I love all the staff at ambrosia. They saved my daughter’s life. The nurses and all the staff are incredible. I would like to give a specific shout out to Katelyn Macias “my child’s therapist”. We absolutely love her. From day one, she made our daughter feel seen, understood, and genuinely supported. She listens with compassion, communicates clearly, and creates a safe space where our daughter can open up without fear or pressure.
The progress our daughter has made is a direct reflection of her therapist’s dedication, patience, and skill. She doesn’t just “do her job” she truly cares, and it shows in every session, every update, and every thoughtful insight she shares with us as parents.
We are incredibly grateful to have someone so knowledgeable, warm, and committed walking alongside our daughter through this journey. She has made such a positive impact on our family, and we could not recommend her more highly.

My time at ambrosia was incredible due to the hardworking staff and my therapist who dedicated so much of her time and work to me. It’s a relitevly healthy environment given the circumstances of being there, and if you go there i can gaurentee you’ll have an amazing support system. Ms katelyn is one of the best therapists at ambrosia and you’re lucky if you have/had her. I’d recommend any family send their kid here because it really helped me a lot!

I just graduated from Miracles’ Intensive Outpatient Program last Friday and I have nothing but praise for the treatment center and staff. I began my journey at Miracles on May 9 after two weeks in a detox. I began in their PHP program, completed the recommended four weeks, and expected to maybe stay a month or two in IOP. Once I arrived at Miracles; however, I felt like it was where I was meant to be. I have completed a few other PHPs, but none before Miracles did I even start, let alone complete, IOP. I wanted to stay in Miracles IOP and sober living longer than the average stay, and was able to work with my therapist to have my time in the program extended more than one time. In all, I was at Miracles for five months. I was able to learn from the treatment program, attend outside meetings, find a sponsor and work the steps all while living in Freedom Housing with affordable weekly rent. I am also currently reliant on crutches to walk or get around at all, and they were accommodating to my physical disability. I was able to stay on my medications for mental health and substance abuse with regular visits with a medical provider. I finally felt “at home” living and attending treatment with Miracles. I am forever grateful for my time in the program and everyone who helped me during my extended time there. I would highly recommend Miracles for someone who has completed detox/residential treatment and is ready to get serious about their sobriety and recovery. Along with clinical staff, I would also like to mention how amazing Eric and Shanell are at their jobs and going above and beyond the call of duty helping those of us in recovery.

I can’t say enough about the incredible care and compassion Mark showed during my relative’s admission process at Port St. Lucie Hospital. From the very first phone call, he went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled smoothly and that our family felt informed and supported every step of the way.
Mark took extra time to answer all of our questions, explained what to expect, and made sure my relative was comfortable and at ease during what could have been a stressful time. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for his patients and their families truly stood out.
It’s rare to meet someone who combines efficiency with such empathy — but Mark does just that. He made sure every need was not only met but exceeded. Our family is so grateful for his dedication and care.

Mark was extremely understanding and helpful in assisting our family member with the decision to attend an inpatient alcohol medical detox program.

So, I feel like my review should really hold some weight, since I've been to treatment centers all over the country. If you REALLY want to get clean and sober, this place is the one🙏🏼 The staff is phenomenal, from the director Cindy, to the counseling staff (Lexi is the best) to the behavioral techs (give Leo a raise) they are ALL willing to help you ANY WAY they can seriously. So if you've made up your mind that you want to change your life, come here🙏🏼

You have to stay ahead of appointments, prescriptions, medications, etc. Dr Kepfer is experienced and knowledgeable psych Dr. she will guide you in the right direction. As a patient you have to
follow through with orders. Mental health is difficult. We have to be proactive about our self care and educate ourselves on diagnosis. Medication is a “helper.” I, you, all patients must learn about your disease. Group therapy is an excellent way to learn about yourself, triggers, coping mechanisms, side effects, etc. If you’re not willing to help yourself, you can’t expect your dr to fix everything.

I am very grateful for having the opportunity to be a client at Harmony. I have been carrying alot of trauma and little hope until I met my therapist Stephanie. Suzanne, my case Manager, has a heart of gold and made sure that we found housing for me when the options were extremely limited. The entire clinical staff truly goes above and beyond. Raj is a great medical/psych provider and his right hand woman Selena is a SuperStar. The techs are under appreciated and so dedicated and patient with the clients.

This place and the women who work here are nothing short of the best. I have been in the IOP program for about 2 months and it's been a healing and rewarding journey. The counselors don't put up with bs, and they have seen it all. They are there to help and give their time whenever asked. I have been going here for 9yrs now, the last 2 have been seeing acute psychologist, Aerial, and another psychologist named Geri, both have helped me deal with a lot of mental health issues, my primary care dr was Dr. Brown, now I have Dr.O'Meara, she is good too. Would have given 5 stars but have had some issues making appts. Otherwise everyone is great there.

I contacted Chaute re: learned behavior my toddler picked up in a former daycare. She listened, digested, and created a plan of action for my kiddo. Within a few days, Chaute was in my son's preschool class observing and using techniques that helped him overcome the negative behavior he had picked up within a matter of a few weeks. Our community is so blessed to have a place like Hibiscus. As a volunteer of many years there, I've seen so many youth who have received so much support and extra help preparing for adult life. Florida has so many fantastic benefits for foster kids, including for when they reach age 18-21 and move on from Hibiscus. By then they've had a chance process, heal, and also have had the opportunity to work, to build their resumes, have some savings, etc. But places like this don't come to exist automatically, it was founded by many concerned citizens to be a place of refuge for our youth. Thank God for Hibiscus and all the dedicated staff who make all this possible to help so many get on their feet.

Kids need a safe place to live and grow. While his/her home life may not have been perfect and ended up here, the staff on hand have tried to give each child here just that. Even if you are not up to the challenge of being a foster parent donate what you can to let our childern ( yes I said our childern, because I community raises a child) know someone is there for him/her unconditionally even if he/she has been so hurt and pushes back.

Being in therapy saved my life. I truly get a lot out of every session. I love learning. I have changed drastically in a positive way. Phenomenal place! All of the staff are very helpful and friendly. Anthony, client care coordinator is always checking in to make sure you are ok and if anything is needed, helps with a smile! The staff here its great! Love my therapist Jason. And the trauma Therapist Karen has been very helpful also. And love her group sessions. Along with Pastor C, Dr. Harris and Dr. Alvin and others.The chefs have been great with accommodating my very restricted diet with no gluten or dairy. Shout out to Mariano and the head chef. BHT’s Gene and Harriet have been very helpful. And a shout out to Anthony. Met with him when I first arrived, and he helped me work through some questions and has been a great resource, along with being very kind. And thank for delightful Audrey, a nurse, color brightened my day and went above and beyond. And to all the nurses, as I know, they are very busy. Lauren in aftercare and Ashley, who helped with insurance have been extremely helpful. Lauren is very efficient. And Roni in administration is also a joy. I am extremely glad that I chose Haven for treatment And I’m definitely getting the help I need.

Please do not detox alone. You do not have to detox and enter recovery alone. The environment matters and the staff and clients at The Haven brought me to a place in my life I never thought was obtainable. I have fought alcoholism for approximately 18 years. I spent the past 7 years trying, very unsuccessfully to get sober on my own. Finding and choosing The Haven Flagship facility in West Palm Beach (with their help) was the best decision i have made in 7 years.
Do not wait like I did. Your health & happiness are worth fighting for and doing it in this environment makes it so much more comfortable. There is no judgement, no shame and it is not worth risking your life detoxing without this extremely well oiled machine called The Haven.
When i made my first called all they dis was listen and talk to ne and encourage me. Once I opened up they knew exactly where i should be and asked if i minded coming to a facility that was further away because they said West Palm Beach would be the beat fit. They were not wrong. They had never met me but understood what I needed and directed me PERFECTLY.
While here I detoxed safely under excellent supervision. (Please do not do this alone without medical professionals).
I attended 3 of 4 beneficial classes per day. Classes I avoided while alone on the outside of their facility while my health & drinking just got worse by the minute.
To say the staff here is nice & professional doesn’t do them proper justice.
If you need to talk to someone I suggest you just start with a call.
I wish that I had done it sooner.
