversations with my therapist, care team, and group sessions? I'm walking out of here feeling like I am a new man. The staff for some of the friendliest people I've ever met. My favorite thing was to annoy all of them and they took it like champs. If you're ever in a dark place and need recovery, this is the place to be. I would recommend this place 6/5. And my case manager Rollie Cohen and my therapist Mary were amazing. They got me through one of the darkest chapters in my life

You might think it's a scam, but I think the watershed for my 17 years of being clean if it wouldn't be for them. I wouldn't be here today. Thank you watershed for giving me back my life. My name is Jeanette Kungis. I was there in March 28 of 2008. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. And I did it without going to aa or na meetings, I've gone maybe to 7, when I first got out and I have them on my keychain, but that's it. I didn't need AA or NA because I knew in my heart. I was gonna stay clean because I was never a drug attic. I don't come from a drug addict, family. Between September of 1999 and June of 2001, I'd lost enough people in one lifetime to last 3 or 4, and I couldn't handle it. Depression medication wasn't working, so I started self-medicating. And i'm glad I did because that's if I didn yet on drugs, I would have never known about the brain tumor I had and probably would have been dead 3 years later. Thanks to my period being out of whack, I talked to my gynecologist, he found my brain tumor and when they opened up my head, it was just starting to attach to my brain. And my doctor said, yeah, my headaches were because of my depression. Wrong and that's why he had to take an early retirement. He thought I was gonna sue him, but I didn't. I'm not that kind of person. So again, thank you watershed for my sobriety.

I liked that all the nurses were recovering too most of them made me feel very comfortable even though I was far away from my W.V. home but I enjoyed it ty sorry they ended up closing. I was even there for Christmas and they was very helpful I met some people I will never forget patients and workers wish I could see again.

This is a dicey review - only because everybody has their own different experiences with places like this. My personal opinion, don’t take reviews to heart. Everyone’s experience is different. Mine personally, was amazing. The staff was amazing. I’ve never stayed in a treatment center that long in my life… if you knew me, that would say a lot. I have been in and out of these facilities over 15+ years. It was very clean, I love the food, The rooms in residential were like a hotel room. They were beautiful. Best of all, the staff. From the techs all the way up to leadership, great people! The cleaning staff were on point! Huge shout out to Jordyn, Ashley, Anthony, Nick V, Roni, Rick, Penny, Corey, Harriet, Shay, Matt, and most of all my therapist, Jason. I don’t think I’ve would’ve stayed the amount of time that I stayed without my therapist, Jason. Along with the support from the staff. It was a great group of people when I was there. Truly amazing people, that wanted better. The only cons I can say about this facility, is the lack of communication between the departments. Nursing, techs and leadership are all on different communication levels, which can be become very complicated for the client. They should be more aware of medications that people need daily, so clients are not running out of medication’s… The techs need to be trained across the board on what’s right and what’s not right. Each tech had a different opinion or decision on something, with certain people.. That was the only real negative experience I had at this facility. Everything else was great, the staff and the clients! As I said, don’t take peoples reviews to heart. Everyone has a different experience when they’re going through this type of thing. I am very grateful for the support I had at The Haven in West Palm Beach. Truly. 🙏

The amount of love this treatment center showed me truly saved my life. Before I went to there detox and residential program on singer island I truly wanted to die. When I arrived to the island that sings I immediately got involved with there LIV program and suddenly I slowly became motivated to change and made a decision to receive help. The LIV program they offer is what makes this center different and in my opinion better than the rest. We went surfing, kayaking, on nature walks, we watched the sun rise on the beach and mediated every morning, animal petting zoos, rock climbing, played pickle ball and so much more. I’ll never forget the night they took us to see the full moon rise and we saw 3 shooting stars on the beach. I did not realize at the time but this helped me develop a healthy ROUTINE and I still have that routine today. They had music groups, H&I came in every night to bring meetings , the food was great and the staff was absolutely amazing and welcomed me with warm open arms and accepted me.The community and friends I made here became family to me and I still keep in contact with them today, but this was just the start! After I completed the 30 days. I continued treatment at crystal lake healing because it was suggested and I was determined to do anything to change my old ways. The staff here was truly outstanding such as Troy who is the director of the LIV program. The tecs such as Anthony, Henry, Rebecca, Lex, Christina, BRIE, Elexus, Ryan and so many more. The therapist and group coordinators like John Po, Erica, Mary Kate to name a few. Mason the operations coordinator is a great man, he even ordered a guitar for me. The nurses and doctors, they all helped me rewire my brain and develop new healthy patterns. I truly love all of them it’s because of them that I fell back in love with LIFE and no longer want to die. At this point I was fully plugged in with more recovery support then I ever had. When I graduated the program they offered an Alumnni program where we meet every two weeks and have special alumni events for the graduates. This is ran by the amazing TAYLOR who does such a great job. I’ve never seen a treatment place have such a great aftercare program like this. Taylor has taking us night time snorkeling 🤿, volley ball events back at singer island, and on Memorial Day weekend we all went to peanut island for a bbq where one of the owners took us on his boat to get us on the island. We have another fun event coming up and I heard they are planning something special for Halloween! That’s what makes this place different. You don’t see what I just mentioned at other treat ment centers. You won’t get the love, support, and people who really care like them anywhere else in the world. Take it from someone who’s struggled with heroine addiction for 17 years and is just getting it right now. If your reading this and want to experience the story I just told in your own way. Crystal lake gave me a place to heal. A place to figure out what kind of man I wanted to be. The staff at Crystal lake were patient with me and today I am proud of myself. My daughter’s proud of me. That is the kind of compassion that can reach someone when they are at their lowest and remind them that they are still a person and loved and it gives them a reason to keep going. To every person at First Step Behavioral Health please know that our family noticed. To everyone that sometimes may feel forgotten. The individuals who brought her food, a warm blanket, cleaned up after her and then told her it was ok and reminded her she wasn’t alone. We noticed. We noticed the little things. We noticed the people who went out of their way to make her feel cared for when she couldn’t care for herself. We noticed the people who continued showing up even when the days were difficult. And most importantly we noticed the love. You may not realize how much those moments meant, but they meant everything to us. When we couldn’t be there. We had comfort, knowing that she was surrounded by people who genuinely cared for her and our family when we thought there was none. You and your team gave our family more memories when we thought there would be no more. You gave our family more laughter. More smiles, more time with our sister. I was stubborn to open up to the help but once I did this place helped me more than they ever know. They helped me gain my life and my kids back. Comprehensive Wellness Center played a major role in my recovery. They got me on the correct medications that were monitored and educated me about the amygdala hijack. What my brain was doing to me before I drank or drugged. Also, I was educated on great breathing exercises and grounding techniques that still help me today. They have amazing staff along with very clean places to do residential. I felt comfortable and safe and enjoyed groups. Their catered food is very good, also, they gave me a gift card so I can buy and cook what I enjoyed. I continued my sobriety after being successfully discharged and now live in their Sober home where I am accounted for, committed to and an active member of AA. I’m extremely grateful for the experience I had with this program. From the very beginning, they made the entire process as easy and stress-free as possible, including helping me with my flight and getting me set up at the right facility so I could be as comfortable and focused as possible. One thing that meant a lot to me was that they even took my dog in when I had nowhere else to put him. I spent 60 days as PHP and 30 days as IOP at this rehab facility. There’s always 2 group rooms to choose from with activation of group facilitators and therapists that run the groups. While here I spent most of my time Scott’s group in the morning. He does a great job of making sure that you are correctly able to identify what got you here in the first place like the fact that being in rehab is not a choice. It is a result of your addiction. Your recovery is the choice you get to make if you put in the work. If you feel that you’ll get more benefit from learning the psychology of things then Dr. B’s group is perfect for you in the other room. And if you want a variety of techniques Jamie is amazing at balance including things such as music therapy, Ted Talks, and recovery speakers in addition to the regular conversations. Is Luminous perfect and issue free? NO. However, it is here to test you and make sure that while you’re under their protective bubble of life you learn to deal with life, cravings, and coping mechanisms the right way. There are many employees who are here for all the right reasons. Some have been through rehab and dealt with addiction themselves and are able to give you insight into what the correct steps to make are without all the fluff like the lead tech Novak who assists in the majority of day to day operations. My case manager Elise goes above and beyond her scope of her job title. While clients speak amongst themselves about issues they may be having, she is brought up as the one who often helps clients that aren’t under her management and picks up slack for other ppl who try to redirect you to someone else for assistance. It’s no wonder that when the new case manager came in they had her shadow her rather than the more senior case manager. Overall I thank Luminous and the entire staff and clients who all contributed to my Successful rehab completion. They have assisted me in my discovery phase and have put me on the path to recovery. I can now claim to be 90 days clean and sober for the first time in over 20 years. Thanks again.

So I think that yaz is the one who makes it happen at this facility and she is very helpful and very friendly I posted a post earlier that I may have been a little off and I apologize for that one so everyone is got a lot on their plate here and us addicts always want what we want and we want it now so there job is very stressful and it ain't no walk in the park to deal with us so I just wanted to say thank you luminous care for your help and support through my recovery here it has been a pleasure to meet each and every one of you counselor and techs.

Beachside was a very comfortable, clean, and calming environment. The staff were friendly and the small client population made for friendships and companionship. The nursing staff were also friendly and efficient. The food was good and options were offered at every meal. The single occupancy rooms were spacious and comfortable. The therapeutic sessions were informative and helpful. There were numerous leisure activities, as well. The intake process was lengthy and I urge the client to read the forms before signing. Beachside is worth looking into for residential rehab.

There are simply no words to express how deeply grateful our family is to the Hanley Center. I believe God led our son there at exactly the right time and that the people at Hanley were an answer to our prayers. Our son needed inpatient treatment for alcoholism, however, our local facility had no inpatient beds available. Outpatient treatment was offered, but it wasn’t enough. When we contacted Hanley, Renee Rogers and her entire admissions team immediately stepped in. They treated him as an emergency admit, worked with his insurance, and made the entire process happen quickly and seamlessly. When he landed at the airport, a car was already waiting for him. Their professionalism was matched by an extraordinary level of compassion and genuine care. My husband and I attended family week, which was truly life-changing. The education and guidance we received were phenomenal and gave us a much deeper understanding of addiction, recovery, and how we can support our son and our family moving forward. Coming into another detox and rehab was not what I wanted to go through again. I was 3 1/2 hours away from home and just lost my job. Allure ending up being the best thing for me. I was able to focus on my sobriety and get the help I needed. The techs, counselors and nurses are very understanding and can relate to what we all were going through. With their strength and hope I left there ready to give this program 100% on a daily basis.
