RATING 4. I would like to thank each of the staff at Aspire for taking such good care of me. I have been here twice and each time treated with kindress and consideration. Each time my nursing staffn,therapy everyone has treated me as if I was was one who had the best insurance on earth. The food was not hateful either. I have been going here for 9yrs now, the last 2 have been seeing acute psychologist, Aerial, and another psychologist named Geri, both have helped me deal with a lot of mental health issues, my primary care dr was Dr. Brown, now I have Dr.O'Meara, she is good too. Would have given 5 stars but have had some issues making appts. Otherwise everyone is great there.

Our community is so blessed to have a place like Hibiscus. As a volunteer of many years there, I've seen so many youth who have received so much support and extra help preparing for adult life. Florida has so many fantastic benefits for foster kids, including for when they reach age 18-21 and move on from Hibiscus. By then they've had a chance process, heal, and also have had the opportunity to work, to build their resumes, have some savings, etc. But places like this don't come to exist automatically, it was founded by many concerned citizens to be a place of refuge for our youth. Thank God for Hibiscus and all the dedicated staff who make all this possible to help so many get on their feet.

I donated a late model Dell Optiplex computer to the school. They're doing great work helping children.

Kids need a safe place to live and grow. While his/her home life may not have been perfect and ended up here, the staff on hand have tried to give each child here just that. Even if you are not up to the challenge of being a foster parent donate what you can to let our childern ( yes I said our childern, because I community raises a child) know someone is there for him/her unconditionally even if he/she has been so hurt and pushes back.

During a rough time for my family we were met with nothing but patience and understanding by our team here. Patricia, our social worker here, went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered properly and our needs were met. Even with emotions running high on our end.

Review for the spring of 2023 Doctors kept it real but unfortunately demand has a way of creating supply if you know what I mean 🤙 Obviously the techs are good people but that goes without saying anywhere. Was told by the psychiatrists that I couldn’t leave without medication despite being stable Weird how I only go to psychiatric hospitals in the spring when democrats are in power

This place was the start of a wonderful journey. I'm confident the negative reviews are from people who have not surrendered to the program of recovery.

After reading all these reviews I am anxious that this is where Palm pointe placed my son because they had no available bed. I am going to say to start off with someone put my number incorrectly in his chart. A nurse had told me she had called and it went directly to voice-mail, I was thinking than why wasn't a message left. So I called the nurse's station to ask for her to tell me what number she had on record and it was incorrect. God, I pray over my son and hope he doesn't come home as hopeless as when he went in..I am very concerned after going through a handful of these reviews. They have been very kind everytime I have called up there.

My autistic son had a severe aggressive episode. They were caring and wonderful to him and catered to his special needs ❤️

My counselor was amazing and did our group meetings in a fun, interactive and meaningful way. not what I was expecting but worth the time and learning…

They help with multiple different services from mental health to substance abuse counseling Mat services as well inpatient outpatient treatment they're doing the Lord's work good people 💯

There are good and bad things to say. First the man at the front desk James is Awesome! He is the one who keeps everything in order, when he's not there it's a little crazy. There are good and not so good counselors I know this because unfortunately I've been switched to around 10 in the past 2years and who wants to keep starting over telling a new person their story, it's very frustrating. It's because the counselors keep quitting. There are a few that are great so when you find one you connect with do your best to keep them. Mr. Benny was my first and he is very helpful with resources and is now the man in charge, lol. Rosa I've talked with a couple times and is very nice. I have Christian now and I am doing great with him. I feel comfortable talking about anything and he takes his time to really listen. I only go once a month sometimes I wish I could go more often to have that release to have him to talk with but they are very busy. I had to wait about a month to get in but they really saved me idk what I would had done without them.

Been there for PT very good

Got on in 1 day. All are nice and dr is nice guy. If anyone Has a problem I say go here . In and out fast for your Dose . My pain clinic Resolute in Port St. Lucie a dr.Kucheria kick me off for a false urine and I was stuck he would not retest me . 11 yrs with no dirty ones i could have had serious problems or died due to him. I went here they help me in a few hours . I highly recommend this place if you have any issues with your meds or other problems. All staff members are extremely nice and careing , they are there to help you , not just to get a pay check every week. My first counselor has been gone over a year , but we're still friends and we text and stay in touch. If you want help this is the place to go. They are here to help you if you want it. Hours are from 5 :30 am till 11:00 am i believe now there closed on Saturday and Sunday... so youll need to invest in a take home box. You can find them at CVS or other shops, staples, etc. Under $15.00 . They are there to help you if you want it...everyone on staff is polite and helping. I recommend this place if you need it , they will help or tell you what to do.. I give this clinic a ( 10 )

They are absolutely wonderful. And I'm so grateful for this place. just about everyone there is absolutely amazing. There's only like 2 nurses there that I think are miserable and hate their job other than that. Everybody else is absolutely amazing. My counselor April ,Katrina, and everyone else. They're all a delight and so helpful. The only thing I would like to know is why they are not up to par With the federal guidelines for methadone clinics in the state of florida for take homes. Actually as of April 2024 , they updated the methodone clinic guidelines for the state of Florida for take homes for people to be able to have take homes after 30 days of being at the clinic. And if they have clean urine. I know I have not had any dirty urine tests. And I have been at the clinic for more than 30 days and it would be a blessing if they could be up to par with the new federal guidelines for the state of Florida. So I can have weekly take homes. It would really help out so much. It is very difficult for me to come all the way from Jensen beach every to get my dose at the clinic. Anyways, but other than that , i am truly blessed to have found this place. And I'm so grateful for everyone who works there and has helped me in my recovery. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is trying to recover from addiction.

My name is Barakat I am a patient there from the front desk all the way to the dosing station all the way to the nurses station all the way across the hall so all the counselors they are all wonderful very wonderful they give me the courage and strength to stay clean they always have a smiling face and they are always willing to help never do I see an attitude on any one of their faces they make you want to go they make you want to keep coming back they want to see you do good and I love that again my last name is Barakat I'm struggling with opiates all my life but I think this set of nurses and staff have helped me make it come to an end I still struggle but at the same time I look at how they are so encouraging. One of the best decisions I've made was to make that step to pick up the phone a year ago and made my first appointment with Chaute. She listened and provide the best service for me and my marriage that I am able to apply today. I love how she listens, gives advices and Godly advice at that and she cares. I will definitely continue to make my regular sessions with her as I continueto managing and tackle life changes and stresses. I am really grateful for her services.

I contacted Chaute re: learned behavior my toddler picked up in a former daycare. She listened, digested, and created a plan of action for my kiddo. Within a few days, Chaute was in my son's preschool class observing and using techniques that helped him overcome the negative behavior he had picked up within a matter of a few weeks. We love you Chaute!

I have to say that since I have been going to this clinic every person working there has been nothing but nice to me! I really enjoy seeing the staff when I go in!

I was up staying with my family during the memorial holiday weekend. I was a guest doser. I had made prior arrangements made through my home clinic. I was very pleased 😀 with how I was treated and welcomed as if I were a regular patient. Hats off to the crew that works there. I can only imagine what types you may have to deal with since I used to live in Cocoa back in the 70s. Bless you all and thank you for making me feel right at home.

Been there since 2008 I can't say if it's a bad place nor a good place anytime your an addict a place like this beats the alternative which is chasing your next fix or suffering from major withdraws!!! I pick a drug treatment center any day of the week.

I cannot recommend the counseling center and Ms. Irene highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a warm, welcoming environment that immediately put me at ease. Ms. Irene is an exceptional counselor whose professionalism and empathy are truly remarkable. Her ability to listen without judgment and provide insightful guidance has been instrumental in my personal growth. Her approach is both compassionate and practical, making each session incredibly valuable. If you're seeking a supportive and effective counseling experience, Ms. Irene and this center are an excellent choice.

I actually like the place nothing bad to say

Being in therapy saved my life. I truly get a lot out of every session. I love learning. I have changed drastically in a positive way. It’s like wearing a tool belt and having that tool readily accessible. Having the knowledge to calm myself with a familiar pattern is helpful. I know what to do if my depression starts creeping in on me for example. I don’t sit in a funk as long as I used to and most of the time I know how to get out of it. Pilar is a wonderful person to put your trust in and start your healing journey.

I have been seeing Pilar Gutierrez weekly for about six months now and I am extremely thankful to have her in my corner. I chose to work with Pilar because she has years of experience and impressive credentials. I have worked with a handful of therapists in the past, each unique and helpful in her own way, but I feel that the support and guidance that I receive from Pilar is exactly what I need at this point in my life. I work in an extremely high-pressure field and am navigating through years of trauma experienced in my intimate relationships. Pilar creates a respectful and safe space for these conversations and in a short period of time has helped me to make substantial positive changes (both emotional and physical) in my daily routine and life overall. This facility is top notch! The staff is professional, the meals are 5 star and the location is amazing. I feel very fortunate to have been able to receive treatment here. I learned so much about recovery and myself. Mikayla, my therapist, was very supportive and compassionate. I was very comfortable talking to her about anything. I’ve made great relationships that I will have for life.

after getting to know the staff and the people there have been so helpful and kind . I’m definitely planning on going back if I’m ever in need. Our group Therapist, Kim she made it enjoyable coming back each weekday an Is there to help you if you want it, even if you don’t want it, you might change your mind after the end of the sessions.

I had the most amazing counselor at ADAP her name was Kim she treated everyone with respect and dignity and didn’t act like she was a detective…awesome substance abuse counseling and groups I actually enjoyed myself and appreciated them treating me like a human being that did not have an addiction.

This place has helped me start my life over! Everyone is so helpful and they are all great listeners.

Not quite sure while my post was deleted. Maybe misinterpreted. No I have not completed this program yet and very close to. As I said previously, it truly has been beneficial. Obviously the character arguing in an anger management program has problems. As for the man putting down someone as I have said, “ Cassandra” works harder then most only trying to help. And does a lot more the you. I hope my previous post shows and whoever is the one hating her, open your eyes. Very disrespectful to hate someone trying to help someone. I’m click no on completing because I haven’t but very close.
