Hello my name is Adam. I came to Reign about a month ago. I came from NJ and enrolled to the treatment center because I was struggling with some mental health symptoms that were unmanageable with life and needed assistance with getting myself back on track. The admissions team was so helpful and supportive, they were there when I was making my 22 hour drive. Jake, Benzi, Justin, and Morgan were so supportive on my drive. When I arrived at the facility and during the duration of my stay Corey the primary therapist was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn t like normal therapists where you would have your 30 min session and you re out but he gave me as much time as I needed and let me use my phone and make calls as much as I wanted to do. Then there was Brantley the operations manager and he Was just the absolute best. I developed a great friendship with him and every night we had a thing where we watch movies together. Gina was a great group facilitator and had very informative groups. Overall I had an amazing life changing experience,

From Maureen, who remembers your name from your first day forward, to the nurses who always make you feel important and cared for, but most of all- it s my individual counselor and the program director who really seal the deal of five stars. Connecting with a counselor/ therapist is not always easy, but from the moment I met Monique, I immediately felt like I could share my struggles in a trusting, safe, supportive environment. I think she s the absolute coolest, and she has always gone above and beyond make sure my needs are met, celebrate in my successes, and problem solve with me when I m struggling. I feel incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to work with her on my goals and looking at myself as more than an addict.The program director, Tiffany s door is always open. She s direct, while still being kind and is an enforcer of the program rules, while maintaining compassion. She did something for me recently that I never expected her to take on herself, realized the importance of sending me records off, and did it immediately while cc ing me in all documentation sent. The gratitude I feel for Tiffany and all she had done for any patient that asks, is insurmountable. If you want to change your life and are willing to do the work, I truly believe this is the best place to turn when you finally make that decision to change your life. This place and the women who work here are nothing short of the best. I have been in the IOP program for about 2 months and it's been a healing and rewarding journey. My counselor Mrs.Maureen Kunkel made my experience positive at Thrive (formally known as Substance Abuse Council of IRC). Mrs.Maureen has been compassionate, understanding and attentive with me catering to my case and recovery. I was able to complete my three months of treatment and I now feel better equipped to confront life s difficulties. My Monday groups with Maureen were insightful, I was able to have peer support with others going through a similar situation. All of the staff at the front desk and drug testing have also been very helpful. I highly recommend this establishment for those looking for help with substance abuse. I was celebrated by the whole office today for now being discharged and completing the program.

Our community is so blessed to have a place like Hibiscus. As a volunteer of many years there, I've seen so many youth who have received so much support and extra help preparing for adult life. Florida has so many fantastic benefits for foster kids, including for when they reach age 18-21 and move on from Hibiscus. By then they've had a chance process, heal, and also have had the opportunity to work, to build their resumes, have some savings, etc. But places like this don't come to exist automatically, it was founded by many concerned citizens to be a place of refuge for our youth. Thank God for Hibiscus and all the dedicated staff who make all this possible to help so many get on their feet.

Kids need a safe place to live and grow. While his/her home life may not have been perfect and ended up here, the staff on hand have tried to give each child here just that. Even if you are not up to the challenge of being a foster parent donate what you can to let our childern ( yes I said our childern, because I community raises a child) know someone is there for him/her unconditionally even if he/she has been so hurt and pushes back.

I have been using NH in Vero for over a year now. There was only one time they had a miscommunication on who had checked me in, and I wasn't, so I sat for 45 minutes. But besides that I'm so grateful for them, they aren't bubbly people by any means but, serious. Because mental health is serious and can be very challenging for both parties. I think of them all as angels.

Awesome place! Not overcrowded and easy to park. The people that work here are wonderful.Honestly, the best pedicure I ve had. Hoa - (Kim) was outstanding. She was the first one that followed my request. I like my nails short and round. I have requested multiple times and for some reason they the practitioners don t cut them short enough.I live in California, but came here on a family emergency the first time and never thought I could come for a second visit but here I am!Communication is easy. I selected the deluxe pedicure both times.I was talking to another customer today. from Sebastian. This was her first time. After reading all these reviews I am anxious that this is where Palm pointe placed my son because they had no available bed. I am going to say to start off with someone put my number incorrectly in his chart. A nurse had told me she had called and it went directly to voice-mail, I was thinking than why wasn't a message left. So I called the nurse's station to ask for her to tell me what number she had on record and it was incorrect. God, I pray over my son and hope he doesn't come home as hopeless as when he went in..I am very concerned after going through a handful of these reviews. They have been very kind everytime I have called up there.
