I would like to know how they have a person (Teddy) employed in admissions trying to collect monies from former clients when Teddy owes me almost $500. Isn't that a bit hypocritical and absolutely in conflict w/the 12 steps program?
Maybe they should vet their employees way better and make sure they have integrity.
This place stole $1800 from my mother with dementia. They got her phone number from my emergency contact list. They did this to several other clients. I was attacked and robbed by my roommate while the techs did nothing. Multiple people were given the wrong meds and had heart attacks / diabetic shock while the techs watched and screamed at clients for asking them to do something. These people are criminals and I regret ever going to this hell hole. If you try to leave they will keep your phone, wallet, keys and all of your belongings until you show up with the police. Admissions lied to me and told me I wouldn’t have to pay a penny just to get me in there. Stay away, it’s a complete insurance scam!
