When you struggle with addiction and often feel ashamed, alone, and incapable of living a life you’re proud of, central Florida treatment center in Palm Bay treats you the opposite. From Maureen, who remembers your name from your first day forward, to the nurses who always make you feel important and cared for, but most of all- it’s my individual counselor and the program director who really seal the deal of five stars. Connecting with a counselor/ therapist is not always easy, but from the moment I met Monique, I immediately felt like I could share my struggles in a trusting, safe, supportive environment. I think she’s the absolute coolest, and she has always gone above and beyond make sure my needs are met, celebrate in my successes, and problem solve with me when I’m struggling. I feel incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to work with her on my goals and looking at myself as more than an addict.
The program director, Tiffany’s door is always open. She’s direct, while still being kind and is an enforcer of the program rules, while maintaining compassion. She did something for me recently that I never expected her to take on herself, realized the importance of sending me records off, and did it immediately while cc’ing me in all documentation sent. The gratitude I feel for Tiffany and all she had done for any patient that asks, is insurmountable. If you want to change your life and are willing to do the work, I truly believe this is the best place to turn when you finally make that decision to change your life. There’s nothing any staff member won’t do for you. They set the standard for clinics, and I’ve been to multiple where I couldn’t think of a positive word to say. I have been using for awhile I had to leave the clinic last time due to insurance issues, Tiffany the director there emailed me every month to ask if I was ok and the doors are always open for me to come back Thanks to her my husband and me both are clean and sober she honestly cares it's not just a check for her she is gonna help me with my resume something that she doesn't have to

I have been going here for 9yrs now, the last 2 have been seeing acute psychologist, Aerial, and another psychologist named Geri, both have helped me deal with a lot of mental health issues, my primary care dr was Dr. Brown, now I have Dr.O'Meara, she is good too. Would have given 5 stars but have had some issues making appts. Otherwise everyone is great there.

Our community is so blessed to have a place like Hibiscus. As a volunteer of many years there, I've seen so many youth who have received so much support and extra help preparing for adult life. Florida has so many fantastic benefits for foster kids, including for when they reach age 18-21 and move on from Hibiscus. By then they've had a chance process, heal, and also have had the opportunity to work, to build their resumes, have some savings, etc. But places like this don't come to exist automatically, it was founded by many concerned citizens to be a place of refuge for our youth. Thank God for Hibiscus and all the dedicated staff who make all this possible to help so many get on their feet.

Kids need a safe place to live and grow. While his/her home life may not have been perfect and ended up here, the staff on hand have tried to give each child here just that. Even if you are not up to the challenge of being a foster parent donate what you can to let our childern ( yes I said our childern, because I community raises a child) know someone is there for him/her unconditionally even if he/she has been so hurt and pushes back.

After reading all these reviews I am anxious that this is where Palm pointe placed my son because they had no available bed. I am going to say to start off with someone put my number incorrectly in his chart. A nurse had told me she had called and it went directly to voice-mail, I was thinking than why wasn't a message left. So I called the nurse's station to ask for her to tell me what number she had on record and it was incorrect. God, I pray over my son and hope he doesn't come home as hopeless as when he went in..I am very concerned after going through a handful of these reviews. They have been very kind everytime I have called up there.

Miracles is the perfect name for this place. I arrived in early May, and it felt positive from day 1.
Mike did my intake and made me feel at home and didnt sugar coat anything .
We had a great talk as he explained everything.
Alex does a great job of keeping the office running smoothly and teaches great groups.
Rod is hands down the best therapist I have ever had, great listener, and has amazing down to earth advice. He also walks around and checks on people, and is usually the first person everyone sees in the morning. He always has a welcoming smile for everyone.
Stephanie is the case manager who goes to bat for you every day to take care of your needs, whether its legal, food stamps whatever.
Eric is the housing director who truly cares for you. He works diligently every single day to make sure you have a clean and safe place to stay, and also makes sure you are getting to meetings, getting to the doctor, all kinds of things.
Shanell and Stephanie give 200 percent driving you to meetings, walmart , the doctor, getting your meds ,and so many other things I dont know how they get it all done.
Taylor is the director, and an amazing therapist. She gets so many other things done its incredible, and she always makes time for people when they stop her in the hallway.
Maria is another amazing therapist who always checks on everyone with a smile.
Derek is the Alumni director who does so many things, amd also goes way out of his way to help anyone in need.
I had friends in another state who couldn't get to treatment, and he made it happen for them. I truly believe that God used Derek to save their lives.
Bryant is the absolute best group facilitator I have ever had. I have been battling addiction over 20 years, and I have never experienced anyone who leads a group with the love, care and understanding that He does.
Windi, Ashley, Lewis and Jodi also do an amazing job of leading groups, being positive about all of recovery. Life coaching, and REAL things we need to talk about. Parts of what we need to address in our recovery, not just saying the words but digging deep, where the rubber meets the road.
I want to emphasize again that everyone
at Miracles, all of the staff, ALWAYS made me know that they truly cared, even when things were not always going the way I thought they should.
They always took time to listen to suggestions, complaints, anything.
They would bring breakfast, sausage biscuits or donuts, and pizza on Fridays.
Little things to let you know they did care, that you DO matter.
They also helped me with food until I could get my food stamps
All of the little things that other places dont care about. Miracles DOES care.
I cannot say enough of how grateful I am
that my higher power, that I call Jesus Christ, led me to Miracles.
It truly helped me with not only myself, but with my recovery and learning to live again. I will ALWAYS be grateful for Miracles, their staff, and everyone I met there. Miracles is the name for a reason.

Miracle's Recovery Center was an exceptional program to continue my journey in sobriety. I can honestly say that the attention they place on their clients helps in each individuals journey to help maintain sobriety and grow as a person.
Having group therapy run by great facilitators, one-on-one sessions with therapists that care, having community outings, and attending multiple NA/AA a week was a foundation that helped me and others succeed through Miracle's.

Over all I am thankful for the hospital. The staff are very friendly. This place helped me when I couldn't find help. Also a formal apology. I learned from another rehab through therapy that I called port saint lucie for help. They didn't call me. And I don't get to tell help how to help me. There was help I needed that I couldn't get but I do belive the staff did everything they could to help me and help me find a place to go. I'm not writing this for in case I come back. I womt be back. Not because it's a bad place, but after 25 years of therapy and rehabs,what is there left to do? I have the tools. My problems are the problems it's the solution I've been using. I personally loved it here . For what it was at least . A lot of down time that is a bit boring. I enjoyed the groups. Honeatly expected worse . The doctor I saw was caring , understandable, everything I did not expect. I believe I got the help and tools for a successful life. It's only been a week but I feel good . Met some really nice people that work there. It is what you make it to be , I sought help and received it openly.

Being in therapy saved my life. I truly get a lot out of every session. I love learning. I have changed drastically in a positive way. It’s like wearing a tool belt and having that tool readily accessible. Having the knowledge to calm myself with a familiar pattern is helpful. I know what to do if my depression starts creeping in on me for example. I don’t sit in a funk as long as I used to and most of the time I know how to get out of it. When I came into Elan I was broken, I had no trust in rehab centers and they changed my way of thinking. They earned my trust and helped me save my life. The staff is truly the best hand picked employees a rehab center could have. All the therapists are phenomenal in what they do, they have all helped me and have gave me the criteria to live a honest clean sober life. The Techs are wonderful they’re so welcoming and do anything to make you comfortable, the lead techs Keri & Scott are so insightful. The family program that the therapist Lystra conducted was the most HEALING EXPERIENCE and has helped with a lifetime worth of damage. We keep in contact weekly and it’s the most beautiful relationship I’ve bonded with a therapist, thank you Lystra for all you do. The Director Barbara I will be forever grateful for she always made time to be there for me. The Clinical Medical staff knows what they are talking about and very understanding. Pastor Craig is the best motivational staff member he’s made a world of a difference in my life. Diane’s groups are AMAZING! This facility is wonderful!!! I've been personally and have sent many individuals looking for treatment. The staff and all the doctors here are very professional, caring and overall pleasant. I read some bad reviews before i arrived and wasn’t sure. But, they took my blue cross insurance. Amazing. Caring staff and some of the best food … like everyday new meal selections. i loved the beach shuttle. Rexovery is a choice and so if failure. This place helped me make the right choice.

The IOP program here is amazing, would highly recommend it to anyone continuing on in their recovery journey. Lyma is an awesome therapist, in the group setting and in one on one sessions. Amy is a really helpful case manager and will answer any questions you may have and point you in the right direction of resources to help you.
The men’s sober living on Concord Street is a really nice, supportive environment that’s conveniently located a two minute walk away from daily AA meetings. The house is run by Patrick and Glenda and they make sure you are well taken care of, make you aware of any and all resources available to help you get back on your feet, and really care about your success in your recovery.

A year ago yesterday Kat picked me up from the airport. In 10 minutes, I'll be going to a meeting to pick up my 1-year chip ❤️
From the moment I picked up the phone and spoke with the rep, Trisha, I had an amazing experience! She and my sister helped me coordinate my trip, as I was in no condition to do so myself. Within hours I had an airplane ticket and a bed.
The first week is a daze. But I was comfortable, taken care of, and well fed. They also accommodated my dietary needs.
The med staff paid close attention, monitoring vitals, and doing extra check-ins as needed (ex: coming during the night to check blood pressure if too low). The medication made detox comfortable, and made me feel safe (a major reason I chose a center was fear of DTs/death). The staff doctor was great, too.
While there, we were offered groups that were very beneficial. These included relaxation/meditation/ mindfulness sessions, communication classes, and chiropractic services. There were fun activities like tiedye and group painting. H & I also came in daily, or was run by house staff. This was my intro to AA, which I've come to love and embrace.
The rooms were comfortable, with a TV for each bed (head phones provided). My particular roommate situation was incredible! 3 of us text regularly, and are certain to be lifelong friends.
The grounds are beautiful! The courtyard is a lovely place to relax and socialize. The back yard area has activities like corn hole and yard nuts. There's a sandbox that I called my beach, and would lounge and journal with my feet in the sand.
Initially, I planned on detox, only, and then returning to Michigan. When I realized that detox was only the first step, they had reps from rehab facilities visit to help coordinate the second step.
Shout out to Kenny, Kat. Marissa, Kenith, Rick and Felicai. I'm sure staff has changed, and that I've forgotten many names. But I'll never forget the amazing people that helped me start my road to recovery.

Just spent a well needed 3wks at 1 solution detox. The entire staff is great. Directors , Doctors ,techs ,nurses and therapist all do their job with ❤️. I would definitely recommend treatment there to anybody struggling with a drug/alcohol disease.
