Edit 11/19/25: While my last procedure was the worst of them (full hysterectomy post op care wise) & that is what this previous review (below) review was originally about…. I’d like to redeem them as I went back for breast cancer reconstructive surgery 11/18 & the lead RN came in to assure me that they have made changes in post-op care. They did, I wasn’t rushed to wake up shaking uncontrollably, chattering jaw, or vomiting & they gave me an oxygen mask right away. I know alot of people get sick coming out, but they finally realized I was a lot more than just that & they didn’t brush it off this time. It was a much smoother recovery room & sent home aware of what was happening & without a puke bag. June 2025: I want to start off with I’ve had multiple surgeries and treatments at Jupiter for miscarriages, I birthed my kids, and went through breast cancer all with amazing care!… I recently had a full hysterectomy in their new building outpatient and had THE ABSOLUTE WORST POST OP CARE EVER! I am known to have trouble coming out of anesthesia: they couldn’t boot me out fast enough. My husband said it was awful, my body shaking, trembling uncontrollably, my jaw wouldn’t stop chattering, I was being forced to wake up with a smell stick, while being put on oxygen because I wasn’t breathing and dry heaving- let’s not forget the extreme pain I was in from just coming out of a major procedure. With all of this just 2 hours after my surgery they couldn’t shove me in wheelchair fast enough with a puke bag and yelling at me to keep my eyes open. When I spoke to my surgeon about this, she was LIVID. It takes a 2 second phone call or text from a nurse to update on a patients condition. NO ONE told my Dr they kicked me out in that shape just 2 hours after a procedure. I was hit with it at all and had the worst few days following that.

The care here is really good.

My wife and I have been fighting with their billing department for over 8 months now and have wasted at least 20 hours of our time (during work day hours mind you) trying to explain that they mistyped info from the EOB into their system to no avail. We have had our insurance company (BCBS) on 3 way calls with them at least 3 times now explaining that they have the denial entered incorrectly in their system and they still won't change it. They tell me they will have a supervisor call me within 72 hours and no calls come except from the standard billing agents telling us that they are going to send our account to a collections agency unless we pay the amount that our own insurance company has advised us is not our responsibility. A Kafkaesque nightmare. All of this around a simple two line item bill that they cannot correct. There is no mechanism in place to dispute charges as far as I can tell. I can't imagine how bad they are messing up more complicated bills from hospital stays.

I have been trying to get my bill for a visit to the urgent care back in March 2025 corrected for over 8 months now. They miscoded the insurance adjustment in my EOB as a denial and keep trying to get me to pay the portion of the bill that was adjusted down based on my insurance conracted price. My husband and I have wasted easily more than 20 hours on the phone as well as multiple in person visits to the billing office (that no longer even exists) to get it corrected. We have had BCBS (our insurance) on a 3 way call with the billing department explaining that they have the bill wrong and that there was no denial of any part of the service and telling them the correct amount to bill us and they keep just resending the original incorrect amount. Now they are threatening to send our debt to a debt collector and the only person we can get in touch with us a foriegn call center that can even pull up the original EOB. They can only see the info that was incorrectly keyed into the system by their back office team. It is so frustrating! If they can't get a simple two line item bill right, I can't imagine how messed up their bills are for a full hospital visit. I am quite sure there are many people out there getting screwed over by this incompetent billing department. I smell a class action lawsuit coming.

Have someone close to me in this facility and it’s their second time, she explains an has told me how much she appreciates and cherish the professionalism and customer service. Nothing but good things from everyone I know who’s been through here and if I ever had a situation myself or someone close to me I wouldn’t even think twice I would pick this facility over any in Florida

Great place to change your life I have close friends who have attended this program and have raved about how the staff is amazing and who are still sober til this day if I could I would give it 10 stars in my review!!

This place saved my life if it wasn't for the staff I wouldn't know where I would be at this time. The staff was very attentive to all the patients there, They treat you like you family and the food is great. Lol Agape means live and they sure do show it. I would recommend this place for anyone with mental health issues or addiction issues.

I was brought here and upon my arrival i met Ayzia, she is one of the best techs out there and i couldn’t be more grateful for her! She made me feel safe even when i didn’t feel okay and helped me thur my episodes! Especially with anxiety! She never hesitated to make me laugh till i almost pissed myself! SHE DESERVES A RAISE 💯💯💯

This facility isn’t a resort. I did not come to get treatment in luxury. I’ve been in and out of Detox, i relapsed so many times but everytime I comeback they take me in with open arms judgement free. I’m grateful they got me into an out patient program on scholarship and I believe this time I won’t be coming back. I’m 60 days sober and I’ve finally realized I have to work the program and the steps to stay out of detox. The staff at New Herizons is the best and most knowledgeable out of the places I’ve been for treatment. Thank God for New Herizons they saved my life.

Lmao hey mr will do you remember me from back in the children unit back from 2011 through 2013 it's me francisco gaspar i'm now the age of 27 and turning 28 this year and do you remember when you told me that i had food in my mouth as a chipmunk also thank's to the ppl from back in the old days for helping me with my mental health issues i really miss you guy's i remember i think his name was rico or whatever his name was the worker rico thanked for helping me and he was a nice worker but now i know he's not working their when i left my final moment in 2013 including the doctors too whoever is see my review don't be afraid and your fears and whatever type of your mental health issue is you need to just battle and fight it back i know back in the old days i use to be afraid and fear but something told me that don't be afraid and fear different ppl have the samething but different there r different mental hospital's out there that r their for you god is helping you out trust me.

Director Stephanie is absolutely amazing. She’s always visible around the facility, chatting with residents and their families, and making sure everyone feels at home. Her hands-on approach and genuine care for the community really stand out. She takes the time to listen and ensures everything runs smoothly, which gives me so much peace of mind for my loved one. The whole atmosphere reflects her dedication, and I highly recommend The Harrison to anyone looking for a wonderful assisted living option!

This place is amazng. The staff are so kind and caring, always helpin my grandma with a smile. They make her feel so comfertable and happy. The activites are fun and keep her engaged. I highly recomend The Harrison, its a wonderful spot for seniors!

I just have to share how amazing The Harrison of Stuart is. My mom has been here for a few months, and I am so impressed with the staff and the people running the place. The caregivers are so kind and patient, always taking time to chat with my mom, help her with little things, and make her feel at home. They remember stuff like her favorite snacks or how she likes her coffee, which means so much to us. It really feels like they care about her as a person, not just a resident. The director is awesome too. She's not just sitting in some office all day. I see her out and about, talking with residents, checking in with families, and even helping out during activities or meals. It is clear she really cares about making this place special. You can tell the whole team follows her lead because everyone is so friendly and on top of things. Thanks to all of them, my mom is happier than I have seen her in years. She loves the activities and the people here. If you are looking for a place for your loved one in Stuart, The Harrison is the real deal. Five stars all the way!

I can’t stress enough how amazing Chapel Hill’s program is. During my time at their beautiful facility, I was able to truly take a look at myself for the first time in years and start to find freedom from my addiction. The staff is wonderful. They go above and beyond for the clients. I very highly recommend. Thank you Chapel Hill for helping me make a huge change in my life.

When starting the recovery process, everything is overwhelming, scary, and difficult. Luckily I found myself in the right hands. The people at Chapel Hill were kind, unbelievably helpful, professional, and understanding. They made me feel comfortable and cared for me at a time where I needed kindness the most. The intake was very easy and comfortable.

Kayle I was here and they have great staff and also great case managers they help you a lot I will recommend coming here for mental health and addiction if you guys need help with your situation. I completed this program with success and it was a very good place to be. The staff was very helpful. They helped me succeed in many ways and I am greatful to have been a part of this journey through recovery. Shout out Pastor Kim! An absolutely amazing place. 10/10 would recommend to any friends or family that are struggling. From the amazing alumni coordinators (CJ and Cody) to the incredible therapists (Gram, Deb, and Anna), everybody is so supportive and welcoming. And it’s not just the group therapy that rocks. There’s fun community outings, beach days, and cookouts to build a strong connection with peers. I am so glad I had the opportunity to build stability and grow with my Campus Recovery family.

I was there for about three months. It was a wonderful experience. All of the staff were great very attentive to needs was able to grow in the community of people that I was there with was amazing.

This campus recovery center was amazing, and saved me a lifetime friendship. My friend went in for severe depression and a drug issue, and he ended up getting clean and his head back on the right track. He mentioned two spectacular people one being Deborah, who was his main therapist who talked him through most of his problems, and Andrien the client care coordinator! This is definitely the spot in lake worth Florida!

My daughter was at St Mary’s rehab for a month. I would give them 10 Stars if I could!!! She had the best care and wonderful therapist. They worked so hard with her so we could get home to Tennessee. Many thanks to all the great people in the rehab!

I've never gotten so much out of an intensive outpatient program. The therapists are knowledgeable, insightful and always helpful. I got the tools needed to reshape my life. Thank you Oceanview!

For the most part the staff here is phenomenal. I switch my care to Care Resource several years back and I have not regretted my decision.
