Tuve problemas de parqueo ya que el mismo estaba súper lleno, pero hubo una información de que uno se puede parquear en una cuadra que se llama new paper. Luego adentro hemos esperado mucho tiempo para un procedimiento de Colonoscopia de mi esposo, llegamos tempranito y aún estamos a la espera. El que venga que traiga merienda para la espera. El café estaba frío. Pero cabe resaltar que el personal es profesional y atento. Reporte el café y me resolvieron, reporte el frío y me resolvieron, el parqueo me dieron la opción cuando está lleno. Lo único fue la espera que no se pudo resolver. Pero el hospital muy limpio. Lo recomiendo a pesar de las adversidades.

Es mi segunda visita en este hospital y le aseguro que es excelente la atención mi esposo fue operado de cataratas y sin mentir al segundo día veía bastante claro es lo que el manifestó gracias por sus atenciones

Estuvimos en el hospital por una cirugía para mi mamá y todos las personas que nos atendieron desde la recepción hasta las enfermeros , médicos y los muchachos de atención al cliente fueron muy profesionales . No es mi primera ves en este hospital y siempre he sido tratada igual con la misma amabilidad . Gracias.

The cleaning crew, nurse technicians, and every staff member who passed by us made sure we were okay. They didn’t just care for our father—they cared for us, the family, with genuine kindness. Every day, our father was bathed, shaved, and dressed in clean, regular clothes. He smelled fresh, looked peaceful, and was clearly being cared for with love and dignity. These small but powerful gestures reminded us that he was being treated not just as a patient, but as someone deeply valued. We especially want to thank Social Worker Ernesto, whose guidance and support were a lifeline. Ernesto took the time to explain everything clearly, helping us understand the steps needed to bring our father back home. He was patient, compassionate, and truly committed to our father’s well-being. Alongside Ernesto, the physician assistant, nurses, caregivers and the doctors treated our father as if he were their own father or grandfather—with tenderness, respect, and unwavering care. The medical team kept us informed every single day, calling us with updates and making sure we felt involved and reassured. Their dedication went far beyond duty—it was personal, and it meant the world to us. If we could list every single name of the staff members who touched our hearts, we would end up writing a book. That’s how many people made a difference. From the smallest gestures to the most critical decisions, every act of care mattered. I appreciate the staff working there. Nice and friendly and very understanding. I also love how they treat the patients, with respect and dignity. I recommend this place for your loved ones. Because I know how hard and critical it is to find a place you can trust for loved ones especially. Not saying there’s nothing that ever happens, but things have been pretty good so far.
