I will forever be grateful for my time at We Level Up- Lake Worth! This is where my Sobriety journey started. The staff welcomed me with open arms, and made sure I was comfortable. This is the place where I started to become vulnerable and honest with myself. This is where I met some of the most genuine, kindest women and men, that became life-long friends. While my time here, I felt apart of a family. I enjoyed every single meeting and class I participated in. Level Up does an outstanding job at facilitating a schedule each day, incorporating men and women groups, gym time, art, music, mindfulness etc. I looked forward to Big Book Study with Melissa and the H&I meetings. The staff here genuinely cares about my wellbeing and sobriety. My relationship with Level Up did not stop when I walked out the front doors, Roger is still checking up on me and I cannot be more grateful. There’s opportunities for me to attend alumni meetings which is so great. I cannot say enough positive things about Level Up, and will always recommend my family and friends to go here when needed. Shout out Alexis, David, Roger, Melissa, Julius, Jarred, Logan, Erin and Brent, Ms. Cynthia, and all the exceptional Nurses, you all showed me love and compassion. Truly every single person who shows up to Level Up cares about sobriety and has a passion to give others hope. Thank you!

Genesis saved my life. I had everything I needed and more. I’m currently going through their PHP program and it has been amazing. I got so much out of this program, and I am forever grateful for the help that I received. The nursing staff was available 24 hours a day. My detox was very comfortable, and easy to get through. The massages and chiropractor was extremely helpful. All of the groups were small and personable. If it wasn’t for coming here I don’t think I would have gained the tools to stay clean. So glad the made the decision to get help here. Thank you to all of the staff you guys were amazing.

If you are there for the right Reasons and want to Change your life, if you are tired of being sick and tired The Recovery Village West palm is the Place to go. The rooms were Nice and Comfortable and Clean the Cleaning lady's are top notch. What made this place stand out for me were the Therapist. From all my past Experiences from other treatment center's, the recovery west palm have the Absolute best Therapist. My Personal Therapist Mrs Lavern was Incredible, she was able to handle me at my worst and I mean yelling and Screaming and Complaining. In the end we built a wonderful friendship and Understanding for one another. And as for the other Therapist they all have Outstanding Classes and Genuinely care about us . They have true Compassion and Love what they do and you can see that in their sessions . I want too give a shout to Jimmy, Neicia, Mercedes, ((ALL THE TECHS)) , The Nurses , And Exiting Planning Staff. Amazing Place They Got Me Through My Darkest Days And Showed Nothing But Real Love. I kid you not. I had no home and to be honest it was bittersweet leaving . They treated me with so much love and respect I'll NEVER FORGET THEM. EVER. This Facility Is What You Make It. Your The One That Got Yourself In This Situation All They Can Do Is Guide You The Best Way They Can. Either Accept it or LEAVE. Trust Me. These People Are Legit 💯

The staff, facilities, food, counselors, nurses, housekeeping-literally every part of what I experienced during my stay at BRC exceeded expectations. I needed help and was willing to receive it and accept where I was at in life at that time. Will, Nikki and the multiple techs went above and beyond in their duties and I will forever be grateful to them for the care and compassion they gave me. I highly recommend BRC & I try to attend the weekly alumni zoom meeting have gone in person to speak as well and share my experience, strength and hope. I get checked in on regularly and it is reassuring to know that it isn’t simply a business-there are people who truly care. Thank you!

Making the decision to go to Beachway was, by far, the most positive and impactful experience of my life. The entire staff was incredible, as was the community as a whole. I felt safe, seen, and supported throughout my stay, and even now, as I continue my healing journey at home. I was completely set up for success in my healing journey thanks to Beachway, and I will forever be grateful.

My experience at Beachway was a 100/10. The life skills I learned are priceless and that’s putting it lightly. Beachway was the third treatment center I had been to, following the sudden loss of a loved one. I had prior sobriety before beachway and was convinced that I was only there because of a death, and that that was why I was spiraling. The staff at Beachway saw I needed much more help than that. They all knew before I did that if that death didn’t happen, I probably wouldn’t have stayed sober anyway. There was still much more therapy to be done, and more to learn. The staff took a genuine care in doing so, and looking back at their clinical process they are nothing short of a power house of a team. I never felt so cared for as a human being by people that just met me. The staff quickly became my family, cheering me on while also taking it extremely serious. They are unapologetically honest, which in my experience is the #1 thing needed in recovery. Many of the things they said to me during my time there still stick with me (a year later) and help me navigate life! I tell anyone that has a loved one with Substance abuse or mental health issues about beachway. There is no other place like it🤍

I owe Beachway my life for sure. I won’t lie and say that I loved every minute of it because I didn’t. A lot of it was very painful, because confronting inner demons is painful. It was a lot of group therapy (especially given how afraid of people I was going in), but they truly helped me gain sobriety and face down my trauma. And they put up with a lot of my crazy behavior while I was going through withdrawals in detox. Like any rehab, you’ll get out of it what you put into it. Surrender to the process for best results. Rehab isn’t a magic wand that makes problems vanish. Rehab gave me the opportunity to accept the ways in which I cause my own suffering instead of blaming everyone around me, while surrounded by professionals who prevented me from hurting myself while my dried out, and helped me identify the underlying causes of my addiction. It will be tough. It will be scary. It will be worth it. I wish I’d gone sooner. The staff there are wonderful and don’t get enough credit. Thank you Beachway.

Great staff who genuinely care laid back atmosphere I feel as if I gained sufficient knowledge of the aa program and doing the steps without any of the bs that comes with other treatment centers

This was a great place to learn how to grow up. As an alcoholic, I avoided adulthood and had a ready made excuse as to why I didn’t achieve or succeed in things. “I’m a drunk.” Once I removed the bottle, I quickly saw how much maturing I needed to do in everyday, regular life. The guys at RBC get you moving towards adulthood. There are simple rules to be kept and standards to live up to; youre required to work the 12 steps, get a job, and respect the grounds and the people that live and work there. They are simple rules that many of us come in not knowing how to follow or have bucked at all points in our active addictions. Slowly but surely, this place guides you away from old habits into new, more productive ones. All in all, this place takes you from beaten and broken to strong and empowered if you follow the rules and suggestions laid right at your feet. I’d recommend RBC to anyone serious about changing their life and “becoming the man they were meant to be.”

My time here hasn’t been perfect but it has been very helpful. I have worked on my anger, anxiety and depression through my interactions with peers and staff. My family therapist, Ilissa, has been great. She has helped me bond with my family. Tamas has been a great therapist and he cares dearly about his clients. Heather ran nutrition and body image groups, where she forms bonds with her clients and gets to know you. She has helped me achieve my health goals. Techs Keisha, Diamond, Stefan, Supervisor Mike, Mia, Dia and Gus were all great. The Director of Residential Operations, James has also been helpful and has helped me understand other people. Nurses Celeste, Gigi and Gia were nice too. Brian, the art therapist, worked with me to find ways to creatively express myself. Dani, the alumni coordinator is wise and talented. Her groups are amazing and bring a lot of insight into AA and mental health. I like the speakers she brings in – shout out Jared! He’s been great and has helped me through a lot of things. I look forward to going home when I am ready and getting to see my nephew, be with my family, and put to use the skills I have learned during my time at Lifeskills.

When I first got to Life Skills, I was very disoriented and going through a lot of hardship. I feel better now that I have attended groups and activities. Especially Dr. Paul, and Krista and Esther were great therapists! I feel I gained a sense of independence while still being supervised and supported. Shoutout to Kevin!

I could say a million things, but what I will say is this place saved my life. They really care. They get to the root of the problem, they don’t do a quick band aid fix. When I first arrived from Georgia I only intended to stay for residential but I went to php and graduated and I am now in sober living. I am truly thriving. My clinician through treatment was Shifra and no words could describe the role she played in my treatment. I never questioned not once if she cared. She is amazing, along with all the staff they know you by name and they love you. When I arrived I really felt like I had no soul and I wasn’t sure anything would help, but I took suggestions and I am still taking them. I was scared at first with the unknown of treatment. I felt the care th staff has, even Gus. I learned a lot from his groups. My clinician, Mrs. Deborah, was amazing! She knew what I needed and made sure everyone was taken care of with any issues. I enjoyed my roommates had a blast just hanging out and talking. I couldn’t have asked for a better place. I’m over 5 months sober and can’t wait for my year anniversary because I want to be apart of this program and help others. I would love to build a career here and that’s my goal. Highly recommend!!
