Accepted Insurance

Harmony Treatment and Wellness works with several private insurance providers and also accepts private payments when possible, please contact to verify your specific insurance provider.

Other Forms of Payment

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Levels of Care

partial-hospitalization iconPartial Hospitalization Program
A partial hospitalization program (PHP) is a short-term form of intensive rehab, usually for those with acute symptoms that are hard to manage but don’t require 24-hour care. PHPs have structured programming (i.e. individual and/or group therapy), and usually meet 3-5 days a week for around 6 hours (i.e. 9am-3m). Some PHPs are residential (patients sleep on site) and some are not, so patients sleep at home. PHPs can last from 1-6 months, and some offer transportation and meals.
intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient
Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) are for those who want or need a very structured treatment program but who also wish to live at home and continue with certain responsibilities (such as work or school). IOP substance abuse treatment programs vary in duration and intensity, and certain outpatient rehab centers will offer individualized treatment programs.

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

Drug rehab in Florida provides quality treatment to help individuals overcome dependency related to a wide range of addictive substances. Programs address both the physical and mental aspects of addiction in order to help you make a full recovery.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

Clinical Services

Research clearly demonstrates that recovery is far more successful and sustainable when loved ones like family members participate in rehab and substance abuse treatment. Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

Harmony recovery is a great place. My time here has been immaculate. The staff here truly cares and is very compassionate. The classes are also great and very informative. This place and the staff has really motivated to want to continue to stay sober. The head tech Taylor has also been very supportive and compassionate. She actually takes her time out of her busy schedule to check on the clients and expresses any concerns if needed. I'm very so much grateful of this experience.

I came to harmony php this month and it’s the best thing I’ve done. My therapist is Jessica and I wasn’t going to continue aftercare therapy until I started work with her and I look forward to our sessions! I’ve been to 20 treatments and I have never had a therapist who cares about their patients this much.

The worst caseworkers. The one named Steve only does admissions data entry. He doesn't even help with food stamps. If you want to get into sober living. You better have money or find your own place. As for groups go if you read the daily affirmations then you have already done group.

I'll give bullet points 1. Forced to go cold turkey if subs because not at the time I owed 30.00 copay My phone was crushed I had noones #. Later I found out there was never a copay. 2. In th 17 if Jan. Doc Raj prescribed another night med. Still no sleep and the told me it was two early to fall. I finally called on speaker in front of Taylor they said it was ready with no copay since the 17th.Thats only two issues. There is so much more but I hate writing. The reason I am writing about harmony is because they bought out Recovery by the sea. So that readmitted us to harmony which they both were owned by the same company. Before checking Yousef in My name is Nicole Sheer. You can do me on Facebook and I will tell whole story. My recovery supports don't know how I could be grateful I had gone there. I did work on my self bringing me back to my basic needs, meditation, prayed, readings, and of course my music. No matter what don't pick up.

I have never in my entire life dealt with any health professionals with this amount of incompetence and unprofessionalism. Good luck trying to call the facility and reach a human being to talk to. It just won't happen. And you can leave as many messages as you have the energy for and no one will call you back, ever. My loved one was only there for a couple of hours and they sent her away without her belongings and while her belongings were at their facility the staff stole money from inside of her wallet which I'm finding it impossible to recover because they don't answer their phone. They also made me pay $1,800 of my insurance deductible for the year 2025 on December 17th 2024, which isn't supposed to happen to begin with, but now that my loved one will not be staying at a harmony facility I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get my deductible refunded and calling every single day and nothing is getting resolved. Unfortunately I'll have to get a lawyer involved to recover the stolen money and my stolen $1,800 deductible. The staff at this facility are a complete joke.

I could literally make a complaint about almost every single employee here. I have been to multiple PHPs and this by far has the most incompetent employees and the most in your face about letting you know that you are just an insurance policy. The problems started before I even got there. The guy in admissions told me he secured a ride to pick me up from Palm Bay. I switched my probation to Martin county and on the day I was supposed to be picked up they texted asking what time I would be arriving, I told them whenever they came to pick me up. They said they would never pick somebody up and I must secure my own ride there so I was about to fail probation because The idiot in admissions just said whatever he had to to get me in there. I also moved my probation there because they told me they offer IOP housing, they do not. Speaking of which, instead of finding IOP with housing for another client, they literally allow him to be homeless and pick him up on the side of the street every morning. The case managers could have easily found an IOP that offers housing that they could have set him up with. When I asked for them to help me find IOP with housing, they refused and literally told me if you're not doing our IOP you have to find your own even though their own does not offer housing. They go on one outing to the bowling alley every two weeks. We as a whole clientele asked to go to the beach or fishing(which one of the facilitators was going to provide everything for) and were told flat out no by the program director. The doctor was by far the most incompetent I've ever dealt with. I literally had problems with my medication from day one all the way until the day I left. Every single day meds were being erased from the computer and I wasn't able to take them. When my meds ran out I had to remind him three times and went without them for over a week. They also only prescribe one week of Subutex at a time and when I asked what could possibly make them do that, because at the end of the year I had no copay and now that it's a new year my out of pocket max hasn't been met so I did have a copay, which they do not help pay, the doctor told me to my face it's so that if someone wants to leave now they can't because they won't have the meds to do so. They were signing people in that were not in group constantly. Most importantly, the therapy was subpar at best. Most of the groups are just paper handouts that repeat themselves weekly. On multiple occasions people were getting drugs or alcohol into housing and failing urine tests and only once someone got kicked out. They kicked people out come the new year because deductibles were not met, every other place I've been to pays your deductible so that they can continue to have a bed filled and bill insurance. On New Year's Day the census literally dropped in half. Multiples of those were due to AMAs (people signing themselves out), I have never witnessed so many people do this in such a short period of time and I understand why, I absolutely would have as well if I wasn't sentenced here on probation. I could continue to go on and on, if there is one other option for you other than here, take it from someone who has extensive experience with PHPs, you will regret coming here. Find somewhere else to go.
